Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers by IHG

Staff was really nice and breakfast great.

The AC was broken and they were not able to fix it and did not offer another room. I did get a fan though, but rom was still way too warm. The water pressure in the shower was very low and there were little streaks of mold in the corners of the shower.

Perfekt hotell nära arenan och tåg-och metro.

The room was nice, shower good. Breakfast was okey, everybody could find what they need. Plastic cups and dishes were though a bit out of caracter. Great luggage storage.

plastic cups for my coffee a bit of a turn off.

Good location, near the airport and public transport

Great location with convenient transport links to central Copenhagen and the airport. The breakfast selection was delicious, and the overall modern, eco-friendly design made for a comfortable stay.

Minor wait times at check-in during peak hours, but overall a pleasant experience.

Friendly staff, generous size rooms with great facilities, close to shopping and metro. Overall great experience and would love come back to Crowne

It was very clean and close to the airport and train station.

The room was not as modern as some of the other hotels I stayed at on the trip

Great location—the train and metro stations are just a short distance away, as is a large shopping center where you can find everything you need. The hotel was excellent; the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic—offering a truly wide selection and very tasty food. However, for me, the hotel's greatest asset is the staff: kind, warm-hearted, and helpful people. They made our stay truly special.

Location when you are going for concert in Royal Arena!

The carpet floor isn't my cup of tea

Breakfast

Fantastic hotel

They charged me 35 euros more than what was stated on the invoice

Nulla in particolare.

Everything! Huge tub! Friendly staff!

Nice location, plenty of parking and EV chargers. Metro station nearby

Difficulté to catch an elevator

The staff were friendly, room was great

Breakfast could've had more vegan options

It is close to the airport. It offers the most delicious breakfast buffet you could ever taste. It is considered a business hotel and is conveniently located near the airport.

There is no porter service to carry luggage. Unfortunately, during busy periods, the hotel is sometimes unable to provide a car for you.

Bra frukost

The property was very nice from the outside and the inside.

Our room was not clean. The bathroom was dirty and the coffee machine that they had the room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for months and had mold in it.

Parking

The location is just next to the Royal Arena and the train/metro station going to the city centre/airport. We stayed here beacuse of the concert in the Arena. The everyday room cleaning was perfect.

The room was slightly outdated. There was a big stain on the carpet and also dusty cups/glasses on the first day. The reception guy who checked us in was not pleasant. At breakfast you will have plastic coffee cups.

Fin beliggenhet rett ve E20 og neste reisemål.

For dårlig aircondition. Harde puter.
