A bit shabby in places, but the room was nice. One of the lamps in my room didn't work.

Close to Luton airport, easy check in, plenty of parking spaces.

Toilet seat fell off, room on second floor- no lift, heavy suitcases

The size of the room was a little too small, TV, Wardrobe were too big and the shower was far too small.

Near to Luton Airport for flight the next morning. Pub/Restaurant available for evening meal and breakfast. Clean and comfortable.

On the Saturday the restaurant (which opens late anyway at 8am for people travelling) did not open until 08.45 when I could not wait anymore as i jad an appointment,so missed breakfast

Uncomfortable pillows,too big and wide.Breakfast a bit chaotic,nobody to meet us so didn't know we had to order at the bar,continental was very sparse at 9.30am.Cooked breakfast was nice but sausages very anaemic looking.

Got woke up kept awake by the laundry collection service from 9.45pm tul 10.40pm to the point I couldn't get bk to sleep till gone 1.30am

the room was clean and had all the amenities you would expect. Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was really good and served by the most lovely lady.

just needed a few curtain hooks in the curtains, it had come off the rail slightly.

Apart from when you want I order something from the bar you can be standing there for 5mins without no one coming to help

The location was a bit further, and then I was expecting. As I have to walk or use P/T, even though there is a Bus, it didn't come about for the times I needed. Which isn't their fault, but meant I had to walk more ,than expected, as don't drive. But if stay in Dunstable again, I'm happy to stay there again.

Good parking. Location was great. Staff were polite. Room was tidy and well presented and equipped.

We stayed in Room 12 ground floor and there was a smell of Damp or mold, not sure where it was coming from.

The ease of checking in

The curtain was hanging down on onside of the runner. The water for the shower was cool. The breakfast was poor the eggs was waterery, same with mushroom. The sausage turned up late as she forgot to order it. The was not a big choice for cereal. Only one yoghurt left

Water was only popping hot in my bathroom, bathroom light didn’t work also, other guests saw was with had issues one room only had cold water in shower and bath other guests bathroom door had no handle was broken off when told staff response was oh.

Loved the location, loved our room, staff were friendly. Food in the bar was lovely, could not fault it. Guys and girls working at the bar were friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast was not as good as the meals through in the bar during the afternoon, evening. Cheap sausages, bacon was extremley salty and very dirty off the grill or pan, egg was still runny on the top. Coffee tasted as though they had put minimal ground coffee in the vacuum jug and topped with too much water, it was also luke warm. The hall way to the breakfast room smelt foisty and damp and the chairs in the dinning area have seen better days. Allowing children to play football, ride scoiters and bikes in the bar area did seem a little strange to us when customers are carrying drinks, but we did realise it was a family pub and the children were well behaved.

the only nit pick i have is the cleaner came in every day to check on thing, top up coffee etc, but did not change the cups for clean ones,

Main food was really good really enjoyed our food Breakfast was OK. Not much to choose from even though we went down at 9.30. Still nice thou. All staff we came in contact with had good conversations with and were really friendly.

Bed wasn't to comfy and the shower pressure was quite low. But other than that could not complain

We checked in walked to our room it was so small there was condensation running down the windows although they were open the bin in the bathroom had not been emptied didnt stay we were back in the car in under 10 minutes would never book a greene king again

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The lady at breakfast was particularly warm and welcoming, as a diabetic she happily accommodated my requests. Dinner choices were good and the atmosphere was welcoming. Good parking. Ideal location.

Highly recommend that fans are bought for all rooms as there was very small windows and no air conditioning, it made for uncomfortable sleeping whilst the weather was so hot.

Great property and nice rooms. Great location and the pub / restaurant adjoining the rooms does a great breakfast and drinks.

The hotel can’t control the weather so don’t blame them for the heatwave we had, but a fan in the room would’ve been much appreciated 😂

Nothing went great. The room was ok, you get what you pay for. Easy check in and check out is about the only good thing I will give this place.

The manager was extremely rude and had a serious attitude, obviously doesn’t like her job. The place is not family friendly. I get that there is a pub attached, but no children are allowed anywhere (outside area, carpark, restaurant section) after 9pm. We were given out to by the manager for a family member taking my one year old niece out in her buggy in to the car park because she couldn’t sleep and the room was too hot (no AC or fans). The food is terrible. Can be expected with a pub chain. Manager cleared a whole round of drinks from our table when we stepped outside for a few minutes. When we came back the drinks were gone and our belongings dumped into a green compost bag. She claimed 12 minutes was too long to be gone from our table so therefore cleared it. I asked for a refund for the round of drinks she cleared and she more or less told me to go away. Rooms are very shabby and upstairs rooms are extremely hot with poor ventilation.

Unmanned Reception. Had to go to the Bar to get a member of staff to book us in. The whole place needs a refurbishment as it's very tired looking. Shower over bath which was difficult due to disabilities. Toilet seat not fitted properly. No toilet roll holder on the wall as it had obviously broken & not been repaired. Carpets & chairs very grimy.

The room was a good size and comfortable and nicely decorated.

Reception wasn’t manned. We had to buzz for assistance. No major problem with that but we had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to come.

Ideal place to stay for a couple of nights, Comfy bed, clean bathroom and good shower. Nice quiet room in the annex at the back of the pub / resturant.

Too hot - but that’s not really the hotel’s fault because of the weather. Was a little tired particularly in the bathroom. Breakfast meat was undercooked and eggs and hash browns overcooked on the first day, 2nd day was much improved when asked for crispy bacon. Staffing was a little short handed for serving breakfast, limited continental choices that didn’t match the menu

Location, room was ideal considering some reviewers said otherwise?! It was clean, tidy and comfortable.

Room could have a fan as it was rather warm. Shower was connected to its stand so unable to hose feet or shower bath area down afterwards.
