Great Location , short walk to the main strip, beach, bus & taxi rank - but far enough from the noise to enable a good nights sleep. It’s next to a Karaoke bar but that doesn’t go on late & it has VERY good soundproofing! Clean, comfortable, lovely staff - especially Jarn at the bar who mixes a mean cocktail!

The location was good. Lots of space round the pool and restaurant.

Doors to the rooms slam shut so wake you up at all hours. The room decor is old. The whole reception area needs updating. No one on reception to check in with even though they were pre warned. Food from the restaurant was very average.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! An absolute disgrace. We specifically requested a room in a quieter part of the hotel. On the first morning we were woken up by loud noise outside our room from 6am - 8am, when we raised this reception told us "this is impossible" because they have sound proofing. We went to the room, I stood on the balcony and the staff pretended they couldn't hear me speak, thankfully my partner was there and called them out for lying. On day two we returned back to our room to find the roof had leaked and was flooding our room, the bed was soaked the floor was wet and items in our suitcase were wet too. That same evening, music suddenly started playing outside by the pool right across from our room at insanely loud levels. I can't emphasise enough how insanely loud this music was. It turns out the owner of the hotel had invited 30 of his university friends for a party at his hotel! They brought a giant sound system blasting music for around 4 hours straight. The staff kept saying it would end soon, hours later it was still going, most of the staff had left, the only one still there told us "It's the bosses friends there's nothing I can do" and the man behind the bar even told us that we have no right to complain because "this is tourism" and they're legally allowed to blast music like this until 1am. Needless to say we checked out the next morning and got the money back for the rest of our stay. I wouldn't come back to this hell hole if they paid me.

Очень скудные завтраки, пришли к 9:30 практически ничего нет, на след день пришли к 9 утра, так же ничего нет. Немного овощей, оливки, сыр, заветренный хлеб, хоть и накрытый, хлопья. Варёные яйца. Набоать можно что-то, голодным не останешься, но всего очень мало. Узкая кровать максимум 140 см. В ванной очень пахло сыростью. Очень рано начиналась уборка номеров, в районе 8 утра. Бесконечно хлопали дверьми.

Locatie, rustig en toch dichtbij strand Houding van personeel (gaven keuze uit diverse kamers) en heel vriendelijk. Werd begroet door gasten die hier vaker kwamen, relaxte sfeer. John, barkeeper, noemde me meteen bij naam.

Heel klein balkonnetje, kon nauwelijks stoel op staan. Bed vrij hard.

Ruime kamer, locatie en eigen parkeergelegenheid.

Hygiene, er zaten nog spullen van anderen in de douche. De personeel was totaal niet vriendelijk, alsof ze geen zin hadden in hun werk. Eten zag er niet goed uit en op bepaalde plekken stonk het.

La habitación en la que estuvimos tenía poca luz y bastante humedad. Es pequeña, en general todo el hotel en fotos parece más grande de lo que es.

4 gece konakladık. Otelin konumu çok iyi yürüyerek kumburnu plaja ve akşamları çarşı merkeze rahat gidebiliyorsunuz en iyi yanı bu. Kahvaltı sadece midenizi bastırması için öyle çok bir beklentiniz olmasın. Odalardaki eşyalar evet eski fakat temizliği iyiydi özellikle çalışanların kullandığı deterjanlara baktık yani her yer temiz görünüyordu. Havuzu biz kullanmadık ama her akşam temizlendiğine şahit olduk temiz duruyordu. Bir daha ölüdenizde sadece kahvaltı konseptli bir otel ararsak tercihimiz burası olur. Bizce 8/10 bir otel.

Genel olarak izlenimlerim iyiydi. Denize ve çarşıya yürüme mesafesi olması benim için öncelikliydi. Oda düzenli olarak her gün temizleniyordu ancak kuru paspasla siliyorlar bu da çok hızlı tozlanmasına sebep oluyor, ve dolap-sehpa üzerindeki tozlar alınmıyordu. Banyo giderlerinden çok kötü koku geliyordu, bu çok kötüydü benim için. Ancak çıkarken camları ve wc kapısını açıyordum döndüğümde çok koku olmuyordu. Banyodaki kullanılan musluk, şampuanlık, klozet, duvar fayansları eskimişti, onların yenilenmesi gerek. Klima çalışıyor ancak görünüşte içi pisti ve bu çok sağlıksız. Personel ilgili ve kolaylaştırıcıydı, teşekkür ediyorum kendilerine. Kahvaltı fena değil, orta halliydi. Saat olarak sonlarına kalmamalısınız, bitiyor börek gibi şeyler çünkü. Oda metrekaresi baya küçüktü valizi açınca çok az yer kalıyor hareket etmeye. Ben tek kişi konakladım. Tekrar gider miyim, olabilir.

Отличное расположение, до моря пешком минут 10, рядом супермаркеты и рестораны. Прекрасный завтрак и отличное отношение. Согласовали поздний выезд без дополнительной платы.

Il giorno dell'arrivo, il pavimento della camera era sporco e in doccia c'era un oggetto dei precedenti ospiti e un pezzo dello scopino del wc. Ho fatto notare la situazione alla reception, hanno mandato subito la signora delle pulizie, ma non hanno rimosso nè quando lasciato dal precedente ospite, ne il pezzo dello scopino del wc. Facendo la doccia mi accorgo che gli erogatori di shampoo e bagnoschiuma sono pieni di acqua, non una goccia di sapone, li lascio smontati in doccia in modo che si capisca che sono da cambiare, ma la sera dopo li trovo uguali, quindi vado io alla reception per averli nuovi e li monto io. Il giorno dopo, al mio rientro nel tardo pomeriggio, trovo la porta del balconcino aperta, la mia camera era al piano terra, con vista sul giardino posteriore, quindi è stata lasciata a libero e indisturbato accesso di chiunque. Decido quindi di usare la cassaforte, ma è chiusa, nessuno si è preoccupato di controllarla, vado alla reception per farla aprire. Il giorno seguente rientro nel tardo pomeriggio e la camera NON è stata pulita, per nulla. Vado alla reception, e viene rifatta mentre vado a cena. Forse sono pochi, non voglio dare la colpa solo alle signore, ma il servizio è scarso. A favore, devo dire grazie a 2 ragazzi che sono venuti subito a prendere un piccione che non si muoveva, dal mio balcone. - Piscina pulita e tenuta bene Giardino pulito e ben tenuto. Colazione molto buona e piacevole a bordo piscina

L'hôtel est très bien entretenu, le personnel est très sympa et disponible. L'hôtel est bien situé, tout est possible a pied. Il y a des possibilités sans voiture de se déplacer avec des navettes proches de l'hôtel. L'hôtel est calme par rapport à d'autres aux alentours et c'est appréciable.

Struttura datata,biancheria al limite dell'accettabile,sdraio a bordo piscina sporche e la sala colazione avrebbe bisogno di essere ristrutturata perché quasi inquietante.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We used two rooms since we are a family of 5 but it wasn’t a problem they put us within close proximity. The breakfast was awesome. The only small issue was the hotel is a bit outdated so the air conditioner was struggling to cool the room and the shower door was a bit loose but again no big deal because for the price and the area everything was on point. This hotel is a 10 minute walk from the beach and 5 min drive from blue lagoon. We would stay here again if we’re ever back in the area.

Good location, breakfast is the same every day. Rooms are small, but there is everything one may need: fridge, hair dryer, kettle. It was quiet. The pool was deep and quite clean. Blue lagoon is 15-20 min. Wi fi was ok, but in the rooms not all the time.

Cleaning was not as good as it had to be, looked formal, ladies changed towels regularly and made beds, but the bathroom was not cleaned as it should be.

Otel konum olarak ve temizlik olarak iyidi, genel olarak memnun kaldık. Tek sorun bardan bir cola istediğimde bunu büyük şişeden bardağı koyup servis etmeleri ve bunun için 100 tl talep etmeleri. 100 TL’ye toptan 5 adet litrelik şişe alıyorlar.. biz ise bir bardak için verdik.

Tam bir 2000’ler tatil köyü, denize 5 dakika havuz başında güneşlenmek keyifli. Kahvaltı daha taze olsun isterdik.

1. Helped us get taxi in the morning for check out 2. Helped us get clean towels when they didn’t change it by themselves.

1. Bar only alcohol drinks and we cannot bring drink from out side. 2. Breakfast was ok but we had much better from other experiences in Oludeniz 3. Cleaning: they changed the garbage and organized the same dirty towels! We asked the reception for clean ones the next day, and they provided it. 4. We asked for great room as we are on our Honeymoon, but mo special service provided.

The soundproofing effect is very poor! For breakfast, it is obvious that the lettuce is unwashed for 4 days, and some tomatoes are mouldy.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel eine Enttäuschung. Die Armbanduhr meiner Frau wurde gestohlen, und obwohl wir das sofort gemeldet haben, wurde unser Anliegen vom Hotelpersonal komplett ignoriert. Keine Unterstützung, keine Bemühungen, das Problem zu lösen. Zusätzlich war das Zimmer in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Es war nicht sauber, und es waren noch Dinge vom vorherigen Gast in der Dusche und im Kühlschrank vorhanden – darunter Getränke und Essensreste. Das Zimmer selbst war extrem eng, und weder das WC noch die Dusche hatten eine funktionierende Lüftung, was den Aufenthalt noch unangenehmer machte. Insgesamt ein sehr enttäuschendes Erlebnis. Wir werden dieses Hotel definitiv nicht noch einmal besuchen und können es niemandem empfehlen.

Temizlik disinda hersey cok guzeldi. Ailecek rahatlikla kalinacak bir hotel. Calisanlar cok ilgili ve zamaninda geri donusler yapildi.

Genel olarak personel ilgili otelin lokasyonu çok iyi. Kahvaltı ve temizlik orta düzeyde. Gün içinde dışarıda olup sadece akşam yatmak için kullandık bizim için yeterli idi

Oda biraz küçük, hareket alanı dar, tuvaletler bakımsız.her gün temizlik yapılıyor sanıyorsunuz fakat pek de öyle değil. Temiz havlu getiriyolar sanırım sadece. Kahvaltılar pek iyi değil, çeşit az ve paketli ürünlerin bir kısmı bozuk gibiydi. Resepsiyondaki görevlinin asık suratlı ve ilgisiz tavırları da pek hoş değildi.

Cleanliness was so, so: sticky floor, remaining of food on the bed frame. Toilets had water leak issues. Some staff are very friendly, some are just doing their job, barely answering some question (manager). Noise from the neighboring hotel.

the room was very small, there was no laundry at the hotel and the cleaning service was not that good.

Our room was a full of ants. They changed our room 3 times, also they didn’t want to give us a small discount for additional night (just like a way to say ‘Sorry for the ants in your bed and food).

Breakfast is somewhat too simple. In the bathroom it yakes long to get warm water.

No room service. Phones didn’t work in the room. Lunch & dinner times were wrong to the ones put up on the walls. We were refused dinner at 8.45 when it clearly stated on the poster that dinner closes at 9.30. On arrival bed sheets were dirty like someone had already used them.

Air conditioning is amazing considering we were there in a heatwave.

Electrics were lose and our friend had a room 225 that smelled of a sewer. Discovered a tank outside the balcony.

Many times we were left without electricity and water, small room for three people, poor breakfast and quality food, awful coffee and juices

Was clean and smelt fresh, warm welcome. generous breakfast buffet, tasty and nice unlimited drink. Daily housekeeping was perfect and prompt.

Weak Wi-Fi, and not nice that everything was constantly talked about in terms of euros and pounds and not local currency, but this was a problem with entire area of Oludeniz. (The Turkish aren’t proud of their own currency!) staff could have given a tour, no idea where the gym was.

Activities could have been good if the dart arrows was working same with the tabletennis bats?

The rooms were very clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Oludeniz. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 8 am and when we left checked out at 6 pm when we had our flight. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well, the food amazing. Would definitely send a friend there. The staff at this property are all great, very friendly and reapectul, the barman is a great man.They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Please give your staff awards!The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at and next year will be back again.
