Problème d’arrivée d’eau chaude dans la douche ( au moins 5/6 minutes pour avoir de l’eau chaude ) Pour moi le spa n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles : jaccuzzi froid et hamman dégageait une odeur désagréable ( peut être mettre des huiles essentielles .. ) et de nombreux courants d’air qui ne favorisent pas du tout l’envie de rester au spa .

Le personnel très agréable et serviable Le spa exceptionnel, les filles sont très pro Et le restaurant ursus ! Digne d’un 2 étoiles!

Aircondition i værelset var lidt svær at styre, men det var måske bare os, der ikke kunne finde ud af det 🫣 Hovedpuderne var til den store side, men vi er også vant til nogle tyndere af slagsen 😴 Slutteligt kunne vi godt have brugt en ekstra bruseniche i vores familiesuite. Der var kun en og et badekar.

Le personnel n’est pas formé, pour le room tour la personne ne trouve pas la salle de bain (ne connaît pas la chambre et nous le dit) On demande une bouilloire, on nous amène un room service avec deux théières. On ne nous communique pas un détail important sur l’horaire de la dernière montée du funiculaire lors de notre passage à l’accueil. On aurait pu totalement le louper. Après avoir dîner au restaurant une étoile, on attend dans notre retour en chambre une petite attention, comme dans les autres établissements - mais rien. Le spa est beau, mais il manque cruellement l’espace tisanerie que l’on retrouve dans tous les spa. Nous avions demandé ne serait qu’une bouteille d’eau dans les vestiaires qui nous a été refusé. On nous a donné une gourde à remplir dans le lobby de l’hôtel en peignoir, une petite gourde qu’on doit remplir toutes les heures…Les gobelets sont la, mais à côté d’un robinet. Une table avec de quoi boire du chaud et du froid, des fruits secs c’est un service que l’on attend d’un spa.

Wij komen hier al jaren, fantastische kamers, extreem goed ontbijt en fijne hotelbar / lounge. Het hotel ligt een beetje ongelukkig in Val Claret maar dat werd altijd gecompenseerd door twee shuttlebusjes.

We waren er dit jaar end of season. Veel te weinig staf, supervriendelijk maar overwerkt. Problemen met shuttlebus en niet de service die je bij deze prijsstelling mag verwachten. Ook al was het ongeveer de helft van het hoofdseizoentarief

Gentillesse du personnel. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Petites attentions de bienvenue. Local à ski et proximité des pistes de ski. Possibilité d’acheter les forfaits à l’accueil. Petit déjeuner excellent. Qualité des appareils de sport. Qualité de l’espace détente.

Manque de prises proches du lit.

Superbe séjour . Service incroyable. Spa très agréable. Très bien placé dans la station. Conciergerie aux petits soins (cours de ski, baby sitting…). Je recommande !

Le personnel, le lieu, les équipements et la qualité des repas tant au petit déjeuner qu’au lounge. C’est le meilleur hôtel de cette game que j’ai eu l’expérience de faire pour le moment et de très loin.

Tignes Val Claret’te Maison Bouvier’de 5 gece konakladık ve gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Otelin en güçlü yönü kesinlikle personeli. Tüm ekip son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve çözüm odaklıydı. Karşılaştığımız her problemi hızlı ve profesyonel şekilde çözdüler. Kayak merkezine shuttle hizmeti oldukça başarılı ve düzenli çalışıyor. Otel ski-in ski-out değil ancak shuttle sistemi sayesinde bunu hiç eksiklik olarak hissetmedik. Ulaşım çok konforluydu. Yemekler lezzetli ve özenliydi. Servis kalitesi genel olarak yüksek seviyede. Spa ve hamam alanı ise gün sonunda dinlenmek için harikaydı; oldukça temiz ve keyifli bir atmosfer sunuyor. Genel olarak hem hizmet kalitesi hem konfor hem de misafirperverlik açısından çok başarılı bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Tignes’te konaklamayı düşünen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly and attentive staff, great location. Highly recommend.

The rooms were unbearably hot, despite asking for the temperature to be turned down every single night it made it almost impossible to sleep. No food available between breakfast and 6pm really which was a little frustrating too but otherwise all good.

Wenig Flexibilität im Hinblick auf das An- und Abreisedatum. (Selbst ein defektes Auto hat nicht zu einer Verschiebung bzw. Stornierung der ersten Nacht bewogen) Schlechter Service bei der Reservierung des Ursus. Es wurde ein vegetarisches Gericht angepriesen und 3 Stunden von der Reservierung hat die Küche die Rückmeldung gegeben, dass kein vegetarisches Menü möglich ist. Die Kommunikation ist ausbaufähig. Alles in allem nur eine „Standard-Höflichkeit“

Location around the hotel. View from the window of the scaffolding. We booked this hotel also to have dinner there, unfortunately there was no table for as. Drinking water from the tap at the pool. Of course the tap water was drinkable but it would have look better if there was a jug with the lemon

The most bizarre things. The room was too warm and had no adjustment as it has under floor heating and the only solution was to keep the door open to get a better more comfortable tempriture as the control of same was from a centrally located control as opposed to invidual adjustment. Also the swimming pool and hot tub were too cold to make them enjoyable and i only used them both once

The breakfast was not worth it and the temperature in the room can only be changed via the reception which was very inconvenient. Other than that, it was perfect!

Junior suite tastefully decorated with nice finishes. Lots of old timbers used sensitively to create an old feel chalet with really modern amenities Big enough to suit a family with bunk beds as well as main bedroom. Large lounge and enormous outdoor terrace with city and mountain view. Staff were super friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely amazing boutique hotel

Un endroit magique, de l'accueil jusqu'à la salle de bain, en passant par le hall d'entrée, le bar, les suites ... tout tend à la perfection, imaginé avec beaucoup de goût la décoration de l'hôtel est superbe. Les chambres ... pardon les suites, sont sublimes, avec un succulent gâteau de Savoie en guise de bienvenue. Très propre, beaucoup d'espaces de rangement, un coin séjour et une salle de bain avec double vasque, une très grande douche et une baignoire balnéo. Le petit déjeuner est peut-être un peu élevé 35€ mais tous les produits locaux (pains, fromages, charcuteries, gâteaux...) sont d'une excellente qualité. Nous avons adoré cette courte étape de nos vacances, et nous reviendrons certainement, cette fois-ci nous prendrons le temps de découvrir la belle piscine et l'espace bien-être.

Excellent stay at Les Suites - La Maison Bouvier in January 2020. Everything was perfect: service, rooms, comfort, the hammam and sauna are a big plus!!! Unique experience at the one-star restaurant in the hotel. Don't forget to go to their Panoramic Restaurant at the top of the mountain (fantastic!) and also La Table de Jeanne in le Val Claret.

真夏に利用しました。とにかくお部屋は広くて清潔で驚きます。バスタブは大きくてジャグジー付きです。アメニティーは最小限ですが、タオルもシーツも毎日交換、気持ちよく過ごせました。サウナにプール、ジムもスパも、この規模のホテルにしてはとても大きくて充実しています。部屋数が少ないせいか、とても静かなところも好感がもてました。4日間滞在しましたが、スーパーやレストラン、バーが近くて不便は感じませんでした。併設のレストラン”URSUS”は星付きのフレンチです。メニューはなくて秘密、”冒険してください”がコンセプト、味はもちろんですが視覚的にも楽しくて魅力的なお料理の数々、とても幸せなひと時を過ごせました。妻の誕生日と告げると特大のバースデーケーキもプレゼントしてくださいました。スタッフはとても親切です。次はスキーシーズンに利用してみたいと思います。

We have been there in October, low season. Suites are big and beautiful, bathroom with jacuzzi, plenty of places for coats, shirts, pants, etc. Some small details that a real 5 stars hotel would not miss. And a surprise at the breakfast: buffet that would be served in a 2-3 stars hotel for EUR 25 per person! Coffee served by a machine making an ignominious coffee and a not less ignominious capuccino (more like a hot chocolate). I was also expecting local fresh products, but instead UHT milk was served. Really disappointed.

Un séjour hors saison très agréable. L'hôtel est cosy et élégant. Le personnel très aimable et chaleureux.

suite spacieuse (en l'occurrence 45m2 pour 2 mais possible 4 avec 2 lits superposés en sus d'un king size), avec balcon, balnéo, salon. propre et service top. 100m à pied des pistes et loueur skis. seul petit souci, le chauffage (hors sdb) se commande depuis la réception, donc le réglage n'est pas immédiatement à votre main, mais la réception s'en occupe bien. très grand bar, bons cocktails. Petits déjeuners très bien (mais un peu plus de café dans le bol éviterait de redemander, pas en libre service). bon restaurant, mais service parfois limite (pour ce standing). voiturier efficace.

Really nice hotel in a great location. Close to the slopes, restaurants & shops and everything you need. The room was lovely and really spacious. I would recommend it to anyone. The food in the restaurant was amazing with a great choice of wines. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
