La ubicación del hotel Home Latin es fantástica, a 5 minutos de Notre Dame, de la Sorbona y del Panteón, en un barrio muy seguro. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Nuestra habitación, en la primera planta, dio a la calle peatonal y por lo tanto estuvo muy tranquila. Habitación acogedora, con pequeña nevera y hervidora muy útiles y una cama cómoda. Todo muy limpio. El baño es sencillo y estrecho y tiene ducha. El desayuno es suficiente para comenzar el día, aunque sin lujos, incluyendo un buen yogur, frutas naturales y varias clases de maravillosos panes integrales. La limpieza es correcta. Nos hemos alojado allí 5 noches y salimos muy contentos.

El baño es un poco pequeño pero aceptable. Echamos de menos enchufes a los lados de la cama.

Hotel bem localizado, perto de muitos pontos turísticos e facilidade de acesso a transporte. Quarto muito bom, cama confortável, café da manhã bem variado e gostoso.

バスルームの臭いがちょっと悪かった。下水(？)のような臭い。水を流しても変わらずだったのが残念でした。

I did not like anything else at all and the staff and the management were rude and not accomodating at all .

Very comfortable room and bed. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Very happy that it had an elevator! Really lovely being able to open the window. Really good location for walking everywhere.

Friday and Saturday nights were quite noisy with people in the street. All room doors slam very loudly and could do with someway to reduce this.

Die Lage war super, die Zimmergröße für uns 4 perfekt, Frühstück klein, aber ausreichend, Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Breakfast was fine. Rooms were very warm with no a/c but there were 2 fans. Our shower door was missing one of its panels which tended to wet the floor. Not sure if the hotel was aware but we let them know.

The location was great!

The rooms were VERY small. I expected small rooms being in Europe. But it was so small we had nowhere to put our luggage and if felt very claustrophobic.

Travesseiro não é nada confortável, quarto pequeno sem ar condicionado, elevador antigo e o chão de taco estava uma parte “fofa”, querendo soltar. Não fomos bem recepcionados no checkin. Pessoa pouco paciente.

Cleaning, staff and location

There’s nothing to complain about.

Sa situation géographique idéale : proche de tout mais calme. Et le balcon dont notre chambre était dotée, la petite cerise sur le gâteau. Le personnel adorable.

Tout était très bien mais s'il fallait trouver une touche négative : l'absence de climatisation.

Excelente ubicación a 100 metros del Bulevar Saint Germain y 200 del de Saint Michel. Muy buen desayuno. Hay mini refrigeradora y calentador de agua en el cuarto. Te ponen cafe, leche, azucar y galletitas en el cuarto diariamente.

Que el baño fuera tan chico y que la limpieza diaria te la hicieran a partir de las 2 pm.

Ar condicionado precisava pedir toda hora pra recepção ligar, o controle nao e no quarto, o colchão é muito ruim, zero conforto, nao conseguiria ficar mais um dia dormindo nessa cama.

Locatie Home Latin was goed bereikbaar en hotel ziet er netjes uit. Vriendeijke receptionisten en personeel was behulpzaam. Ik kreeg een van de zolderkamers toegewezen met een airconditioning, kleine koelkast voor blikjes fris, een tv en theezakjes, suikerzakjes. Overdag was uitstekend weer en s' avonds wilde het soms hard regenen. Voor het douchen was douchegel/shampoo in een flacon en elke dag handdoekwissel en prullenmand legen.

Werd wakker op de nacht van woensdag/donderdag door geluiden van een stortbui en elke nacht schrok ik vaak wakker door de sirenegeluiden van de politiewagens. Ben gewend dat politiewagens of ambulances s'avonds hun geluiden uitzetten en hun blauwe zwaailichten gebruikten.

La ubicación es ideal para acceder caminando a varias visitas de interés. Tiene cerca las paradas del bus turístico y el metro.

La limpieza no es la mejor, las habitaciones son bastantes pequeñas. Necesita una actualización de las instalaciones. Nuestra habitación no tenía aire acondicionado y cuando llovía entraba el agua.

Ubicación inmejorable, a dos calles de una boca de metro, numerosos restaurantes y cerquísima de Notre Dame. El hotel está muy bien para el precio, la habitación muy cómoda, pequeña pero con lo necesario, tenía hasta balcón, el baño pequeño pero útil. Limpieza correcta, las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. El personal amable, pudimos dejar las cosas en la consigna al llegar desde temprano, ya que el checkin no se podía hacer hasta las 3pm. El desayuno es simple pero suficiente para empezar el día.

Faltan enchufes en la habitación, sobre todo en las mesillas de noche, que no había ninguno, solo habían dos disponibles en toda la habitación. Ni si quiera en el baño había enchufe. Colgadores de toalla también serían necesarios, pues no había ninguno. De resto todo correcto.

Great location, walking distance to the river bank, Notre Dame and much more. Close to metro. Pleasant, quiet surroundings outside and simple but clean and comfortable inside. Balcony at fifth floor front. Lift works . Good brrakfast

Fine for us although some people might find the lift and landings a bit cramped.

Great location, friendly staff. Delicious breakfasts with quite a good variety. Decent rooms.

Unfortunately, the hotel isn’t designed to cope with the heat. We were given a room under the roof, and with the temperature at +30 degrees and the roof heating up, it was very hot. The fans in the room didn’t help. There’s no air conditioning. I wouldn’t say this is a downside of the hotel, but bear it in mind if you’re visiting during the hot months.

O hotel é realmente muito bem localizado, fica próximo de comércio e transporte público, a cama é muito boa , tem chuveiro e banheiro no quarto e a limpeza estava feita.

Minha estadia foi no verão, e o quarto não tem ar condicionado, apenas ventilador que não deu conta do calor de Paris, mas para uma visita na época de outono/inverno é uma opção excelente

O ar-condicionado que tem no anúncio é um portátil, que não dá conta do calor nos dias mais quentes. O banheiro é bem pequeno.

Svært sentralt beliggende, helt ok frokost og hyggelig betjening. Rent og pent, men veldig små bad.

Vi fikk rom rett over inngangspartiet, det var varmt og vi lå med åpent vindu. Andre gjester brukte inngangspartiet som røykeplass og mye av røyken havnet på vårt rom. Det burde være røykeforbud rett ved inngangen.

Location was great for the hotel. Hotel is nice and clean. Beds were comfortable.

I found a bed bug on my pillow shortly after we got the room. It look like for Paris it is something normal and everyone is relaxed about it. They gave same room to the different people. We got different room, however it was stressful as I traveled with child who was scared to sleep in bed.

Very good location. Breakfast included different options (pastry, muesli, eggs etc.) and was sufficient. Very helpful, kind and friendly staff. Room size was sufficient for 2 people. The room and the bathroom was clean.

Like many hotels in Paris, it is located in an old building. That’s why sound insulation was poor and has no A/C. Wi-Fi connection was weak and we couldn’t use it without interruption. Some electric plugs in our room were not usable.

Nothing it’s a good hotel with great location. No coffee provided in rooms which was a shame but other than that all great !

The location is perfect, steps to subways/buses and Pantheon/ Notre Dame. Breakfast is excellent, a decent selection of food, everyone was able to find something.

Absolutely terrible Wifi, frequently disconnected, or wasn't able to connect because of limited spots (?). The room is on a small side but it was expected since the location is central so no complaints here. No air conditioner - just to keep in mind if it's important for someone. A fan was in the room.

Location is perfect, so close to Notre Damn, the Pantheon, Musee de Cluny, the Seine and lots of gardens, parks and cafes in a beautiful historic area. We used the hop on, hop off batobus on the river which was so close by, and the metro. The hotel manager is very friendly and helpful, let us into our room early when we arrived, kept our luggage on checkout, arranged taxi etc. (speaks English) The room was cleaned daily and the whole place is spotless. The room was also very quiet, could not hear other guests and shower was good.

The room was on the small side for 3 and got very warm at night even with the fan on. No food/drink except breakfast in the hotel but cafes very close by.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage im Herzen des Quartier Latin. Es gibt ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und es gab praktisch keinen Schrank, um seine Sachen auspacken, nur eine Garderobe mit ein paar Bügeln ohne Ablagefläche. Bei weit über 30° Außentemperatur fehlte eine Klimaanlage. Wir Ventilator könnte da nur wenig Abhilfe schaffen.

Excellent localization, very good breakfast, the lady from the breakfast super nice.

No air conditioning, fan very old and didnt move, and the mini fridge was not working and it was super hot weather. Also I had an allergic reaction as if it was dusty mites or bed bugs and I read a similar commentary of a similar allergy, it was itching a lot many parts of my body.

Don't go here in summer. The lack of AC makes it a very difficult stay. It's an oven.

The room had all we needed and the building had lovely character. We loved having the balcony, it was a lovely spot for morning and evening reading or watching the sunset. A great location to explore out from with goid food options very close by. Pastries at reception each morning was a lovely touch. Staff also gave good recommendations for dinner.

The bathroom was very tight for taller people, but we do understand this is not easily changed. Having teaspoons for the tea station in the room would be good. Air conditioning would have made the room more comfortable at night but we did manage well with the fan.

L'emplacement, à quelques pas du Quartier Latin, Notre Dame, Musée Cluny et bien d'autres merveilleux endroit. Très calme cependant car légèrement en retrait dans une jolie rue. Métro proche. L'accueil du personnel était très chaleureux et attentionné. Chambres spacieuses et calmes. Le petit déjeuner est varié, frais. Un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

El wifi en las habitaciones era muy debil y no habia buena señal.

Sehr gute Lage nah an Restaurants und der Notre Dame. Gute Ausstattung in den Zimmern, vor allem jetzt im Sommer waren die Lüfter praktisch.

WLAN war in den oberen Etagen sehr schwach.

No hay aire acondicionado, habitaciones pequeña para 2 personas. En verano es imposible dormir con los “ventiladores” de la habitación.

Hotel com cheiro de mofo! Antigo sem ventilação os banheiros exalam um cheiro de esgoto fora que são extremamente pequenos! A porta do quarto que se nota não haver manutenção a muito tempo, sinceramente não voltaria a ficar aqui mesmo! Wi fi lentíssimo! O hotel é arcaico e os funcionários da limpeza uma antipatia extrema! Não via a hora de sair do hotel

Chambre attribué à côté de la PMR très bruyante, bruits d'écoulements des douches et wc , fuite d'eau a l'entrée. Très petite aussi bien que la salle de bain que la pièce. Lit 140 pour 2 personnes âgés et fortes.

El personal que atiende, de cocina y limpieza muy amables y dados a entender los diferentes idiomas de los huéspedes. El hotel ubicado en zona tranquila y segura, fácil acceso a los diferentes sistemas de transporte locales (bici, metro, bus y a pie) cerca a todo. Barrio latino un 10/10

The hotel is lovely, it’s in a nice quiet part of the Latin quarter. The room was clean and spacious for two. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It is close to lots of little restaurants, supermarkets, grift shops and two metro stations. Room service was good, a fan was provided in the rooms and the windows open nice and wide to let in a breeze.

The breakfast was nice however there were very little options & it was the same everyday & the dining area was quite small.

The hotel has a really great location, very close to Notre-Dame and several metro stations, while being situated in a nice and quiet area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they kindly provided us with the keys earlier than the official check-in time, which was really appreciated as we had an event in the evening and needed some time to get ready. We had a reservation for three people and were expecting a triple room, but fortunately, we were given a suite instead, which was a really pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and, although a little outdated, it was clean and comfortable.

The main downside, especially during our stay in July, was the lack of air conditioning. There were three portable fans provided, which helped to some extent, but an AC would have made the stay much more comfortable during the hot weather.

Café da manhã bem gostoso. Localização maravilhosa, perto de vários pontos turísticos.

Banheiro sem box, molhando todo o chão após o banho e dificultando usá-lo depois. Nos colocaram em um quarto sem vista para essa maravilha de cidade!!
