Reviewed May 23, 2026location, 12 minutes walk to city centre; authenticity, the real Tunis, also felt quite safe, with local security on the doors 24h, staff very helpful, building has an old fashioned charm, air con ok, safe to leave belongings in the room ( cleaning staff would not even take tips left for them, had to give in person) lots of cats around ( which is a good thing!;)
needs modernising/ general refurbishing, from sorting sockets to new tiles etc

En aucun cas je conseillerai cet hotel pour passer des vacances. Le quartier pas terrible et pas grand chose a voir aux alentours et c'est très bruyant

det låg inte på nått fint ställe, fick inte bilen parkerad inne på gården för det stod redan bilar där, det var en bar precis utanför på hotellets gård , där alla som bor i Tunis fick komma och dricka så det var högt ljud när de skrek och sjöng, sängkläderna på sängen var inte helt rent och det luktade unken lukt i rummet.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025The hotel is old but clean. The first floor is a kind of bar for men for alcoholic drinks. Not soo pretty at nights. But no one disturbes you entering the hotel. Its 2 stars by the way no three. But cheapest around when I booked. The staff was bored from living. They answered no question. AND THE WIFI WAS TOO POOR TO WORK AT ROOMS. KEEP IN MIND.

Hôtel pour une très petite bourse. Hôtel vétuste et non entretenu, que je déconseille aux touristes. Ne convient pas du tout aux familles. Le sol est penché, la SDB est très vétuste avec une tuyauterie pleine de corrosion, rideau de douche salle, chaise à l'anglaise instable. J'ai préféré ne pas prendre de douche, utiliser juste un gant. Chambre double trop petite.
