Very clean, amazing staff, brand new architecture and amazing hospitality. A good kids club, pool area for the family to enjoy and 3 in-house restaurants to choose from. Highly recommended, hidden gem.

A twin bed room was converted to a king size bed room, wherein the bed were getting seperated every now and then making a wide gap in middle of so called kingsize bed and thus bad sleep both nights that we stayed.

Beautiful Pet Friendly resort in South Goa within walking distance of Arossim beach. The entire resort staff that we interacted with during our stay were simply excellent! As world travelers, we have experienced varying levels of hospitality and professional service around the world but this staff was simply top notch. It would be impossible to name everyone individually so suffice to say, the entire team from front desk, reception folks, concierge, housekeeping and Food and Beverage folks deserve kudos!

We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village Resort. The property is very well maintained and has been done up very aesthetically. There are a number of in-house restaurant options offering different cuisines and serve delicious food. We especially liked Mama Miso. The overall service at the resort was excellent. Special mention to Salomi of the Front Desk for being very helpful and courteous as well. We had a pool facing room which was well furnished and comfortable. Looking forward to our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village Resort & Spa and were extremely satisfied with the overall experience. As we were travelling with our baby, the resort thoughtfully arranged a baby crib and a baby bath tub on request, which made our stay much more comfortable. Our little one especially enjoyed the bath tub, and we truly appreciated the extra care extended by the team. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The entire resort is aesthetically pleasing, with lush surroundings and a relaxing ambience. The staff were warm, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay, always making an effort to ensure we were comfortable. The only area for improvement would be the in-room guest services, which were occasionally slow and required multiple follow-ups. The resort offers easy access to the beautiful Arossim Beach, which is peaceful, clean, and perfect for a relaxing stroll. We also thoroughly enjoyed dining at both of the resort's restaurants—**Mama Miso** and **Bonita**. The food, service, and overall dining experience at both were outstanding and exceeded our expectations. Overall, we had a memorable stay and would highly recommend Heritage Village Resort & Spa, especially for families travelling with young children. We would certainly love to visit again in the future.

We had a very nice time at Heritage Village. The Staff is very courteous and is very good at service. Also the check in and check out is very smooth. I would only suggest that they reserve some section or tables in Mama Miso & Bonita for the residents of the hotel in the AC section.

Amazing resort, i had booked for 2 nights but ended up extending for 3 more nights (whole goa trip at this resort) Food is exceptional (especially Mama Miso rest) Rooms are spacious, well maintained. Heritage spa and resort has retained its heritage over the years.. always updating it to international standards… My experience of the stay in this property felt like paradise.As we stepped in the warmth and welcome was touching.. discovering the gorgeous hotel was a sheer delight.. the pool looked so inviting especially with the bar at one end. The food in all the restaurants was par excellence.. the staff was so friendly and helpful.. the spa was the highlight of my day.. the gym which stay unused was enough to tell the non enthusiastic fitness people.. finally all I can say that it was a excellent, breathtaking experience. .and finally would like to thank the host for his precision, taking care of even the minutest details for a group of 40 school friends and giving us an experience of being back to school.

This is an wonderfully warm and human sized luxury experience in Goa. As a top class hotel its easy to walk around (no silly buggies and nonsense) rather they have invested in great staff and management, beautifully appointed rooms and human inspired generosity in food and service. From the point of our arrival at the property and welcomed by music and dance, tilak and garlanding, it felt like homecoming.. warm and loving.. truly exceptional. The resort is beautiful, amazingly maintained, with lush surroundings, comfortable rooms, and a peaceful ambiance (but for us being the loud ones- group of 35 can’t be kept in order) making it a perfect relaxing getaway. Every aspect of the property reflects attention to detail and a commitment to guest comfort. Actually an understatement. From Vello, Clifton, and the entire front office members, Bala, Anand and all restaurant managers and attendants.. and could go on.. Simply Amazing Hospitality.. 😍 Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. Found out that some of them have been there for almost 3 decades, a sign that they treat the place as their home and guest as their family, and that the management ensures that the team is looked after like one. This was such an amazing stay, from check in till now, moments before I leave. The staff team of this hotel is what makes it truly stand out. When you come back after a vacation with school friends and that too without A COMPLAINT is what I feel about my recent trip to Goa , where I stayed at the HERITAGE VILLAGE RESORT& SPA, Goa. 35 school friends for 3 nights together eating, drinking enjoying the sea and sand. From the planning to the execution it was taken care of by the extremely efficient team of the hotel lead by Mr Guidry and Mr Clifton. The airport pick ups, to the beautiful rooms, the warm Goa welcome it was perfect. The rooms are spacious and fragrant. The effort is also to use organic eats and that’s why we had healthy delicious treats in the room to enjoy with your tea. The beach is a 5 min walk and very clean. The Coffee shop CHUTNEY is perfect for bfast and chit chat before plunging into the beautiful pool that has a bar. The hotel has two restaurants MAMA MISO & BONITA which were where the hotel organised the two parties for us. Amazing food spread and live music both evenings. The ARUNA SPA is exactly what you need after the beach walk. It’s a must do. The drive to the hotel is full of foliage and greenery and has a line up of some beautiful Portuguese homes. A big Thankyou to the entire team of the hotel for making this group trip extremely memorable. I will be back.

It was a reunion of a group of 60 year old, school friends . What a time we had. Once thing I must say about the people at select is they don't say no. Odd hours, outrageous requests, but everyone just smiles and magically what you wanted is done. From Ms Annie, Clifton, Terence, Ganesh , just everyone is ever smiling and ready to help you. The food just amazing from Bonita, Mama miso or plain parantha with zeera aloo and tarka daal. Everything done perfectly. Our fourth trip to the property and always better than the last. Just loved it.

We had a wonderful school reunion here. The hotel was an absolute delight to stay, the rooms are so comfortable and cosy. The food in their restaurants Bonita and Mama Miso was excellent and value for money. The location of the hotel is fabulous, just a 2min walk to the beach, which is so beautiful, clean and lovely for walks . Amazing 8 star authenticity maintained Goan Classic beachfront Resort for the finest indulgence of food and bar exotic cocktails and services of the attentive staff creating an experience to be cherished 4ever. Highly maintained and the azure color pallate blends from the baths to the beach. Loved it and definitely a place to bring family together all seasons.

Stayed for 3 nights at the Goa property on the eve of my wife's 40th birthday. The property is scenic, pet friendly and situated in close proximity to Arossim beach which I guess is yet to be discovered (thankfully) by tourists at large. what stands out for me is the personal touch in rendering services by all employees, which I guess can't really be trained. The compassion comes from the fact they all are genuinely happy working at the place. Mention of "Mr Saha & family" on the name plate to assisting my kid with a high chair without asking, it the personal touch which would remain truly etched in my memories. Food was absolutely world class, we tried at Mama Miso (Asian) & Bonita (European/Continental) or the breakfast spread at Chutney, the quality was simply excellent. Huge shout out to the management for maintaining the property and taking care of its people, which resulted in a truly memorable experience for us! Highly recommended.

The hotel complex is beautiful. So green with beautiful flowers and the gardeners worked tirelessly to keep it that way. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable. The best feature was the pool with the pool Bar, really a highlight. My mother really enjoyed the massages. The staff was very kind and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The food was bad, especially the dinner. The European dishes were a bit strange and often overcooked. I enjoyed the hummus though and the waffles for breakfast. I wish they would have sunbeds at the beach.

It was my first stay at the Heritage Village Resort with my family and I absolutely loved the place! Pet-friendly, with dozens of cats lazing around the reception area, the warmth in their hospitality and prompt service made our stay memorable. The entire staff was excellent, and the service truly matched up to Taj standards. Special mention to the chef - who took special care of our needs - and dear Annie on the front desk! I visited this property from 29th june - 2nd july 2026 recently. Most amazing staff with brilliant Asian and italian food at their restaurants specially the freshness of prawns. Sunset bar is the best thing of the property for someone who likes to drink while swimming. Lastly many thanks to Clifton and his team for a wonderful stay for me, my wife and my 4 month old kid. Congenial staff Brillaint location as well. Would definitely visit the third time as well next year

Heritage village resort and spa; a beautiful and lovely resort in south goa near arrosim beach. The staff is lovely and helpfull to make your stay a memorable one. The food is equally tasty with loads of options for both veg as well (I personally being a vegetarian liked it the most). I was there with my 1.5 year old toddler. They prepared food for her as well this was definitely a double plus for me. The swimming is large enough with baby pool also available making it even more enjoyable for your little ones. They have a good open lawn space for your kids. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beach is less than a 5min walk from resort. Incase you dont want to walk they do provide a free buggy ride to beach as well. I liked their idea of providing filtered water in glass bottles. They have activities which keep u engaged throughout the day. Enjoy the sunset at beach and after sunset enjoy at the 3 inhouse restaurants getting even more lively in evening. Definitely value for money resort without much thought in south goa

Absolute nostalgia. First time here, travelled with parents. They loved the place because it takes you back to the goa of old. While the service is not the most prompt, it is extremely friendly and very goan (for lack of a better word) Pros: - Proper goan experience - Location is great - Beach is amazing, clean and not too many people around. - service is extremely friendly (thank you to Salome who made us feel right at home) - rooms are spacious, though rhe bathrooms lack a little finess. Cons: Hotel isnt as big (in terms of area) as I expected. Restaurant mostly caters to vegetarians, and no nutella to go with pancakes is a crime. Breakfast is average. Gym is tiny. Pool was very nice, except a bunch of unruly north Indians that thought it was okay to get a massive speaker and force the entire hotel to listen to their music. Dont know why.. but they weren't asked to shut it down. Wifi isnt the best. While I would definitely stay here again.. it wouldnt be because its the best hotel, it isnt. But if you want to experience goa for what it used to be, then yes, definitely stay here.

Heritage Resort Goa is an excellent resort that perfectly combines luxury, comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. Family-friendly environment, and exceptional service provided by the entire staff made our Goa trip truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation in South Goa, The resort is especially kid-friendly, which was a huge advantage for us. My baby enjoyed it a lot. Mr. Milind and Mr. Gajanan, both of whom are outstanding chefs. They offered a wide variety of dishes in the buffet, and the menu changed every day. The food was delicious, and every meal was a delightful experience.

During our recent family vacation, my worst nightmare came true. On checkout morning, I suffered a sudden heart attack. As I was rushed to Goa Medical College for an emergency angioplasty, my wife and I were gripped by a second terror: our daughters (aged 9 and 1.5) were left entirely alone at the resort. That is when the team at Heritage Village became our guardian angels. Anne Ma'am and Divya (from the Rumpus club) took our daughters under their wings for the entire day. They took care of every single need—milk, meals, and keeping them safe and happy—with so much love, and refused to charge a single penny. Their care didn't stop at the resort. They called daily to check on my recovery. And when I desperately needed an isolation room at the government hospital, Heritage Village stepped in again, sending Sister Hazel to arrange it within 15 minutes. Place is awesome! Amazing and welcoming staff!

Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Considering it was a Friday, the room rate was exceptionally high. I also paid an additional ₹1,500 for my pet, yet he was provided food only once, and there were no other noticeable pet-friendly amenities. The room was very small, had an unpleasant smell, and the bed for the third guest was merely a sofa, making the space feel extremely cramped and uncomfortable. Overall, the stay did not justify the price charged and fell far below expectations.

Super freundliches Personal, tolle Anlage, nah am Strand und gute Vibes. Ich war mit einer Freundin vor Ort die leider schon etwas krank angekommen ist und das Personal hat ohne Probleme einen Arzt organisiert und sich auch um die benötigten Medikamente gekümmert. Ich kann das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen

Top class service by every department from front desk to restaurant to house keeping with a personal touch. It was a wow experience be it uniquely designed rooms, clean swimming pool, awesome choice of Indian, ASEAN and western food. Beach is just a few metres away which felt like a private beach. They even offered us a room to freshen up and change in the evening since we had checked out at 11AM and went out for day tour. I would like to recognise Anne, Ganesh, Lovelita and Nelza for their outstanding hospitality and care. Overall a 5 star experience and one of our outstanding experience in recent times.

Resort location is amid a goan village. Surrounded by nice bunglows. Just 100 meters and you are on a clean and nice beach. Staff here is amazing and helpful. Both dinner and breakfast spread is widespread and delicious. Rooms are big with all the necessary things. Best is the pool of resort located centrally and with a bar. Overall a perfect resort for family.

The property / room was reasonably well maintained. Room service and restaurant services was quick and efficient. Guest services was cordial and nice. However taxi services lacked professionalism and was overpriced for the quality. In summer months , more day time engagements could be organised to give guests a better experience.

Overall a nice property. The restaurants are good, especially Bonita is awesome. HK staff are friendly along with all others around property. Only issue is with the front office staff. Not very efficient and we have to do their work. Checkout experience was like getting some work done in a govt office.

Great location about 20 minutes away from the Dabolim airport. No direct beach access (yet), so no beach wedding venue. Very friendly and professional staff and service from check-in on. It's a pet friendly hotel, so there are cats all over the place, but never in your way. The restaurant was surprisingly good, and again very friendly and attentive service. The rooms are older but nice, however the bathrooms could use a little better cleaning of mold, that was the only thing that was less than ok for what's supposed to be a 5-star resort.

Utterly astonishing. From the moment you arrive to the second you leave, every moment was a dream. We stayed in 3 hotels in Goa, and how we ended up at this hotel is an epic story. We simply booked this hotel to get away from another hotel, and we only chose it because it was 25 minutes from the airport. I wish I had spent my entire holiday there. It was everything I could ever hope and wish to experience on a holiday. The spa = OUTSTANDING The food = OUTSTANDING The service and attention to detail = OUTSTANDING The Decor = INCREDIBLE Every tiny piece of this hotel has received the attention to detail that cannot be described in a review. It is entirely safe, with guards placed everywhere but that are never quite in sight. They remember every order, they remember your name, they are so kind, so helpful. Oh, and the CATS! We found that the other hotels we stayed in had rodent issues, but this hotel has cats, and where there are cats... there are no rodents. Everything is spotless. They have people singing and playing gentle music every night. I could go on and on and on. The beach was SPOTLESS. The beds were so comfortable. I recommend booking a clubhouse for maximum luxury and privacy. I would like to invite every hotel brand to go and experience this hotel and learn from them. They achieve the impossible. A perfect luxury experience without the stick up the bottom. If you are looking for a shiny marble posh prison with frightened staff, go to the Grand Hyatt. If you are looking for quiet luxury, a place where you will be looked after, a place where you are happy to spend your money... GO TO THE HERITAGE! We knew the tips were included in our bill, so you do not need to tip anybody, but we were happy to tip everybody on top of the staff charge because they all deserve it. Absolutely OUTSTANDING guys! Congratulations.

Breakfast was OK. Property looks dated. It is close to a wonderful beach and the pool was good. Staff were fantastic. Mama Miso restaurant was really good.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Heritage Village with our 4-month-old baby. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. With just one request, the team thoughtfully arranged a baby cot, bath tub, and stroller for us, which made our stay extremely comfortable and stress-free. The staff was incredibly caring and attentive throughout our stay. To our surprise, they even celebrated our baby’s 4-month milestone with beautiful complimentary decorations and wine, such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched our hearts. The food was another highlight of our trip. We absolutely loved Mama Miso Asian food, the taste was purely authentic, the ingredients were fresh, and every dish was prepared perfectly. We tried the Thai curry and sushi, and both were simply amazing. Most importantly, our little one enjoyed the staycation so much, and as parents, that meant everything to us. Thank you to the entire team for making our family trip so memorable. We will definitely visit again with our family!

We've been here once before, pre-covid and fell in love with the hotel so were worried that this trip might not live up to our memories. Nothing to worry about, it was amazing. The hotel has been updated and is immaculate. The rooms are great and the pool area is fabulous. There are no words for the food, I must have put on at least a stone! The wine was very drinkable. We came home and immediately booked for Dec 26, this time for 3 weeks. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this resort, it's a little bit of paradise.

My husband and I had a lovely time at the heritage. Nothing was too much trouble. I would also particularly like to mention John the jeweller who made me a necklace and earrings which were exquisite and very good value. I would definitely go back to the hotel and buy jewellery again from John.

Quite distant location, good for quiet few days in relaxed atmosphere; hotel itself if very nice, clean and well maitained. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Air conditioning was good. Personnel were very friendly and professional. Descent Indian and non-Indian casino available at the hotel. The only walking area would be a beach. Beautiful tropic nature, very long and wide beach. Swimmable sea (cleanness is questionable but Ok). No walking sideways at the village itself - so you will walk along local roads, sharing space with car/bike/scooters' traffic (might be uncomfortable at times). Besides, South Goa is not the cleanest place in India - so be prepared for very local authentic surroundings (especially on the way from airport). Taxi from/to the hotel is times more expensive then in taxi app - while taxi app is nearly useless; no way to order a taxi directly - but you can order at the reception at x2, x3 pricing - though quite cheat in comparison to Europe of course).

From our arrival to our departure, the service was excellent. The property is impeccably clean, verdant, and meticulously maintained. The deluxe room comfortably accommodated all four of us. This resort is also pet-friendly. As this resort is 200 m from the beach, the place is very peaceful (zero vehicular noise). In simple words, it is value for money.

We were looking for a vacation away from crowd and we got exactly that at Heritage Village Resort and Spa. The beach right behind the property is almost like a private beach where not many visited and we loved it. We went there walking, cycling and even in buggy. Room was clean and great with a larger than usual king bed plus a full length sofa, which helped 4 of us sleep easily. It also provided back door garden area with ample seating to relax. Food was great especially the ala carte options we ordered (veg). We got to do the usual jet ski, pata sailing and dolphin spotting from the same beach.

Heritage Village Resort & Spa is exactly what it promises — a slice of old-world Goan charm tucked away from the chaos. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The team remembered our names, our room preferences — those small touches make a difference. They made sure our daughter, who was celebrating her second birthday, had a memorable experience. The property itself is gorgeous and absolutely lives up to the “Heritage Village” name. It feels like you’ve stepped into a quiet Goan village from another era, yet with all the modern comforts. The architecture and landscaping really do justice to Goan aesthetics. If you’re looking for a resort that blends Goan heritage with genuine hospitality, Heritage Village delivers. We left feeling rested, cared for, and already planning a return trip.

Close to airport for a nice little stay of not wanting long travel on departure day. Everything was clean, staff lovely. lots of food options

The property is scenic and very comfortable with very good facilities and nice rooms. It’s situated close to the beach as well. The staff is extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our experience memorable. It was my husband’s 50th birthday and they really made it special for him, accommodating a number of special and unique requests! They even organised a bike from one of the staff for him to ride!

Out of season, so pretty much had the resort to ourselves. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Free room upgrade, cake, room decorations and bottle of sherry for birthday celebration. Everywhere extremely clean and well tended. Few minutes walk to a lovely beach. Loved our stay

One of the best resorts in South Goa. The staff is extremely kind and friendly. The staff at the welcome desk were incredibly helpful. They thoroughly explained all the amenities and upcoming events, and patiently answered all our questions with great detail and care. Their attentiveness truly enhanced our initial impression of the resort. The food was great and we enjoyed it very much. The rooms were clean and maintained.

Everything. We visited out of season, so it was like having our own private resort. Staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Provided decorations, cake and complimentary bottle of sherry for my husband's birthday, unannounced.

Nothing There were quite a few 'blue button' on the beach which could possibly sting, so just had to be careful swimming in the sea.

Amazing stay, beautiful resort with all the amenities you can think of. Beach is nearby and is very clean! Rooms are huge, and staff is very polite .

Awesome experience and a great stay. Super courteous staff and quick service. Delicious food served at in house restaurants (only drawback, they all close by 10:30pm). Lovely experience especially with their in house cats (total 15)..!!

The possibility to eat either lunch or dinner in the half board package. Good variety of food at the buffet. Two other restaurants serving Italien and Japanese foods. The staff was very attentive and helpful.

Everything. No wonder so many people return year after year! Ganesh runs the accommodation with great skill, generosity and experience, Francisco runs the restaurants and Gala nights and cookery demonstrations with extreme care and professionalism and every single member of staff appears to be hand picked for being superb at their jobs and simply lovely people. A special mention and thanks to Chef Rahul who makes fabulous Masala Dosas and went above and beyond by preparing for me, on my request, extra crispy pork on the gala night outdoors which was magical. I wish I knew all of the staff’s names to thank them individually, especially at the Mama Miso where we had excellent and attentive service and great chats with the waiting staff. The Pizzas at Bonita were unexpectedly excellent. Properly crispy and chewy at the same time and delicious. Love the comfy sunbeds, fun yet relaxed swim up pool bar and the bar staff were also very friendly and very good at their jobs.

We have a trusted, excellent and very good value taxi driver locally who we would prefer to use for our journeys up and down the coast, but outside firms are not allowed to pick up from the hotel car park which means that the hotel approved taxis seem the only option to most and the prices we were quoted were significantly higher, nearly double. For seasoned travellers, a special agreement to allow this would be helpful.

I stayed at this hotel three times in the last six months, and I came here with my two lovely dogs. The hotel is not very big, but it is well planned and comfortable. The territory is very beautiful, with nice landscaping. There is a pool and also a garden. You can choose a room with a pool view or a garden view. If you want a quiet and relaxing stay, I recommend choosing a garden view room. There are many sunbeds, and also many places where you can sit and relax. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly, almost like a family place. The staff is amazing. Everyone is very kind, friendly, and always smiling. The reception team was very helpful and always ready to help us with anything. We felt very welcome during our stay. The hotel is pet-friendly, which is very important for me. I stayed here with my two dogs, and the price for pets is not too high compared to other hotels. In the evening, there is live music. The singers were very good, and it was really nice to spend time there with a glass of wine and enjoy the music. I also really liked the food. The restaurants Bonita and Mama Miso have very tasty dishes. The beach is very close. It is about 5 minutes walking, or you can take a buggy. The hotel also gives beach towels every time. What can be improved: Room cleaning can be better. I think it is important to use a vacuum cleaner during cleaning. Also, the breakfast - the choice was a bit small, and mostly local food. I would like to see more European options. Overall, this hotel is very beautiful, with great people and a relaxing atmosphere. I would love to come back again.

Our seventh visit with the last in 2019, since when the hotel has seen many improvements. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom and shower excellent.Thanks to Valanko for keeping us clear and tidy for the week.The pool area is spotless and the gardens immaculate.It was terrific to be recognised and welcomed back by many of the staff who continue to do everything to make your holiday special. Food is excellent and our meal at the Bonita restaurant was perfect. Many thanks to Mr Velho and his great team. it was great to return and we have already booked for 2027.
