Djerba Holiday Beach

c'était bien après le bémol, c'est que il y a des fourmis dans la chambre parfois, je sais pas si c'est comme ça dans toutes les chambres. Il y a un large choix au buffet. Si vous prenez que le petit déjeuner, vous n'aurez pas de bracelet donc à chaque fois que vous passez par la sécurité, vous devez montrer la carte de la chambre. Sinon c'était plutôt sympathique, il y a une bonne ambiance, même les animateurs sont gentils. Et surtout je pense que c'est un des meilleurs hôtels. Très bien situé. Il est à côté de pas mal de restaurants, il est à côté du casino, on peut facilement s'y rendre à pied et ça évite de prendre des taxis tout le temps..

Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Frühstück – ein absoluter Traum: reichhaltig, frisch und abwechslungsreich. Auch das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Superbe séjour, nous etions 12 personnes dont 6 résidents d’EHPAD tout le monde a été à notre écoute. Équipe d'animation formidable ! On a tous très bien mangé également. Merci encore à tous signé les voyageurs du moulin !

Ayant réservé deux chambres triple doubles mitoyenne c’est après la troisième tentative que les chambres était conforme à ce qui avait été payé et demander…première tentative une des chambres avait un lit double cassé, deuxième tentative une des chambre était double et au finale la troisième attribution était la bonne. Dommage qu’il n’y pas eu une préparation et une vérification systématique des infrastructures des chambres Si non mes filles ont appréciées la piscine intérieure extérieur et les toboggans. Le restaurant n’était pas fou fou mais correcte.

Reste correct , merite quelques amélioration

Intox alimentaire, couloires bruyants, plages sales, personnel d'accueil tente de nous escroquer, personnel exploité et sous payé, nourriture peu varié et pas très raffinée...

Chambre vieillotte, restauration faite pour se nourrir et pas pour découvrir, insipide. L’hôtel laisse le total accès à tous les vendeurs ou rabatteurs et on est sans cesse alpaguer pour nous vendre des activités, c’est fatiguant, sans est presque du harcèlement.

Je le pas aimer l'hôtel pas top sale ya un odeur insupportable fourmis ya aussi étoile d arrangier dans le lit je retourne plus.

Tres bon accueil, cadre agreable, personnel attentif. Toute l'equipe est aux petits soins (réceptionistes, dames d'entretien des chambres, serveurs, animateurs, spa). Bravo à l'equipe d'animation qui ne tarit pas d'efforts et de sourires pour animer le séjour de la clientèle malgré leurs longues journées de travail.

Hôtel excellent

We stayed as a family/ friend group of 7 in this hotel, the last 2 weeks of October 24. From age 27 to 84, we all loved the time at Djerba Holiday Beach and are so happy. For me, it is the 2nd time at this hotel and it was even better than in 2023. But also my family members who went there for the 1st time were immediately in love. The hotel is in very good conditions, the site is clean, perfectly maintained, pretty garden and the pool is lovely. (my grandpa wants to point out that the pool water did not burn his eyes). The hotel rooms are comfortable. The food is great, there is always a big variety of food to choose from, also for vegetarians. The beach is beautiful, gets cleaned regularly and is located directly located behind the hotel. But the soul of the hotel are the staff who work there and all of them deserve the biggest compliment. From the cleaning personnel to the life guards, the reception and the restaurant/bar staff, gardeners... everyone is just so friendly, attentive and professional in their job. It is just a perfect start of the day to leave your room in the morning and be greeted by the friendly smile of the hotel staff. When my grandma had an accident and needed medical attention, it was just heartwarming, how caring, friendly and attentive everyone was. A big thank you to the bar staff, the security and live guards and the waiters of Holiday Beach. The biggest contribution to our perfect holiday (almost perfect, since my grandma had the accident) made the Animation Team of Club Jumbo. Their work is just incredible. Everyone of the Club Jumbo Team did an amazing job. They let the sun shine even on rainy days. There are multiple activities for every age group and the Team perfectly adapts to the individual participants. We enjoyed following activities: - Gymnastics/ Stretching , Archery , Dance Lesson , Cooking, Water Aerobic / Aqua Gym , Step Aerobic , Zumba , Dance in the evening Other activities offered, but we did not join, were: Darts, morning walks on the beach, boules, volleyball, bingo, football ... and of course activities of the kids in the Mini Club . In the evening, the Club Jumbo Team organized entertainment like shows, karaoke, Quizz night, Dance Parties. The Shows deserve to be mentioned in particular. The skill of the Jumbo Team is just stunning. Great dancers and even special effects like fire and firework (outside). Just wow. WOW! Every night, there is a motto you can dress accordingly if you like and it is just fun to participate in. And it just looks cool if everyone on the dance floor is dressed all white for example. Our love and big thank you goes to (in alphabetical order) - Chackie (the language talent, great (show) dancer and just a great and sweet person) - Chocolat (does an amazing job keeping everything running, is so good on stage and has such a pleasant voice) - Chinois (I guess every parent was happy to know the kids were having fun under your kind watch) - Dembele (best AquaGym EVA, and talented dancer and kind soul) - DJ Blacky (We had a lot of fun at the dance and disco nights thanks to your music. And also Blacky did dance lessons in a really lovely way, very patient with my 80-year old grandma) - Houcem (incredible artist. Thanks to you, the Disco was a visual feast almost every night. And your Halloween decoration was just amazing) - Jamaica (the sportive team player) - Junior (so kind and the kids love you back) - Leo (great show dancer) - Lulu (the sweet animatrice, my grandparents just loved you. And so pleasant to do yoga in the morning in your group) - Willi (the entertainer, never fails to make you smile, fun to dance with, great step aerobic and AquaGym) - Zuma (Zuma, is there anything you are not good at?? AquaGym, Zumba, (show) Dancing, making Brik, being Jack Sparrow ..) Also, DJ Blacky has a nice assistant and the team's dance shows are coordinated by a really skilled dancer, but we forgot your names :( If we can, we will definitely return and we wish the Team of Club Jumbo and the Djerba Holiday Beach staff all the best

Très bon hôtel, les gens sont sympathiques et accueillant, la nourriture est de qualité et variée je n'ai pas été malade une seule fois ! Plage privé en traversant le trottoir, piscine super grande et profonde, de nombreuses animations... toute les commodités y sont ! Je recommande vivement !

Un excellent séjour On a vraiment adoré

Tout va bien et notamment la gentillesse et le respect du personnel vis a vis des clients .

Struttura non curata e vecchia, sporca, molto grande ma vivibile solo all’esterno nelle parti comuni. Senza ascensore , per andare in camera si devono percorrere molti metri e scale a piedi. Le stanze terribili, affacciano su cantieri o montagne di terra. Le stanze a piano terra puzzano di muffa e fognatura. I corridoi sembrano corsie di ospedale. Non è stato possibile avere una stanza migliore che affacciasse almeno sulla piscina con un supplemento di prezzo per giunta. Il personale provava a cambiare la stanza ma con altre peggiori quindi solo presa in giro. In camera tutti i cassetti sono guasti, puzza di fogna dal bagno, acqua puzzolente che esce dal wc. L’acqua dei rubinetti puzza di fognatura. Blatte che girano dentro la camera. Se non espressamente chiesto le asciugamani non vengono cambiate ed è stata riposta come pulita una asciugamano lasciata sporca a terra. Lenzuola incallite. Cibo mediocre, caffè terribile. Sconsigliatissimo!

Struttura all'apparenza molto bella, esteriormente e la Hall ben curata, piscina molto grande e spaziosa. Personale alla reception non disponibile e mal disposto verso gli ospiti. Terribile la pulizia delle aree comuni, comprese le scale che portano alle camere. Corridoi tipo corsie di ospedali abbandonati... Arredo inesistente nelle camere, con pulizia inesistente! Sporcizia ovunque. Asciugamani presi da terra e riappesi come se fossero puliti. Ascensore inesistente, costretti a fare le scale con i bagagli. Barriere architettoniche ovunque. Da scappare a gambe levate!

Séjour horrible, déçue, plus jamais dans cet hôtel, j'ai rencontré plusieurs problèmes durant ce sejour pas d'électricité dans la chambre durant plusieurs jours propreté qui laisse à désirée... personnels ignorant, nourriture passable.... J'ai eu le sentiment d'avoir été lésée....

Personnels pas professionnels,pas de clim a 40° Faites attention si vous etes accompagné par des femmes ,les animateurs ansi que les agents des sécurités ne cesse de draguer toutes les femmes des tout ages jeunes ou vieilles ils lachent rien .je fait 100 hotel cette années avec expedia un peux partout dans le monde .je pas vue aussi dégueulasses, a eviter absolument (les palmes d'ors et holoday ).

Nous avons passe 4 nuits et tout est fait pour rendre le sejour agreable: les chambres sont spacieuses ,la piscine tres grande avec un coin toboggan et de tres nombreux relax ,un buffet varié et la plage tres proche Le rapport qualite prix est excellent

This was the best vacation in my life. One of the best hotels I have ever visited. The staff is really kind and helpful. The animation program is the best thing in the whole hotel. If you love activities such as aqua zumba, volleyball, football, dancing, ... Then this is the right hotel for you. Food- for me, there was a lot of food and everyone will find something that they like. If you are a fan of sweet desserts you are gonna love it. Rooms- I think here is mostly about luck but the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was good too, only our hairdryer didn´t worked but I´m sure that if we have told that on reception they would solve it. Staff - Everyone was really kind to us. If we wanted to help with something they helped us immediately. The bartenders and waiters were also really nice. I only didn´t like one thing and I was hurt by that. One of the waiters kicked a cat and that was sad. Animation program - They are literally the best people there. I had so much fun with them. I want to thank especially Ziko and Tito , these two are the best, they are funny and great dancers. Next I want to thank the only girl in their team, I don´t remember her name but she is an amazing person. The biggest thanks belongs to the DJ, his music is really good and he is so nice to everyone. So thank you Holiday Beach, I´m gonna be back next year, I can´t wait :) .

We stayed in this hotel for two weeks from the end of October to the beginning of November. We had a great time. The hotel and the pool area are lovely, clean and in very good condition. The rooms are comfortable. The staff, including cleaning personnel, waiter, bartenders, maintenance, restaurant staff and garden personnel, is friendly and does their best to make your holiday perfect. When the waiters in the restaurant found out about my birthday, they surprised me with a cake and a birthday song. The food is great!! There is always a good variety of different dishes. You can try typical Tunisian food but, e.g., pizza and pasta are also available. Vegetarians always find good options (show cooked fried and grilled vegetables!!!). Everything is freshly prepared and of high quality. The dessert buffet in particular always looks tempting and is great. The beach is very close and gets cleaned regularly. There are cute and friendly beach dogs who like to be petted and peacefully hang out there. So if you don’t like dogs, they won’t bother you. The main contribution to our great holiday was made by the animation team from Club Jumbo. There are activities for all preferences and age groups. The animation team nicely adapted the level of the activities to the fitness of the participants. We participated in the gymnastics, aqua gymnastics, dance courses, retro dance in the evening, morning walks along the beach, zumba, yoga, abs workout and step aerobics. Other activities such as darts, water polo, beach volleyball, boules and mini golf were also offered. Tennis and football courts were available. We enjoyed every minute. You feel that the team is dedicated to their work and skilled. A big thanks goes to (in alphabetical order): Choco (most kindhearted yoga instructor), Chocolat (most pleasant voice and great (show) dancer), DaVinci (Thank your for carving the pumpkins with us), Dembele (best aqua gym. EVAA! and great (show) dancer), DJ (Sorry, we forgot your name, but especially karaoke and your music choices were fun), Kimo (we saw, the kids in the kids club like you), Loufi (Great aqua gym, great and fun personalty and Ladies: Save a dance with him during retro dance time in the evening!), Mane (Waooow! So fun.), Momo (Best Lambada dancer, thanks for keeping us in shape with workouts ^^), Tito (Don’t want to miss you during retro dance!), Vika (First time we met a German animatrice, wonderful with kids. It was soo nice to meat you!), Willi (THE entertainer, fun step aerobics) and Ziko (supportive team player and keeps the mood up!). We miss you!

Points positifs: Hôtel très bien équipé avec une équipe d’animation d’enfer et ultra sympathique!!!!! piscine très agréable, parc aquatique idéal pour s’amuser, propreté impeccable, SPA correct niveau tarif. Chambre confortable, spacieuse et calme. Points négatifs: LE RESTAURANT 😱 celui ci ne propose que très peu de plat et assez redondant. Le service de boisson à volonté quasiment toujours vide ou en panne ou en rupture ( cela concerne les sodas et la tireuse à bière ) le distributeur d’eau ne donne pas d’eau fraîche. Les serveurs pas du tout à l’écoute et certain pas poli voir désagréable. LA BOUTIQUE DANS L’HÔTEL, les vendeurs sont agressive voir méchant et pratique des prix alluscinants et abusifs. Surtout À FUIR.

Très bonne ambiance dans l´hotel et une equipe d´animation au top. Hotel très propre, belle picine et près de la plage. Le personnel à la réception n´est pas très acceuillant. Les buffets sont pas très variés mais il y a le choix quand même.

Accueil plus que moyen de la part de la réception , chambre à moitié nettoyée, infrastructure vieillissante.

We went for it because of 10/10 rating. We had to wait for long time to check in and when we had the key we had to find the room ourself without any help. Put our valubles in the safe including our money after we locked the safe we couldnt open it again so contacted the disk to inform them as we need to get our money they said you have to wait till the day after so we couldnt buy nothing or put deposite for the towels to swim. Horrible service never go there again. Phoned hotel com proised to help and regitered the complaint and zero result

V tomto resortu jsme ještě stále ubytování. Jsme tu 4 dny a ještě dalších 6 nás tu čeká. Prvotní dojmy, ačkoliv Djerbu známé z předešlých návštěv, jsou různorodé. Jídelna: výběr jídel je asi dostačující, nicméně z fotek a recenzi jsme čekali více, chybí základní prvky stolování, stále chybí sklenice, k dispozici chybí dezertni lžičky nebo vidličky. Bazén: zde se da vytknout snad jen nedostatek slunečníků, je jich cca 40 na 300 lehátek. Pokoj: uspokojující, ale úklid vázne, dva dny nedoplneny toaletní papiry, nikdo nevynáší koše. Bary včetně bazénového, tady chybí více nabidky, pouze voda, strojové limonády, když chci něco namíchat, neví ani jak to udělat. Bar s jídelnou na pláži katastrofa. Co se týče dopoledních a odpoledních snacku, tak to je také děs. Převážně zbytky od snídaně, pro děti neznají ani zmzlinu nebo nanuk. Z pohledu návštěv Tuniskych hotelu ja tato zatím nejhorší. / We are still staying at this resort. We have been here for 4 days and another 6 are waiting for us here. Initial impressions, although familiar with Djerbu from previous visits, are mixed. Dining room: the selection of food is probably sufficient, but we expected more from the photos and the review, the basic elements of dining are missing, glasses are still missing, there are no dessert spoons or forks available. Pool: the only thing that can be criticized here is the lack of umbrellas, there are about 40 of them out of 300 sunbeds. Room: satisfactory, but cleaning is slow, toilet paper has not been replenished for two days, no one takes out the trash. Bars including the pool bar, there's not much on offer here, only water, machine sodas, when I want to mix something, he doesn't even know how to do it. A bar with a dining room on the beach disaster. As for morning and afternoon snacks, that's also terrible. Mostly leftovers from breakfast, for children they don't even know frosting or popsicles.
