3.0G ohne Aufzug Sehr beengte Bäder In den Schlafräumen keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten, daher morgens früh hell Bewegungsmelder im Flur bitte deaktivieren oder sehr kurz schalten. Bei 4 Kinder im Hochbettzimmer lassen wir die Tür offen, sonst zu stickig. Licht im Flur war daher sehr störend. Wir haben es selbst deaktiviert. Mückenschutz an manchen Türen/Fenster wünschenswert

Dass es so viele Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder gab. Der elektronische Bagger war sehr beliebt. Der Schwimmteich mit der Lounge, einfach toll.

Dass es keine Utensilien für die Reinigung des Bodens in der Wohnung gab ( kein Besen, kein Staubsauger).

The apartment is very big and has everything required.

There is no cleaning services. No a/c or fan in we stayed in very hot days. The bed mattress is very soft and we didn’t like it.

Utrolig venlig og hjælpsomme ejere og personale. Virkelig afslappende sted hvor børne kunne løbe frit til dyrene og legepladsen og naturpool imens vokse kunne slappe af. Hotellets område er stort men hyggeligt og velplejet med frugttræer og dyr og afslapningsmiljøer og landskabet rundt om var så smukt og luften var så frisk.

Måske var priserne i baren lidt for høje og kirkeklokkerne om morgen lidt for høje om søndagen men det er småting.

Ruhige störungsfreier Aufenthalt

Clean, attentive staff that fixed everything and helped. Newly renovated.

Little details were missing: blackout curtains, fly nets, shower curtains , fans. Small stuff was missing or not working: soap in one bathroom, microwave (that was fixed after we told the staff).

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben ein Upgrade auf das Chalet bekommen, was uns natürlich sehr gefreut hat und den Urlaub somit um ein vielfaches aufgewertet wurde. Vielen Dank für ein paar schöne Tage!

Die Anordnung der Lichtschalter im Chalet ist einfach nicht besonders intuitiv und man sucht ständig nach den richtigen Schaltern.

מקום מהמם. מושקע. קיבלנו דירה מאובזרת ענקית כוללת את כל הציוד הנדרש. יש בריכה חצי טבעית. מדשאות. מתקנים לילדים. פשוט מהמם. קיבלנו דרך האירוח כרטיסי הנחה שכלל כניסה חינם לפארק המים בוואגריין.

Perfektní ubytování, klid, čisto, dobré vybavení pokojů,super ochotní majitelé. Mam opravdu radost za takove služby. Pan se hezky stará o zahradu. Určitě se budeme chtít vracet.

Mooi, ruim appartement met een eigen badkamer voor elke slaapkamer. De bedden lagen erg lekker, de douche was goed warm. Het was fijn hier te verblijven tijdens de vakantie. Ik kon in de ochtend de buren horen (kinderen), maar niet voor 07:30 uur, dus prima.

Ik heb de host 0x gezien, zou dat ergens wel waarderen. Even kijken hoe we erbij zitten bijvoorbeeld. Er waren allerlei dingen kapot (voornamelijk lampjes, waardoor de spotjes maar voor 2/5 aangingen, of badkamer lamp). Het ventilatiesysteem kon niet los van het licht uit en stond dus altijd aan als het licht aan was. Was een onprettig geluid, denk dat de ventilatie even schoon moet worden gemaakt. Verder miste ik wel wat servies. We waren erg snel door de bekers en glazen heen.

The suite was spacious, the rooms were large, clean and comfortable and it was well equipped.

The wifi strength was poor and there was nobody at reception, we had to go to the hotel next door to check in and out, it wasn't the end of the world, but it was a bit of a hassle, and it made asking small questions inconvenient, like tips and recommendations for where to eat. The bathroom was very small.

המקום לא היה מספיק נקי לצערי.

פשוט הכל המיקום מאוד אוב ומרכזי עשינו טיול כוכב והיה נהדר וקרוב לכל מיני מקומות כמו כח הדירה נקייה, מעוצבת בצורה נהדרת וחדשנית, יש הכל למטבח כדי להכין אוכל וקפה, מרפסת עם נוף לגינה, מיקום מאוד מתאים למשפחה. הילדה שלנו עפה על המקום ועל החיות שהיו שם כל יום בבוקר ובערב דאגה לעבור כדי ללטף ולראות אותם. היו קשובים, קיבלו אותנו היטב. נחזור שוב.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It's a wonderful, cozy, and well-equipped Chalet! The Chalet size is huge! The kids loved it, there was a little farm with horses, donkey and alpaka. There are also pedal cars that for the kids.

דירת שלושה חדרי שינה מרווחת אך ללא סלון או שטח ציבורי. הגינה יפה והבריכה הטבעית נחמדה אך קטנה. מטבח מאובזר וגדול. חדרי שינה גדולים ונוחים עם מזרנים טובים ואפשרות להחשכה מלאה.

נראה שהדירוג של המלון לא משקף נכון את האיכות. השירות ככה ככה. נראה שהפוקוס של העובדים הוא במלון השני אותו הם מנהלים (מת'יו). אין ניקיון יומי או אפילו החלפת מגבות או פינוי אשפה. הגישה לדירה לא נוחה. המיקום בקצה העיירה ליד פארק המים כך שהחזרה ברגל למלון היא בעלייה של רבע שעה. אין נוף מהדירה. במחיר כזה יש אלטרנטיבות טובות יותר.

We spent 9 wonderful days at the chalet and loved every single moment! The location couldn’t be better, with so many fun things to do nearby and endless hiking trails to explore. The natural pool was magical, our girls jumped in every day and absolutely loved it. The farm is beautiful, and it’s clear the animals are cared for with so much love. Our favorite part was slowing down in the evenings, sitting in the garden with a book and a glass of wine, just soaking it all in. Honestly, this was one of the most special experiences we’ve ever had in Austria!

Everything! The apartment is very big, beds are comfortable, kitchen is organized and equipped. Everything is super clean and welcoming.

Der Vermieter hat sich um jedes Problem schnell gekümmert. Pool, Tischtennis, Spielplatz, Streichelzoo

Wohnung sehr abgewohnt, teilweise defektes Inventar. Geschirr und Besteck hätte etwas mehr sein können. Das Spielzimmer sollte mal auf Vordermann gebracht werden.

We hadden app Almrausch. Deze heeft een groot terras met prachtig uitzicht.

De bedden zijn laag en verouderd. Tijd voor boxsprings. De koelkast staat wat laag weggemoffeld onder het aanrecht in de hoek.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar hergerichtet und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.

It was a perfect accommodation in a perfect spot. 3 minutes until bus at 10 minutes on walk to ski lift. Clean , nice balcony and very quiet, grocery nearby.Ski storage on the ground floor . You literally don't need a car to get to the ski lift.

The kitchen was small and poor equipped.You had everything you need but some of the utensil (knives,forks,etc) we're old and useless

We got quite big appartament , but salon was useless, because of deep darkness. The light was unbelieveble poor. It was not possible to play cards , not mentioning reading. Strange thing - the light was stronger in the bedroom than in salon. I read other opinions and they had similar feeling.

Clean, spacious and very kind owners

The house is very spacious and comfortable. It has a very nice sauna rooms, and beautiful balconies for each room. The playground and pool were fantastic for the kids. Reiner from the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful for all our questions.

I would suggest some improved solution for the stove, if the induction stove is used then maybe some matching pans and tools can be arranged.

The location was fab. Wagrain is a lovely place. We liked the pool and that our apartment had 3 bedrooms.

We booked DELUXE and got fairly BASIC Hall: was huge with a lot of unusable space and automatic ceiling lights that were like flood lights in the night when going to the bathroom Bathrooms: when showering the whole bathroom would get flooded (poorly designed shower areas); the lights above the mirror were broken in both bathrooms; there were no beach towels nor bathrobes Bedrooms: couldn’t get them dark enough with existing curtains so lots of light on summer mornings; very uncomfortable beds with very hard mattresses and uncomfortable pillows; in some bedrooms lights were broken Kitchen/dining/ lounge: this was such a tiny space and uncomfortable to spend time in - it was just a small sofa in a kitchen/ diner!! Poor lighting and 1 light cover on the cooker hood was missing; TV was not a smart TV so no streaming services available; cheap & basic coffee maker; no toaster; no basics like salt/ pepper/ sugar; there is definitely not enough space for the up to 10 people that could stay at the apartment Balcony: cheap plastic chairs & not enough for size of apartment Overall: nobody at reception; unclear if facilities like spa & pool of the Cooper Lodge were available to us (should have been for a deluxe stay); apartment had a musty smell and needed to be aired constantly; not enough toilet paper was provided; no personal welcome in the apartment (like a personal welcome note etc) Overpriced overall and overpriced breakfast offerings (semmeltaxi double the price of bread rolls from Spar and same bad quality) Love for detail was not there. Can’t comment on staff as we really never saw any.. We are unlikely to stay there again as we felt we paid way over the odds as we had expected far better based on previous reviews. This was not deluxe! We would be happier if we received a partial refund.

Very nice accomodation in traditional Alpen style. Everything was clean and good prepared. I absolutely recommend.

Missing microwave in the kitchen, some non-induction pots were in equipment which were not suitable with induction cooker. More bowls and plates would be appreciated.

Ideal for families with children!

We loved the hospitality, Ana and Reina were lovely and they answered to all our questions. I loved the pool, the playground and the animals for the kids. The rooms were clean and the view from the third floor was amazing. Also the chanson to close the day with the pool on Wagrain was also a good bonos

A little bit expensive

The unit is said to be in the ground floor. However, it is more of a basement than being aground floor. Dogs at the floor above where we stayed were a source of a lot of noise. The Wi-Fi is very week and we many times need to go out to catch stronger signal

The clean accomodation, facilities for kids, location, spacious garden with magnificent view on the mountains.

Nature pool. It is pretty, but it has to be your thing.

Clean apartment, well situated for the bus stop or to walk to flying mozart.

Dish washer to small and no tea towels would be the only negative.

We took the 2 rooms apartment on the second floor, which included 2 bed rooms and a living room. There was also a wide balcony. The apartment is very well equiped with pans and pots and all. There is a toaster and a microwave and oven and even a small dishwasher. The apartment was spacious with a breathtaking view. The garden is a paradize for the kids. With Omega, trampoline, ping pong table and a net for volleyball. There is also a small pool and some animals in the fenced meadow. The check in and checkout was easy. The staff are nice and welcoming. The place is clean and has great location.

The only thing maybe is the loundry cost which is 15 Euro for washing and drying for a small basket.
