Alpina Wagrain

The property had a play area for kids. My daughter enjoyed that. We arrived at about 8 PM and didn't have any problems parking the car or checking in.

Super Wellnes mit Innenpool.Tolle Lage.

The place is just perfect, by all means! Brand new, beautifully designed, well equipped. The breakfast was very good, also the restaurant fir dinner, and the location is great. We loved this stay and will return for sure.

No fans/air conditioning.

The location and view. The breakfast was really nice. The kitchen was equipped very well. There was a waterpark near the hotel and free during our stay. The hotel has a restaurant with very delicious meals.

The room is not that big for a family room. Requires more ventilation. Air Conditioning! The beds aren't that comfy.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit feinem Wellness Bereich, top freundliche Servicemitarbeiter, wunderbares Frühstück ❤️

Brødet kunne have været bedre.

The staff is excellent, very polite, helpful and nice. The hotel itself is in great location and offers all the facilities neeeded for a great stay.

No aircondition or even a vent to make the room comfortable to stay in. In addition, the bathroom didn't have basic soaps and shampoos as every hotel usually have (even 4 stars hotel).

Meget flink personale.

Manglede lille køleskab på værelserne. Og evt. en elkedel.

Alt

Beautiful property and clean

Godt værelse, god beliggenhed centralt i byen, dejlig morgenmad og aftensmad

Huge room with huge balcony, loads of closet space and 2 toilets, good during the morning rush! Great staff, great breakfast, short walk to ski lift and apres ski, ski rental etc and the ski bus stops in front of the hotel. Ski locker room, great views, play rooms for kids (big and small), swimming pool.

Swimming pool was not heated much, and is pretty bare, not really a nice place to relax after a day of skiing. No hot tub, no outdoor pool. Would be good if the bar/restaurant had pizza.

Alles👌🏽!

The hotel is lovely, true Austrian spirit! Amazing breakfast, lovely staff, a great heated interior pool for the kids to have fun, and also a couple of lovely rooms for kids to play. Apartment / suite was great with a lovely terrace with mountain views.

No comments here.

Such a nice family run hotel. Very friendly staff, good food and cozy atmosphere. Rooms were clean and spacious. Will definitely be back soon.

Strava veľmi dobrá, ubytovanie tiež. Milý a ochotný personál.

Nemám zvlášť pripomienky k pobytu.

Comfortable rooms, nice bar area, helpful staff. Conveniently located for skiing - a 200m walk to a short drag lift up, which allows you to then ski back down to one of the main gondolas (Flying Mozart) and access the main ski area.

This is a beautiful, cozy hotel with the most comfortable mattresses for a sound nights sleep! Great location with stunning views, a really great experience, super helpful, friendly and accommodating staff.

Betreiber waren spitze!

Brand new facility, in a very nice village. the hotel is very well maintained, served very good and rich breakfast. Martin the owner is proffesional, a pleasant and kind person, which guided us with exploring magnificent local trails.

All was perfect

Staff, gym, pool sauna , nice rooms, breakfast

Towels, shower

tayed at Hotel Alpina Wagrain with the family and had such a great time! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located with stunning mountain views. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the wellness area was perfect after a long day. The kids loved the swimming pool and the snooker table — such a fun atmosphere! Special thanks to Ronald, the manager, who welcomed us warmly when we arrived late in the evening and even prepared delicious omelets for us in the morning. His kindness made our stay extra special. Highly recommended for families!

The service is really good. We had a problem with the shower in our room - and got responded instantly with a solution. We also had a problem with the safe, which our items got locked inside (maybe we locked it with a wrong code, not sure what happened) and also got responded very fast with a solution. Really recommended! The breakfast was also very good, and the hotel location was perfect for us.

Lack of options for dinner.

.

Immer wieder gerne !

Overall good wellness hotel. Renovated bathrooms would improve comfort even further.

The hotel has a very warm vibe, with a great staff that did its best to help out. The room was clean, the balcony has a great view to the mountains and the swimming pool was a lovely place to be when it rained.

We had couple of hot days, and the rooms has no airconditioner. However, we asked for a ventilator and the great staff did it best and found us one.

Alt var perfekt på hotellet.

Alt var super fint

Sehr gutes Abendessen. Super nettes Personal.
