Location and staffs are nice. This was my second time staying this hotel, good to see familiar faces.

Facilities, available tv channels for International guests, and rooms are basically outdated. I like rustic and traditional setting accommodations but that wasn't there either. Charging sockets didn't work at first, an engineer had to come, Chai and coffee are an instant for paying more than £100 per night. Just couldn't get a feeling the value for the money.

Reception staff. They did not help much. The booking was done for 3 people but there were only 2 small beds. Swimming pool wasnt functioning. No compensation in the form of room upgrade was offered. We felt cheated

The breakfast was good with many option for south and north Indians, also a minimum good spread of continental as well.

We had a fantastic stay for 13 days. The staff were exceptionally kind and looked after us really well. Special mention to F&B (Prem Rawat & team), Reception ( Manoj Prajapati front office manager & team) along with the doormen and luggage porters welcomed us warmly. They also surprised us with a cake to celebrate my husband's birthday !! The rooms was spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent as the metro station is around the corner along with plenty of shopping and eating options, including a few Malls. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and we also had few meals in the hotel - lunch and dinner. Chefs were hands on and accommodated our requests. We definitely recommend Mosaic, Noida and will for sure stay here on next visit too.

Very nice staff and hygiene level is good the rooms are well made.

Checking in takes a little time but it’s manageable and the wait is worth.

I had a very good stay at Mosaic Hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well organized. All facilities are in good condition, the staff are professional and helpful, and the food quality is excellent. The hotel is usually in high demand, so I strongly recommend booking early and reserving enough days in advance, even if your plans are not fully confirmed, because extending the stay later can be difficult due to full occupancy. All services are good overall. Laundry service is available, but due to the high occupancy the internal laundry can be busy, so urgent requests are sometimes handled through external service. In general, it is a very good hotel for the price, and I would stay here again.

Hotel cost very high

This hotel is my preferred choice when I travel to Noida. It is at sector 18 and close to every shopping mall, restaurant. Staff is very helpful. Restaurant is pretty decent and offers a good variety of food.

The bed was rock hard and the pool and the gym were a joke. Nothing like the pictures. Very deceiving

The location is prime and the best. Not a boring stay and everything was within reach.

No money exchange facility. As a female solo traveler, it was kind of inconvenient, but the staff arranged somehow for me.

Great location with everything once could need within walking distance.

Property was clean and right at the center of section 18 market with very close proximity to all the malls and buzzing market.

The price was a bit too high

Breakfast was good. The location is really good if you are looking to shop and be in the center of the city.

I think the property is tad bit expensive for the services it provides.

Some of the staff members were very good. Good job team . I requested early check-in and early check-out and they arranged this.

-There are so many hidden charges. -Some of the things are included in booking but were not provided as you have to ask for those and I was not aware. - basics things were missing although those were part of booking - improvement is needed in cleanliness - they have to proactive and have to understand the customer need

Location was very good. Right outside of Sector 18 Metro station. The breakfast I thought was included, but I got to know only after reaching it was not. It was a bit expensive for the spread they had. But decent spread for breakfast.

Although the location is good, the surrounding isn't very scenic. Also the building is surrounded by few other commercial buildings. But I guess one has to put up with this given the location advantage it has.

the property is clean and near to pearsonvue for taking nclex exam

the noise outside the hotel. i was not able to sleep well, night before of my exam due to noise outside.. you can hear the drunk people fighting and the intermittent beeping of the public transportation.

Excellent hotel. The staff is nice and helpful, the rooms big, clean and comfortable and the bathroom as well. The breakfast and food in the restaurant was delicious. Great location: just 5 minutes walking to the mall and many restaurants and shops in the area.

While booked the hotel it was $88 plus $11 as taxes, but I had to pay $104.78 in the hotel. The hotels staffs were saying to contact with booking.com. This is very much disappointing.

Nice staff, nice room, nice food, everything was good. The only thing I found pity was that bath tub was cracked. Every time I took a bath, water leaked out and the bathroom became flooded. Wifi connection was no problem at all. I joined an international zoom meeting from my room but never lost the connection for the entire three hours.

I actually booked deluxe room with double bed but at the time of checkin they gave me 2 single beds and when i insisted they told me that we will give as per availablity. If they don't have that particular room then they should not show the same on site. Then i have to pay extra amount and change it to supreme room but they didn't upgrade me to supreme room which i felt bad. Atleast for their goodwill they should have done that, otherwise the stay was good.

the facilities are clean, as if youre in a 5 star hotel in the middle of noida. the service were execeptional. you can get everything you need around the area. everything is accessible by rikshaw.
