Excelente ubicación; relación precio calidad es muy buena... OJO, no tiene estacionamiento pero cuenta con convenio y la tarifa es bastante accesible por 24hras, considerando que en SM, son muy caros.

Está todo excelente lo único que no me gustó fue que no tiene estacionamiento y tuve que gastar bastante en pensión para mi carro por dos días casi $1000 pesos si deberían poner atención en eso

Buen servicio, hace falta que habiliten la disponibilidad del Hotel los Domingos en la página de Expedía. Ya que, he intentado reservar los Domingos despairs del sábado y me aparece no disponible y tengo que reservar directo con el hotel. ¡Muchas gracias!

Tiene buena ubicación, es limpio, las instalaciones son lindas, mi llegada fue en la noche fue un poco difícil encontrar el lugar no hay anuncio, por todo lo demás es excelente lugar.

El hotel se aprecia en muy buenas condiciones y las recamaras con muy buen aspecto, sin embargo los servicios de agua caliente e Internet no son suficientes y es algo esencial para cualquier huésped, si corrigen esa parte es buena opción pero por lo que he leído en comentarios llevan mucho tiempo con ese problema sin corregir, de ahí en más solo puedo destacar su ubicación, pero consideren que se bañaran con agua fría y el sevicio de televisión e Internet será intermitente.

Un lugar tranquilo para estar en pareja, cerca del centro, con varias opciones para comer, sin duda regresaría

El Cablevisión no funciona, no hay agua caliente y el internet no es bueno nunca me pude conectar ni con el código QR y con la contraseña.

El hotel está excelente. Nuevo Limpio Excelente habitación. Cómodo. Perfectamente ubicado. Sin embargo no pude dormir en toda la noche, porque una bomba se prendía y se apagaba cada 5 minutos . No se si es por la ubicación del cuarto en el que me quedé, que fue el número 6 o en realidad todos los cuartos están así. No pude dormir, fue una experiencia muy desagradable. No recomiendo nada este hotel nada más por ese ruido que no deja dormir.

Muy buena atención y servico. El único detalle fue que en la habitación se escuchaba mucho ruido de la recepción ya que era la habitación 1 y está en la entrada, de ahí en fuera todo bien, muy limpio el espacio.

El hotel es bonito y en una muy buena ubicación. La habitación es cómoda, pero no tenía cortina y entraba mucha luz por la mañana, podría mejorar el mantenimiento.

The air conditioning does not work but everything else is very good. The room is very nice and very clean.

This was not my favorite hotel and I most likely won't return. On the first night (in the first room), the air conditioner didn't work and it was pretty hot, so I was unable to sleep well. The wifi worked sometimes, the t.v. is fine if you don't want to watch any local channels or cable and just want to watch netflix, youtube and streaming channels which again, work as well as the internet does. When I watched it, the tv had to buffer every few minutes since it was internet based. One of the front desk workers was friendlier and more helpful than the other (the one during the day was more helpful). The other one didn't smile or care when the air conditioner didn't work. She said to just leave it running and it would cool eventually which it didn't because no air came out of it at all. One morning there was no hot water and the bathroom door wouldn't close right. I was able move rooms after the first night to a room that had air conditioning, but I think you can find a better hotel with better service than this one. Even the next day after they were able to change my room they told me they didn't have enough clean bed sheets since they were booked up and would I mind if they just transferred my dirty bedsheets from the night before to my new room. I told them that was fine, but how strange. I just feel like this hotel is very short on quality and service. Very skimpy. I will say the location is pretty good and only a short walk to most places.

Loved the property, beautiful place, close to shopping and restaurants. However lack of overnight staff. Loud music and fights throughout the night and no staff to report it to. Felt very unsafe would not go back.

The website shows a window in a room however, the room I ended up did not have a window.

This property is close to many attractions.

The rooms and the beds were very comfortable & very, very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did not speak Spanish but we communicated through translation apps. There was no hot water one day until gas got delivered. The location was excellent.

The location is perfect, it is literally close to everything, and I always felt safe. The front desk was always polite and available. The only issues I had were that my shower head wasn’t working and it sprayed water all over ceiling, you could still shower so I only mentioned it to reception and since I was only going to be there for the weekend I didn’t wanna deal with someone coming in to fix it. On expedia it said there would be a hair dryer and iron in the rooms, but you had to go to the front and ask for this items every time! Another thing on the description of the room, it said that there would be free water included, but we had to go ask the front desk for it and at the beginning they kept trying to charge us for it! Overall I would stay here again!

Excelente ubicación para llegar caminando al Jardin está cómodo el hotel muy limpio pero no esperen el súper servicio los empleados son amables pero no tan atentos, nos toco la habitación 1 que está junto a recepción y se escucha cuando llega cualquier persona y además no tienes la privacidad total (en esa habitación) de ahy en mas todo bien.

The hotel was comfortable and clean very close to everything the only thing is that my room was supposed to be a king suite. I only had a bed no where to sit not even a chair I think they gave me the wrong type of room.

I originally book the Hotel Verbena as I was looking for an authentic Mexican feel. Hotel Origen is not it. I could have been in anywhere USA. Hotel Verbena said that they could not accommodate me, rumor is the WiFi was not working. Hotel Origen had a great location to the centro that was the best thing about it. I had room 2 for 16 nights. The reception is on the other side of the wall, I could hear EVERY thing (reception had a squeaky chair so every move) said or done. There was work going on down the hallway it started to early like 8am. No coffee in room or reception, no safe in room, no blow dryer, or iron. No trap in plumbing so it stunk, I ran bathroom fan non stop and sprayed poo-pourii to help. The two large cabinets where had doors hanging ready to fall off and the others didn't close. was given a room with 2 queen beds as that is what I had reserved at Verbena, originally my daughter and her fiancé were suppose to join me. I was asked to move rooms twice. Upstairs no elevator. Pack and pull heavy suitcase up more stairs, no thanks. I had to stay longer due to flight cancellations they charged me a higher rate per night, then told me one amount and when I went to pay the next day the rate had increased even more. They also said the room I was in was reserved for the days I needed to add, so If I moved they would give me a lower rate but if I paid the higher rate I could stay in the room. So they were lying to me cause reserved is reserved, a higher rate doesn't fix that. Plus, I was basically the only one in the hotel. A few people stayed maybe a night or two. Overall not impressed and would have moved to a different hotel had I not wanted to hassle with finding and moving to one. I will not stay there again.

For the price this hotel was really nice. It says they speak English, I never met anyone who did. The bed was really comfortable, and the location was perfect. Parking was quite a ways away. Overall, it was very nice.

Very simple European style, it looked like it was remodelled recently. clean and friendly staff, I had hard time communicating in English but with the translation App it was ok (but not on the phone). I will stay there again, the location is perfect.

Good location. Pleasant staff. Apparently a new hotel, so fixtures are all new. Very clean.

The room could only fit the bed, not more than six square meters. It promotes free wifi but most of the time was not working. There is a reception. Nothing spectacular; I left after spending two nights to another hotels in the area at similar price with a lot better service provided.

Small boutique hotel, very conveniently located at walking distance to everything that is worth in San Miguel de Allende We were given room 9, quite spacious and a great bathroom with jacuzzi. If you want a place to feel relaxed, safe, at peace at night, this is the place.

Excellent customer service, free wifi & free parking. The rooms are spacious and pricing is reasonable.Two blocks from the main plaza and I recommend the city tour, $65 pesos/adult and lasts 90 minutes.

After a last minute decision to stay through the weekend my wife and I scrambled to find a hotel with a vacancy on Saturday morning and found a couple of rooms available at Hotel Valeriana. The website pictures looked fairly trendy and upon visiting the hotel we decided it was a decent value and rented a room for a two days. We initially opted for a second floor room with a mini balcony (room #9) and discovered after we had already moved all our stuff into the room that it had not yet been remodeled so the mattress was not very comfortable and more importantly the plumbing drains did not have traps plus one of the sink drains leaked which resulted in a stale odor in the bathroom that permeated the sleeping area if the bathroom door was left open. Normally this type of experience would result in a "terrible" rating but upon asking to be moved and quickly being accommodated by the staff we ended up in a nicely remodeled (although somewhat small) first floor room that was clean, had a new mattress on the bed and was very comfortable for the to of us albeit a bit tight for two people. The roof top patio has a spectacular view and fresh breads, pastries, fruit, coffee and tee are available in the morning. Moreover, the staff is friendly and very accommodating. This is by no means a luxury hotel but you get what you pay for so although far from being a great hotel it is a good value with an overall enjoyable experience despite a bit of a rocky start.
