The location

The parking is limited, thin walls, breakfast was horrible, the tub faucet had a constant drip - even upon arrival, the bed was not comfortable at all

The complication between Comfort Suite and Booking.com about my 3 nights and 4 days change from 4 nights and 3 days! That made my 4 days and 3nights very sad!

Friendly staff, the place was clean and very comfortable and the location was great.

The cleanliness. The fact they didn’t use ac in hallways or the lobby, The room keys kept failing so you had to go get them re scanned, Breakfast waffle machine didn’t work correctly, there was trash on my floor in my room. The door needed to be slammed in order to close. Secondary lock on door was broken and could not be used.

Locks for the hotel room/s. Didn't work. Requested for a blanket didn’t received but was told we would.

Good location

Room was bad. Ac was leaking and floor was wet and stained. Desk and chair looked as if it was pulled out of a flood. Never once said anything about the pool not being open.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

1 pool was broken. 2 got stuck on elevator. 3 breakfast juice machine was broken. 4 exterior door key accessed didn’t always work. 5 chair broken in our room. 6 took 15 minutes to get hot water.

Phone didn't work, light bulbs were missing, problem with keys opening door. Noisy neighbors and hard to sleep.

Staff Ms. Camilla rude, nasty, unprofessional, illiterate and refuse to give refund for cancellation.

The location

The parking, the coffee maker in the room didn't work, the air conditioner made loud squeaky noises when coming on and going off, the pillows were too small for the bed and for adults, other entrances didn't work and didnt feel safe when parking in back of hotel (especially as a woman)

the pool was closed for one day and half out of my three day stay.

The staff was friendly and willing to help out with any questions and/or concerns that I had just to make sure that I was satisfied with my stay.

The property was clean

We turned away. We weren’t even allowed to come in. We were told that they were doing an audit at 3 AM and that they could not check us in.

We book the following week for 4 days with booking.com. We had to leave 2 days early and I am having major problems with getting a refund for the days we didn’t stay at the hotel. We checked out 2 days early so I feel like I’m owed a refund but between booking and the hotel I haven’t received a refund. No one will return my call from booking.com to discuss a refund for the 2 days. The hotel lady told me it was a third party so I have to take it up with booking.com. I’ve called 2 times and a guy told me he was waiting to hear back from the hotel and they would refund my money. Any help will help. Thanks Bryan 770-312-6059

Comfortable and clean. Guy at the front desk was more than courteous.

There was a small amount of standing water in the tub as the stopper was closed. Nothing else to complain about everything else was excellent.

It was close to where we were going.

It smelled like dog terribly in our room. They tried to clean it and it still smelled extremely bad. It was also dirty and the ac unit was covered in dust/mold. On and around it.

The rooms were very clean. The check in and out process was perfect. The staffs assistance was exceptional ! Overall my stay and the service was phenomenal. I will definitely stay here every time I visit my daughters.

The additional $100 hold needs to be advised prior to the booking.

The staff didn’t give me and family towels. When i asked for them i was told they didn’t have any. So me and my family had nothing to bathe with and the fact that the water wouldn’t shut off in the tub, was irritating

The elevator on the fourth floor scared em to death everyone on the fourth floor when it was hit the stop on roof and make a very loud noise. I told them tho they called elevator guy.

The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices. The beverage choices were good.

When I arrived I could not check in because I was told that Booking.com had not forwarded my payment. I had to pay for the room I reserved, again. It has taken 4 weeks to be refunded my overpayment.

I liked that the room was clean and nice breakfast was good! location was great.

The keys did not work, I walked down to the desk 3 times, however, I asked for another room and they accommodated me. so that was nice.

Our bathroom was dirty and the air vent was dirty, it made us wonder if our bed was even clean but we never mentioned anything to the staff because they were so nice.

Front desk receptionist had me waiting for 45 mins after being told my room would be ready in 15mins she stated she forgot to call me. Wasn’t able to enjoy the pool because a family of 20 had taken over the area and kept trying to play fight over my 3 year old daughter head . I kept telling the child to stop my baby was younger than her. I told the front desk associate he just said he was sorry. No action was taken

Quiet, off the main path, clean property.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. The morning breakfast was very good with a decent variety. I would recommend staying at this hotel. I only wish the clerk at the front desk had asked if I was a member of Choice Hotels, which I am, because I missed out on my points booking through Booking.com.

Location and room space

Breakfast was pretty good.

One of the elevators wasn't working properly. But for some reason each & every time you push the button the elevator with issues would show up to the floor your on but the doors will not open. Unless you push the button again. I made a complaint to the staff about it hopefully it will be resolved.

I checked into Comfort Suites McDonough Atlanta South on Thursday and was originally placed in room 313. Upon entering the room, I noticed stains on the sheets and reported the issue to the front desk. I was then moved to room 312. After entering room 312, I noticed there was no shampoo provided, only conditioner, and there were also stains on the floor. At the time, I chose not to report it because I did not want to be a bother. On Friday, I spoke with the housekeeping manager and requested that my room be cleaned. I was told that I needed to formally request service, which I did. Despite making the request, my room was never serviced that day. I was later assured by both the front desk manager and the housekeeping manager that my room would be serviced on May 23rd, but again, no housekeeping service was provided. Since staying here, my room has not been serviced at all. Today, I had to stop a housekeeper in the hallway myself just to ask for additional tissue and towels because we had run out due to the lack of housekeeping service. Most concerning, while lying in bed today with my children, my son lifted the sheets and discovered blood stains on the bedding. I immediately took photos of the blood stains found on the sheets of both beds.

The AC didn’t work the bath was peeling real bad that it got on your skin. the fridge stopped the microwave didn’t work took two days to change out. It was hard to turn the water on and off in the bathroom noob was real lose.

The location was ok because there were lots of places to eat in the area.

The breakfast was awful. We did not eat it. The grits had cooked so long they were crusty in the pan, the sausage were burnt and overcooked, the juice machine was broke, they were out of butter and milk for the cereal. Attendant said they were waiting on the truck to come. So basically there was nothing you could eat for breakfast. Then the dining room attendant and the front desk attendant were walking around with their pants hanging below their butt cheeks with their underwear showing. One of the elevators was out of order and we had a disabled son with us. Sometimes the other elevator would or would not open. The hot water in the sink would not get hot. The AC froze us. It was on 77 and still the room was freezing. We turned it off, the room would get hot. Turned it on and we froze. I have been an avid customer of Comfort Inn since the 1980's. This is the worst experience I have ever had.
