Расположение отеля относительно пляжа и центральной части поселка

1. Плотное соседство с другим отелем: конкуренция между отелями у кого музыкальная программа громче. Очень шумно. 2. Нет оборудованной зоны на пляже: при сходе с променада премитивные 3 деревянные ступеньки без поручня - для пожилых гостей крайне не комфортно; нет деревянных мостков/настилов к зоне лежаков, душевых, подходу к воде; нет оборудованных заходов в воду

Хорошее расположение отеля, прекрасное питание, современные номера, вежливый персонал

Высокие подушки (нет выбора более низких подушек), шумная уборка территории рядом с бассейном в 3 часа утра, позднее начало ужина (19:30). Не обустроена дорожка к шезлонгам на пляже (деревянная трехступенчатая лестница почти развалилась, нет дорожки из досок на пляже, как это сделано в центральной части пляжа Олюдениз).

Der Parkplatz Wächter , Sein Name Seçkin er war sehr unhöflich. Bietet mir einen Platz an in dem ich selbst kaum durch den Baum herausgekommen bin. Sehr eng obwohl Plätze anderweitig noch gab. Sehr Arrogant.

We had a very good stay at Belcekum Beach Hotel. The hotel works on an all-inclusive basis, and drinks, including alcoholic drinks and cocktails, are included, which was very convenient. A special thanks to Emre from the restaurant team. He was one of the best members of staff we met during our stay — always friendly, helpful and ready to give us recommendations not only about the hotel, but also about Ölüdeniz and places around the area. His service really stood out and made our stay even better. The hotel also has its own private beach for hotel guests, which is a big plus. As soon as you leave the hotel, you are basically right by the sea. The hotel itself is clean and has a calm atmosphere, so I would say it is especially suitable for families and people looking for a more relaxing holiday. The bus stop is also only around a 5–6 minute walk away, which makes it easy to get around. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a lovely stay at Belcekum Hotel in Ölüdeniz. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. For a 4-star hotel, I found it to be very good value for money. The hotel has a nice beach area, a pleasant pool, and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The buffet restaurant also offered a good variety of options, with something to suit different tastes. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, especially considering the location. The combination of the welcoming staff, beach, and good facilities makes Belcekum a great option for a holiday in Ölüdeniz. I would happily stay here again.

Location, beach, staff was great value for your payment and time you spent.

Food was not great. They never cooked steak during our staying time (4 nights). Mostly fish, turkey and chicken come up at your table. Apart from that, animation/activity at the hotel was not good enough. The rooms must be renowated as soon as possible.

Сначала отель не впечатлил с первого взгляда. Но!!! Его локация это просто кайф - первая линия это очень классно с таким сказочным морем!! Еда - выше всех похвал - уровень 5* фрукты десерты мясо все вкусно и много выбора. Анимация тоже классная. Номерной фонд конечно можно освежить.

The staff were great especially the restaurant staff Cebrail he was very friendly and welcoming. All the rooms have pool view Short walking distance to the beach.

The bathroom was very small and not practical We could hear our neighbours snoring at night and when they're using the WC. There is no elevator for upper floor and for families with strollers that was a real challenge.

Были в Олюдениз с 23 по 25 мая. Погода была прекрасная. Отель понравился своим расположением. Отель небольшой но очень уютный, питание хорошее. Мы взяли вариант все включено, очень удобно с ребенком. Персонал приветливый, вежливый, все старались помочь и сделать наш отдых запоминающимся.

Konum, fiyatına göre olanakları, yemekleri hepsi çok güzeldi. Çalışanlar genel olarak kibar ve yardımcıydılar.

İçki kalitesi düşük ama cidden otel fiyatına göre birçok şeyi iyi sunuyor o yüzden her sey dahil olduğu için çok sorun etmedim.

Posizione, piscina, colazione

Her şey güzeldi ancak bir tek restoranta çıkışın sadece merdiven ile olması bizim gibi bebek arabasıyla gezen aileler için sıkıntı. Çalışanlar gördüklerinde yardım ediyorlar illa ki ama alternatif bir çözüm üretilebilir mi bilmiyorum.

Tesisle alakalı değil ama deniz çok taşlı. Muhakkak deniz ayakkabısı alın.

Very nice hotel with all the usual amenities. Great linen and comfortable bed. Good breakfast and dinner selection, very friendly reception, great facilities. Direct access to the beach and town. Safe parking.

There was some outdoor activity at night, with loud talking and music which we could hear even with closed doors.

Alles war super schön und gemütlich. Direkte Strand war mega. Essen war top. Ich war so oft in sehr großen 5 Sterne Hotels aber das war so klein und super Compact. Aufjedenfall komme irgendwann zurück.

Ассортимент завтрака был достаточным, каша менялась, ежедневно вареное яйцо, омлеты, сосиски, зелень, овощи, свежие хлеб и выпечка + какое-то блюдо дополнительное, всегда пекут блины, оладьи, дарят глазунью. Обед и ужин разнообразны, есть гриль, готовят шашлыки, рыбу, котлеты. Всегда в ассортименте фрукты. Очень вкусные десерты! Расположение идеальное, ходили на свой пляж, от номера минут 5-7 ножками. Персонал ненавязчивый, но вежливый, улыбчивые, приятные люди. Номер стандартный, не очень большой, но для сна комфортный. Потрясающее море бирюзового цвета, прозрачная, чистейшая вода, дно в зоне видимости, на закате цвет воды малахитовый. Заход в воду комфортный, глубина близко к краю воды, но малышам есть возможность поиграть с волной у берега. Уборка на 4+. Анимация в вечернее время понравилась, днём в баре у бассейна можно полакомиться мороженым, бургерами, фри, пиццей, выпить кофе, а также позаниматься с тренером групповой аквагимнастикой. В 23 часа наступает тишина, спали хорошо, шума, громкой музыки не слышно, тихо. Отель нам понравился, вернулись бы снова.

Невкусные соки, показались порошковыми, никогда не брали. В ванной комнате бегали муравьи. Номера нуждаются в косметическом ремонте, слегка обветшали. Под кроватью никто давно не мыл пол, дно провалилось, но матрас удобный. Было немного шумно днём, когда включали в баре музыку, это было громко, но наш ребёнок спал, не просыпаясь)

1. Номера старые, у меня аллергия на пыль и я не могла спать потому что видимо подушки и матрас были старые а шторы не постираны. 2. Отель находится в яме и когда были сильные дожди весь мусор с дорог все оказалось в море. 3. Еды хватает но минимально и мне лично количество мяса и рыбы не хватало или то как это было приготовлено, макароны выпечка отличная но я это не ем, овощей хватает но я тоже это не ем. 4. Парапланеристы это отдельная тема, при нас налетели на девочку, приезжала полиция и скорая, через день парень приземлился ногами в бетон, увезли на скорой, когда идешь от отеля к пляжу они приземляться и надо идти задом чтобы тебя не убили это просто ужас и очень опасно. 5. Отель не четверка я бы сказала тройка, требует полного ремонта.6. В последний день на было электричества и очень громкий дизель работал с 4 утра, мы все не спали.

Близко к пляжу, относительно тихо, быстрое заселение и выезд. Бесплатные лежаки, зонтик и пляжные полотенца на городском пляже. Жили на 2 этаже, хороший вид на горы и бассейн с собственного балкона.

Душевая лейка вмонтирована на стене и брызгает во все стороны, геля для душа и для рук не было. Минибар в номере не пополняли за 3 ночи ниразу. Кондиционер плохо холодит и довольно шумный. В баре напитки бесплатные до 23ч, мороженое с 11 до 12ч.

Mr Shkoor the food manager the moment I arrived I told him that I have gluten free problem and immediately he provided me the proper service. The waiters in the restaurant were fantastic and the staff in general were very good.

Rapport qualité prix,grande piscine propreté variété au repas animation jour et nuit pas le temps de s ennuyer,bord de mer et proche centre ville..nous visitons cette hotel en famille chaque année depuis 4 ans,Ölüdeniz est un emplacement paradisiaque dont nous ne pouvons nous en passé lors de notre tour de méditerrané en Turquie..très satisfait ,aussi chaque année des petites rénovation dans l hôtel ,qui devient encore plus parfait 👍

Location, food, room and cleanliness are okay.

I paid a lot of money for this hotel, however the staff were so rude especially at the snacks and bar area, they are all upset and genuinely rude I was so disappointed with the treatment, they also pick and choose who they treat well and who not, the person managing the sun beds at the beach was swearing (thinking I didn’t understand but I do) plus if you want to get a drink or water you have to walk all the way back to the hotel, if you’re hungry you are not allowed to grab any snacks with you! the all inclusive concept was not there.

A cozy family hotel. Very comfortable to stay during the day. The Blue Lagoon beach is beautiful. The only thing is that it’s impossible to enter the water without beach shoes, as there are stones on the shore. Overall, it’s a very cozy place with very polite staff.

The only thing we didn’t quite like was the very limited selection of food. Also, after 11 PM, the bar and all drinks come at an additional cost, even though the hotel is supposed to operate on an All Inclusive basis.

Toilet/bathroom was a bit small and you could hear people from other toilet talking and flushing. It was very weird. When you check-in you will be set an appointment with a travel agency which seemed okay but it didn't have any personal touch to it. In other hotels we had early chat about what we like and wanted to do with price etc so that we could plan better way before our checkin. There may have been some entertainment shows or so which staff didn't give us any communication. When we checked in we were given some wrist bands. I actually didn't know the purpose of it and asked the staff which they couldn't explain well. We were given orange and red colored bands. After a while I went to the desk to confirm if I had chosen full boarding or just break fast only, it was break fast only. After 5 mins staff came to our room with wrist bands of different colour, my 13 year daughter was outside to grab something from th car. I said she got one wrist band and when she returns we will come to the reception. When my daughter returned I realized that the staff cut the wrist band and gave her a new one. Which is not nice as none of the parents were with her.

I loved my stay here. I was only there for two nights and I just still wish I stayed longer. It’s all inclusive so we didn’t lack anything and the beach was basically in our backyard! It was such a good price too. I really loved it, thank you Expedia and Belcekum, I’ll be back for sure.

Nice location, clean rooms, good food

30 sunbeds on the beach are almost never available. The reception staff say that they are aware of the problem but it's a public beach, so they can do nothing about. At the same time, there are much more sunbeds in the neighbouring hotel's beach. As a result, there are always available ones. Not sure what the actual problem is. Not the hotel's fault but the prices in Oludeniz are crazy. 600 T Lira (16 Euros) for 2 ice creams is literally a rip off.

Beautiful quite place yet close to the main area in a walking distance. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. Wifi is not the best. Food is good, it’s more vegan diet. There is no meat like kebabs or doner, but that did not matter much to me... Other then that its A good place to stay for FEW days..

For all inclusive, poor choice of drinks available, cocktails poor. Choice of hot meals for breakfast not really suited for British guests, unless you like omelette every day. Hardly any entertainment so ventured out of hotel into the resort.

We booked this holiday to celebrate our anniversary and we are so glad we chose the Belcekum Beach Resort! Without a doubt, it is the staff who set this resort apart from the others. The staff we encountered were always friendly, polite and professional. We didn’t manage to note everybody’s names but Ramadaz and Soner deserve a special mention. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and the team at reception were very friendly, warm and efficient despite the time of day- we really appreciated such a warm welcome. The cleaning lady who tended to the grounds and public areas seemed to never stop! The Restaurant offered a wide variety of options. Bonus cooking station at breakfast where eggs and pancakes can be cooked to order was an excellent added touch. There is also a snack bar by the pool which serves up fresh and delicious pizza, burgers, chips etc. The bar was equally as impressive with cocktails, mocktails, coffee and everything in between. This hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the local area, shopping, excursions or simply taking a walk. Within the resort, the animation team arranges excellent events on most nights and these are always varied and interesting. Thank you so much for such a memorable stay- we will definitely be back!

This is a very small issue, but something worth considering nonetheless. There is a vent or something in the bathroom, which means that sound from the neighbouring rooms can travel through. This is somewhat resolved by keeping the bathroom door closed.

Great position in Oludeniz . Staff very helpful & always staff available . Restaurant & Snack bar were very good . The pool was lovely & always plenty of sun loungers that were cleaned every day . The hotel was very clean with fresh towels every day in your room . The 3 nights that there was entertainment were good particularly the Turkish evening the staff were fabulous .

Lacking something for 5 year old in evening . Children's disco didn't happen , we came here even though we have a holiday home in Dalaman for her to enjoy some company & events at night. Beach loungers & allocated area for hotel was so easy .

Didn't like that check in is early when flight is late at night had to pay 40 euros to request late check out.

Top location at the beach with nice views from the restaurant. We had 2 large rooms with pool view. You constantly see paragliders landing which is great to see.

Too loud music (they state to have sound proof walls, which is not the case), sleeping before 23 is not possible. We had the bathroom of the next room against our room and you could hear everything. The restaurant is good, but by our 5th day we felt it was too much of the same

Not enough sun beds on the beach. Almost every time when we came to the beach, there were no free room for us, so we had to lie down on our towels. For a beach hotel, that's a huge disadvantage. Of course, this is the result of most people occupying the sunbeds and going about their business. Which is not cool, for sure. Anyway, I would like the hotel to solve this issue. I don't want to wake up at 6 am to take a place on the beach.

This is the hotel where you find best quality food and service. I am really happy to stay this hotel not only because of their excellent service but also the competitive price. The hotel is so close to beach(walking is not 100% easy with stroller) and public beach has crystal water. Food is amazing and you can enjoy different varieties. Staff is amazing and whenever we need to customize food for out baby, they were super helpful. Aykut Bey was able to help us when we tried to sit at the restaurant prior to opening time to watch Euro football game. Aykut Bey and his colleagues deserve big applause. Don’t hesitate to book.

A great place to spend time with family

Location was excellent right on the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was amazing. So much choice.

Great location - next to beach with private beach chairs and towel facilities, excellent property with swimming pool, spacious rooms, play area for kids and evening entertainment each day, great breakfast with freshly made omelettes, gozleme and pancakes. It had package of all day inclusive meals too with additional charge of €15 per person.

once we changed rooms it was comfortable. The location was exellent. The food was really good and the staff were really friendly and helpfull. Most of the guests were paragliders so the pool area was empty every day.

Probably the only thing was the music around the pool during the day. It was load and adult content, not at all suitable for children and offensive to most adults. It wasn't necessary, quieter, easy listening music would be better.
