The room was very dirty. The linen had many stains, there was no duvet cover, and the toilet was dirty and in terrible condition. The fridge was extremely dirty as well. There was no breakfast provided, and we didn't even have mugs for coffee or any food options. In the restaurant, all we found were just boiled eggs and jam—I'm not exaggerating.

The bed sheets and pillows haven't been changed when I first got the room, but the problem have been solved immediatly when I contacted the reception and asked for help.

Very outdated hotel. Was switched room once because sheets and towels were missing, and wifi did not reach. New room has main light and fridge broken, and stinky issues with canalisation. Bed mattress was very old, it was like seating on the frame below.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2023The property itself is well located in the heart of the capital. However, the cleanliness of the property is poor, the smell of the bedsheet was terrible, mud, humid and dusty. Kids running the hallways, sound is very loud at night because of the bar at the 10th floor.
