Located just out of town so nice and quiet, host very friendly, and apartments were spacious and well laid out. Will be back for sure.

A platter for cheese and nibbles would be a great addition! Other than that everything was great.

The hosts were quick to respond, welcoming and thoughtful in their preparation. I was really impressed with the thoughtful addition of towels for the hot pools. We did bring our own but thought in light of the location that was a very kind gesture. The venue had a homely feel and was private. Also impressed with the cleanliness.

Location was lovely and views were phenomenal, hosts were lovely. Room was lovely warm and comfy. Gave us a lot of local info to ensure we had the best time whilst there.

Our room was beautifully clean. Appreciated the lights and heating on when we arrived in the later evening. The kitchen was great and well equipped.

The master bed was a bit boney feeling and a little chilly, but still not bad.

Property was good but person in charged was not that supportive,kept on telling that your check out is 10am when we were already knew that, like he didn’t want us there or what 😞

The whole experience at Hanmer Apartments was faultless and the owner very friendly, helpful and efficient. The apartment was imaculate and heated on arrival on a very cold and wet day. A great layout in the access unit with plenty of room. Lovely vista. Definately will return.

There was nothing not to like at Hanmer apart from the weather at the time but the lovely accommodation made it easy.

Spacious

Very clean and modern. Perfect size for our family of 5. Kitchen had everything we needed and a good sized bathroom. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Warmth and seclusion

Beds were all small and uncomfortable, the comfiest bed was the fold up one. noise from apartments both sides and also top floor in own apartment

Great location - quiet and easy access to the village by car or a 30 minute walk. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants as well as the fabulous thermal pools and forest walks. The apartment was clean and comfortable - perfect for a short stay 👌

Just two little points: There were no headboards on either bed, and as the upstairs bed was against the window, this made it uncomfortable to sit up and read. Secondly, there was no blind on the downstairs bathroom window which faced the front car park. We would have preferred a bit more privacy, but despite these 2 minor comments, we loved our short stay at Hanmer Springs and highly recommend these fabulous apartments 🙂

Could be more furniture in living area

The apartment was spacious comfortable and well set up. We loved the style of a mezzanine floor and loved the views to the mountains.

Truly amazing accommodation. Absolutely outstanding. Spotlessly clean. Immaculately decorated. Full facilities in kitchen. Big garden to rear with patio and table. Mezzanine bedroom visually stunning.

Property is absolutely perfect. I would rate it a 10+++. Best accommodation I’ve been in for a very long time

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Shane. He was very friendly and so helpful. The accommodation was perfect! The bed so comfortable, shower piping hot and the apartment was so spacious. We loved that they supplied Netflix for guests to enjoy. I would highly recommend these apartments for a long or short stay.

We loved being able to spread out. The kitchen facility was perfect for what we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable the entire time! Thank you!!

Not so much "didn't like", but we made a few changes while we were there. We brought a lamp from each room into the lounge to provide ambient lighting, rather than relying solely on the overhead lights. :-)

We arrived at the Hanmer Apts after booking last minute and stayed on 30th November for 1 night a family of 4. Lovely location and greeted by the owner and smooth check in. Duplex apartment was lovely, very clean and perfect for 4 adults. Lovely mezzanine bedroom with king size bed and a view overlooking the mountains just idyllic. Excellent value for money and a short 5 min drive away from Hanmer hot pools and shops and bars. Highly recommend😊

I've been staying frequently in Hanmer for over 20 years and this was the nicest place, with great hosts!
