Location was great, spacious rooms, comfy bed and a sunny room which we enjoyed.

The TV was not clear and appeared to be on its way out.

Hidden gem! Super comfy bed. Spacious unit. Close to amenities. Bit of luxury with the bath robes and choccy to accompany the spa 💕 Great service and liked the added option of being able to get DVDs for free from reception to watch alongside the free netflix

Great location near the hot pools. Owner/Manager was a really nice guy. Extra towels were provided for the hotpools. Good sized room and clean. The kitchenette had tea, coffee etc provided with milk.

The single bed was a bit small-short for an adult in our opinion.

Friendly welcome and banter throughout our stay with owners. Location is great for the Hotpools and town centre, yet quiet from traffic noise.

Our unit was comfortable and well equipped, but very limited power points to plug into.

It was perfectly adequate for what we needed, a stopover on our way home. The electric blankets were very welcome on a chilly night.

Aspen is closely located to the heart of Hanmer, the room was nice and spacious with a very comfortable bed. Owner was very friendly and helpful.

Units were all up a staircase - no lift. We booked 2 x 2BR units. Each was meant to have a king bed in one bedroom and 2 single beds in the other bedroom. Only one unit conformed to this understanding. The other had another king bed in the second bedroom and 2 single beds in the living area. This meant at least one person had to sleep in the living area, which we were specifically wishing to avoid. IT IS IMPORTANT TO DELIVER THE EXACT BED CONFIGURATION THAT HAS BEEN BOOKED. There were not enough hooks and rails in bedrooms to hang things on. Lighting was quite dim. The kitchen benches were quite small, especially since a microwave was located directly above the only area with electric sockets.

Clean tidy rooms that are true representation of the photos on their website. Staff were amazing. Bonus that it was less than a 2min walk to town and the hotpools. Motel offered complimentary towels to take to hot pools.

Some of the paintwork and switch plate covers were scratched and worn.

The location was excellent as you could walk into "town" for food, the 4Square supermarket and the thermal pools without worrying about parking. The 1 bed apartment was of a good size, functional but a bit tired. Having the use of additional towels when going to the thermal pools was a plus.

The road noise from Jacks Pass Road with pedestrians walking home talking at night could be heard even with the windows and balcony doors shut. The apartment was situated over the main reception and faced Jacks Pass Road.

Walking distance to the pools, restaurants and grocery store. Rooms are clean and with heat pumps/air conditioners.

Parking is limited and the space is also built for small cars. Medium and large cars like utes and large SUVs would mostly take up 2 spaces just to park.

Proximity to Springs, host was really lovely and welcoming. Grateful for towels provided to bring to the springs

Unit was a little tired, however 5 adults travelling it offered good value for out roadtrip
