Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The location was excellent and the manager very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good but as the weather was so good we preferred to eat outside after the first morning.
The shower didn't drain away very quickly and wet the bathroom floor. It was a bit slippery. Suggest a non-slip mat.

Struttura dalla ottima posizione e che offre un’abbondante colazione di qualità. Super consigliata! Se dovessi tornare a Parigi alloggerei assolutamente di nuovo qui!

No in-room coffee and tea making- but there is a facility downstairs which we used, once we found it.

La doccia nella bagno. C'era la vasca senza un vetro o tenda, pertanto usando la docci s bagnava molto il pavimento e il wc. Il frigo durante la notte faceva rumore. Il materasso pendeva verso l'interno.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Esperienza ottima. Ho soggiornato qui con mia figlia di 19 anni per 4 notti. Il personale veramente gentile e disponibile. La camera (doppia con letti singoli) piccolina, ma pulita, silenziosa e perfetta per l'utilizzo che se ne fa visitando una città come Parigi. Comodissimo il servizio di deposito bagagli. La zona è ottima per raggiungere i principali luoghi di interesse. A pochi minuti a piedi da rue Mouffetard, via pedonale dove c'è un'ampia scelta di locali e movimento soprattutto la sera. La zona e tranquilla e sicura. Straconsigliato.

I’ve stayed here a few times, and am happy to say that there have been no big changes, so I am never disappointed.

Oda biraz küçüktü ama temizlik, ulaşım ve fiyat düşünülünce hiç sorun edilecek bir durum değil

Aspect un peu vieillot de la chambre, la climatisation qui tombe directement sur le lit (il faut donc l'arrêter durant la nuit).

Kodicionierius veikė tik 19 laipsnių režimu. Naktį tokia temperatūra kambaryje pavojingai vėsi, o reguliuoti neįmanoma. Klausėme registratūroje, bet sakė, kad ir jie negali reguliuoti. Reikia atsidarius langus (kai už lango +37 dieną) laikyti ijungtą kondicionierių. Nakti miegant atvirais langais paryčiais prasideda triukšmas, tad langus norisi uždaryti, o kondicionieriaus įjungti nesinori...

I wouldn't recommend paying for breakfast. Barely any food available at breakfast which we paid €12.5 each for. We were told there would be omelettes to order but there was just a pan of eggs which was finished when we got there around 9 (breakfast is till 10).

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026La posizione molto comoda sia per girare a poedi che per prendere i mezzi , soprattutto la metro con fermate molto vicine .Il personale molto efficiente, accogliente, simpatico, con servizio portineria h 24.Le camere un po' datate , ma pulite , ordinate e risistemate adeguatamente ogni giorno.L' aria condizionata è stata indispensabile considerate le temperature di questi giorni.
Nulla mi è comunque piaciuto tutto .

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Le petit déjeuner était correct. Seulement toujours la même chose et surtout au bout de 4 jours. Le pain n’était pas bon, c’est à mon avis du pain de supermarché ou industriel. Les croissants et pains au chocolat très gras. Après on ne mange pas de tout; par exemple les céréales industrielles. La salade de fruits pas terrible, les yaourts et compotes bonnes. Le café bon. Les oeufs brouillés bien. La charcuterie pas terrible. Le personnel de réception très accueillant et sympathique, les gens de salle au petit déjeuner serviables. Li refait et linge de toilette changé, on apprécie. Climatisation super.
Les chambres et salle de bain petites mais c’est difficile de changer cela. J’avais la fenêtre ouverte directement au bord du lit. C’est gênant car courant d’air.

The air conditioning in our room did not work throughout our stay. Although we reported it several times, the problem was not resolved. We were first given a small fan, and only on the last day was a larger fan provided. We were also offered a room change on our final night, which was too late to be useful. In addition, when we returned to our room, we found the door had been left unlocked after the fan was delivered, which was a serious security concern.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Loved everything, we stayed in apartment 14 and it was perfect. Breakfast was basic but great, amphitheatre next door you can take some drinks, some great restaurants close by, in Paris centre but enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. Great air conditioner and block out blinds.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Очень! Ну очень дружелюбный и классный персонал. Учли все, что мы хотели, а после недопонимания с душевой кабинкой нам быстро поменяли номер. Очень понравилось местоположение - близко от метро и рядом есть парк-арена. Цены в вендинге в фойе чуть ли не магазинные, что радует.
К сожалению, номера тесные, чемодан толком не положить. Кондиционер слабый очень. Мало розеток. Но плюсы точно перекрывают минусы.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026地點離地鐵站很近，要去哪裡搭地鐵皆方便，也離聖母院不遠，可以散步過去，離家樂福也滿近的，若要採買都很方便，附近餐廳及咖啡廳林立，若需用餐也很方便。房間窗外即是古羅馬劇場的遺跡，剛好有遇到好幾個晚上都有辦活動，雖然活動到很晚,但房間隔音很好，一點都不會受到影響。我覺得打掃人員也很貼心，為了讓我們洗得衣服可以快一點乾，會幫我們把浴室窗打開，並關上浴室門，避免熱氣吹到房間。
剛好遇到電梯壞掉,搬行李走旋轉樓梯還滿辛苦的。房間有點小，要放二個中型行李需要有一些技巧。

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Definitely a budget friendly experience. Not the cleanest not the most comfortable. Beds are stiff. Carpeting and 40% efficient air conditioners made me develop a dry cough that has been rough to shake. Staff are lovely and very accommodating.
I only sleep, shower and use the facilities. Don’t pay for luxury

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026よかった点 ・スタッフのおじちゃんたちがみんな優しいくてフレンドリー！親切でした。 ・メトロもいずれも５分以内に2線駅があり 主要な観光地に出やすい 駅近でよかった ・ホテルの周りは観光客がすごく多いエリアというよりは住んでる方が多いイメージなのでお店も高すぎませんし、街の雰囲気がすごくよかったです。 ちょうどいい過ごしやすさでした ・ロケーション スーパーもすぐ近くにありますし、景色もいい。 満足のロケーション
・エレベーターが故障 せっかくエレベーター付きの施設を選んだのに、 行ったらまさかのエレベーター故障中 3泊しましたが治りませんでした(直してる気配なし) ホテルの方に聞いてもいつ直るかわかんなーい！とのこと。 30キロ近くあるキャリーケースを狭い螺旋階段であげる羽目になりました… ただし、お詫びに部屋のアップデートはしてくれました。 ・とにかく布団がダニだらけ 宿泊した3泊で夫婦揃って20箇所くらい刺されました。 毛布にシーツをかましてかけるスタイル きっと毛布かな… 布団以外は衛生的でしたので、 泊まる場合は長袖長ズボン推奨
