Es bonito, pero buscaría mejor un hotel con estacionamiento ya que se tardan 30 minutos en venir por tu carro o a regresarlo. Tiene escaleras para las dos habitaciones que reservamos y no lo sabíamos. Yo daría una calificación de 8

Super bien muy comodo

Buena ubicación pero no tiene estacionamiento como aseguran, solo tienen un servicio de valet que tarda hasta 30 min en llegar. Nunca hubo agua caliente y se escuchan ruidos de otras habitaciones.

Para el estacionamiento tienes que llamar a valet parking y tarda como 40 min en llegar. Mis felicitaciones al señor que vela

En mal estado, sin servicios no tiene restaurante ni estacionamiento hay que hacer un trámite engorroso para que se lleven tu coche a guardar y de regreso lo mismo una hora de espera para disponer de tu vehículo las fotos publicadas no muestran la realidad del hotel es muy viejo y está mal conservado.

la habitación NO contaba con aire acondicionado, a pesar de que esta anunciado como que si cuenta y me cobraron el total tal cual, y el baño olía mucho a drenaje, el estacionamiento esta a 20 minutos del hotel, no volvería aun que el personal fue amable. no valió la pena el costo

They put me in a basement room with very little light. It was dreadful.

The hotel is very centrally located and is probably very popular for that reason. However, it seems like the owners or managers have not taken the time to review the Expedia information and therefore it is not correct. I had a Junior Suite which should have had a king sized bed but only got a room upstairs that was a double at best. Also, bathroom smell was unpleasant. The layout of the rooms means that anything in the lobby and in the rooms can be heard. There is no onsite parking, it is valet parking and has to be requested. There is coffee and a snack in the morning which was called "breakfast." Overall the hotel is OK and the location is great for walking around San Miguel, but attention to detail in the description could me less confusion and dissapointment for the guests.

Buena atención del personal , es un lugar familiar, no para parejas…

La limpieza buena sin embargo al ver el espejo del baño tenía escrito mensajes (de ve que no se limpia), todo se escucha en la habitación, el no tener estacionamiento o mínimo un lugar enfrente de la entrada si dificulta las cosas, el agua caliente no sale, llamamos para pedir el valet y nunca contestaban el teléfono, tenía que buscar lugar y luego se llevaban el carro y si te lo traen y no estás o no hay lugar donde ponerlo se lo llevan y te cobran, ademas que demoran 20-30 min en recogerlo o traerlo. La ventaja es que está cerca del centro

Había reservado una cama king size sin embargo no me respetaron esa asignación, la recámara está a la entrada y se escucha todo el ruido de la recepción y la calle, el hotel está limpio, la gente muy amable y la ubicación también es buena, solo tuve los inconvenientes ya descritos.

Es muy bonita, muy limpia y buena ubicación sin embargo durante la noche deberían cerrar o estar al pendiente ya que una persona estuvo tocando y gritando “buenas noches, ¿hay disponibilidad?” y tardaron como media hora en salir a decirle que no, y para eso ya nos habían despertado.

Las habitaciones amplias, limpias, cama cómoda. Bien ubicado, cerca de la plaza principal, cerca de farmacia, restaurant, taquería... Para mejorar el servicio de aire acondicionado.

Me gusto la amplitud de la habitación y el espacio en general. Lo que no me gusto, en el baño le hace falta ventilacion y el agua caliente, estaba tibia

No recomiendo el hotel, en general pésimo servicio, no tienen estacionamiento y el que les prestan está muy lejos, jamás regresaría

Pros: práctico, amplio, check-in/out fácil, atención muy amable, ubicación, precio. Contras: se escucha todo lo que sucede en el lobby o en la calle (y te escuchan si no bajas la voz al hablar), el valet puede demorarse mucho por los imprevisibles cierres en el centro de San Miguel. Nuestra Experiencia: muy positiva, porque la ubicación a la entrada del centro te evita tener que perder tiempo en las calles estrechas y llenas de tráfico. El personal fue sumamente amable y accedió a algunos requerimientos especiales. Hay una Farmacia GDL a unos pasos que abre día y noche, por lo que cualquier necesidad rápida está muy a la mano. Respecto al ruido, sí es molesto que se escucha todo lo que se habla en el lobby y en la calle (nuestra habitación daba a la calle), pero como hay muy pocas habitaciones, el lobby está generalmente en silencio y la calle es tranquila por la noche ya que no es zona de bares. Más vale llevar tapones de oídos y antifaz porque se cuela mucha luz.

Había pedido una habitación por dos adultos y un niño y no se en que momento me cambio a solo dos adultos y esto nos complico por la habitación y cama

Mostly everything real good, the only things I didn't like is that the parking is not on site and can take up to 30 minutes to get your car and in the room you can hear anything that happens outside

Very close walking distance to town. Beds very comfortable. Room was spacious but needed a little remodel.

They advertised that there was parking available when in reality the parking was 12 blocks away. That is totally un resano le and also imprudent. I am traveling on a motorcycle and wanted the security of being able to check on the bike frequently. I have already had bad incidents regarding security and didn’t want to take a chance. el cuarto que nos toco no tiene nada de parecido con las imágenes en la pagina del hotel, no se puede descansar por que la habitación da a la calle y tiene mucho ruido. Le falta limpieza

I really wanted to love this hotel, but it needs work, despite some strengths. LA is very conveniently located for shopping and restaurants, and it is close enough to the city center to soak up the energy without being too close. Another strong point was the staff, who were all very nice, although I’d recommend keeping Google Translate handy if you speak no Spanish. The room was very clean, and the cleaning woman worked at superhuman speed, so no complaints there. However, while the bed was comfortable and the rooms spacious, neither the room safe nor the TV worked. Torrential rains during our stay generated the faint smell of sewage or something similar in the room, which was also quite noisy at different times of the day. The hotel sits directly on one of the main streets of SMA, with one room literally a pane of glass away from the sidewalk. Some of these issues may be beyond their control, but I didn’t appreciate that the rooms did not live up to the website photos. The lobby picture was significantly enhanced; I am not sure the others even can from LA.

El Hotel está muy bien ubicado el centro está muy cerca, tiene tiendas y farmacia cerca, es un hotel pequeño que le hace falta modernización, la puerta del cuarto no cuenta con doble seguro por dentro, la cama está muy bien, la habitación bastante amplia pero no había agua caliente para bañarse y la regadera está muy vieja tiene mucho sarro. Solo arreglando esos detalles el Hotel sería genial. El personal es sumamente amable.

I am very angry and disappointed with Expedia, as well as with the staff of the hotel. When I made the reservation, Expedia showed me the picture of the room I was going to get. However, once I was in the hotel and made the check in, it was a different room. When I made the complain, the staff told that it was a Expedia mistake. Also, the room was very noisy, I cannot sleep. It was next to the street, beside a entrance of a parking and beside the reception, so people talking, gates closing and opening and cars on the street all the night. I asked the staff for another room and they told me that I had to pay more money if want another room. So, I had not a good experience in this hotel.

Asked for a King bed got a Queen. Room 104 very noisy next to a parking lot where there is action 24 hours a day. Not recommend! Second shift staff very helpful.

Muy buena atención de todo el personal que labora en el hotel. muy comodo, realmente es ideal para solo llegar a dormir. Incluye estacionamiento y las camas están super cómodas. Lo único que podrían cambiar seria un poco la iluminación de los cuartos y las almohadas ya que están muy aguadas. Cuentan con todos los cuidados y protocoles para el covid19.

Las habitaciones son amplias, con servicios básicos, como WiFi, limpieza de habitaciones, cuentan con TV, aire acondicionado, agua caliente en baño, la regadera es algo pequeña y para mi mala suerte me toco en la habitación a un costado de la recepción, hay mucho ruido durante toda la noche y por las mañanas desde muy temprano, así que si deciden hospedarse aquí, pidan otra habitación que no sea la de la entrada, no se puede dormir, el resto son buenos comentarios, personal servicial y atento a cualquier cosa, esta céntrico, con tiendas y farmacias alrededor, restaurantes, a solo unas cuadras de la plaza principal

It is close enough to downtown. The street is well-lit. It appears to be a house previously that was converted to an inn. I asked for the master suite which was very spacious. It has an old-world charm that I like. Parking is ample and safe (it gets locked late-night though so there is an extra step to have a staff unlock it in those hours).

Le falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel, el personal al momento de llegar esta platicando no te atienden, tardaron en entregar la habitación, la habitación NO es igual que las fotografías, el sofá cama esta inservible para dormir ahí. La regadera del baño es demasiado pequeña.

Me gusto la ubicacion. No me gusto que la recepcion es muy ruidosa durante la noche y las ventanas de la habitacion daba a la recepcion.

Very clean, comfortable rooms.Bottled water in the rooms. Wifi and air conditioning worked great. Angelica at front desk was very helpful in recommending transportation options and directions to nearby activities. Also the lady that cleans rooms very helpful and nice. About a 10-15 minute walk to main plaza. Really good Mexican restaurant across the street.

Remember if you choose to stay in downtown, you will stay in a small hotel/house converted to a hotel. Is like going back on time. Beautiful room with rustic decor. Lobby is right at the entrance, then some rooms on the 1st and second floor. We stayed on the left 2nd floor. All rooms have their own bathroom, TV, WiFi, AC. Coffee at the lobby every morning, very clean room, super friendly staff. This is the perfect location, walking distance to the church and all the attractions, there is a super cool Irish bar few steps away. The city itself its so peaceful, magical, amazing views of the sunset, mariachi at the plaza every night, you can buy a lot souvenirs from all prices. Some few things that I will improve like the bed is too hard(we checked few hotel and all the beds were the same-hard- ) Hot water in the shower takes a long time to arrive (leave it open until you feel the hot water). If you are thinking about it like we did, just do it. We were scared of safety but once we were there, we realized it’s a lot of Americans walking on the streets all night as well of others tourist.

This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in my life, and that’s saying a lot. Rooms are absolutely crowded into an inner lobby, giving you a sense of claustrophobia hard to top. You’d be worried about the noise from other rooms, except for the low-end nightclub that stands door-to-door and that won’t shut down until 4am that won’t let you hear even the room TV. Don’t bother dialing the lobby for info: there is no phone. Hot water in the shower? In your dreams. Curtains don’t close, and you’ll be showered by the delightful street lamps. Beds suck too. You’d be crazy to stay here, can’t believe this has positive reviews.

Definitivamente mucho que mejorar, no existe una buena relación precio-calidad. Solo lo salvan dos cosas: el buen servicio de la chica de recepción y lo cómodo de la cama. No es para huéspedes exigentes; no cuenta con frigobar, las cortinas demasiado chicas y no alcanzan a cubrir las ventanas además de que estaban sucias, el sillón manchado. El baño es la parte que más deja a desear: ducha demasiado pequeña y con paredes sucias, sanitario sin presión de agua y con una bomba destapacaños a un costado horrible y desagradable, el agua caliente tardaba años en salir, sanitario sin extractor, la ventana que había con herrería despegada y muy antigua. Creo que en mi próxima visita buscaré otras opciones antes de elegir este hotel. La ciudad si está maravillosa!

The front desk doesn't speak a word of English so if your Spanish is not up to par you might want to reconsider staying here. There are no bellhops - you'll have to carry your own suitcases up a narrow, spiraling metal stairs. The rooms are large, the bed was decent. The water pressure in the bathroom was only a trickle. You certainly won't be taking many hot showers here.

Had a wonderful experience here. The staff were excellent. The hotel is small and quaint in a beautiful setting. The central plaza was a 10 min. walk from town and close to restaurants.

Very clean and quiet small hotel. 10- 15 min walk from main square, but nice and quiet and had off street parking. No restaurant on site, but coffee right across the street and 5 min walk to nice restaurants for breakfast. Striking and unusual photos in lobby made me want to explore other area of Mexico

The hotel is located in the main arterial road of SMA and the noise of vehicle traffic is very disturbing. The breakfast was included in the plan but they did not tell us that it is served in another hotel (Casa Linda) which is quite a walk from Los Agaves. Staff were cordial but facilities and amenities were severely lacking.

They gave me a twin size bed and i pay for a king (they say that expedia make that mistake), and because they only have like 4 bedrooms they werent be able to fix that terrible mistake...terrible service actually i have to sleep in the sofa because me and my wife can not fit in the bed. They close the entrance doors and the pa4king gates during the night and take like 20 minutes to open it for me when i arrive like at 1 in the morning. Imagine knoking for 20 minutes outside with so much cold and very tired for walking all day. I just dont recomend you guys for nothing also dont have spece or restaurant ALSO I ASK EXPEDIA TO RESPOND FOR THAT TERRIBLE EXPERI3NCE

All room doors face lobby. So can hear every guest talking and coming in and out. Booked a king bed room but got a double bed. Pillows are very flat so they did give us more pillows when asked. Location is great. Was it terrible..no.. but would go elsewhere as I like a little quiet and don't like to hear all the goings on in the hotel.

We only stayed one night (3 adults) but the room was massive so there was plenty of room for all if us. Facilities were basic, but it was a lovely Mexican style place. The room smelt of cigarette smoke which was my only concern and the windows open into the indoor courtyard so you couldn't really get any fresh air, but overall a good place to stay.

It was very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful! 10 or less minutes walking from downtown. Nice restaurants around! Very good price-quality!the room very clean and nice. Wifi works perfect! There are not amenities but you wont miss them! There are many things to do in town!

My stay here was very brief but pleasant. The location of the hotel was great and the room very lovely.

The location is great and have a nice view. The service is poor and do not offer any boutique amenities. Rooms are clean but need more details.

We enjoyed our stay and fell in love with the city. The hotel was close to the downtown square so we were able to walk to all the ammenities. The restaurants were excellent and we loved the atmosphere. We would like to return and do more sightseeing as we ran out of time.
