Second stay here and it was perfect again. Love the location, decor of the hotel, the room and bed are super comfortable, the bar and drinks were really good. The staff were lovely and gave us a complimentary pint as it was a birthday trip.

Nothing to dislike, it’s our go-to Copenhagen hotel and we will be back .

Hotelový pokoj byl velký akorát pro dva, hotel mě vše, co jsme očekávali. Krásné lobby, kde se podávala snídaně. Hotel je přímo na zastávce metra 10 min od centra, v blízkosti je několik restaurací

The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable.

I was only there for two nights and didn't run into anything.

It was clean and close to the metro stop.

Parking costs so much and is not well regulated. There are not many parking sports allocated for the hotel in the underground garage and if you are not fast enough (within 15 minutes) in checking in and registering your parking with the hotel, you might get a fine. Also, 35€/night for just parking is ridiculous.

Location that I needed, personnel were friendly.

I booked a double room here instead of the cheaper Bella Sky as they only had twin rooms. I was allocated a twin room and the person on duty stated there were no double rooms available.

Nagyon jó a lokáció, a belváros metróval 10 perc, a repülőtér is 15-20 perc szintén metróval, ami a hotel előtt áll meg. A közelben van pékség, bolt, éttermek. A szobák modernek, tiszták, a személyzet mindenben nagyon segítőkész volt.

Egy kisméretű hűtőt hiányoltam a szobából, így hideg innivalóért le kellett menni a hotel bárjába.

Modern, well appointed and friendly staff. Situated near many eating venues and a short walk to the metro. Rooms were a good size and bar and food options available on site.

Een fijne, ruime, stijlvolle kamer met een mooi uitzicht op de wijk! Een heerlijk ontbijtbuffet in een gezellige lobby en verder was de ligging van het hotel geweldig, vlak naast het metrostation en met een kwartier was je in de stad.

Op de menukaart stond bij 'big plates' de fish 'n chips, alleen viel de hoeveelheid wat tegen.

Hotel super -consigliato! Camera pulita, letti molto comodi, colazione eccellente. Posizione molto comoda alla fermata metro. Tutto il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Senz' altro prenoterò ancora qui in futuro!

Nel bagno della nostra camera era presente una sola luce su un lato dello specchio. Questo ha reso abbastanza complicato il make-up al mattino, dato che metà viso era in ombra....un'ulteriore luce o uno specchietto regolabile da trucco sarebbero l'ideale!

Herbatka w pokoju była paskudna, ale łatwo poprawić

Fantastisch hotel. Ruime, mooi ingerichte kamer met prima bedden en ruime badkamer. Alles schoon en fris, zoals het hoort. Metro voor de deur, dus je zit zo in de binnenstad. Parkeergarage onder het hotel, dat ook goed te bereiken is met de auto. Vriendelijk personeel, dus zoek je een hotel in Kopenhagen dan is dit absoluut een aanrader!

The staff is very friendly. There's a restaurant and a bar serving drinks. Very clean. Perfect location right near the Metro station and close to the train station in a very quiet and nice region.

Great hotel for the Bella Centre. Also great for getting in and out of town - the metro station is very close indeed.

The air conditioning didn't work at all well and in June it was so hot!

Excellent position, metro estation is exaclty in front of the hotel (it takes a few stops and about 20-25 min to be in the city center). Rooms were comfortable, quiet and vey nice. The breakfast was excellent. There is also free coffe and water offered for free in the main hall.

Posizione perfetta vicinissimo alla metro (bella center) a pochi passi, staff sorridente, accogliente e disponibile. All'ingresso si può usufruire di acqua, latte e caffè H24 gratuitamente. Il giorno della partenza, dopo il check out, abbiamo potuto lasciare i nostri bagagli in hotel gratuitamente. La pulizia della camera e il cambio biancheria sono su richiesta, cosa giusta per la sostenibilità. Camera luminosissima naturalmente, ma si dorme bene perché la tenda ha due teli, di cui uno totalmente coprente. Non si sente nessun rumore, molto insonorizzata. Bagno dotato di shower gel, shampoo e phon. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione. Uscendo dall' hotel sulla sinistra una buonissima bakery (consigliata). L'hotel ha anche un parcheggio.

Letto, per i nostri gusti, poco rigido. Ma si dorme bene.

L’hotel non è proprio centrale ma la Metro è di fronte alla struttura. Si può arrivare al centro, con la metro, in una decina di minuti. La posizione è ottimale per chi vuole raggiungere l’aeroporto con la metro oppure visitare Malmo. Personale gentile e accogliente. Camera pulita e molto accogliente. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono bevande come acqua, caffe/cappuccino e tè. A pochi passi c’è una pasticceria fantastica dove poter fare colazione.

Tutto perfetto! Camere pulite e spaziose, bagno pulito e con una buona aerazione nonostante sia cieco. Letti comodi e necessario per il the a disposizione sia in camera che nella Hall. Staff gentile e cordiale, reception moderna e luminosa, con the, caffè, acqua, a disposizione tutto il giorno. Angolo snack da acquistare e portare in camera, servizio bar credo aperto h 24, ristorante fino a sera, sala colazione ben curata, pulita e comoda. La colazione è molto varia, dolce e salata, salsicce, uova strapazzate e sode, bacon, affettati vari ed una ricca scelta di formaggi (anche se sabato mattina ce n'erani molti di più) verdure sia cotte che crude, ho assaggiato un humus buonissimo! Frutta sia intera (mele squisite!!!) Che a pezzi, melone anguria ... yogurt di vario tipo, latte, cereali e semi vari, persino codette colorate e mini mushmellow per lo yogurt, stoviglie per bambini, pane di vario tipo da affettare, pane classico a fette, panini piccoli, muffins, brioche e paste varie, burro, marmellata, nutella, miele e sciroppo d'acero, fluffy pancakes caldi buonissimi, bevande calde classiche (the, caffè, cappuccino...) succhi di frutta (arancia, mela e zenzero). La posizione è ottima, la metropolitana linea m1 è proprio sotto l'hotel, dalla camera la potevo vedere arrivare, perché in quel tratto la linea è fuori terra. Nonostante ciò dal sesto piano praticamente non si sentiva, ma neppure dalla sala colazioni abbiamo mai sentito nulla. La linea in 5 fermate porta direttamente allo snodo di collegamento con le altre 3 linee di metro, inclusa quella x l'aeroporto, raggiungibile in circa 30 minuti. La metro è disponibile h24 quindi comodissimo per qualsiasi orario di arrivo/partenza. Deposito bagagli disponibile sia all'arrivo che alla partenza!
