Leider haben die Zimmer relativ wenig Schränken , wenig Stautaum um Kleidung zu deponieren .

Sehr schön Anlage. Fernab vom Trubel. Ein toller Pool und einfacher, sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand mit Liegen und Schirme. Bei den freundlichen Damen an der Poolbar lässt sich einen herrlichen Tag beenden.

Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό, όλοι πρόθυμοι να σε εξυπηρετήσουν, πολύ φιλικοί . Το πρωινό ήταν τέλειο, με μεγάλη ποικιλία. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε!!

Morgenmaden og maden generelt var meget dårlig. Vi blev meget skuffede. Værelserne var rene og store. Det eneste problem var maden.

Готель розташований біля самого моря. Пляж чудовий, із пологим входом у воду, а галька майже не відчувається. Окрема подяка всьому персоналу за щирість та гостинність. Особливо менеджерці Марії – вона дуже привітна, уважна, спілкується кількома мовами й завжди готова допомогти! 🫶🏼 Також приємно здивував працівник, який зустрічає гостей перед сніданком і вечерею та вітається з кожним його рідною мовою – а ми з ним грецькою😊 Їжа була дуже смачна! Великий вибір різноманітних страв шведського столу. Номер люкс має велике ліжко, холодильник, TV та вихід до полу-приватного басейну. Це дійсно класно, коли басейн відокремлений від усього готелю і доступний лише декільком номерам, що розташовані поруч. Ціна і якість відповідають✨

Hotel is very modern and clean, conveniently located to explore both north and south of the island, just a short drive from Tsambika beach, staff is welcoming and friendly, we were upgraded to pool view room which was lovely and spacious, good reasonably silent AC system to make the room temperature comfortable in the heat, beds and pillows were great, good quality shampoo and shower gel but bring your own conditioner. Breakfast was good, pleased with the lactose free milk options and absolutely loved the omelette station! Our flight was late in the evening and we were offered a complimentary late check out on one of the rooms which was great as it allowed us to make the most of our last day of holiday!

Nothing really, I would say that if you don’t have a car there isn’t much in walking distance, also the beach near the hotel is a mix of sands and rocks so you may want to invest in some rocky beach shoes

La chambre pour 3 n’avait pas de 3ème lit, le canapé n’est pas confortable. La nourriture pas de qualité et certains soirs vraiment pas terrible. Je trouve que c’est plutôt un 4*.

Unprofessional reception who give us smaller standart room instead 1 bedroom apartment what I pay for. Dirty dishes in restaurant,often cold food. Hotel didn't deserve for 5 stars nor 4 stars. The worst 5 star hotel I have ever seen.

Great swim up pool. Cleaners came every day.

A bit dated. The food was pretty bad and the bar prices were ridiculously high for what was served..£30 for a bottle of white wine! There were also lots of bones around our swim up pool, and they weren’t cleared away the whole six days we were there. Some in the pool too. Very few bars and restaurants to visit nearby. Problem is, I think the establishment has economised on its isolated location. There aren’t many places close by to eat or drink, so they can charge too much for the food they serve.

Customer service was excellent

Everything was nice, but the staff were absolutely amazing. We stayed for just one night en route to our holiday destination, and they made us feel like their most important guests. We will definitely return.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Afandou Bay Resort Suites auf Rhodos. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, fast alle sprechen Englisch und teilweise auch Deutsch, was vieles einfacher gemacht hat. Unser Zimmer (Junior Suite mit Poolblick) war groß, sauber und gepflegt. Der Zimmerservice kam auf Wunsch täglich, brachte frische Handtücher, fegte durch und machte das Bett. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist großzügig gestaltet, aber durch viele kleine Wege und einzelne Blöcke angenehm aufgeteilt. Es gibt mehrere Pools und insgesamt eine sehr ruhige Atmosphäre. Ab und zu gab es Abendprogramm, allerdings nur bis maximal 22:30 Uhr – perfekt zum Entspannen. Frühstück und Abendessen waren abwechslungsreich, lecker und vielseitig. Keine gehobene Sterneküche, aber absolut ordentlich und für jeden etwas dabei – auch Vegetarier finden eine kleinere Auswahl. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top: sehr nah am Meer und ideal als ruhiger Ausgangspunkt. Mit dem Mietwagen erreicht man schnell schöne Ausflugsziele wie Anthony Quinn Bay, Lindos oder Seven Springs.

Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: Ein oder zwei Bilder an den Wänden würden das Zimmer noch gemütlicher machen. Außerdem fanden wir es etwas schade, dass der Safe (28 € pro Woche) und Strandtücher (einmalig 5 €) extra kosten. Bei den Zimmerpreisen könnten diese Leistungen ruhig inklusive sein. Auch die Getränke beim Abendessen müssen zusätzlich bezahlt werden – zumindest Wasser könnte kostenlos angeboten werden.

Außergewöhnlich schön gestaltetes Resort mit großen Zimmern, wir hatten auch eine große Terrasse. Das Frühstück war qualitativ hochwertig und es gab hervorragenden Kaffee, man hatte auch die Möglichkeit, auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken. Es stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung, einmal über die Strasse ist am Meer. Tipp: Sonnenaufgang! Das Personal war sehr nett.

Teilweise ist die Ausstattung schon leicht in die Jahre gekommen, in unserem Zimmer war der Kühlschrank sehr laut, da sich die Schranktür auch nicht mehr richtig schließen liess.

Food was 2 star not 5 star. Frozen veg every day. It was end of season and they were emptying their freezers. Advertised as having 3 pools. My grand children were only allowed in one of them. We were allocated an ‘upgrade’ to a room with a swim up pool. Useless when grand children were banned. This room was always in the shade. Freezing. Hotel was not at all child friendly. Entertainment didnt show up on 2 occasions.

Je n'ai pas d'expérience avec les 5 étoiles mais j'en ai un peu plus avec d'autres types d'hôtel et c'est la première fois que, lorsque je demande du café pour la chambre, on me répond qu'il faut se procurer les sachets soi-même... Le reste était du même acabit : caution pour les serviettes de bain, terrain de tennis payant, spa fermé, pas de bouchon pour la baignoire et impossible de s'en procurer un... Bref, Harpagon comme amphitryon.

Schönes Hotel, super liebes U bemühtes Personal! Tolle Anlage! Kommen jederzeit gerne wieder

Our arrival at the hotel was in the middle of a storm. However, as the rain surprised us on the street and we could not move anywhere with our belongings due to the heavy rain, we were forced to contact the reception. The very kind Mrs Mary arranged for us a driver who came to pick us up and take us to the hotel. Many thanks to her for that! The hotel is right across the street from the huge beach. It is easy and simple to get to the beach. However, the beach is public and you have to pay for the sunbeds. Everything is quite clean and tidy. The staff tries to keep everything at a high level. The food was delicious and varied. They also took care of my gluten-free diet.

Our stay 5 days before this hotel was also in a 5-star hotel nearby, and we must say that this hotel is still more at the 4-star level. One rather small detail is not understandable for a 5-star hotel. There is a safe in the room, for which you have to pay 5e per day. During dinner you have to buy a bottle of water at 4e per liter. These are small things, but which little by little spoil the impression that you are in a prestigious hotel where you have already paid a rather high price for your stay.

Původní pokoj neodpovídal naší rezervaci, ale hned druhý den nám pokoj vyměnili a vše bylo v pořádku. Pokoj velký, na pláž to bylo pár desítek metrů přes místní silnici. Na pláži spousta volný slunečníků a lehátek (za poplatek). Výborně jídlo (měli jsme polopenzi). Kousek od pláže bar, kde byla možnost jak jídla, tak i zakoupení něčeho k obědu. V areálu minimarket s chlazenými nápoji :-)

Okolí hotelu kromě pláže neskýtá nic zajímavého, ale nám to nevadilo.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν απίστευτο! Το προσωπικό από τις κύριες στη ρεσεψιόν ως τους εργαζόμενους στο εστιατόριο, όλοι ευγενέστατοι και με το χαμόγελο πάντα να μας εξυπηρετήσουν!! Το φαγητό ήταν πολύ νόστιμο και οι επιλογές πολλές και στον πρωινό και στον βραδινό μπουφέ! Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά! Το ξενοδοχείο κόσμημα! Οι εξωτερικοί χώροι φροντισμένοι και περιποιημένοι! Όλα καθαρά και μέσα και έξω!

La struttura ha un verde molto curato e si trova in una posizione strategica, di fronte una delle spiagge meno “affollate” di Rodi, con possibilità di rimanere per l’intera giornata in uno dei lidi presenti ad un costo ormai fuori mercato: 15 euro a coppia (certo nella presentazione era garantita spiaggia privata per gli ospiti del Resort, in realtà si paga 😉) Il personale è stato cortese ed ha mostrato attenzione e cura, peccato nella gestione delle obiezioni a problemi reali e certificati, né scrivo dopo su cosa non mi è piaciuto, non ci sia stata la giusta attenzione. In definitiva una buona esperienza, ma avrebbero potuto “coccolarci” e lasciarci davvero felici di queste esperienze con un minimo sforzo. Bisogna crescere, altrimenti le cinque stelle, che non ci sono, specchietto per le allodole (ovvero per me in questo caso 😌

La gestione delle problematiche e la poca cura nel rispondere a richieste legittime nate da un cambio di stanza con un finto upgrade (così ci è stato comunicato, peccato poi scoprire che dopo aver pagato una Suite ci veniva consegnata una Junior Suite), poi giustificato con questa semplice risposta: ma è una camera nuova. E poi dopo aver richiesto un’auto di classe B, si presentano con auto di classe A, pagata allo stesso prezzo: giustificazione: ma si tratta di un’auto nuova… Dopo aver pagato quasi 3000 euro per dieci giorni su una struttura che si presenta come un cinque stelle, mi aspettavo di più. E non basta offrire una bottiglia di vino da dieci euro fatta passare come se fosse una bottiglia di Cristal 😏 Meglio nulla a quel punto, non mi interessa avere sconti o regali, ma non mi piace essere preso in giro.

Das Essen war gut und ausreichend. Die Anlage sehr gepflegt. Das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Der Start war schwierig, weil ich das falsche Zimmer bekam. Ich buchte mit Pool,bekam eines ohne. Die Rezeption und eine Frau am Telefon des Hotels wollten mich abwimmeln. Das war sehr enttäuschend. Erst durch meine Hartnäckigkeit wurde eingelenkt.

Sehr ruhig, schöne Anlage, ZImmer geräumig und sauber. Tolles Pool, Anlage direkt am Strand, Meer sehr sauber und klar. Personal extrem freundlich und bemüht. Buffet für Nicht-Vegetarier sehr reichhaltig. Anlage liegt außerhalb, daher ruhig aber Fahrzeug wird empfohlen.wenn man auch mal rauskommen möchte.

Szrandliegen mussten extra bezahlt werden . Speisebereich eher liebloses Ambiente und zu klein für die Gästeanzahl. Bei 5 Sternen würde man siich etwas mehr Atmosphäre erwarten. Speisenauswahl für Vegetarier sehr eingeschränkt (Buffet sehr fleischlastig)

Das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, und keine 5 Sterne der Strand schmutzig und das Hotel ist abgelegen weit und breit nichts.

The only thing that they could do better is the air-con in the room needs to be colder.

We were upgraded to a super room with pool access which was fantastic. Mary and another lady was very helpful.

We did half board and it would’ve been better if we’d known options of food in the dining room. Buffet seemed bitty. No teaspoons/ coffee facilities in the room.

I lettini davanti all'hotel sono a pagamento anche per gli ospiti della struttura. A luglio 2 lettini e un ombrellone erano 15 euro. Non molto ma comunque un extra. Si trova in un posto isolato. Per arrivare a rodi o a lindos si impiega una mezz'ora

La struttura è a metà strada fra molto luoghi d’interesse. È comodo per visitare da Rodi a Lindos senza perdere troppo tempo in macchina ( che è sicuramente da noleggiare perché, ad Afandou, non c’è nulla se non qualche ristorante ). L’accoglienza è stata ottima, Mary, alla reception, molto disponibile. Buono il servizio SPA ( a pagamento) Molto utile il minimarket all’interno della struttura rifornito per le esigenze che si possono avere in un soggiorno al mare. Buona la colazione ma prima delle 9, poi si trova molto poco

La struttura non è molto curata, ci sono delle zone lasciate andare. Viaggiavamo in compagnia e avevamo 2 suite e una familiare. Una di queste ha avuto un costante problema con l’aria condizionata ( mai realmente risolto ) La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, la camera veniva rassettata non pulita. Per un 5 stelle bisognerebbe anche verificare ed eliminare le incrostazioni della vasca e verificare i doccini ( abbiamo dovuto farne cambiare uno ) Le piscine sono aperte dalle 10alle18, tempo troppo limitato per godersele e considerarle come servizio soddisfacente

Un 5* ? Une blague! Les photos vendent quelque chose d’inexistant une fois sur place. L’hôtel est petit et ne dispose pas de la piscine sur la photo d’ailleurs c’est mal entretenu. Le buffet ressemble à celui d’une cantine. Très peu de chose et surtout identique de jour en jour. Les tables étaient jamais prêtes, le personnel prenait son temps. Le lit pas du tout confortable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel au milieu de rien. Heureusement qu’on avait la voiture pour se déplacer. La plage est public et n’est donc pas entretenue. Je ne comprends pas comment booking peut promouvoir un hôtel comme celui-ci avec ce soit disant standing à ce prix là. J’en ai fais des hôtels mais sur ce coup je suis écœurée du prix que j’ai payé pour ces vacances .

Les chambres familiales, spacieuses et confortables

Cet établissement n’a rien d’un cinq étoiles. L’hôtel est loin de tout, les transats sur la plage sont payants tout comme le tennis et les vélos. Il faut impérativement avoir sa voiture sinon vous ne pouvez rien faire sans moyen de transport. La piscine n’est ouverte que de 10 heures à 18h, même en plein été.

Breakfast was fabulous. Plenty to choose from. Pool area and bar facilities. Close to the beach . Cleaning ladies were fabulous. Pepper who looked after the bar was efficient and very friendly. Reception staff were patient and efficient in their job. All in all lovely staff all round

Uncomfortable patio chairs in suite. Evening meals were not as enjoyable due to being tasteless. Puddings looked fabulous but didn’t taste as good a they looked.

Il y a quelques restaurants/bars sympa autour.

L’hotel ne mérite ni son prix ni ses 5 étoiles. Les équipements sont vieux et pas en bon état. Et si doute : non, les équipements de la plage ne font pas partie de l’hôtel et sont donc payants.

Abbiamo ricevuto un’ottima accoglienza, tutto lo staff (dalla reception, ai camerieri, agli addetti alle pulizie) é stato molto gentile. Abbiamo avuto un upgrade gratuito della camera e un late check out in omaggio. La camera era pulita, il giardino molto curato. Ci sono tre piscine belle e con poche persone, la struttura si trova vicino al mare, i cocktail del bar sono davvero buoni, l’intrattenimento musicale alla sera è valido.

La cassaforte è a pagamento. La spiaggia di fronte all’hotel è a pagamento e sta anche bene chiedere 14€ per due lettini e un ombrellone a patto che la spiaggia sia tenuta pulita. Invece ci sono mozziconi di sigarette, pezzi di plastica… sembra che non ci sia un responsabile per la tenuta della spiaggia. Inoltre il cibo è di qualità insufficiente per un 4 stelle (anche se dichiarato 5 é un 4 stelle di livello italiano). Avevamo la mezza pensione e metà delle sere abbiamo cenato fuori dalla struttura perché in cibo é noioso e ripetitivo. Un esempio: o pollo o maiale, mai mangiato l’agnello e la capra che sono carni maggiormente presenti sull’isola. Stessa cosa per il pesce: praticamente inesistente e di bassa qualità (probabilmente surgelato). Peccato perché da una vacanza in Grecia ci si aspetta di mangiare il cibo tipico dell’isola (non la pasta sfoglia con il würstel…)

Aile olduğumuzu belirtmemize rağmen sadece iki tane tek kişilik yatak vardı ve çocukların yattığı kanepe çok ses çıkarıyordu. Yarım pansiyon gittik ama diğer yiyecek ve içecekleri çok pahalıydı. Denizi çok güzel ancak kendisine ait olmadığı için de şemsiye kiraladık. ( kişi başı 7 € )

Je conseille d’arriver à l’hôtel après le premier week de mai, quand nous sommes arrivés la piscine n’était pas finis être remplie, l’extérieur de l’hôtel n’était pas prêt.

She kindly upgraded our room for my birthday at no extra charge, which made our stay even more special. The room was beautifully designed and decorated, with direct access to a private pool – a real treat! It was spotless, very comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The room service was excellent, as was the shuttle service to the room, which added an extra touch of comfort and convenience. Overall, we truly enjoyed a pampering vacation. The entire hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and every request we had was answered with a smile.

La situation - le calme de l’établissement - propreté - piscine agréable

Le restaurant : alimentation très industrielle, plats redondants, et aucun plat local (excepté 2 fois de la moussaka en une semaine) L’établissement est fréquenté quasiment que par des allemands et tout est adapté pour eux (excursions, alimentation ….) … il faut juste le savoir ! Manque d’animation le soir hors saison (nous y étions 1ère semaine d’octobre) et pourtant il y avait beaucoup de monde

Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, aber nicht einem 5*Hptel angemessen.

Dicht bij het strand! De straat over en je loopt het strand op, de bedjes met parasol zijn niet te duur en je krijgt je drankje er geserveerd als je wil.

Waar wij altijd tegenaan lopen is het meubilair op de balkon of tuin bij dit soort accomodaties. Het zit vaak niet lekker.

La scarsa preparazione sull'alimentazione senza glutine

Bardzo miła i uśmiechnięta obsługa, ciepła woda w basenach, a co równie ważne nie śmierdzi chlorem (nie wrzuca się na maxa tylko badają poziom i dzięki temu prawie w ogóle nie czuć chloru), cisza i spokój (brak pijanych i krzyczących ludzi), ładnie zadbana trawa i zieleń, pokoje dobrze posprzątane, do najbliższego basenu kilka kroków. wystarczająca ilość wygodnych i czystych leżaków, prysznice blisko basenów, wygodne łóżka.

Zdjęcia na booking dość mocno różnią się od stanu faktycznego ;) dostaliśmy pokój niższego standardu niż był kupiony. Od niektórych pokojów jest długa droga do budynku z posiłkami lub basenu, niejasne zasady płacenia za (dodatkowo płatne) napoje, raz musiała być to gotówka, raz mogła być karta... Niektóre miejsca można by było trochę lepiej zadbać (zielone kafelki i elementy przy basenie). Jedzenie monotonne, żeby mieć wybór trzeba przychodzić wcześnie bo często sporo rzeczy pod koniec pory posiłków już nie ma. Skromny wybór, szczególnie przy śniadaniach, praktycznie są to jakieś plasterki wędliny i jakieś mało apetycznie wyglądające kawałki kiełbasek... Mało ciast i słodyczy, ale są bardzo dobre. Ogólnie smacznie ale żadnych fascynacji czy poznawania lokalnych smaków.

A szállás elhelyezkedése jó volt. Személyzet kedves volt, minden nap takarítottak. A szobák tágasak voltak, a légkondícionáló megfelelően működött. A medencék környéke csendes volt, pihenésre ajánlott. A tengerpart a hotelből 1 perc sétával megközelíthető.

Sajnos az éjszakai nyugalmat a szomszédos telkeken tartott háziállatok megzavarták. Az ételek finomak voltak, de egy idő után nem voltak változatosak, egyhangúvá váltak az étkezések.

Kunde varit mer prisvärt. Lite tråkigt med buffé men det visste vi när vi bokade. Men maten var god.

Personal oli suurepärane. Alates toredast retseptsiooni töötajast Meri'st kuni hommikusöögil omlette teinud daamini. Isegi housekeeping töötaja hoolitses meie eest nagu oma pere eest. Eriti tore oli, et basseinialalt oli otse tee rannani. Ületada tuli üks autotee, mis oli kergelt kurviline, aga muidu oli see osa väga hästi välja ehitatud ja kergesti ligipääsetav. Basseinis oli vesi väga puhas kuigi tugevat kloorihaisu polnud. Üleüldse väga meeldiv kogemus.

Ei oskagi öelda, mida oleks hotell saanud teha. Rannas olid vetsud kinni, kuid see ei lange hotelli vastutusalasse.

Amazing experience! The staff was incredibly attentive and disciplined, fulfilling all our requests promptly. The woman at the reception was stunning and very helpful. The hotel owner was simply amazing, making us feel truly welcomed. We will definitely come back again! Highly recommended!

Att man behövde köa för o få stekta ägg. Ägg till frukost stektes på beställning. Kokta ägg var gröna pga överkokning då de förvarades varmt
