Very nice hotel, excellent service. Club lounge manager K. Sine taking full care of us. We always feel like coming second home. Food very good too. Chef Lek and chef Lam make best Thai food too. Italian chef Mario made good fish for our family. Room nice size and very clean. We definitely will recommend all our family and friends sure.

We had a wonderful experience staying at InterContinental Hua Hin. This was our first family trip with our little daughter. She absolutely loved the train ride and enjoyed swimming so much. It was also her first time walking on the beach, as she had always been afraid of stepping on the sand before. The service at the hotel was truly impressive, especially at the Kids Club. The staff were friendly and made our daughter feel very welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again when we have the opportunity.

What a wonderful hotel! We had such a lovely stay here. From the moment we arrived the staff were so lovely and we could not have asked for a better trip. We stayed 10 nights and we could have stayed even longer as it was so good. The breakfast is superb, something for everyone here. The hotel is spacious and clean and has lovely grounds. The pool is huge and we never had an issue finding sun loungers. Our room was spacious and clean and had great amenities. The sea view was lovely and I really enjoyed sitting on our balcony relaxing. They have a wonderful little train which takes you around the hotel grounds which my son loved. Restaurants here are excellent, we did the tasting menu at the Thai restaurant which was superb. We also ate at Azure the Italian a few times. The location is brilliant, directly connected to the Blúport mall, 5 minutes from the water park and it’s very central. We hope to return one day, thank you IC Hua Hin!

It’s been a long time since I experienced such excellent service—everything was perfect! I can't wait to come back; there’s no doubt that the resort considers every detail to ensure a fantastic vacation.

We stayed here for 4 nights as a family of 4 (kids aged 10 and 12) in the private pool king suite, and absolutely loved it. We came from the intercontinental Bangkok sukhumvit and this hotel was on the same level; incredible. The staff are amazing and can’t help you enough, from the hotel lobby to housekeeping and restaurant and bar staff. Also the manager regularly chats to guests to check if you are happy and always asks for feedback. We thoroughly recommend this resort-hotel!

Room location in the main building is not idle and is far from the facilities and has bad view. Recommend taking the rooms located near the main pool Breakfast at peak times is not managed and many foods are missing at the buffet. Thai restaurant on site is pricy and food quality is below average.

Our stay at InterContinental Hua Hin Resort was exceptional from beginning to end and easily ranks among the finest luxury resort experiences we have had in Thailand. Arriving aboard the Weekend Express Train by InterContinental made the journey feel like part of the holiday, with excellent organisation, reserved seating and a seamless transfer from Nong Kae Station directly to the resort. We stayed in the Private Garden Suite, which was spacious, beautifully appointed and offered a peaceful private garden that made it feel like our own secluded retreat. Every member of the staff was genuinely warm, attentive and professional, consistently delivering the thoughtful hospitality that defines the InterContinental brand. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, featuring an extensive selection of international favourites, authentic Thai savoury and sweet dishes and Asian specialities, all maintained to an impressively high standard. The Spanish frittata, chicken satay and especially the rich chocolate pudding were unforgettable, proving that quality was never sacrificed despite the size of the buffet. We also enjoyed lunch at Azure, where authentic Italian cuisine, beautiful beachfront views and excellent service created another memorable dining experience. The Club InterContinental Lounge was equally impressive, with a relaxing afternoon tea and elegant evening cocktails adding even more value to our stay. Beautiful tropical gardens, immaculate facilities, exceptional dining and consistently outstanding service came together to create a truly luxurious and relaxing escape. InterContinental Hua Hin Resort perfectly balances elegance, comfort and genuine hospitality, making it a destination we would happily return to and highly recommend to anyone looking for one of the best beachfront resorts in Hua Hin!

We have just arrived back home from a fantastic week in Hua Hin, staying at the wonderful Intercontinental. The location of the hotel is perfect with a bridge on level 2 connecting the new shopping centre to the hotel. A great touch. The service was exceptional and so many members of staff to thank for looking after us. A few I would like to thank are Golf, Earth, Nid, Khom and Carl. Nothing was ever too much trouble. A 10/10 service from all the team. The restaurants at the hotel are also a must, and we will be definitely make the BBQ extravaganza on our next visit. The room we had on level 5 had magnificent views, nice and quiet and was also well maintained to a high standard. The pool area is one of the best we’ve seen on our travels - very sleek and different areas If you’re thinking of visiting Hua Hin, The Intercontinental is a fantastic hotel choice and you will not be disappointed. We are already planning our next visit. It was such a great holiday Thank you Intercontinental Hotel. Just Perfect 😃

I recently stayed at the Intercontinetal Hua Hin and it was outstanding. It is a very large complex but easy to explore. The staff go out of thier way to make you welcome. I even had the pleasure of meeting the manager whilst I was having breakfast one morning. It is very refreshing that the manager would go out of her way to take the time to speak to the guests. The whole complex is very impressive and there are plenty of Bars and Restaraunts to choose from and the beach is only a short walk from the rooms. I will be staying there again when I go later this year.

A Perfect place to unwind, relax enjoy the beautiful sights, sounds and cuisines. This is our 2nd visit in 6 months from California. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights stay. Check in staff to the groundskeepers are professional, efficient, attentive - all with beautiful smiles. Shout out to Earth ( whom we met during our last trip). We are so happy to see him get promoted. He is very warm, professional and took great care of us. Also the team in Club Lounge, we enjoyed our quiet tea time very much. We love our room #6103. We are already planning our next trip in 6 months. Thank you!!

I had a wonderfully relaxing stay here before heading into Bangkok. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the service was consistently attentive and welcoming. Everything felt effortless, which made my short visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm and convenient stopover.

Our favorite Hua Hin and Intercontinental hotel. Super well maintained property in a great location. Modern clean rooms and the huge bed is so comfortable. Breakfasts and fire show dinner were delicious. An overall wonderful travel experience. Kudos to senior management and culinary chef for leading/inspiring a great staff.

Excellent service, a wonderful atmosphere, and a great place for any occasion. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a place to stay in Hua Hin.

​I brought my parents here for a relaxing vacation and we loved our stay. ​Service: Exceptional. The staff members are always smiling and very helpful. ​Location & Vibe: Very convenient location, yet the beach was stunningly beautiful and perfectly quiet. ​Food: The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of delicious options. ​Activities: There is so much to do. Going to Vana Nava water park was highly exciting and added a lot of fun to the trip! ​Overall, it's a fantastic hotel for a family trip. I highly recommend it!

The stay started with a little disappointment. We made our reservation via Agoda, thinking we had a great deal off-season. Unfortunately the rooms we booked were on the other side of the road. The hotel was not at fault on this, but the description wasn’t clearly stated on Agoda site, so we were misled a bit. Overall the stay was not remarkable with the only exception which were the staff crews. Most of them were incredibly pleasant and helpful, always smiling. Oh! The breakfast was also great and plenty. About the room and amenities, my take was the furniture started to show its age. The closet didn’t function as new. The large bed was a bit soft for my taste. The pillows were few and soft, a little surprise from a 5-star brand. Amenities were nothing special. Because the room we stayed facing the main road, we could hear the echo from passing cars in the morning. Would I come back? I need to pick a right room type first :) PS, the property also features a pet-friendly floor.

It is always a special time when we go to Hua Hin and stay at the Intercontinental. The location and staff are wonderful. We want to call out Thum, Khom and Siri as very caring and helpful staff at the restaurant. They make sure our stay is top notch!

Impressed with services and overall facilities

We recently visited our son in Hua Hin. The IC in Hua Hin was the 1st stop .Our Son arranged all hotel bookings . On arrival we were given our room it had been 24 hours of flight and drive time so we were spent. He thought he booked poolside but we were given a room over the bridge. It may very well have a pool on that side but we wanted to be closer to the main hub of the property . We were moved over that night. The Hotel itself perfection we are very well traveled and through our jet lagged eyes after the move our room was ideal ! While our first room was a spacious suite separate bedroom and living room we really did not need that . I could also hear the traffic quite loud in this room area. After a long travel day much needed rest was in order ! The hotel design beautiful ! greeted with a cold drink and all staff we encountered very well trained friendly. Our second room exactly what we needed. It was pool side with a spacious patio and gate to enter the pool area highly recommend this room category. It was in the hub of the hotel. quick walk to the beach, lobby ,breakfast and dining options. It was large enough as well . We were only staying 3 nights as we then stayed at our sons place . This was to get us over our jet lag ...we needed to sleep at 4pm we slept. The pool clean and water temp perfect ! Pool bar servers friendly and personable. We ate our breakfasts here served buffet style and made to order eggs. We only dined here once as our time was short . We had the THAI our last night there . Our sons wife is Thai so she did the ordering . I wish we were not so tired during our stay but it gave us an entry into THAILAND ! In closing do go to the Mall attached its good for a look around and something to kill your jet lag off !!!

A hotel that has great attention to detail in its service, design, and people!

We love the Intercontinental Hua Hin, location, room comfort, ambiance and actually everything is just perfect. The entire staff is outstanding, thank you all for being as you are, caring yet discret, kind and attentive. A special thank you to Jandi, she took care of us on our arrival and made our entire stay of 4nights, to celebrate our wedding anniversary, very enjoyable and memorable. The team of the evening shift was also so kind and professional at the reception. We spent great time at the pool and had very nice finger food at the pool bar, the service was excellent. We would like to thank the entire staff in the breakfast place, including the noodle soup cook from 1-5Jun, from whom I ordered special tom’yum sauce more sour less sweet. It was delicious. Please convey a special thank you to our room cleaning staff, we appreciate the regularly cleaned room. The only regret is that our holiday came to an end. We look forward to returning soon to the same place again.

The club lounge at the Intercontinental Hua Hin has been wonderful. The lounge itself is tastefully decorated and laid out featuring a baby grand piano, floor to ceiling book cases and a myriad of seating options. The lounge staff led by Chief Butler, Mr. Tum work diligently to provide top notch service and hospitality. They do a great job of welcoming each guest and catering to our needs. Keep up the good work!

A wonderful long weekend just a few hours from Bangkok by car — and an absolute discovery that I will definitely be returning to. The location is great, connected to the Blúport mall with an easy 20-minute walk to the town centre and a short 5-minute drive to the waterpark. The resort opens directly onto a beautiful beach — water clear, clean and surprisingly uncrowded despite it being a major holiday weekend. The grounds are gorgeous — manicured gardens filled with frangipanis, a fabulous swimming pool with plenty of loungers and swim-up bar, and a very cool art-deco bar called Cocco serving great cocktails and gin & tonics. The Thai restaurant Jaras is exceptional — helmed by a 2 Michelin star chef — with outstanding food, excellent local wine and remarkably reasonable prices for the quality on offer. The gym is very well equipped. We stayed in a spacious beach villa with a private pool and sun deck overlooking the sea — simply stunning. The Club Lounge was great - quite classy but informal - serving breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails every day. But the true strength of this property — and the reason I will absolutely return — is the team. From the moment of arrival, with a member of the management team coming personally to welcome us, through to departure, we were looked after impeccably. Professional, warm and genuinely attentive — nothing was ever too much trouble. A special shout-out to Chief Butler Tum, who took exceptional care of us throughout. An outstanding property. This is now my go-to weekend escape from the city !

This is my first time staying at Intercontinental Huahin and it was extremely wonderful stay. The facilities and staff’s services are incredible. The front office team: Khun Kaimook, Khun Gob, and Khun Baitong were fantastic, welcoming and professional. Especially Khun Kaimook since from Pre-arrival, Check-in to explaining hotel facilities to Check-out time. The FB attendance was also exceptional, Khun Phob from CoCco bar has excellent knowledge of wine and drinks, he’s super fun to have a conversation with. Not to mention Mr.Bob from the breakfast that we had, he engaged and willing to assist with all the plates and food recommendations at all times. The experience that I had during the stay was beyond the expectations and I would definitely return to the hotel again ⭐️

Intercontinental Hua Hin is such a beautiful tranquil place . The ambience of the hotel and the room was just fantastic. We wanted a restful holiday and we certainly got it. Every member of staff were very polite and courteous. The food is fantastic from the vast array at breakfast to the fantastic Jaras Restaurant. Would certainly recommend and we will definitely be returning. As a restaurant Manager myself and my Husband an IHG Diamond Elite Ambassador we have stayed in a lot of hotels for IHG and we feel we must acknowledge a few members of staff by name so they can be recognised for exceptional customer service. Champ, Kong, Ray and Paul from the pool bar looked after us whilst at the pool, there service to us was 5 ⭐ , they have amazing Customer Service skills. Nok the Restaurant Manager from Jaras was exceptional, the first night we went for dinner my Husband was very ill and she had my dinner brought up to the room for me. Unfortunately he ended up in hospital the next day with pneumonia. After a week of rest we went again and her attention to detail is second to none. We will be dining there tonight for our final dinner which I’m sure will be excellent, the food is amazing at Jars. Nok is a beautiful Lady who deserves a very special mention as she is an absolute credit to the hotel. Please also thank Poo our housekeeper who looked after us . The room is perfect with all amenities I want. Very clean, the mattress is soft and very comfortable. There has shopping mall opposite the hotel. Good value for staying

regarding an extremely distressing experience at InterContinental Hua Hin Resort during our stay from May 4th to 7th, 2026, booked via American Express. Our stay was marred by a severe security breach, substandard facilities, and, most appallingly, the unprofessional and deceitful conduct of the Front Office Manager, ​The following points detail the gravity of the situation: ​1. Severe Security Breach and Safety Concerns: At 11:00 PM on the night of my arrival, while my elderly mother (70) and I were asleep, a male individual in civilian clothing (polo shirt and jeans) repeatedly knocked on our door, claiming to deliver honey which we never ordered. This caused a severe panic attack and left us feeling unsafe for the remainder of our stay. Despite reporting this to the Front Desk twice, the Front Office Manager, claimed total ignorance the next morning. It took him 10 hours to review CCTV footage, and he provided contradictory information, falsely claiming the individual was "Room Service," despite the dress code and hotel policy stating no service is provided after 10:00 PM. ​2. Gross Misconduct and Deceit by Front Office Manager: demonstrated a complete lack of leadership, integrity, and service mind. ​Dishonesty: He repeatedly provided evasive and contradictory answers regarding the security incident. I have audio recordings confirming his inconsistent statements. ​Unprofessional Attitude: When I requested to return pre-purchased vouchers due to loss of brand trust, he responded sarcastically, feigning ignorance about the IHG corporate office and the voucher sales process. ​Hostile Resolution: At 8:00 PM, instead of ensuring our safety, he refused to upgrade us to a more secure room and suggested we leave the hotel and contact our agency to find new accommodations ourselves, showing total disregard for my 70 year old mother’s well-being. ​Retraction of Offers: During check-out, he attempted to charge us for the spa and dinner previously offered as compensation. He only relented after I informed him that I had recorded our prior conversation. ​3. Substandard Service and Facilities: ​Hygiene: A hair was found on our breakfast table; the staff removed it with a tissue without offering any apology. ​Room Quality: Despite being a Suite, the bed linens were old, worn, and torn, failing to meet IHG’s global standards. ​Service Failures: A server spilled a drink on my outfit without proper professional recovery. ​This experience has fundamentally shattered my confidence in the IHG brand. The security lapse was frightening, but the blatant dishonesty and "gaslighting" by a senior manager are unacceptable.

I would like to share honest feedback regarding my recent stay at InterContinental Hua Hin Resort in a Private Garden Suite from 4–7 May. While there were positive aspects of the stay, particularly the excellent housekeeping team, very good breakfast experience, and professional spa therapists, the overall experience unfortunately did not meet the standards I expected from the InterContinental brand. From arrival, the experience lacked warmth and attentiveness. We waited for assistance at check-in, and the initial interaction from the staff member handling our arrival felt minimal and disengaged, although another colleague later improved the interaction with a more welcoming approach. The biggest disappointment came from the Greek restaurant. Communication was difficult due to language barriers, several menu items were unavailable, and the food quality was unacceptable. The steak served was not fresh and had an unpleasant smell, while the octopus dish was extremely dry and tasted old. What concerned me most was the response from the supervisor, which focused only on removing the charge rather than addressing the seriousness of the issue or offering a genuine apology. The room itself was visually beautiful and clean, but comfort was heavily impacted by poor noise insulation, unstable air conditioning, and inconsistent shower water temperature that shifted from hot to cold every few seconds. Sleep quality during the first and third nights was particularly poor due to noise and room temperature issues. My final impression was unfortunately worsened during check-out. My wife and I received repeated calls from the front desk regarding our departure timing before check-out hours had even passed, forcing us to interrupt our shower to answer where I didn't understand the urgency. Before leaving, I requested to speak with the front desk manager because I wanted to share my concerns directly. The manager appeared occupied with another guest whom they seemed to prioritize heavily. Once my transportation arrived, I informed the staff member handling my check-out that we were unhappy with the stay and requested that the manager call me later. Ironically, I was standing very close to the manager while making this request. The staff assured me someone would contact me, but no one ever did. What disappointed me most was not only the operational issues themselves, but the lack of genuine care, ownership, and guest attention throughout several moments of the stay. For a luxury property under the InterContinental name, I genuinely expected a much higher level of service and professionalism. Great services from arrival till departure. Convenient location, spacious room with enjoyable facilities like gym, spa, kids club, pool with hot/warm/cold jacuzzi in the middle of the garden, private and direct access to the beach. This hotel is great for couple and family stay. The breakfast is not to be missed with various choices of foods and the tasty food, eventhough some some eggs order was missing but understandable as we went down during peak time. We enjoy with other foods on the buffet lines though. Antonia at Front desk was helpful with the check-in, kept us informed on the phone when 1st room was ready and escorted us to the room when we were back in the afternoon. All bellman, HK, pool bar and breakfast team are also helpful and made us feel pampered. Last but not least, thank you for those ride on the the mini train. We definitely recommend your hotel and will be back again.

Stayed here during long-weened. Intercontinental hua hin has always been my home away from home since its opening more than 10 years ago, and it never fails to impress me. I would like to sincerely express my gratitude Khun Mod at Azure, Khun Baitoey at reception, Khun Yim at the spa, khun Kong at the bar and lastly Khun Nok at Jaras who all gave me warmth and comfort during my stay. Intercontinental Hua Hin is our favorite hotel in the Thailand . We come back here 2 times a year. This time I had to be in Hawaii so I booked for my wife and 2 kids. They had wonderful time in Hua Hin and sent me photos. Whenever we come to Hua Hin our family do not even think about where we gunna stay. Our vacation in Hua Hin equivalent to vacation in Intercontinental Hua Hin! I thanks intercontinental Hua Hin for taking good care of my family.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the InterContinental Hua Hin team for the warm welcome and excellent service throughout my stay. At check-in, I would like to thank Khun Golf for assisting me and clearly explaining all the details and benefits of my stay. I would also like to thank Khun Antonia for kindly showing me around the Club Lounge and explaining how to use the facilities. As this stay did not include Club Lounge access, I would love to have a room package that includes Club Lounge access on my next visit. Regarding the dining experience, I would like to thank Khun Nok at Jaras Restaurant for recommending the dishes on the menu—everything looked delicious. I would also like to thank a staff member at Azure, although I cannot recall his name; he was a gentleman in a white shirt, and I believe he might be the Assistant Manager. The room is beautiful and in a very convenient location. It’s easy to find food nearby, and the area is peaceful. The hotel is right by the sea, and the service is excellent. I would also like to compliment a staff member named Khun Kob.

This is our family’s vacation home. Whenever we have a break from work, we always bring the family here. (Our youngest daughter constantly talks about going to InterCon every day!) All the staff are lovely, from the front desk—K. Antonia and K. Tony—to the kids' club, where K. Aoi takes wonderful care of both our daughters. The housekeeping and F&B teams are also great. This time, we stayed in a family room—our kids said it’s the best room they’ve ever stayed in across all hotels! Plus, having a package that includes access to Harbour Land made it even more wonderful for the kids. The beach here is amazing—white, soft, clean, and gentle on the feet. My kids were happily collecting crabs and playing in the sand. It’s the first beach where my youngest daughter dared to step on the sand because she felt safe (when she was 3 years old). This time, our youngest daughter had a minor accident while swimming, but the staff provided excellent first aid. Thank you so much. We’ll definitely find time to come back. We love this place! My daughter had an amazing time at kids club, the beach and leisure facilities were amazing - we made many memories during this Songkran vacation.

There was nothing not to like.

3 nights stay during Songkran Holliday with family. Everyone loved it. Wife, teenage girl and younger (11) girl. Place is beautiful. The room are very spacious and in great condition (great shower with good water pressure, awesome bed, so comfortable) Pool, great (maybe would be nice to have a few more shade options, it was quite hot) Breakfast, awesome as expected (Thai, Chinese, international, bakery options for everyone taste. Staff is very active and all area are always super clean no matter what time you come eat) And the staff. Everybody always friendly and ready to assist with anything. We had a small issue with our room key, but the team came quickly to support us. And the manager Sabrina went the extra mile to make up for it. Thanks again. If I had to give 1 recommendation, it would be to make sure to get a room towards to lobby/pool side (and not the mall side of the street) for people with mobility issues, as we walked quite a bit back and forth.

Everything was wonderful from the check-in greeting from the manager Sabrina to the check-in staff JanDi and Biw and all of the food servers and cleaning staff. This hotel is very nice, but what sets it apart from its competitors is the wonderful staff at the Intercontinental Hua Hin. We had a wonderful vacation and will be returning as soon as possible.

In my opinion, this has to be the best hotel in Hua Hin, having visited the city many times and staying in different hotels. The moment you arrive at the Intercontinental you are made to feel special. We stayed in a King Premium Ocean View room and we were definitely not disappointed. The room was tastefully furnished, the bed was bigger than a standard king size and the icing on the cake was the view from the room and balcony. Breakfast was included in our room rate and the choice was totally amazing. Dishes of every kind were available from Thai, Asian and Western style. You would be hard pushed, not to find something you liked. I especially liked having Thai Iced Milk Tea, as my daily beverage, instead of the usual tea or coffee. The garden and pool area at the Intercontinental are spectacular. Whoever designed this hotel took the time to really appreciate the setting and have created something special. There is even a small beach area within the hotel's footprint, where you can relax on a sunbed, with the ocean just a few feet away. The hotel consists of two wings. We stayed in the beachside, but there is another just across the road adjacent to Bluport shopping mail. Both wings are connected via a foot bridge, which crosses the busy road below. What makes the Intercontinental unique is the mini train that goes around the hotel grounds. Guests can reserve a ride and experience the fun of taking the train. We did. We plan to return to the Intercontinental next year as we have found our little peice of paradise in Hua Hin. Finally, a special thanks to all the staff and management team, who made our stay perfect. We were always greeted with a smile and nothing was too much trouble for anyone. They were truly amazing and simply the best.

We spent some family-holiday-days at this hotel. We would like to thank Earth from reception/concierge!! He did an amazing job! So kind, friendly and helpful. He booked and organised a trip to the Kui buri national park for us which was such a great experience. He was always there for us to help, organise or to answer any question. Thank you!!

This is an amazing resort! It is absolutely beautiful! The beach, restaurants, morning breakfast and decor are exceptional. The staff are all so very pleasant and attentive. One in particular, Shama an apprentice who served us in morning buffet was charming, pleasant and very helpful. Ou housekeeper whose name I did not catch was very attentive and pleasant. The staff at front desk were also extremely nice. The food at the breakfast buffet and Azure was excellent! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The Hua Hin Intercontinental Resort is paradise. The service, amenities and staff were all exceptional upon our arrival and over the entire duration of our stay. The Club Intercontinental team were all standouts for their professionalism, friendliness, and service. This included amazing service from Tum, Kom, Jigsaw, Pond, Mink, Sine, Srijana, and Jessy, which made our experience one I will never forget. The standard and cleanliness of the room in which I stayed was exceptional, and the work of the housekeeping staff, especially one member of the housekeeping staff, Poo, was excellent. Would highly recommend, 10/10.

First time stayed at the InterContinental Hua Hin, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The room beyond expectation. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room design created a relaxing atmosphere, and of course, loved the bathtub. Even though the room was located on the BluePort side, it did not ruin the stay at all. Oh… food from room service was great!!! The pool and beachfront made this stay even more enjoyable, create a relaxing and memorable experience. Breakfast was impressive with a wide variety of delicious options, both local and international. Our stay was truly memorable thanks to the wonderful staff. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a big smile. A special thanks to the Front Team, especially “Khun GOB,” for taking such great care, which made this journey even more special. Overall, it was an amazing and incredible stay. If you are looking for a beachfront hotel, this is the place you need to be. I’ll be back for sure!!!

We have been coming here year after year, a bit away from the busy/ noisy bars in center but still close to many good restaurants. Please is open and very airy so problems with mosquitoes is not present as it is many other places in Hua Hin. Staff at hotell is very friendly , highly recommended for couples.

Our family are experience with Royal Blossom Train Express to Huahin with Intercon's Package. We're rally appreciate with service along travel journey. The Train was awesome. The room was quite comfort with nice view and superb services !!! The mini train and swimming pool is suitable for children. KIDS don't wanna go home and we gonna plan for next trip to visit again soon !!!

The hotel is great facility and suitable for family. There are many activities for kids such as kids club, beach, riding a horse. The service and breakfast is great too. We travelled by Royal Blossom Train and it was such great experience for our kid. The train was so clean and comfortable.

Overall a good stay! The hotel is clean and the rooms are very spacious. My only issues were the slow check-in/out process due to the dual reception desks, and the loud street noise from trucks with speakers near the mall in the morning. Tip: Ask for a room away from the main road for a better sleep!

The team in the Club Intercontinental were standouts and all were exceptional in servicing breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. My amazing experience at this hotel was in big part thanks to the team in the Club Intercontinental, especially Tum, who’s professionalism and friendliness made the experience one I’ll never forget. 10/10 recommend.

We spent 10 days in this magnificent hotel with my wife. Our room was on the beach wing (Premium room). The hotel itself is awesome! Staff is very polite and positive, breakfast has excellent choice of different food that varies a little bit during the week and everything tasted great. Although March is still quite busy time in Hua Hin, there never was lack of anything in the breakfast or in the hotel in overall. The hotel has direct access to bluport mall which is awesome, and also one complimentary visit to Vana Nava waterpark. Although bear in mind, that you still have to pay for the lockers in Vana Nava, if you want to keep you stuff safe. This wasn't mentioned to us when receiving the tickets from reception so good thing we had some money with us. We also highly recommend the restaurants in the hotel (Azure and Jaras), and especially the friday night seaside BBQ buffet. The variety and taste of the food is superb and the price is very reasonable. Special mention to the reception staff and manager who took good care of us when my wife got sick in the end of our stay. We even got to keep our room until our ride arrived, so my wife could rest in our room. Thank you very much! Pros: + Breakfast + Location + Staff + Peace + Beach access + Mall access + Nearby markets (Tamarind and Cicada) Of course every hotel has something to improve: - Our room was overall very good, but the soundproof of the door was quite bad, so some of the loudest noises could be heard from the corridor. Also our room had the opportunity to connect to the next door room, and you could also easily hear the sounds from the connecting room through the door. Also the room was a bit outdated but we didn't mind the markings on the floor. - Sunbeds, sunbeds, sunbeds.. A common issue in almost every hotel, as almost all of the sunbeds were already reserved at 8.30 in the morning, although many of them remained empty throughout the day dispite of the towels sitting on the beds. The hotel has written policy that you could only reserve the sunbeds for 1 hour, but we didn't notice that the staff would have obeyed this rule even once. We were still able to get sunbeds every day, but this could be an issue for some people. Overall very relaxing stay, and we would love to stay again here when we come back to Hua Hin next time!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly appreciated the overall experience. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I especially loved the thoughtful amenities prepared for children—they were very cute and made our stay even more enjoyable as a family. The bed was extremely comfortable, with a selection of pillows to choose from, allowing me to sleep very well. One of the highlights was the flexibility to extend check-out time until 2 p.m. (subject to availability), which made the stay feel much more relaxed and convenient. I would also like to sincerely thank one of the staff members at the front area (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name). When we arrived in the late afternoon, my son was excited to ride the hotel’s mini train, but we were told it was the last round. This staff member kindly suggested that we ride the train first before checking in and even arranged for the train to run one more round so my son wouldn’t be disappointed. His kindness and empathy truly meant a lot to us and made our stay extra special. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to return again.
