Reviewed Aug 11, 2026We stayed at this hotel for 1 night after being booked in by the airline. We arrived very late and were extremely tired but the check in was quick and easy. The staff at this hotel are not very friendly or welcoming. We were awoken the next morning by windows vibrating and loud noises outside then a sudden alert on our phones to shelter in place. While this may now be the norm for the people that work there, it was very frightening for us. We went downstairs to reception to find out what's going on and were treated with indifference and no reassurance at all. Despite this, the rooms are big and has everything you need. The bathrooms are a bit small but it was acceptable. We were given meal vouchers which enabled us to have breakfast and lunch at the buffet. This can also only be described as ok. Juices were finished and never refilled. At lunch, you get a bottled water and nothing else. The options were to a minimum and the chef at the grilled just looked alarmed as if he was hoping that nobody comes to him. Again, staff in the restaurant were not friendly at all. If I ever have to go to Doha again, I wouldn't choose to stay here.

Rooms need upgrade and pest control. There are cockroaches in the apartments. Some of the rooms / apartments are in buildings separated from the main lobby, restaurants, swimming pool and other amenities, which you have to walk out via the road or via the basement. Upon Check-out, inspection needs to be done before they can release the deposit, and it took more than 15 minutes of wait. Breakfast buffet spread does not have much variety.

Cleanliness
6/10Multiple reviews call out dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms and presence of pests/cockroaches; one review praised excellent cleanliness but negative reports dominate.
Service
9.6/10Staff frequently described as friendly, accommodating and honest (housekeeping returned a left tablet); isolated negatives around rigid deposit/refund handling and slow checkout but overall service tone is very positive.
Location
9.6/10Many guests praise the convenient location and parking proximity; a few note some apartments are separate from main facilities, but location is consistently highlighted as a strong point.
Room Quality
7.5/10Rooms/apartments noted as spacious in several reviews and some recent new furniture reported; however there are multiple complaints about old/cheap baby beds, broken items and some very poor/dirty rooms, so room quality is mixed.
Amenities
9.4/10Pool, indoor playground and restaurant receive repeated praise and are family-friendly; a few reviews note separation of some units from main amenities, but overall amenities are strong.
Value for Money
7.5/10Perceived value is mixed: positive mentions of space and family suitability, but issues with deposit/refund, parking security and occasional low-quality in-room items pull this down slightly.
Food and Beverage
6.5/10Several guests complain breakfast lacks variety or freshness and one called it unappetizing; other reviews praise a varied and tasty breakfast — overall slightly below average.
Overall Experience
9.5/10Overall impressions range from excellent family staycations with trustworthy staff to strong negative experiences (dirty rooms, deposit issues). Positive family-oriented stays are common, resulting in a generally very positive overall impression despite notable negatives.
