اول م دخلت فلت لهم ابي اشوف الغرفه دخلوني غرفه مو نظيفه وقلت لهم لا وغير هذه بعدها غيرو الغرفه وانا طالب اسره منفصله عطوني سرير واحد ابو نفرين وجابو سرير خارجي صغير والمرتبه م هي كويسه دورات المياه يوجد بها حشرات وعدم توفر مسلتزامات الكاملة في دورات المياه

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026They gave us a very nice junior suite room 305 and I think this is our preferred room since we starting coming to this hotel and ofcourse Ann always making our stay very smooth.
The only problem we have is minor and we have countless times expressed it to the staffs and sometimes those concerns are never met,when it comes to breakfast,they brought us salt in a coffee papercup, we have to always ask for sandals and towels and toothbrushes and paste to the room,the tv remotes always not working or the TV channels aint working.We have experienced this in all our stays and I hope they are able to fix it,otherwise this is a very good hotel that's why we still come back but could be better if the above concerns are met during our stay.

فرشات / الدوشق للأسرة متهالكة نسبيا ، ولكن المكان بشكل عام نظيف والخدمة سريعه وفورية والموظفين بشوشين جدا

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The room we booked was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, polite, and very accommodating. We also enjoyed the big indoor pool, which was a great addition to our stay. Overall, we had a pleasant and relaxing experience.
The bathroom drain has been clogged since day one, apparently due to a previous renovation, and this was a constant inconvenience throughout our stay. The water temperature was also too hot, and we feel it could be regulated better. There were not enough cribs available for guests, so we had to wait for one to become available. The gym also needs some attention, as some of the equipment was not working, and the AC was uncomfortably cold. Another concern was the strong chlorine/chemical smell from the swimming pool area in Basement 3, which could be noticed even on the ground floor. The smell was particularly strong in Basement 4, where we parked our car, and was quite unpleasant. We hope the management can address these issues, as the hotel has great potential and the staff were otherwise very accommodating.
