Appartement Schattauer

אהבנו הכל, הדירה מרווחת, נקייה ונעימה, מתאימה למשפחה של 5. הכל מוקפד, נקי וחדש. יש כל מה שצריך. המיקום מעולה 2 דק הליכה למסעדות ולסופר אבל לא על כביש ראשי. המארח מהמם, עוזר וידידותי, לא הרגשנו שיש עוד אורחים. יש חניה מקורה במקום. מקבלים מאפים טריים כל בוקר עד פתח הדלת. הכפר הוא בדיוק מה שחיפשנו, מספיק גדול כדי שיהיה היכן לאכול בערב אבל לא גדול מידיי. יש גם כניסה חינם למתחם עם בריכה (לא השתמשנו).

כלום, הכל היה מצויין, נחזור בשמחה, הלוואי וכל המקומות באוסטריה היו כאלו.

דירה מרווחת, נוחה ונקייה מאד! הכל מרגיש חדש, עד לרמת המשחקים למטה לילדים (טרמפולינה, פינג פונג, בריכה, מכוניות קטנות, נדנדות, הוקי אוויר). רולנד מארח בחסד, אין נחמד כמוהו! עזר מעל ומעבר בכל מה שהיינו צריכים. יש גם מכונת כביסה ב-7 יורו שזה מאד מועיל. מומלץ לאללה!

המארחים מקסימים ושירותיים מאוד, דירה גדולה ונוחה, מצויידת היטב. כל בוקר מחכה סל מאפים טרי , שירותי כביסה במחיר הוגן.

מקום מושלם, רולנד שעובד בקבלה איש מקסים וכל כך אדיב. עוזר בכל מה שצריך. המקום מאוד מותאם למשפחות, משחקיה מצוינת בכניסה, משחקי חצר בחוץ, בריכה מהממת. מלון נקי, מסודר, יש בו כל מה שצריך. ממליצה בחום!!!

יחס מעולה. שירות מצויין. ניקיון מקסימלי. יש הכל. לא חסר לנו דבר. לילדים היו משחקים והמיקום משגע, יחס מבין לשומרי שבת.

The hotel is located in Wagrain, near a nice bakery and the main street with restaurants. The hotel is very practical, the rooms are spacious, and it is well-equipped. We stayed for 8 nights, so they changed our towels twice and changed the bedsheets for a fee of €5 per person, which is reasonable. The hotel has parking and is well-located relative to the attractions—there is some driving involved, but that’s inevitable. Roland and Lisa (hope I got the names right..) were very nice and helpful, always available, and always tried to assist. The pool is very nice, and it was fun to sit there at the end of the day. In short, a great place for a star-trip/hub-based vacation in Salzburg.

The washing machine isn't in the room, and it costs 7 euros per load. That's a bit expensive considering there are no other laundry options in the area, especially since a longer stay requires doing multiple loads.

We loved it! Roland is an amazing host, very helpful and informative. The room was spotless clean, Roland thought about everything, we arrived with a baby and he gave us high chair and set of plates and cup just for the baby and he put a garbage can just for diapers outaide the apartment. There's a nice pool, trampoline and some cars and games for kids outside and an indoore game room for kids. Wagrain is a quite town but its a short drive to main attractions. If we ever come back to the area, we will book at schattauer again for sure.

Everything was perfect for us.

Spacious and clean apartments. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. The owner takes care of any request or issue immediately. The hotel has a swimming pool with all kinds of games for children, and there is also a small indoor play area in the lobby that the kids really enjoyed. There is a supermarket, bakery, and pharmacy within walking distance of the hotel, as well as an area with several restaurants.

The only minor inconvenience is that the washing machine is located near the lobby and costs €7 per load. There is also a dryer and an iron available for guests to use free of charge.

Zeer compleet appartement en centraal gelegen in Wagrain om vanuit daar activiteiten te ondernemen. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar die prima tips gaf op onze vragen.

Het appartement bleef ook in de avond behoorlijk warm (koelde niet af na het openzetten van ramen).

Excellent apartment, perfect location and incredibly welcoming hosts We stayed at Appartements Schattauer as a family of five — a couple, two teenage girls and an 11-year-old boy — during our trip around the Salzburg area. We had a two-bedroom apartment, which was very comfortable for our family. Even with three children sharing the space, there was enough room for everyone, and, surprisingly, we didn’t hear too many complaints! 😊 The apartment was very comfortable, clean and well equipped, and the location in Wagrain was excellent for exploring the beautiful Salzburg region. A special mention goes to the owner, who was exceptionally warm and welcoming and clearly has a special affection for Israel. We especially appreciated how thoughtful and helpful he was regarding Shabbat. He made sure everything in the apartment was prepared for us for Shabbat. Another great bonus is that guests can enter the Wagrain water park free of charge. And it is in walking distance of 15 min (although you would need to climb the hill) We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Appartements Schattauer.

מקום אירוח מושלם. מהרגע הראשון רולנד וליסה, המארחים המקסימים, קיבלו אותנו בפנים מאירות ובחיוך. הדירה מקסימה, נקייה ומצוחצחת, מאובזרת למופת, מרווחת ומוארת, עם נוף נפלא לטבע הירוק והמרהיב של העיירה. יש בריכה, חנייה מקורה (יתרון עצום בימי גשם), רשתות בחלונות, מאפים טריים בכל בוקר, שירותי כביסה. המקום קרוב לסופר, למסעדות ולמרכז העיירה. העיירה עצמה שקטה, נעימה מאוד ומהווה נקודת יציאה נוחה לטיולים. ומעל הכל - רולנד וליסה, הבעלים הנפלאים, הם מארחים חמים ואדיבים עם הכנסת אורחים נדירה. הם נענים בשמחה לכל בקשה, ותמיד זמינים לעצה, המלצה או אינפורמציה נחוצה, והכל בחיוך ובשמחה. ניכר שעבורם אמנות האירוח היא דרך חיים, וזה נוגע בכל פרט, קטן כגדול, הקשור למקום המקסים והמיוחד הזה, שהשאיר בכולנו את הרצון והתקווה לחזור ולהתארח פה שוב. מומלץ בחום !

במילה אחת: הכל. חדר נקי ומרווח, שירות נפלא, מיטות נוחות, מקלחת נעימה. רשתות בחלונות - ייתרון עצום.

לא מצאנו משהו שהפריע לנו.

שילוב מושלם בין מלון דירות משפחתי למלון בוטיק. רולנד וליסה מארחים נפלאים. דירה מצוחצחת, מרווחת ומצוידת בכל מה שצריך. מרחק הליכה לסופרמרקט. מרחק הליכה ממסעדות במרכז הכפר. הכפר עצמו במיקום מרכזי ליציאה לטיולים בכל זלצבורג.

אהבנו הכל

בעלי הבית אנשים מקסימים, נתנו מענה לכל דבר בכל שעה. שירות מדהים ומכל הלב. המקום נעים, נקי, נוח.

Det eneste minus var, at der ikke var håndvask ind på toilettet. Der var kun håndvask ind på badeværelsets. Ellers super godt sted.

הדירה מקסימה נקייה מאוד, מרווחת ומוארת, קל מאוד לאוורר אותה. המיקום מצויין וכל המתקנים ברמה טובה מאוד, מתאים מאוד למשפחות ולילדים צעירים. כל בוקר קבלנו מאפים מגוונים טעמים וטריים. שירות האישי היחס של רולנד הוא באמת עולה מעל הכל! תמיד בסבלנות נימוס וחיוך. המלצות טובות ונכונות לעזור במה שאפשר.

אהבנו הכל

הכל אהבנו. הסטנדרט הכי גבוה שהיה לנו למקום אירוח. רונלד וגם ליסה היו מדהימים. עזרו בעצות לטיולים, היו מאוד זמינים, כל הפריטים בדירה היו חדשים (מטאטא, מגב, כלי מטבח ועוד), היה מצוחצח, אפילו כלים לפעוט היו, הבריכה היתה מאוד נקייה ואפילו משחקים ומצופים היו, אין מילים. וכמובן- הלחם הטרי בבוקר שחיכה לנו. היינו שבוע ואפילו כשהגיעו להביא מגבות חדשות גם ניקו זו היתה הפתעה מאוד נעימה. היה גם סופר גדול במרחק 2 דק' נסיעה.

אין משהו שלא אהבנו. צריך לקנות סבון ידיים כי זה הדבר היחיד שלא היה. יש מקומות לאכול בהם במרחק הליכה אבל לא ראינו מקומות שמותאמים לילדים (נגיד שיש משחקיה/גן שעשועים צמוד) אבל אולי היה ולא נתקלנו ובכל מקרה במרחק נסיעה קצר היו מקומות מותאמים.

Our family (two adults and two teenagers) had a wonderful 5-night stay. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and exceptionally well equipped—everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Roland, the host, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready with helpful tips, quick answers to our questions, and even daily weather updates :) Knowing that he and his family live on-site added a very personal and reassuring touch. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was perfect for unwinding at the end of each day. The thoughtful extras truly made a difference, such as the convenient laundry service and the amazing complimentary fresh bread delivered right to our door (we even bought the basket as a souvenir!). The location is excellent, with free parking and just a two-minute walk to a SPAR supermarket, along with a lovely café and bakery nearby. We genuinely loved our stay and would be delighted to return.

nothing not to like! there is no AC but we managed easily without everything was just great i even discussed it with my wife. we both didn't find anything to complain about :) bed mattress was good and even the pillows were comfy no noise

היינו בחדר c2 דירה מושלמת!!! סלון ומטבח במרכז. גדולים ומרווחים עם מטהח מאובזר בכל!! כולל מדיח כלים. תנור, טוסטר, כיריים, מיקרו וכל הכלים הנדרשים עם חומרי ניקוי וטבליות לנדיח. הכל!! מצד ימין ומצד שמאל , שני חדרי שינה ענקיים עם מיטה זוגית + מיטת יחיד. שירותים בנפרד לכל חדר וחדר אמבטיה מרווח מאוד גם כן לכל חדר. מרפסת משותפת החוצה עם נוף נפלא, לאורך כל החדרים עם יציאה מהחדר ומהסלון והמטבח. בריכה מקסימה, שירות חדר כביסה לאורחי המלון. שירות אדיב ונפלא. 4 סוגי לחמניות/קרואסונים/פרעצל בכל בוקר על חשבון הבית ובקיצור.. מומלץ מאוד !!!!!!!!! היינו משפחה עם 3 מתבגרים ונהננו מאוד!! גם האיזור מומלץ לשינה

הכל היה מושלם

המארחים מקסימים, עוזרים בהכל, החדרים נקיים מאוד, יש מטבח מאובזר לגמרי, יש בריכה כיפית, מיקום מהממם, נוף מהממם מהמרפסת. בקיצור, מומלץ מאוד!

דירה מעולה בתוך מתחם דירות, הכל נקי, נעים ונגיש, יש הכל בדירה ובמתחם עצמו. בריכה מפנקת, משחקי כדור ומתחם משחקים לילדים. ידידותי לדתיים מבחינת מפתח לשבת ונטרול אורות שנדלקים. בעלי הבית כל כך אדיבים ונחמדים ונותנים מענה לכל דבר. יש סופר קרוב, מרחק הליכה. מומלץ מאוד!

Wir (Familie mit 3 Kindern) waren eine Woche in Wagrain, die Unterkunft war absolut empfehlenswert! Schon die Begrüßung durch Roland Beer war absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend - mit super Ausflugtipps in der Gegend. Das Appartement direkt unterm Dach war super groß, geräumig und sehr sauber und ordentlich, die Einrichtung modern und hochwertig, v.a. die Bäder! Tiefgaragenstellplatz war quasi immer verfügbar. Für unsere Kinder waren der Spielbereich samt Air-Hockey-Tisch und natürlich der beheizte Pool das Highlight. Die morgentliche Semmellieferung war das Tüpfelchen auf dem i! Vielen Dank, es war ein super Urlaub, Familie Oswald!

Świetny apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji - bardzo blisko wyciągu narciarskiego. Miejsce bardzo czyste, komfortowe i bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Piękny widok z apartamentu. Gospodarz serdeczny i bardzo pomocny. Bardzo dziękujemy za udany pobyt - z przyjemnością tutaj wrócimy.

Świetnie zaplanowany dom wypoczynkowy. Było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy na wyjazd narciarski.

Nie było takiej rzeczy

Obiekt jest fantastyczny. Muszę zacząć od gospodarzy którzy są niesamowicie mili i pomocni. W apartamencie czekały na nas świeżo upieczone ciasteczka ( jako prezent na powitanie), a codziennie rano przy drzwiach świeże pieczywo na śniadanie. Apartament przestronny, w pełni wyposażony i bardzo czysty. Aż miło było do niego wracać po dniu spędzonym na stoku. W odległości 200m duży supermarket. Ski bus 50m od budynku. Dla odwiedzających garaż podziemny z szafkami na narty i podgrzewane stojaki na buty narciarskie. Możliwość kupna karnetów na recepcji też pomocne. Bardzo udany wyjazd. Dziękujemy !!!!

The apartment was very nice, super clean, well equiped. The hotel facilities were also very good, with a recreation room for kids and an air hockey table our kids enjoyed and an inviting lobby area. There was also a nice outdoor area and a pool that looked lovely but we didn't get to use them because it was cold. There was free indoor parking. The owner, Roland was very helpfull and welcoming. Every morning we got fresh bread from the bakery to our door..We would love to coe back again

מקום אירוח נהדר, נקי, מסודר, מכיל את כל מה שצריכים, יש רשתות על החלונות-לא היו יתושים או זבובים ולא נמלים. בעל האירוח פגש אותנו ביום הראשון עם חיוך והסבר מפורט, תמיד היה זמין לכל שאלה או בקשה, חניה מקורה, בקרבת המקום סופר. העיירה מאוד שקטה, מרחקי נסיעה לרוב האטרקציות שבסביבה סבירים. ממליצים בחום, היינו חוזרים לשם בכיף.

מקרר קטן, לנו הספיק לצרכים שלנו אך תלוי בצרכים של המשפחה

התארחנו בדירה מהממת בעיירה וולגרין שבאוסטריה ואין לנו מספיק מילים לתאר את החוויה. הדירה חדשה, מודרנית ומאובזרת עד הפרט האחרון – רואים שהשקיעו מחשבה בכל פרט קטן. המקום נגיש מאוד, עם חניה מקורה (יתרון עצום במיוחד בימים גשומים), בריכה נעימה, חדר פעילות מקסים לילדים וגם מטבחון משותף עם מכונת קפה לרווחת האורחים. המיקום פשוט מושלם – נוף משגע מהמרפסת, קרוב לכל מה שצריך: סופר, מסעדות, בנק, רכבל ועוד, ומהווה נקודת יציאה נהדרת לטיולים באזור. הבעלים, רולנד וליסה, הם לב המקום. אנשים אוהבי אדם, שתמיד היו זמינים לנו עם חיוך וסיוע – אם זה בהזמנת רפטינג, טיולים, מסעדות ועוד. בכל בוקר קיבלנו מהם מאפים טריים וחמים, מחווה קטנה שעשתה את כל ההבדל והעניקה תחושת חמימות וביתיות אמיתית. מעבר לכל הנוחות והיופי, יש כאן לב ענק ואכפתיות אמיתית שמורגשים בכל פרט. הרגשנו כאילו התארחנו בביתם הפרטי, ולא רק במקום אירוח. אנחנו ממליצים מכל הלב על המקום הזה – יהלום אמיתי, פנינה מקסימה בחבל ארץ משגע. ללא ספק נחזור שוב.

Wir hatten ein schönes und gemütliches Zimmer mit Blick auf die Berge und Wagrain. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Man kann vom Hotel aus alles gut erlaufen und die Tipps von Roland für Aktivitäten und Lokale waren sehr gut. Gefreut haben wir uns über den Brötchenservice.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln!

Jeden pokoj byl pruchozi. To jsem nevycetla z inzeratu na bookingu a bylo to pro nas dulezite. Ale kdyz jsme rekli ze je to problem, personal pro nas ihned zacal hledat jine alternativy.

Wonderful hosts, beautiful location, spacious accommodations! Roland and Lisa are premier hosts. They take pride in thier place and it shows. The little details, like hand delivered fresh breads every morning, a friendly smile and a spotless room. This location was the first part of our Austrian vacation and we are spoiled :) Thank you Roland and Lisa!

Es war alles rund um perfekt.

We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel in Wagrain, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! Roland and Lisa are truly amazing hosts – warm, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From arranging a booster seat for our child in the car, to giving us thoughtful recommendations for daily trips, they went above and beyond in every way. They even made sure our kids, who have celiac disease, had fresh gluten-free bread every morning. When the kids didn’t like the first option, they went out of their way to find something better – such a rare level of care and attention! On top of that, every day we had fresh, delicious rolls waiting for us right at our door – such a treat. The room itself was spotless, spacious, beautifully equipped, and had everything we could possibly need (and more!). The view from the room was simply breathtaking, and it made every morning feel magical. The property has a lovely play area for children, a great swimming pool with games, and all the practical comforts you could hope for – including a fully stocked kitchen, laundry machines, and dryers available for guests. The location is perfect as well – right in town, just steps away from a great supermarket, and close to everything you might want to see or do in the area. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was Roland and Lisa themselves. They genuinely care about their guests and have the biggest hearts. Every small detail was taken care of, and whenever we had an issue during our trip (completely unrelated to the hotel), they were immediately there to help. This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in, and without a doubt, we will be coming back again and again. Our time here was absolutely incredible, and we already can’t wait to return.

השהות שלנו הייתה פשוט מצוינת. קיבלנו כל מה שהיינו צריכים – ואף יותר מכך. רולנד וליסה באמת עושים מעל ומעבר כדי לגרום לך להרגיש בנוח, ותמיד מקבלים אותנו בחיוך חם ובאירוח מכל הלב. כל המתקנים מנוהלים בצורה מושלמת. המקום כולו מסודר, נקי ללא דופי, ומצויד בכל מה שמשפחה עשויה להזדקק לו בחופשה – עד לפרטים הקטנים ביותר. רמת ההשקעה ותשומת הלב שהם מעניקים לאורחים אינה דומה לשום דבר אחר. זה ללא ספק המלון-דירות הטוב ביותר שהתארחתי בו אי פעם. מומלץ בחום!

דירה מושלמת בוואגרין. לא רצינו לעזוב. גדולה, מרווחת, מטבח מצויד בכל מה שצריך, מקרר גדול. חדרים נוחים עם מיטות לכל אחד (לא ספה). נוף מקסים מהמרפסת. בריכה נעימה בחצר, טרמפולינה ומשחקים נוספים. רונלד מארח מושלם. יצא מגדרו כדי לעזור ולסייע. כששמע שאנחנו שומרי שבת כיבה מיוזמתו אורות עם חיישנים במסדרון ואת האורות במקרר, הדפיס לנו כרטיסי קיץ והכל בחיוך ובמאור פנים. המקום גם מספק לחמניות וקוראסונים טריים בכל בוקר למעוניינים. הכל נקי, מטופח ונעים. קיבלנו גם כרטיס קיץ מקומי שאיתו יכולנו להיכנס לפארק המים בעיירה שהיה מושלם. היתה לנו חוויה יוצאת מן הכלל. נשמח לחזור

מארח מאוד נחמד ומסביר פנים. ניסה לסייע בכל מה שאפשר מבחינת שמירת שבת והכוונה לאטרקציות. עיירה חמודה ומיקום טוב בתוך העיירה. מטבח רחב ומאובזר. נקי ברמה קיצונית.

וואו! מקום מיוחד ביותר עם אווירה משפחתית. רולנד וליסה פשוט נפלאים, היו פנויים לכל בקשה כולל ענייני שבת ואפילו עזרו לנו עם חבילה שנתקעה בדואר. הדירות יפות ומצוחצחות, מאובזרות כראוי ומתאימות לשהות ארוכה. יש מכונת כביסה, מייבש, רשתות ומטבח מאובזר. בריכה מחוממת עם דשא, חניה מקורה ומעלית. ולא פחות חשוב- לחמניות טריות שמחכות על מפתן הדלת בכל בוקר.

Die Unterkunft war super schön, sauber, der Ausblick vom Balkon traumhaft. Das Ehepaar Beer war total sympathisch und entgegenkommend, sodass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Als einzigen kleinen Kritikpunkt könnte man anmerken, dass die Waschmaschine mit 7€ recht teuer war und dass im Badezimmer keine Seife am Waschbecken vorhanden war, sodass wir unser Duschgel zweckentfremden mussten.

מהרגע שהגענו, רולנד הבעלים קיבל אותנו בשמחה והיה קשוב לכל בקשותינו, ואף עזר לנו שהסתבכנו עם תקלה ברכב. הדירה יפה, מרווחת, נקיה ,עם מטבח מאובזר ובמיקום מרכזי בואגריין, מה שהפך את החוויה שלנו באזור זלצבורג למהנה ביותר (וגם אציין שכל האורחים מקבלים לחמניות טריות בבוקר מהמקום). מומלץ מאד!

טוב אז ככה במילה אחת מושלם! נתחיל מתודה לרונלד ואשתו זוג מקסים, מקום האירוח ענה לנו על כל בקשה שרצינו. התארחנו 2 משפחות עם ילדים שאחת מהן מונה בן אדם עם כיסא גלגלים כל המתחם היה נגיש והיה מענה מהיר לכל בעיה. כל החדרים בעלי רשתות ליתושים, חדר כביסה עם מכונת כביסה ומייבש , יש חדר משחקים מושלם לילדים בריכה מדהימה עם רחבת דשא גדולה מעלית בכל בניין חנייה מקורה כלולה וכל בוקר לחמניות טריות בדלת החדר. באמת שאין מה להוסיף בדיוק במרכז פארק מים כלול בכרטיס וסופר נגיש במרחק 4 דקות הליכה נשאר רק להגיד תודה על אירוח מושלם!

מקום מקסים בוואגריין. ואגריין היא 5 דקות מפלאכאו וקצת פחות יקרה ועמוסה. המקום 5 דק מסופר. מותאם מאוד למשפחות שומרות שבת. רונלד ואשתו נמצאים כל הזמן, מספקים מפתחות שבת וכל שירות של גוי של שבת שתרצו. אין מכונת כביסה בדירה, וכל כביסה עולה 7 יורו. אין מזגן אבל הדירה סבירה מבחינה זו (שבוע חם גם בלילה חם) מקום מקסים ונוח. 5 דק הליכה מסופר. חש אפילו לחם כשר בסופר רק צריך לדעת מה לקנות. מנהלי המקום מקסימים. יש לחמניות וקרואסונים כל בוקר כחלק משירותי המלון. פינת משחק לילדים קטנים ןבריכה קטנה וחמודה. כמו כל המקומות באזור נותנים כרטיס אורח של העיר ואגריין הכולל כניסה לברכה/ פארק מים מקומי.

This place is amazing. The rooms are big, clean, amazing view. The pool is awesome. The hosts are so kind and welcoming. Every morning we got a fresh bread and coursons. The kids loved the playroom.

The place is in a grate place to go on trips from,up to 1 hour drive from most of the attraction in Salzburg area . The place is clean, everything is like new. You get complimentary fresh bread on your doorstep every morning, pool and play room.

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was very spacious, clean and highly maintained. The kids really enjoyed the outdoor pool and playground, as well as the indoor playroom. The location is great, central but quiet, and there is a Billa supermarket just a few minutes away which was very convenient. Will definitely come back again!

No fans or air conditioner, and we had some really hot days. Other than that everything was perfect.

Everything. The apartment is special with everything you need. Kitchen utensils. The staff is kind. The apartment is spacious. The balcony is a hit. A winning location near a supermarket and a quick exit to any activity.

Staff, location, facilities

This is one of the best places we have stayed in our lives in all the trips we have made. Excellent location, new building or at least looks new and the equipment is also of unsurpassed quality and level. A feeling that we were the first to be in the apartment. The apartment is very large with three bedrooms, each bedroom has a bathroom and private toilet for that room. There is a dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen exactly as it says on the website. The beds are very comfortable. There is a balcony with a mountain view. In the lobby there is a reception desk that operates part of the time (mainly in the morning). Fresh pastries are delivered to the room every morning. A great experience and stunning hosts who do everything to make us feel good. Very kind and very helpful. Well done and thank you!

There is not much to improve, it is clear that the owners of the place have thought of everything. I can point out the communal washing machine and tumble dryer, which were sometimes occupied. In such a place it was possible to propose doubling these measures. Although this would certainly be an exception. I will also point out that the coffee machine is not a Nespresso capsule machine but a filter machine. It is not clear from the website, so in the end we did not use it (the coffee beans are not provided). It would be nice if there were supplies such as sugar, salt, oil in the room. These are means that can be purchased at the supermarket, but it is a "shame" to purchase a bottle of oil, for example, when you only need a little for one-time cooking. We did notice that other guests left a few products, but that was by chance. It is important for me to say that these comments are truly exceptional and are not significant comments. The experience was perfect and we are grateful for it.

Everything is quite modern and super clean. They have a really nice area for kids and with lots of toys and our little daughter was super happy. The location is also really good, with supermarket and restaurants reacheable easily by foot. Ah, and of course, the manager/owner is the best! Always ready to help, with great advices.

The place is super clean and large. The kitchen is wery well equiped. There are several games for the kids and family. There is also a pool but we didn't use due to cold weather. Loundary machine and drier available in the lobby which we used several times during the stay. We got a fresh bread each morning. The host is super nice. Helped a lot with everything that we've needed.

The family running Schattauer was very friendly and helpfull walking the extra mile for the guests. The appartment was newly renowated and cleaning was really spotless. All the family members loved Schattauer and we highly recommend everyone staying there when visiting Wagrain.

The stay was special and lovely. We enjoyed it very much, central location close to the supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is comfortable, equipped kitchen for cooking, cozy bedrooms and bath. a small playing room that the children enjoyed there in the evening and a washing machine. The staff very generous nice and kind. Definitely a good experience

You should prepare with shopping before you arrive, pay attention to the opening times of the supermarkets before they are short.
