不慣れなフロントスタッフがチェックイン時の遅さに驚く。すでにブッキングドットコムで支払い済みにもかかわらず、手続きだけて10分程度待たされた。先輩スタッフも女性スタッフと雑談ばかりしており手伝う様子もない。これではダメなホテルだと感じる。

金曜日の夜が併設しているレストランのピアノの音が大きかった。フロントに苦情を言ったが、、、。平日の料金と土曜日の料金の差がとても大きく、連泊者（私は週末を含めて5泊した）にはちょっと不満。

Está dentro de un centro comercial y las ventanas dan al interior del centro, por lo que, aunque no se escucha ruido, no dispones de luz solar en la habitación. A diferencia de todos los hoteles de Japón en los que estuvimos, no te daban botellitas de agua en la habitación. Por las noches el centro comercial cierra y hay que encontrar el timbre de llamada, que no está a la vista, para que te dejen entrar. Precio caro en relación con otros hoteles de Tokio de similar o superior calidad

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026We stayed in a deluxe room. The space was tiny but we were able to make it work. This was our second long stay here (14 days this time), so we knew what to expect. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great, a real value in July! The location is good, really close to lots of restaurants and shopping, the Inokashira park, Kichijoji station. The nightly happy hour was a nice touch.
We only ate breakfast here a couple of times this trip. The breakfast is very much geared to Asian guests, which are probably by far the majority of guests. The butter buns are fantastic. There was alway fresh fruit and fresh yogurt. The price is good, considering it comes with coffee and juice. But for a long stay, there wasn't enough variety of western foods for us. I would have been willing to try the huge variety of asian foods, but I would need some help to understand how to do it. Generally, only the front desk staff spoke english. I do wish there was an option for a larger room, with a closet or wardrobe and a dresser.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Tokyu chain hotels are reliable, but this is a particularly good choice. While a bit of a walk from Kichijoji Station, you're passing through the covered shopping arcade so you're not going on any major roads and aren't exposed to the elements. The location itself is perfect for shopping in Kichijoji and exploring the excellent restaurants and izakayas at night. The building itself is fairly new and rooms are slightly bigger than normal for Tokyo standards. The hotel even has a (tiny) fitness centre (called activity room) that's divided into a play area for children and a small space with two ellipticals, a set of adjustable dumbbells, and a few foam rollers and such - very unusual of any metropolitan hotel in Japan. Breakfast is buffet style and excellent though it doesn't vary from day to day. Pro tip: There's a limousine bus from Haneda to Kichijoji Station if you're arriving tired from overseas.
Nothing really. Perhaps change up the breakfast buffet a bit, although it is seasonal already.

It was our 3rd stay here and the premium room was absolutely fantastic. We highly recommend staying here. Its an easy walking distance to the station. Heaps of local restaurants and shops. The park nearby was great to walk around as well. The staff were really helpful as well.

For people saying for longer durations, the staff needs to check the room every 3 days even if the room was cleaned which can be troublesome. For breakfast I recommend to include a cold bar with cheese and meat cuts for those who like sandwiches in the morning.

The hotel’s location, facilities, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were excellent. Staying in such a pleasant area as Kichijoji made our visit even more enjoyable. However, what made this hotel especially memorable for us was the professionalism and kindness of the front desk team. In particular, Ms. Irina at the front desk was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She assisted us with great care, kindness, and a very solution-oriented attitude. During our 5-day stay, we did not experience any problems at all. I believe the success of this hotel is not only due to its facilities and location, but also thanks to the dedication of staff members like Ms. Irina. If we visit Tokyo again, we would definitely choose this hotel without hesitation. The hotel is located at least 5 minutes from Kichijoji station and only 15 minutes from Shinjuku station, one of the transfer centers of the transport system. It's not touristy, locals only. The whole bunch of restaurants around. We love our stay!

Reviewed May 17, 2026L’emplacement idéal pour notre séjour, la chambre triple avec un lit superposé à beaucoup plu à ma fille, qui nous a donné un plaisir en plus. Petit déjeuner délicieux avec le choix très large, les personnels adorables, top!

Reviewed May 4, 2026The location is great, and the hotel is a great value. In addition, the room was a decent size for Japan and clean.
The walls are far too thin--I could hear the person next to me snoring. I did not have this problem when I stayed in the hotel in October, but I could hear my neighbors so much, I was woken up at night. I'm not sure I can stay here again.
