Tout le personel était très à l'écoute. Le SPA était nickel est calme. L'hôtel est parfaitement situé avec place de parc, accès direct au centre du village, et restaurants de qualité sur place.

Het is een heel centrale plek in het dorp, vlakbij de lift en het dorpsplein. Je kan de auto bij het hotel parkeren, maar verder is het autovrij, dus het is er heerlijk stil. Er is een spa beneden en een heerlijke tuin met schaduw.

Struttura curata e ben tenuta. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. E la seconda volta che ci passo e non delude mai. Spa molto gradevole dopo sforzi sportivi. Consigliatissimo!

Sehr nettes und bemühtes Personal und Besitzer. Auf individuelle Wünsche wurden immer so gut wie möglich eingegangen. Sehr schönes und sauberes Spa inklusive. Jederzeit wieder!

Die zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage war toll. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und frisch. Das Gastgeberehepaar war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, immer gut gelaunt. Wir haben ein Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten, ohne dass wir dies erfragt haben. Das Ambiente im Hotel ist sehr angenehm und gemütlich. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

We stayed at the Grächerhof for five nights as a family of four and booked two rooms. We had a really great stay and would definitely come back. The staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived and always made us feel welcome. Everyone was happy to help and you could tell they really cared about their guests. Both rooms were spotless, comfortable, and cleaned every day. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed during our stay. The breakfast was fresh every morning with a good selection of bread, pastries, fruit, cereals, yogurt, cheeses, cold cuts, and eggs. It was a great way to start the day and there was something for everyone in our family. The wellness area was one of our favorite parts of the hotel. After spending the day hiking, it was so nice to relax in the spa. Everything was clean, quiet, and very well looked after. The location is also excellent. The hotel is right in the middle of Grächen, so everything is within easy walking distance, including the cable cars, restaurants, and shops. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The combination of the clean rooms, great breakfast, relaxing wellness area, and genuinely warm hospitality made this an easy 10 out of 10 for us. We would happily recommend the Grächerhof to anyone visiting Grächen.

Ein gemütliches Hotel mit freundlichen Gastgebern. Schöne Sauna und heimeliger Aufenthaltsraum. Das Zimmer war grosszügig und hell. (Komfort).

Super Lage. Schönes Ambiente und alle sehr freundlich. Auch das Frühstück absolut OK.

Für das Zimmer (Einzelzimmer) zu teuer.

Top Lage, gemütliche Räume

Personal wirkt etwas überfordert und unerfahren.

Perfekte Lage. Toll, dass es im Zimmer Kaffee und Tee gab. Der Hotel eigene Spa ist sehr schön gestaltet, perfekt für eine Erholung nach einem intensiven Skitag. Sehr freundliches Personal.

From start to finish the experience was amazing, the hospitality was outstanding from the owners and loved that it is family run and the laid back atmosphere. No question or request was too much and they always had time to answer anything or get anything we needed. The location was perfect for us to access the slopes, walk our dog around the area and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We arrived late on the first night and went to find something to eat but everything was closed, the chef kindly made us some pasta and this just shows the ethos here and they really do go above and beyond. We even had breakfast after we checked out and there was no feeling of being rushed or ushered out. The spa is a nice touch but the best feature by far is the fire and the cosy feel around the hotel. We loved every moment. There's a ski storage room with heated boot racks which is another great addition, they really thought about everything needed to make an excellent experience.

Sehr enttäuschend. Wir hatten ein teures Zimmer mit Bergblick gebucht, bekamen bei später Ankunft wegen eines defekten Sprudelbads ein Zimmer in einem Nebengebäude im ersten Stock ohne Aussicht angeboten. Statt einer empathischen Lösung erfolgte alles sehr schnell und wenig verständnisvoll. Zusätzlich flackerte das Badlicht und bei der Kaffeemaschine fehlten die Löffel. Für diesen Preis nicht angemessen.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und daher war unser Aufenthalt leider nur sehr kurz. Für längere Aufenthalte im Sommer und Winter würden wir das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral in Grächen. Wenige Gehminuten sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bergbahnen und Restaurants erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommen und hilfsbereit.

Ein sehr persönlich geführtes Hotel mit schöner Inneneinrichtung. Die neuen Besitzer haben gute Ideen und werden dem Hotel neuen Schwung verleihen.

Einiges wird erst auf die Wintersaison hin bereit sein.

We had a great night in this beautiful hotel with the spa! We had everything we needed with excellent breakfast! The staff was so nice and allowed us to store our bags for few days while we went hiking around the mountains.

Very well appointed Spa Hotel and in the center of town, but still quiet and tranquil. Beautiful location in a fabulous mountain setting, could not be any better! In addition, owners and staff are exceptionally nice and helpful and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable! This is a 10 out of 10 place to stay, highly recommended!

Ruime comfortabele kamer met uitstekend ontbijt. Wellness niet gebruikt, maar zag er op en top uit.

Certe c'est un peu chère mais dans le prix il y avait accès au SPA. Très bel hotel et petit dej très bon.

Very responsive owners, nice spa, we got two free drinks for a restaurant next door and... Something rare in Switzerland in my view (and I am a Swiss person), owners are actually genuinely trying to help and do not make a face when you speak English to them... I did not feel I was bothering when asking for smth, which again, is rare in Swiss hotel family owned... Refreshing :-)

Marco and his family have only recently taken over the hotel, and they are clearly pouring their hearts into making it a warm, inviting, and beautifully run place to stay. Any reviews written before their ownership simply don’t reflect the current charm, care, and genuine hospitality that now define the Grächerhof. From the moment we arrived, Marco made us feel more like guests in his home than customers in a hotel. He was always ready with a smile, helpful local tips, and a sincere interest in making sure everything was perfect. The personal touches throughout the stay — from the warm welcome to the thoughtful conversations and service — made it clear that this is a family deeply committed to providing something special. The hotel itself is lovely: cozy, clean, and beautifully situated in the heart of Grächen, with easy access to hiking trails and the town’s scenic charm. The rooms are comfortable and well cared for, and the common areas retain a charming alpine character that perfectly suits the surroundings. It’s rare to find a place where genuine hospitality shines through so clearly, but the Grächerhof is one of those places. (And again, thanks to Pedro for going the extra mile to deliver it!) The property is new, modern, and cozy, making it a perfect choice for a romantic getaway, a ski trip, or a family vacation. It has the best spa I have ever seen in a three-star hotel,featuring a bio sauna, dry sauna (95°C), steam sauna, jacuzzi, foot massage station, and an incredibly comfortable and peaceful relaxation area with fresh fruit, spa water, and high-quality tea. The location is fantastic-literally right next to the bus station and the cable car to Hannigalp. They even provide special snow-walking shoes for free, and for skiers, there is a designated area to store ski equipment. We are so glad we found and booked this property. We highly recommend it!

Nothing. We highly recommend not only this hotel but also Grächen itself—it is truly a hidden gem in the Swiss Alps! One more thing (due to limited space, it didn’t fit into the "What We Liked" section): The restaurant serves, among other things, delicious Valaisan cheese fondue with plenty of pickles, potatoes, and bread, which we loved, as well as fantastic-looking Italian cuisine. In the morning, they offer a top-quality buffet breakfast.

Nice hotel, nice and warm people willing to assist. Breakfast was ok, not the best but, i loved the fresh cooked egg.

Almost zero parking, especially for the winter holidays the space was super limited

The rooms are very clean, cozy and have all the amenities and comfortable. Very well managed temperature and the beds are nice too. We had a lovely balcony looking outside. Breakfast is very nice too... and the staff is the best you will ever find in Switzerland. Ask for Nadeem, Maya and Heidi. They are lovely!

Excellent breakfast. Lovely helpful staff, especially the guy who checked us in. Comfy rooms and nice soap, shower gel etc. decent coffee machine in the room too

Bit disappointed the spa wasn’t open in the morning meaning we actually didn’t use it as we only spent one evening there. Not the fault of the hotel either but the night we stayed there was some sort of street party with a very noisy singer who sang until just after 1am! Could have done without that!

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. It exceeded our expectations of how comfortable and clean the rooms are. The hospitality of all the hotel and restaurant staff is also exceptional! We would definitely come back!

If you go to the restaurant be prepared that the portions will be very substantial- kind of good but I don’t eat much and try to avoid food waste

Staff were extraordinary

This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had, everything was great from our arrival. We were welcomed with a glass of wine in the sofa by the chimney during check in. We then stayed for excellent dinner at their restaurant La Torre - delicious pasta and tiramisù. Breakfast was abundant, with homemade cake, warm crunchy bread, and a cook who prepared eggs on the spot - would recommend the omelette. Staff members were really friendly! After a day of skiing in Zermatt, we could relax at the spa area, which was quiet and very well equipped (2 dry saunas, 1 humid sauna, jacuzzis, showers, an area for reading). Wish we would have stayed longer at this great hotel! Promised ourselves we will be back soon - grazie, merci for the stay Grächerhof!

It was lovely to be welcomed by a drink offered by the hotel, nice touch. The spa is great, very intimate, clean, brand new and not busy at all (and we stayed there on a Saturday). There are lots of facilities. Staff was really friendly and warm. Breakfast is gorgeous, best omelette ever! Room was nice a spacious and had such a lovely smell.

The only thing is that parking is not guaranteed. We had to park in the city car park, which really close by, so not a big deal but it meant that we had to pay 15 CHF extra.

Bathrooms were way too small, not as pictured and almost felt as bathrooms in cruise ships cabins. Breakfast very basic, not many options, although the coffee was great!! View from our room excellent.

Bathrooms could’ve been bigger, very uncomfortable to take a shower and sinks were tiny - hardly any room to put stuff.

Brand new rooms, high quality furnishings, comfy bed with very nice bed sheets. 5 minute walk to the Hannigalp ski lift. Well insulated so the noise from the bars in the area did not bother us.
