Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Ein Gastgeber, wie er im Buche steht! Von der ersten Minute an fühlt man sich herzlich willkommen, persönlich umsorgt und fast wie bei Freunden zu Hause. Die familiäre und zugleich besondere Atmosphäre macht den Aufenthalt wirklich einzigartig. Man fühlt sich als Gast nicht einfach nur willkommen, sondern wirklich gesehen und wertgeschätzt. Einfach eine rundum tolle Erfahrung – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Mein Zimmer war gross und freundlich.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Die Lage ist extrem zentral im Dorfkern - in wenigen Minuten erreicht man Restaurant, Geschäfte und Parking. Wir haben zwei Zimmer zur Alleinbenutzung gebucht und erhielten zwei grosszügige Zimmer zugeteilt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und bot viel Abwechslung. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Ich kann das Hotel gut weiterempfehlen.

The restaurant was closed and they prepared everything for the breakfast, but there was nobody around to ask for help. There was a coffee machine, but I was not able to get a cappuccino from the machine.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2025Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in Hotel Desirée. Alles was schoon en netjes en het eten, zowel ’s avonds als het ontbijt, was heerlijk en uitgebreid. Ook de service was vriendelijk en gastvrij. Al met al zeker een aanrader voor wie comfortabel wil verblijven in Grächen.
Enige minpunt vonden wij de prijs, die wat aan de hoge kant is.

we had a family room which was spacious but the beds for the children were small and uncomfortable. They are probably okay for small children but not for teenagers
