Clean hotel and good location

The incomparable professionalism, friendliness, commitment, courtesy, kindness, respect and dedication, portrayed and evidently felt, from each and every member, of the team, at Marrakesh. Metaphorically, a level above, Intercontinental, Marriot and Anantara.

Having to leave, after already extending my stay, due to the comfort, of this resort.

Ruhigere Lage, nicht direkt im Zentrum aber nah genug um schnell überall zu sein.

الإفطار كان سيء جدا حتى كانت مع صديقتي بريطانية انحرجت من الإفطار ومن الجناح كان التنظيف سيء للغاية لم يتم استبدال الرول مع اني وضعته بشكل يوضح يجب تغييره و حشرات لأنه يتم فتح الباب للغرف عند التنظيف

The staff we always pleasant

The room was very average, booked a junior suite, bed was ridiculously large. Said it had a pool view, that was of next doors pool and blinds were pulled down so no view. Very misleading. Also construction on both sides of hotel.

The room was spacious and felt unique but not luxurious. The outside patio and spa bath were perfect. The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety and is on for a good length of time meaning we didn't have to rush. There are plenty of food spots and restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel's entrance is down the side of a residential property, which made it feel more like an add on. This sums up our reflections of the hotel. The pool for the hotel is quite small for the number of guests. The residential part of the site has a huge pool but there is no access from the hotel. The bar and outside area closed by 9pm and the lights were turned off. There was also building work outside of our window, which we were not informed at all. The road outside was difficult to cross..

לא אהבנו, עזבנו אחרי לילה בלית ברירה, למרות שלא רצינו להישאר כלל, המלון ממש לא ברמה של 5 כוכבים ובטח שאין תמורה לכסף. חצי שעה מרגע הצ'ק אין ביקשנו לעזוב, בוקינג הסכימו להחזיר לנו את מלוא התשלום אך המלון לא היה מוכן, בסופו של דבר הוסכם כי נקבל חצי מהסכום...

התאכזבנו ממש כשהגענו למקום, לפי התמונות נראה מעולה וכשמגיעים לשטח מגלים שהמקום מיושן, ולא מתוחזק כראוי, בטח שלא ברמת 5 כוכבים, ריח לא נעים בכניסה לחדרים, רהיטים מיושנים, חלקם קרועים, מלוכלכים, לא מתוחזקים.

The room layout was weird. Bed position, toilet directly behind the bed. Mirrors on both sides of the bed. Paid pool view but under construction.

Quick access to the beach and very friendly staff - if it wasn’t for the workers this place would be in trouble

The rooms are very very outdated and unpractical. There is also construction on both sides which have just began by the looks of things are noisy from 8am until 6pm

Byggeplads og larm på begge sidder af hotellet. Hotellet oplyser ikke der er meget støj fra byggepladsen og nabo hotellet, hvor de renoverer poolen. Tænker de fleste ikke ønsker lyden af lufthammer, mens man hygger ved poolen. Der til kan skal man ikke booke med pool udsigt, da det er kun til nabo hotellet 😩😩😩

Breakfast was the most disappointed, I wish the owner has rechecked on camera how many guest walk past and check what it was every morning and walk away. Staff were very nice that is only reason for me to return and just have drinks at the beach bar only but definitely not going back there to stay and won’t recommend to whoever I know to stay there.

I loved everything about this hotel. From the spacious rooms with a lovely balcony to the beautiful and quiet pool area. Breakfast was great and the staff were lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

Due to an urgent, unforeseen personal emergency, I had to depart after only one night. While I am aware of the property's standard non-refundable policy, I expected a level of professional discretion and empathy that was entirely absent. During my short stay, I encountered several significant issues, including outdated room conditions, hygiene concerns regarding insects, and persistent noise from pool construction. My attempts to resolve these matters—and subsequently my request to discuss a partial exception to the policy due to my emergency—were met with dismissive service from the reception team, specifically Kate and a refusal from management to engage with me directly. As a frequent traveler, I value properties that demonstrate both quality maintenance and a human approach to guest relations. I am disappointed to find that the resort prioritizes rigid policy adherence over guest satisfaction.

Really liked this hotel. Staff were fantastic, so kind and friendly. Facilities were amazing especially the pool and surrounding area. Spacious rooms. Would definitely come back. Thank you.

Oh that view on the beach! Amazing!! Cozzy lounge and bar sittings on beach front patio was so relaxing and beautiful! The pool is super cool, big and clean. The kid playing area is so rich and playful kids enjoyed a lot. In room jacuzzi was a plus point. The taste and variety of the breakfast were 5 star!! Best part was the staffs. All of them were really really cordial and friendly. Specially I can recall Pond and Brave - such humble girl and boy.

The room interior setup is little awkward as it was designed with Moroccan theme. Specially the bed position is weird. No reading table in the room for keeping small stuffs. Toilet shower and cabinet positions are also a bit uncomfortable. A great rearrangement could make it all positive.

Room is spacious, nice and clean. Pool is great, right on the beach. Breakfast has variety of menu to choose from. Very comfortable and relax just to sit by the pool or by the beach doing nothing.

Bonjour à toustes ! Nous avons loué la suite Celestial... c'était notre voyage de noces et nous avons été agréablement surpris par des attentions qui nous attendaient dans notre suite : gâteau, fruits, chocolat... La chambre possède un jacuzzi et un rooftop... la détente est assurée. La suite est en front de mer, ce qui m'a permis de prendre des magnifiques photos du levé du soleil ! Les couleurs sont incroyables ! La suite est grande et très agréable au quotidien (nous y avons passé 5 nuits). Le petit déjeuner (compris dans la suite mais je crois aussi dans les autre chambres). Ce n'est pas un petit déjeuner... c'est un vrai repas !! Il y a de tout !!! Et tout est bon !! En soirée, le Al Barh propose l'happy hour de 18h00 à 20h30 sur une sélection de cocktails. Les sourires de Ying, May, Piya m'ont charmée. Tous les 3 sont très très gentils, respectueux, à nos petits soins, très réactifs... Le 1er soir, nous avions choisi nos sièges vraiment en front de mer, le lendemain soir notre espace nous était réservé... voilà cela fait partie des attentions entre autres. Nous prenions nos dîners au Al Barh. Il y'a énormément de choix ! Spicy or not Spicy !! Vraiment l'hôtel 10/10 et super pour voyage solo !! Ça c'est aussi un gros point positif ! Hua Hin est calme et reposant et sans pollution (suis asthmatique) . C'était notre voyage de noces, nous reviendrons car nous avons adoré !!! Marie et Ludo de Nouvelle Calédonie Juin 2026.

Beautiful hotel with a unique design and a peaceful atmosphere. The architecture and overall aesthetic are stunning, making it a great place to relax. The staff were friendly and always greeted guests with a smile. The breakfast was delicious, and I would especially like to commend Khun Porn from the breakfast team. She was very attentive, welcoming, and provided excellent service while paying close attention to details and guest needs. The bed was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. However, one area that urgently needs improvement is the bathroom. In Room 71, there was significant mold on the bathroom walls, and the cleanliness was below expectations. This issue should be addressed immediately as it affects the overall guest experience. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and with better bathroom maintenance, the experience would be much better. Recommended for those looking for a beautiful and tranquil hotel in Hua Hin.

De kamer was fantastisch, het eten heerlijk en de accommodatie prachtig. Mooi, ruim en goed onderhouden. Zwembad was heerlijk (ook voor ons 2,5 jaar oude zoontje) en je loopt zo het strand op. Ligt middenin tussen winkelcentra (Blueport en Market Village en Tamarinde Market en Cicade).

Vlak voor de accommodatie loopt een grote drukke weg, met weinig mogelijkheden voor oversteken. Is met een kleine niet ideaal.

The breakfast and the restaurant could have better options and better food! Is not bad but is not amazing.

The property is beach front. The staff is AMAZING. E eveyone is very welcoming and helpful. Khun Pond took a good care of me during breakfast and lunch time. The front door staff helped me with the bags and everything. The breakfast was delicious. The interior and exterior design of the hotel is very beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. This is a really unique hotel in Hua Hin to visit.

Es hatte sehr wenig Gäste und darum immer genügend Platz am Pool und im Gym. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand war mega schön und sehr sauber (im Mai). Im Oktober hatte es sehr viele Algen und durch die Flut war der Strand sehr klein. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, ist aber aus meiner Sicht gut zu wissen.

Es ist alles sehr veraltet und müsste repariert werden, vor allem der Pool.

Der Pool war sehr schön, das Frühstück war sehr gut

Die Zimmeraufteilung. Das Bett stand frei und der Raum hatte keine Tür - war somit direkt mit dem Bad verbunden. Dort haben sich Mücken 🦟 verkrochen, die mich trotz Spray in der Nacht zerfressen haben. Ich hatte das Fenster nie geöffnet. Außerdem hat das Bad nach Gülle gestunken und somit der ganze Raum. Mir wurde mit Raum Spray ausgeholfen, was den Gestank nur etwas gemindert hat. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und überteuert für thailändische Verhältnisse. Ich würde nicht wieder dort übernachten. Die Klimaanlage war direkt über dem Bett. Keine Chance dort zu schlafen. Ich habe dann mit viel Mühe und betteln einen Van bekommen. Danke dafür

El personal es muy amable y a pesar de las barreras de idioma, buscan siempre la forma de ayudarte y atenderte.

Aclarando que todo está en buen estado y limpio, las instalaciones son un poco viejas y se empieza ya a notar.

The hotel is very beautiful, and the pool overlooking the ocean is incredible. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Pond, who made our stay even more special—she was always attentive and considerate.

The room cleaning left something to be desired; on the first day, I had to clean the bathroom drain, which was extremely dirty and causing the water to overflow, not to mention other issues.

Ein Lobbybar fehlte und ein Restaurant für den Abend. Man konnte zwar esswn bestellen, aber nur außen oder auf dem Zimmer speisen.

The location is great. Beautiful pool and right on the beach. The staff is outstanding , always smiling and helping . Rooms are big and spacious . Overall a great hotel with Happy Hour everyday on the lawn facing the beach . Highly recommend this hotel !

החדר בהחלט היה שונה מכל חדר שראיתי בעבר. כבר בכניסה לחדר הדבר הראשון שאתה רואה זה כיורים שמנותקים לגמרי מהמקלחת ומהשרותים. רק לאחר מיכן עוברים לחדר שהיה גדול ומרווח. הצוות בקבלה ובארוחת הבוקר היה מקסים.

המלון מרוחק. הלובי במלון לא ממוזג ומאוד קטן כך שבהחלט לא ניתן להשתמש בו. הכניסה למלון מאוד לא מרשימה ובהחלט לא נראה כמלון 5 כוכבים. לאורך החוף במהלך היום אין בכלל כיסאות ישיבה מה שמייתר לגמרי את מיקום המלון לאורך החוף.

Beginning of the hot season so hotel deals easy to find. I love that this hotel is Thai owned! I like the Marrakkesh (I also had 4 days at the Wora Bura) as it is 20 minute walk to Tamarind Market, 8 minute walk to Bluport shopping and 20 minutes to Market Village. The sea is a few steps at the end of the pool. The rooms; I booked a junior suite (least expensive room), it overlooks a barren piece of land which is now a construction site & I believe they start at 7am, The room is 60 metres. I was however upgraded to a pool view room (55metres) and it should be noted the pool view is for the pool (probably over 60metres long) for the residences which are privately owned (can be rented) but the hotel guests cannot use it. Bathrooms are gorgeous mosiacs but like another reviewer, i found that there iss no other furniture to put luggage aside from a small cabin bag. The only other issue I had is that the bathroom lighting means that you cannot use the mirrors & the ones in the bedroom have a film on them so you never have a decent mirror.

- der private Pool mit Beschattung war ideal - großes Bett für die ganze Familie - herausragendes Frühstück - Nähe zum Strand - sehr gepflegter, schön begrünter Außenbereich

- das große Bett bietet auch eine gemeinsame Decke für alle Schlafenden, was mit Kindern oder unruhigen Schläfern sehr ungünstig ist. Zwei bis vier separate Decken wären für ruhigen Schlaf besser - scharfkantige Stufen im privaten Pool - wir haben Zimmerservice genutzt, das Essen war ok, der Service sehr freundlich, aber da es nur einen Mini Tisch gibt, muss man auf dem Bett oder Fußboden essen

Tbh , value of money what I paid i m pretty sure you can find another place much nicer and more clean , the room on ground with jacuzzi is not worth it , shower room is unclean , the room smells musty and is poorly ventilated. *not recommended* , Overall hotel look old and need some maintenance. Ps. maybe the room on upper floor re better.
