Amazing!!!!!! highly reccomended.

Everything.

Excellent location. Very centric UTC Mall has great restaurants within walking distance. It has been a long since I last stayed in a hotel room with such exceptional cleanliness. Very friendly housekeeping and front desk staff.

There was no real bacon or real eggs for breakfast.

The room was great and the fact there was a ceiling fan in the room just topped it off. The breakfast was amazing. Such a great variety to choose from.

The property was very clean and local to shops and restaurants. The room that we had was a suite and it was nice to have a kitchen in the room and a bedroom that shut off from the rest of the room.

We had a fire and it was an inconvenience for both us and the hotel as you can expect. The hotel handled it well and even put us in a suite on a different floor because our floor was where the fire happened. The problem was they couldn’t figure out how to turn off the loud fire alarms for 2 hours after the fire was put out and people were allowed back in.

I loved the livingroom separation from the bedroom

The break fast

Location and room size was terrific.

Breakfast area where food is located is very small and didn’t accommodate all the people trying to get food and drinks.

Close to the mall & shopping. Beach was only a 20min drive

The breakfast was super crowded and many people were just standing around.

Location close to family.

Staff. Rude and uninterested

Spacious and clean! The breakfast was also excellent.

The property was very clean, homie, the suites are very modern and equipped. The breakfast is wonderful and fresh

The mattress was not all there comfortably nor the pillows

Location was perfect

Little parking

Convenient to everything and very welcoming, friendly staff

Water pressure

sMALL bATHROOM AND NEED DOOR BETWEEN SINK AREA AND BEDROOM. Also heat/vent fan in bathroom

The property was beautiful and nicely kept. The breakfast had a nice variety to choose from and the coffee was very good.

The design was modern but comfortable. Loved the one bedroom suite. Like the wood tile floors and the bathroom was huge.

Breakfast looked much better than it tasted. Tortillas could’ve been warm for tacos and eggs could’ve tasted fresher

Everything.

Nothing.

Absolutely loved my stay! 100% will be back. The hotel was absolutely spotless, the rooms were impeccable, towels were so soft and always cleaned. Housekeeping came each day and tidied up and left new towels. The breakfast was lovely and the pool area was spotless! The pool is open till late also, bonus. The staff were so friendly and pleasant. My whole experience as a whole was just really delightful, I can safely say I have absolutely not one bad thing to say about this hotel. The linen and towels were spotless, which is very hard to come across! Would recommend to anybody looking for a clean, modern, bright hotel! Location was great also!

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel

Location was great I didn't have breakfast

I wanted a room with a bathtub but the roons that had one only had queen beds and your queen beds are too small and not very comfortable

You have a large number of young adult guests. That are absolute pigs and make a huge mess at breakfast. It is always cleaned up in the end, but staff needs to clean more frequently or manage the situation. It took away from the experience.

How clean it was. The location of it.

Great location and very clean. Nice staff!

Nothing. All good!

Great location among plenty of shops and restaurants.

Ridiculous price per night based on what is on offer ans overall quality of hotel. Despite telling us at checkout we had nothing to pay and have a nice day, the hotel then charged our credit card for "milk". We neither used any hotel milk nor bought any at the hotel during our 4 days. Despite writing to them 3 times, we got no response. Relatively small charge, but we really dislike hotels wrongly taking money and dislike it even more when they blank complaints. House keepign failed to come to the room at all one day. Breakfast choices were awful with no quality fresh cuts and cheeses and not even fresh eggs to be boiled, fried or poached.

Very nice neiborhood

Nothing

Great Breakfast Selection. Super Clean. Loved the NOON check out time so no hurries in the morning.

Room layout was uncomfortable. Had a king suite and the bathroom area was unwieldy in that the sink/mirror/changing area was literally two steps from the bed with NO DOOR -- if the other person wanted to sleep, it was impossible to get ready without disturbing them from bright light. The toilet/shower area was minuscule with nowhere to put down your clothes or barely turn around in - this area had a door.

Good hotel!

clean room and property

check in 3 O CLOCK never ready ,5:30 ROOM WE BOUGHT NOT AVAILABLE reservation department failure guarantee room reserved they have negative 2 room. blame booking.com because what they had it didn't matched with our reservation. check in time only one receptionist unable to fix my issue ask me to more over to continue with other client almost 6pm with a baby despite we ask in advance early check in becuase his birthday

Property was amazing. Staff always smiling and friendly. Suite was clean and comfortable for 3 people. Breakfast was very tasty. Location was perfect to stores and event venue.

Have nothing negative to report.

Location!

No restaurant. The breakfast (the only meal available there) provided is good.

One of the best Homewood Suites that we've experienced. Clean, well, appointed suites; engaging & friendly staff and a good mix of well-maintained facilities. Right in the heart of UTC, its close to endless shopping and ~15 minutes to SRQ.

Place was amazingly clean and the decor was beautiful. Staff was very friendly. Had a decent gym and pool. Bed was huge and living room and kitchen was very nice. Would be great for a long stay if you can afford it.

The breakfast was very sub par for such a fancy place. We had lunch served for the business meeting. Food was not good at all and was cold. Cold Chicken Alfredo is not very good at all. Shower had 2 temperatures, fires of hell and off.

Overall the stay was good. The beds were a little uncomfortable and the floors needed to be vacuumed. The biggest drawback was the humidity in the room. With the air on 67, the humidity was still so bad our clothes were damp!

Nice hotel 100% recommended for vacations! Clean, confort, good breakfast!, nice area around, little bit far from beaches, 20 to 30 min depends of the beach you want o to go, but the confort, clean, area around, its worth, i will repeat in the future

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and mall. Very clean and spacious rooms. Great complimentary breakfast.

Best Homewood I have ever stayed in! Brand new, quiet, clean, good breakfast in a great area.

Everything was wonderful no complaints, Hotel is very new

We had a great experience at this hotel

Traveling for work…. From the entrance to the hotel to the end was a very good experience. Great smell coming into a brand new hotel…. Very friendly service and great rooms with fantastic PILLOWS!! Great area with shopping and restaurants within walking distance and not close to a major highway so very calm! Totally recommend

Great property, very good breakfast options. The attendant Katerine provided excellent customer service. She is very attentive and checking if guest need anything else.

Perfect location, big room

Fantastic place! Clean comfortable suites. Delicious breakfast. Amazing location. Everything good.
