Beautiful hotel spotless very comfortable excellent breakfast with brilliant staff.

Disappointed check out receptionists just took key and asked room number, then continued to speak to ones checking out behind us. She did not ask was all ok if we enjoyed our stay or even goodbye, whereas did with following customers which made me personally feel unwanted and unwelcome if we wanted to return which we do hope to.

Would like to have tea/ coffee served at table rather than self service and carrying the hot liquid across the dining room

The room was nice and spacious, the buffet breakfast is amazing! Very tasty food all round. I had a spa treatment which was great!

The only 2 things I would have to complain about is the fact that the TV’s aren’t smart ones so had to make do with normal tv and the other was that lift was out of order when I stayed, apart from that it was great.

Wir haben nur eine Nacht in dem Hotel verbracht. Soweit wir es mitbekommen haben war es sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück war typisch irisch und lecker.

O café da manhã esta excelente! Os funcionários da recepção foram muito gentis. A piscina e hot tube são muito bons.

A único coisa que senti falta foi de um ar-condicionado ou um ventilador de teto, pois como as janelas não abrem muito o quarto fica abafado. Eu fiquei em um quarto com um ventilador de mesa, mas minha prima teve a sorte de se colocado em um quarto maior e acessível com ar-condicionado.

Breakfast was very good and the food in the bar was very good.The leisure center was very good also

The rooms were cold as the heating was turned off.The hot water for the sink took ages to come on.

Kids are allowed to run riot one knocked over a elderly person luckily the couch caught her they are running all over the bar and restaurant and lobby screaming and yelling while the parents drink maybe that’s why the poor parents need a drink 😂😂 it’s a very kids hotel as long as you know that you’re okay 👌🏻

I love the bedroom, the bathroom in the toilet and bathroom. The jacuzzi and swimming pool was awesome 👌 The staffs were very professional and helpful. The breakfast was awesome 👌 checking in and checking out was easy.

The shower in the bathroom was not great, but works.

All good only thing i can say was when I was giving my key card reception staff decided to change my room number I'm thinking because the wedding was on the bottom floor so I was moved to top floor the room I was then given was only set up for one person (ONE TOWEL ONE WATER )

My daughter loved her stay there for her birthday with her friend. They really enjoyed the pool and the note and chocolate you left in the room was a lovely touch.

facilities were excellent and breakfast lay out and food was excellent.

there was not a good selection on the menu for an evening meal as it was just the same menu as lunch time. Also the bar area could be cleaned a bit better after lunch time.

Breakfast Food was excellent and was served hot. Evening meals were good. Staff were all very friendly. Service was excellent. Spa was very good value, 'midweek madness' deal of 80 euro was excellent for 2 treatments.

No designated eating areas for adults who are without children. This is a great hotel for families, but grandparents would enjoy a meal more in their own space.

Room didn't have enough sockets areas seemed run down or in need of an uplift. Showers temperature control was poor in between freezing cold and scalding hot even when set at lukewarm

I liked the location of the property. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities and breakfast.

I felt the property was a little dated, Carpets fraying, rust in the bathroom it just felt a little tired.

Food was excellent in bar shame no restaurant to celebrate our 24th Wedding Anniversary in style, that’s why we chose 4 star hotel

No A/C only a fan very poor for a 4 star. Fan too noisy to leave on for sleeping. Chain on door in rm307 broken made me feel very unsettled A lot of rust in shower area An empty coke can left on landing to lift from when we arrived to when we left

Some minor cleaning was needed, few bits of dust here and there, there was a stain on one of the towels provided

Loved the SPA and the Team were brilliant.

On arrival & check in no one made us aware of the availability of quiet adult space.

Hotel needs a face lift. Tired looking in places. Bar food not great and expensive for what it is. Pool and spa had no shower gels or shampoo after swimming and my treatment.

The room was lovely. But the bed was very hard. And the door of the room wasn't sound proof as people walking about i could hear every sound.

Was very dated and not very clean The baby changing unit was very dangerous- broken and not labelled as broken. When staff member was informed he seemed uninterested. My baby almost rolled off it as it tilted towards the ground (not straight)

Hotel is very run down lobby was very bad hardly any spare seats. Very busy with families. Room was more than basic shower up high noise of it unbelievable had just use taps of bath. Very hard bed. Lift was so bad noise & jump it made scared us both that after that we never used again used stairs. All in all as a couple we were extremely disappointed would not even consider returning to this hotel

The receptionist was very unfriendly and the hotel was very dirty and the food was grim and it was incredibly overpriced. The pool was dirty and the plasters in the hot tub. It was really gross.

The hotel is located in a pretty picturesque town, with an architecturally stunning cathedral visible from the rear of the hotel. This is an amazing building and worth a visit. The hotel itself is large, with a striking interior, beautiful crystal chandeliers and a feeling of opulence. Our double room was pristinely clean, very large and roomy, with good facilities, tea/coffee, biscuits. We were generously supplied with bottles of water that were replenished. The bathroom was large, very contemporary, extremely clean, with a nifty hairdryer, excellent bath and shower. During our stay all the staff we met were friendly, helpful and genuinely happy to be of service to the client. We enjoyed a couple of delicious meals in the restaurant, ample, well cooked and presented dishes. There was a friendly and convivial ambience in the restaurant and throughout the hotel. A special mention for the exceptional breakfast, what an extensive selection of everything! My husband and sister in law enjoyed the cooked food, all of which was fabulous and cooked to perfection. I enjoyed the fresh fruit, really fresh everyday and the tasty porridge. The staff responsible for breakfast deserve a big thank you for their friendly, conscientious approach to their work. We will stay here again, for sure👏😊

We have nothing to complain about!

Couldn’t sleep at all. People up and down in the corridors and could hear next door. Was late coming home from work and just said I’d get a room and get a good nights rest but that wasn’t the case. I had little to no sleep and was up for work at 7 with no sleep. Wasn’t impressed at all.
