The staff was great, it was really clean, the breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. Also, it's located in a shopping plaza with a couple of good restaurants which made it easy after a long day!

When I checked into my room, the shower was not working. I informed front desk. Within 30 minutes, I was relocated to a different room.

I did not liked being inconvenience. Especially wanting to shower after being at beach all day.

Phenomenal experience and very appreciative of the fact that their pool chair lifts for disabled guests were actually operational! Georgia and Dave were very helpful and accommodating. If I were to come back to this area, I would definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful people! Owen and Georgia super sweet. Rooms were quiet and clean. Very comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was tasty, lots of choices. Very pet friendly, our little guy had a great time.

I have stayed here multiple times with my company. But this time I am passing through with family and we will always choose this hotel. It's clean, organized, beautiful decorations and no details are spared! Ashley working at night was amazing with check in and Juan who works days is always so friendly! Both go above and beyond, are personable and thats what makes up choose this hotel over and over!

We were traveling to Sarasota for a family event. I had read wonderful reviews about the Hampton Inn UTC. So that is where we stayed. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we were extremely pleased with everything about the hotel. Owen and Georgia at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. The lobby area was beautifully decorated, and the included breakfast was excellent. So many choices. Our room was well appointed and very clean. The pool area was lovely with lots of lounges with thick cushions and plenty of shade. Again, everything about our stay at this Hampton Inn was wonderful and we will definitely stay there again when in the area.

We were here for a soccer tournament and the area is great and far, far from what we expected. The location is perfect and great with shopping centers, pubs, restaurants, and endless fun activities for kids, families and adults. The hotel staff were excellent and very accommodating with all and any obstacles we had. We got moved to a King Suite that not only had a pull out couch that transformed into a queen bed but also a portable standing full bed. This worked for our family of 5. Plus the breakfast was awesome each and every single day during our 5 day stay. We loved everything about this place.

The property was as it should be, but the particular thing that really made it special was every single member of the staff from the cleaning crew to the kitchen crew to the front desk everybody working there is a true professional, and for somebody who badly needed a little vacation, this was absolutely perfect. the hotel is inside of a plaza with great restaurants and a grocery store as well as Total Wine and More.

Proximity to attractions, staff were readily available to provide assistance. The whole property inside and out were well taken care of.

Also everything is close by you can walk to anywhere you want, Mall,restaurants,all different stores and anything you can think of! Awesome place to stay! I travel a lot for work and I always stay with Hilton. I’ve noticed the breakfast at many hotels that offer free breakfast has really gone downhill. But this Hampton Inn has the BEST free breakfast I’ve seen in a long time. The staff are all friendly and helpful and their location is great. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. I will always stay here whenever I’m traveling in Bradenton!

I love this hotel. It's close to everything you need, they have the BEST staff in Florida, the Wifi is fast and always accessible, the breakfasts are worth the price of admission and its so clean and convenient.

A very Good Hampton inn! Our go to property when in Sarasota. Can get expensive during season . Good breakfast, clean rooms and nice staff. Excellent location. University mall right there . The rooms have vented air and heat!!! Something not many hotels have. No loud window a/c units to keep you up at nite. First ime there it may be a challenge to find , but after one time no problem. Stayed here a dozen times . Always a consistent product.

Loved this hotel. Rooms clean & super comfortable . Shower water pressure amazing!! Love they had the lobby decorated w Olympics decor & had the games on the big TV . Very inviting!! Allison & Leslie from the staff were so friendly! Pool was super nice too

We came for a medical trip for three weeks ended up staying three months. They are many nice places to stay but the combination of the hotel and staff is what makes this place so special. Thank you to Patrick (GM) and Parker. The front desk is so friendly Georgia and Owen along with Allison. The breakfast was hot and delicious every morning, thank you Janet and others. Wendy was our cleaning attendant, she is wonderful. Always clean towels and a smile. The suite was so cozy and comfortable. It had to be for this extended stay. We got a great deal price wise. Location wise is perfect, your in the middle of the UTC area. So many restaurants to choose from. Atmosphere is so good, decorated for Xmas. Pool area is clean and private. No noise. Tony M

Located right in the middle of great shops. Plenty of great places to eat. Hotel smelled very nice and the rooms were exceptionally clean. We came just after Christmas and everything was still set up nicely. Very friendly and cozy atmosphere. The price was a little higher than I liked but still worth it. You will be very pleased with your stay!

This property is well maintained, rooms are clean, and beds are comfortable. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Check in/check out was easy. Juan at the front desk even sent a text to make sure everything was good with our room. The staff here is very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good and they also give you “to-go” breakfast bags for the road. This hotel is in much better condition than some of the other luxury hotels I have stayed at. It’s also located in the center of all the UTC shopping which is a plus. We enjoyed our stay here and will recommend this hotel to others for sure.

Probably one of the best overnights I've enjoyed in a long time. Very nicely located near highway and near tons of great stores and eateries. Great atmosphere, clean, bright, awesome amenities friendly staff, great room, beds mini fridge and microwave, very nice bathroom, awesome shower (temp, pressure and spray pattern) and great bed and pillows ). Breakfast was great.. selection spread I throughly enjoyed.

Leslie at front desk was especially helpful. She went out of her way to answer questions and found us a map that really saved us time. Leslie was not only professional but very personable.

Felt pre covid days where staff went out of their way to make customers feel welcome and valued. You enter the reception and the interior is seasonally decorated. The check in staff welcoming and helpful. Needed something printing. No problem for receptionist despite it wasn’t the normal printing. Housekeeping staff looked happy and wanted to please. The breakfast was outstanding compared to most other Hamptons. It was a real pleasure staying here. Thank you

I love love love this hotel, we've been here several years now and have always had a great experience! The staff are kind and helpful, the rooms are clean, checking in and out is simple and best of all I love the hotel breakfast. I love being right next to the shopping plaza, across from the mall and target plaza. Ita nice to be able to walk if I want also. The food options in the area are great and alot of things to see and do. Thank you for always providing great service and amazing experience when at Hampton! 🥰🥰🥰

As you can see from the pictures, the views were horrible. The place was not well taken care of. It was certainly not registered like that on your site booking.com. The air conditioner broke in the first unit on the third day. The house was 84° we had to move to another unit by ourselves. No one came to help us move, even though it was their fault they should’ve sent someone to help us. Both units had sliding doors with broken wheels couldn’t slide them open and closed. There was no water pressure in the second unit the first unit also had a broken disposal. I can’t say anything about my stay. It was very nice very unhappy.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was fairly quiet. The shower was nice with strong water pressure. The TV had many viewing options. The alarm clock was simple and nice.

The breakfast was just okay. The pillows were not comfortable for me. The fridge made a loud humming noise at times.

We had a really great stay at the Hampton Inn Lakewood Ranch! The hotel was super clean, the location was convenient, and the whole place had a comfortable, welcoming vibe. I personally want to give a big shoutout to Jonathan at the front desk — he was awesome! Super helpful with everything from check-in to making sure we had everything that we needed. For the price of the hotel and the reputation that Marriott has i was very disappointed . The property carpet are very old , the bathroom in the rooms dirty, the AC wasn’t work good . I didn’t complain because we got the room late and we were very tired already and want to go to bed .

Overall great experience. Used digital check in with ease and walked into a very clean room. Plenty of towels, pillows and little toiletries. Jonathan at the front desk was very personable, helpful, and kind. He made sure we had everything we needed and then some. The hotel is a little confusing to get to your first time but is in a great area surrounded by tons of stores.

I’m so pleased to say we love staying at this Hampton Inn ! It is located within twenty steps of outlet stores and restaurants ! The staff is excellent, friendly, helpful,and kind from the front desk to the breakfast staff to the cleaning staff! The hotel is very clean and fresh when you check in ! Highly recommend if you come to Sarasota to book your stay here! We stay here everytime we come to town ! Which is at least three to five times a year or more!

Jonathan at the front desk, really went out of his way to ensure that we had the most memorable experience we could have while we were in Sarasota pointing us out to all the different attractions and things to do on the West Coast of Florida, and he told us all the great shopping spots, if Jonathan was a general manager of a hotel I would be there in a heartbeat because I know his staff will be trained to an exceptional status.
