Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Value for Dollar for sure. It’s a Really nice stay. I’m a firm bed sleeper, The King room I was in had a truly soft mattress. This would be perfect for a soft bed sleeper. Wonder if the Queen beds are more firm?

Refrig in room leaked. My key card kept losing its connection so had to get it set twice. Also, I know budget cuts hit but 3 times I went to the front desk the staff was not there for a while. One was out side on their phone. Two were in back rooms for long periods of time.

The lack of food available either on site or adjacent. After being on the road all day having to leave the hotel and drive to get a meal was not enjoyable. Room service was available but it was from off site, limited in scope, and some what pricy.

Not provided with handicap room (124) as requested. Had stayed at the facility twice before during the past 30 days. Hotel staff reported that the request did not accompany the reservation. However I completed the reservation the same as the two prior reservations, The hotel clerk did try to find alternative room that closely met handicapped accommodation. Handicapped rooms should also be listed with search results
