The rooms are very clean, staff is excellent and the kitchen makes some really good food. The manager sunil is an absolute gentleman, very helpful and accommodating. I was given an upgrade for no charge as it was off season and I was staying for a couple of week, I really appreciated that.

Its in a slightly isolated part of goa, velsao beach nearby is an excellent. Very quiet and very clean. However if you dont have a car and you are looking to go to a place with some hustle and bustle in terms of cafes and restaurants, its a bit of a challenge. However if you prefer a quiet part of town, this is ideal.

All of the staff is really helpful, they can also manage a airport pickup. Food was nice and they offer also dinner.

This was my second visit to this peaceful gem of South Goa. The hotel is sparkling clean, has a clean swimming pool, and a lush tropical garden surrounded by palm trees. The kitchen staff can prepare tasty South Indian, North Indian, and international dishes on order. But the most important and rather rare for India: the manager, Sunil, and his wonderful staff exceed by far the typical standard of service in India; he is accommodating, polite, and efficient. Last but not least, the prices are really very low for this kind of Hotel. Bravo to the owner, Mr. Dourado, and the manager, Sunil !

We stayed at this resort in Goa last week and it was absolutely lovely, surrounded by nature. The room was exquisite with a pool view — clean, spacious, and so comforting. It was extra special because it was my son’s first birthday. The management went above and beyond to celebrate with their staff. It was such a sweet gesture and made the day unforgettable for us. The food was excellent — fresh and flavorful. They also took care to prepare separate meals for my son as per our instructions. All the staff members were incredibly cooperative and spontaneously hospitable. Special mention to Mr. Sunil, the Manager, who personally ensured we had a pleasant stay. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to plan another visit soon.

Value for money. Stay is really good. Excellent support by the staff. Be it the follow-up on arrival time, help to get the taxi booked for all through the travel, is wonderful. Tourist cabs are also available on a day rates. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. Particularly, Sunil Rathod (property manager) was very helpful in every aspect during our stay.

Do not expect to relax on the beach. The nearest beach is difficult to access and dirty.

Absolute everything. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Food was delicious, bedrooms super comfy, and pool was delightful. Amazing stay and cannot wait to come back.

This is an absolute Gem of a find. More luxury resort than hotel, facilities include a fabulous swimming pool, restaurant, bar and lounge area. Everything is clean and well maintained. The staff are delightful, attentive and on hand at all times. The chef clearly takes pride in his work, every dish as delicious as the next. We didn’t even bother leaving the property, we had everything we could want right here. A vacation from my vacation, I only wish I could stay longer.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Resort Palmeiras Dourado and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming place. What made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service, especially from the manager, Sunil. He was incredibly helpful and professional throughout my stay. Communication with him via WhatsApp was smooth and fast, and he kindly arranged both my transports from and to the airport, which made everything stress-free. I was also very impressed by his kindness and flexibility — even though my check-out was in the morning and my flight was in the evening, he allowed me to stay at the hotel and wait comfortably without any extra charge. This level of care is truly rare. On top of that, he even helped me exchange my remaining rupees back to euros at a much better rate than I would have received at the airport. All of the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They even assisted me with fixing my broken suitcase, which I really appreciated. The food was another highlight of my stay — the chef is excellent, and I genuinely enjoyed every meal. Overall, this resort offers not only a beautiful place to stay, beach is ten minutes nice walk and the place is so quite and best for realaxing, what I really neede after my three weeks stay in Varanasi, but also a level of service that goes far beyond expectations. I would definitely love to come back again.

Чистое постельное белье. 5. Хорошие завтраки. Индивидуально сделают омлет и сварят вкусный кофе со свежем молоком. 6. Чудесный персонал. Все рады были нашему пребыванию. Особенно хозяин! Он был очень внимательный и услужливый. 7. От аэропорта Даболим на такси 30 минут.

1. Подушки были не удобными, комками. 2. Самолет заходил на посадку достаточно близко ( что не удивительно, но не всегда очевидно при бронировании ). 3. Рядом проходит железная дорога. Каждый поезд гудит при прохождении небольшого моста, который как раз рядом с отелем. 4. До пляжа идти минут 15. Сначала дорога асфальтная, затем земля мимо их хижин. Пляж не приспособлен для купания. Волны, мусор, нет спасателей. Купаться там невозможно.

The food and pool were lovely

The daytime manager told my wife that she was too fat to walk to the beach and would need to use their car service, incidentally she walked back and forth 3 times to the beach, this was to give the local taxi mafia business. We reported the staffs behaviour to the owner on the phone , and he ensured me he would show up in the evening, he didn't and we never met him. It's a shame as the hotel and other staff were wonderful, but this individual ruined our stay

Красивая, ухоженная территория с бассейном. Вкусная еда в ресторане и отличный махито в баре. Полноценный завтрак. Все чисто. Дружелюбный персона, особенно Сунил с ресепшена. Помог с приобретением билетов на слипер бас, обменом денег, массажами, сопроводил на такси в Панаджи и посадил на автобус. Рекомендую обращаться к нему по всем вопросам. Обратите внимание , что рядом с отеле хороший, чистый пляж, но без шнеков и лежаков. До ближайшего шека на лево 20 мин по пляжу.

I liked the hotel very much: the staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were great. The atmosphere in the hotel was cozy and calm. It is quite modest, but very pleasant. It is also conveniently located not far from the beach.

Восхитительный камерный отель не для развлечений, а для умиротворения. Очень красивая зеленая территория с бассейном, чистые номера. Мы заказывали номер с двумя балконами. Днем даже кондиционер можно было не включать при +32, отлично продувался ветерком. Отдельный респект персоналу. Все до единого - молодцы! Это первый отель, в котором нам постоянно хотелось оставлять чаевые. Очень вкусно здесь кормят в любое время суток. Спасибо повару! Коктейли отличные, спасибо бармену! Если найти тропу, то до пляжа не спеша идти не больше 12 минут(по дороге доходите до креста, проходите дальше метров 20 и с дороги сворачиваете налево, там площадка, на которой часто стоят мотоциклы или авто и тропа из белого песка, которая ведет к забору, вдоль забора идете и поворачиваете налево между двумя заборами и выходите на пляж). Недалеко деревня с супермаркетом, алкомаркетом, банкоматом, аптекой. Главный менеджер Сунил поможет во всём. Мы заказали трансфер из аэропорта, машина нас ждала на прилете(10000 рупий). От порта близко. Пляж чистый, вода теплая, на пляже - спасатель. В общем, нам понравилось здесь всё, особенно соотношение цена-качество. Спасибо! Всем советуем этот резорт

The stay was a great experience. The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel itself is beautiful, surrounded by a garden full of tropical plants. The kitchen was excellent and we often enjoyed both lunch and dinner there. The location is very calm and peaceful, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay.

It was a great location to relax and recover from a long haul flight to recharge your batteries before moving on.

It was a fair distance from the beach but the hotel offered a complimentary beach shuttle.

Sunil was so great at communicating with us regarding our stay, upgraded us to a brilliant double balcony room with pool, garden and jungle view. Location is ideal for airport (but not too close!) Portuguese Villa is elegant but understated. The pot plants and garden are beautiful and lovingly cared for. Great pool and restaurant overlooks the pool. Great facilities, games, books, bikes available. A short beautiful stroll through interesting countryside to the unspoiled beach. Food at dinner was absolutely delicious! Indian breakfast also really authentic and tasty with some simpler western offerings too. Nicely chilled beer! Beautiful lighting accentuating the plants and trees making a magical and romantic setting.

Location -Lack of local eateries, and no tuktuks. Uber not available. Beach - 20 mins walk (not 5). Long, beautiful and clean. No shade, no shacks bar one. Despite upgrade, room is not spacious (balcony room)

Personel bardzo życzliwy, pomocny i troskliwy. W całym obiekcie bardzo czysto i przyjemnie. Zatrzymałam się tam tylko na jedną noc i żałuję że nie mogłam zostać na dłużej. Miejsce bardzo przyjazne i spokojne. Najbliższa plaża również bardzo czysta, spokojna i do tego z ratownikiem.

It was a very relaxing stay at this hotel. I would give the service and the staff an 11/10 if I could, as they made us feel really welcome. They were sensitive to our comfort and went out of their way to support us. I also enjoyed the general ambience of the premises, the vibe of the restaurant and my walks around the neighborhood. A very wholesome South Goa experience! I will definitely come back to stay there.

100% the whole staff made this stay amazing! Each team member were always available to help with whatever our needs where, just so helpful and friendly! From our Bar server Remy, Raja at the front office, Ram the bartender, Sunil the manager, Jovito our breakfast waiter and the amazing chef, each and everyone of these individuals were so professional and courteous. The property is so quaint and inviting, the pool/restaurant area is pleasant and the whole property just has such a wonderful ambiance. It was wonderful to have bikes to use to go to the beach or into town. The food was amazing...kudos to the chef for preparing delicious food every time. A big shout out as well to the front desk for pointing out a discrepancy on our bill and refunding us appropriately. Our initial booking was for 7 nights, I had emailed to change it to 6 nights, and ultimately on check-in paid for the 7 nights (we were tired so didn't pay to much attention). We could have left and never realized the over payment, but they were so honest...again, just the best staff! Location is excellent if you want a quieter more relaxed stay. The 5 minute bike ride to the beach area is easy, and the beach is beautiful, quiet and serene. If you do want items at the beach, there are a couple of food shacks within walking distance. Would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Очень хороший отель , практически в джунглях. Для тех кто любит природу и спокойную обстановку. Мне понравилось всё: атмосфера, расположение отеля и персонал очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Особенно Сунил - очень помогал и объяснял все детали , помогал добраться до пляжа, банкомата и тд.

I loved staying here with my sister for a short and peaceful trip in Goa. the area is safe and beautiful, with a clean and calm beach nearby. The staff are so helpful, Sunil was great and helped us rent a scooter to get around. the breakfast was great, the room (which they upgraded for free) was so comfortable and clean with a balcony. I also liked how many plants and trees were around. They helped us with laundry and advice about taxis from the airport too. All in all a wonderful experience!

Het is dichtbij de zee, je bent er binnen 2 minuten zijn met de fiets en 5 minuten lopend. Ze hebben een schoon en groot zwembad. Het restaurant zit achter het verblijf, hier kan je de hele dag door wat bestellen. Het eten is goed en erg uitgebreid! Ze hebben fietsen voor gebruik en hiermee kan je overal mee heen. Ik als solo traveler voelde me erg op mijn gemak en ze hielpen me met alles. Via whatsapp en telefoon zijn ze super goed bereikbaar. Sunil de manager is zelfs met mij mee gegaan op de scooter naar het volgende verblijf om te kijken of het een veilige buurt was, omdat het een nieuwe locatie was. De kamer is schoon, goede airco en heeft water en theekan.

Мы с семьей останавливались в этом отеле ранним утром после прилета, довольно близко от аэропорта. Разбудили персонал, заселились в номер и поспали немного, белье было чистым. Утром позавтракали, полежали, поспали возле бассейна, все было вполне комфортно.

Après voir vu la chambre de luxe trop près de la réception et du bruit généré par le personnel autour de l’établissement, notamment la musique forte au restaurant,de l’hôtel, j’ai préféré une chambre (trop) petite, standard à l’étage . J’ai dû négocier âprement pour être remboursé de la différence. La piscine est belle mais elle était chargé de Chloramine, très irritant pour les yeux. Le réveillon de la St Sylvestre a été un réel fiasco. Le manager n’avait aucun renseignement sur l’adresse qu’il nous a donné. Soirée terminée pour tous vers10.30-11.00 pm .

Друзья, бронировали отель на 4 ночи. Заселились в 2 часа ночи, т.к. самолёт приземлился около 1 часа ночи. Менеджер всё сделал быстро в течении 5 минут. Очень красивый отель в португальском стиле. При возвращении домой наш вечерний рейс Гоа-Дели отменили и перенесли на утро следующего дня, мы вернулись в отель и хозяин предоставил нам номер для ночёвки бесплатно, за это огромное спасибо.

A really lovely place to stay in Goa. Splendid location - it is peaceful and quiet yet the city is not far away. There is a quiet, lovely beach on a five minute walk and in case you want more bustle, several more crowded beaches can be reached within about 15 scooter ride minutes. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with a peaceful garden full of flowers and a clean, inviting swimming pool. The sun loungers are comfortable, and the small restaurant is very pleasant for both meals and drinks. What truly makes this place special is the staff: incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They really went out of their way to help us. Staying there felt like a treat — Highly recommended.

Very friendly family run hotel, with fabulous gardens. Pool was a bonus if travelling with children. Short taxi ride from the airport so really convenient for a late arriving flight. Breakfast included and was enough to keep us going for most of the day. Velsao beach is A1a 10 minute walk away through palm trees - what a beach! Utterly empty of people, so peaceful. Dinner can be served here too - which was really tasty.

Not many other places to eat in the area,and can't believe there isn't more development here of tourist hotels as the beach is fabulous.

The building and the grounds are stunning! Staff is exceptionally helpful. The restaurant overlooking the large pool and gardens is a lovely setting for a meal. The location relatively close to Dabolum airport was really helpful.

Had a weeks stay in Resort Palmeiras Dourado the property is stunning in a very peaceful location .It is owned by a beautiful kind family who welcomed us .The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean and looked after by attentive housekeeping staff .The Manager Sunil takes a personal pride in his position to make sure everyone is happy and enjoying the facilities whilst maintaining the staff to a high work standard .Beautiful pool with nice facilities to relax with clean towels and beds in tranquil surroundings.The bar and restaurant food is excellent with the staff always available to offer advice for your choice .Breakfast is a buffet with good choices .No hesitation in recommending this hotel and I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff :Remy ,Parshuram ,Jovito and many more who made our stay such a lovely experience . And a big thank you to Sunil .

Personnel is very amicable and helpful, travelling from another continent we encountered some issues that the manager Sunil and staff helped finding a solution to. The property has a very complete kitchen and bar offering tens of tasty dishes and cocktails, we really appreciated their service, including the breakfast buffet. Palmeiras Dourado has also an associated driver that will drive you hassle-free for a reasonable price, I suggest asking for a round trip from/to the resort as the price will remain low, no matter how long you will stay in a certain location. Last but not least the room was tidy and comfortable, the personnel is very discrete and went the extra mile to make sure our room was cleaned well and quickly.

The beach is a bit further than expected but the property allows to use bikes for free to reach the location

Very peaceful location, beautiful garden added to the comfort. Swimming pool a plus. About 5 minutes walk to the beach. The room was cozy and beautiful, two separate terraces. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I can recommend it to those who need a little luxury and peace.

Чистые номера и удобные кровати. В шаговой доступности море. В отеле бесплатно предлагают велосипеды, что сокращает путь до пляжа и позволяет с комфортом передвигаться по береговой линии.

The staff were exceptional. Anything I needed the manager Sunil provided. He always went the extra mile and was extremely helpful. The barman was fantastic at making cocktails, attentive and very kind, always smiling. The food at the resort was stunning. So credit goes to the chef too. The whole team were friendly. We couldn’t be happier with our stay.

A well-maintained, family-run hotel near the beach with a pool, dining area, clean rooms, and functioning facilities. The staff was courteous and friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious. I came from Kolkata and felt like I was in a little paradise.

Dbałość o klienta. Udostępniono nam pokój po wczesnym przylocie i pozostanie w pokoju dłużej do wylotu wieczorem. Menadżer i obsługa zawsze uśmiechnięta i pomocna. Urozmaicone śniadanie, smaczne indyjskie i continentallne serwowane w kolorowym pawilonie przy basenie. Bardzo podobał nam się wystrój hotelu i otoczenie, dużo zieleni. Pokoje mają ładne balkony z wystawą na ogród lub basen. Rowery w cenie do korzystania. Pobliska plaża czysta i niezatłoczona. Spacerkiem 10÷12 minut lokalną drogą i ścieżką przez lasek palmowy i wydmy.. cisza i spokój czasami zatrąbi przejeżdżający pociąg. Byliśmy tu drugi raz.

W zasadzie nic. Może trochę za wysoka cena. Po 17:30 - 18.00 pojawiają się komary ale hotel z nimi walczy

Sunil and Ram were excellent, making sure that we had a fantastic stay. They organised transfers, provided excellent food and fantastic hospitality. The room was perfect for our needs. The beach is beautiful and very quiet and clean, and just a few minutes walk away. The pool and facilities are excellent.

We only wished that we could have stayed longer.

Jsem moc rada, ze jsem objevila tento hotel. Je to oaza klidu. Pokoje krasne vybavene, wifi perfektne funguje, trezor na pokoji. Bazen s kristalovou vodou, vytecne jidlo. Personal vzdy napomocen, manager Sunil mi byl stale napomocen se vsim.Nadherna klidna plaz je 500 m, vezmou vas na skutru nebo pujci zdarma kolo. Skoda, ze nemuzu zustat dele. Vsem moc doporucuji. Je TOP oaza klidu.

We very much enjoyed how well the staff took care of us and made sure we had a great time. The whole stay was comfortable and many of the staff members accommodated us, wether by planning external activities for us, arranging transport, providing special food or extra pool access ! They also took the time to talk with us and introduce the local culture. A big big thanks to the manager Sunil who made this stay extra comfortable, and to Remy in the kitchen ! We recommend this resort for anyone who is looking for a cozy atmosphere in a very peaceful area.

Lovely hotel with a tropical feel. The garden and pool are lovely for relaxing and all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Sunil who made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.

Тихое уютное место. Территория небольшая, утопает в зелени. Бассейн тоже не большой, но покупаться можно. Доброжелательный и готовый помочь персонал: помогли с покупкой сим-карты, арендой байка. Номера достаточно чистые, уборка по требованию.

К отелю это не совсем относится. До пляжа идти минут 10, при этом последнюю часть пути через частную территорию.

Had an amazing stay at Palmeiras Dourado! The room upgrade was a lovely surprise, and the pool was absolutely stunning! The poolside bar served up delicious drinks and had a fantastic vibe. Breakfast options were also great - plenty of choices to start the day right. Plus, the beautiful, clean, and empty beach was just a short walk away - perfect for peaceful spectacular sunset. And a huge plus, they allowed late checkout without any hesitation! Super flexible and accommodating. Can't wait to come back!

Great location, 5 minutes walk from a gorgeous, long, sandy beach. Close to the airport and not far from a number of tourist attractions (recommend hiring a scooter to visit as many as possible). The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, and the food served at the restaurant is good and fairly priced. The swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing dip, and was kept clean. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, and our shower was excellent. The perfect spot for a relaxing break!

It included a good mix of Indian and continental dishes including boiled eggs/ egg burgi, omelette, sausages, French fries, cornflakes, bread, butter, jam, Puri with potato bhaji, poha, 3 different fruits, milk, tea, coffee, I would have loved couple of more veg dishes since my husband is a vegetarian. But overall It was fresh and delicious. Sunil the manager of the hotel was very helpful, he went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Not just once but four to five times where he exceeded our expectations. We are very happy and plan to visit again.

There was nothing I didn’t like except one time when I ordered Chicken Cafreal which didn’t taste that great. I was however told after that the original chef was on leave. We also ordered for mushroom dish and Korean chicken wings and both the dishes were delicious.

We loved it being close to the beach. We loved the beautiful landscaping. We loved the great food at the restaurant.

It is a little far from the center of Goa, but we were happy to just relax and hang out here.

We only stayed here for one night as we had an early flight from the airport and wanted to be close. Room is nice and clean. Pool area and restaurant are nicely done. It´s a nice oasis in the „green“ with palm trees etc.

The property is only 5 minutes walking from the beach. It has a lovely garden, perfect for relaxing and a pool to cool down.

Staff was very helpful when ever we needed assistance in clarifying our queries. Nice and quiet place with homely atmosphere . Breakfast selection is good and limited but we loved what was available. Value for money. Will need taxi to travel around and staff is more than happy to arranging it or they give details for us to arrange directly. Away from busy north Goa and they have very quiet and clean beaches with in 1 Km walking distance.

The food was outstanding. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool was really good.

The property is beautiful.. we arrived late at night but even in the dark it was well lit and I could see the gardens were stunning. In the morning we walked through the gardens to get to breakfast and I was so impressed with the range of plants and trees. The pool was very inviting, especially in the heat! Our room was perfect for us both, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I had an uninterrupted sleep which was very much appreciated after a long day travelling. The staff were approachable, accommodating and lovely to speak with. We especially enjoyed our chats with Anita, Sunil and Raja. Had we known how wonderful this place was, we would have absolutely booked to stay longer. If we return to Goa we will be returning - but for longer!
