A worst property for the value of your money. ACenc was not cooling, claiming availability of car parking is a pure lie. There is no parking space at all. Car are being parked on road far away from the property. This hotel has many names. One each for every hotel booking app. Furniture was dirty. Kitchen opens up at 8:30 am, gets operational around 9:30. Hence take your breakfast outside if you have come for an official work in Noida. Hotel doesn't provide bills at all. Another worst property of Booking.com.

Nice

All ok

Friendly staff! The area is superb! ...there is a big supermarket 20 meters away from the hotel. Also a nice street market and an outdoors food court right opposite to the hotel.

No windows in the bedroom. Yes, there is, but it has to be closed the whole time because it faces the interior part of the building. Otherwise mosquitos come to the room. The breakfast is served in the room. There is no dining room/hall.

We couldn’t find it. They gave us wrong direction to ITC hotel instead. Scammers

Couldn’t locate it for hours

The hotel’s board had a different hotel name on it. This is so wrong.

Never stay here 👎

Location

Cleanliness, Mosquito, AC issues, not so clean washroom

The food was stale and tasteless. It seemed like leftovers from days ago. I ended up with a bad stomach. The hotel didn’t care at all when I complained.

The hotel location was ok, but the room cleanliness and maintenance were lacking. Bedsheets and bathroom weren’t properly clean, and the AC wasn’t working well. Staff didn’t seem very helpful either. The biggest issue – for the price I paid for this one room, I could’ve easily gotten 3 similar rooms at a better hotel. Overall, a disappointing experience.

The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Had to ask multiple times for basic things like towels and water. It felt like we were bothering them just by being there.

This was by far the most disappointing hotel stay I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, outdated, and smelled awful. The bed sheets had stains, the bathroom was filthy, and the air conditioning barely worked. The ceiling fan made so much noise I couldn’t sleep all night.

Not worth the price at all. The room looked okay in photos but felt poorly maintained in reality. Cleanliness was below average, and basic things like the AC and bathroom weren’t up to the mark. Staff seemed disinterested and slow to respond. Honestly, for the amount I paid, I expected much better. Wouldn’t recommend unless they improve their standards.

Stayed here for a night, but wouldn’t return. The room was basic and didn’t match the photos. Cleanliness could definitely be improved. AC was noisy and not very effective. Staff interaction was minimal, and service felt slow. Overall, the place feels overpriced for what it offers.

This hotel was a great choice for a budget-friendly stay. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always available to assist. I especially appreciated the location, which was ideal for exploring the city’s attractions. For the price, this hotel is an excellent deal!

This hotel is great value for money. The room was small but clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely helpful, and the location was central, making it easy to access the city’s main attractions. I would definitely stay here again for my next visit. Highly recommend it for budget travelers.

Except location, I didn't like anything about this hotel.

Small room, small bed, hard mattress, roaches roaming in the room, not clean, dirty linens, seepage on wall. It's not even worth half of the price I have paid.

As soon as I reached, requested to check the property before continuing. The room shown was dirty and had coackroaches running around. I refused to contunue, called Fab number to cancel booking. the call went unaswered. Then sent Fab whataspp message for cancellation, not replied. Today, I go the invoice, despite not continuing with the property....I didnt Stay !!!

The hotel was very nice, the location was very good, the food was also very good, good service. There is no hotel like this, the staff is very nice and the manager is also very nice Jatin Rana

A wonderful budget hotel that offers great value for money. The room was basic but very clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist. The hotel’s location was perfect for sightseeing, with key attractions within easy reach. Highly recommended for budget-conscious travelers!

This hotel is a great budget option with excellent service. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming. I loved the location as it was close to major attractions. For the price, this hotel offers excellent value, and I would definitely stay here again

Good stay

The room was filthy. The sheets were stained, and the bathroom smelled terrible with mold everywhere. It felt like I was staying in a dump. Never coming back.

GOOD STAY

NYC LOCATION

The moment I entered the room, the floor was dirty, and the bathroom was in even worse condition — the shower and fittings were almost broken. Didn’t expect such poor cleanliness after paying this much. The food was average, a bit too oily and didn’t feel fresh. Had to call the staff multiple times before anything actually happened. Just fix the basic things, or people will think twice before coming back.

This hotel is worse than 3rd class! The room’s AC just makes noise, I was sweating in the heat. The food? Burnt puris, watery sabzi – no taste, no salt. The chai was worse than a 20-rupee roadside one! The staff has zero training, like they picked them off the street – no manners, no help! Worst part? I was shitting in the bathroom, and the water ran out. Had to leave without washing my ass to call for help, but no one listened! They charge full price, but service is zero! Come here and your life’s ruined, just run away! 😡

GOOD FOOD

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Cleanliness and hygiene were completely ignored. The biggest issue was mosquitoes everywhere, making it almost impossible to sleep or relax. As seen in the pictures, the floor and bed area were full of mosquitoes, which was absolutely disgusting. The biggest scam is that the prices are extremely high, but the service and cleanliness are worse than a low-grade hotel. Looking at the rates, you might expect a decent property, but in reality, this place is only suitable for OYO-type guests, who just need a room for a couple of hours and then leave. If you are looking for a clean and comfortable stay, this hotel is not for you. Avoid wasting your money here! The management seriously needs to improve the hygiene and overall service, or this place will only be known for short-term stays with no standards. A complete waste of money and time!❌

good hotel with prime location

excellebnt

Even after promising early checkin , the staff has denied me for checkin by mentioning the reason that rooms are not available.

Location is good

Washroom is worst

I recently visited this hotel with the intention of staying, but I had to leave without checking in due to extremely poor conditions. The rooms were damp with a strong musty smell, making it impossible to stay comfortably. Additionally, the staff was rude and unprofessional, showing no concern for guest satisfaction. The overall hygiene and maintenance of the hotel were very disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. Avoid if possible!

Pls dont recommend any more.

Except location

Tea is available after 8.30 am and breakfast after 9 pm. but they don't serve sachet also of tea or coffee.

Hotel was so beautiful

Good stay

Excellent 👍

The property was not upto expectation. I believe the reviews are not genuine. The geyser was not working and the bed spread were dirty The only thing which was good is food and the staffs. The booking.com rating of 9 is not okay and its mis leading.

1. Room cleanliness 2. Bed spreads 3. Floor clearning 4. Door mats were very old 5. Washbasin was leaking

We booked this hotel based on the glowing reviews, which now seem completely fake. Upon arrival, we were given a dirty, unclean room, and when we requested it to be cleaned, the staff flat-out refused. The worst part - after our stay, they falsely marked us as a "no-show" on Booking.com to prevent us from leaving a negative review. Now, they are fraudulently charging our card for cancellation fees, even though we paid the full amount directly at the hotel. This place is nothing but a scam—avoid at all costs!

Staff was good

Room was very bad condition, there leakages in bathroom and cockroaches were roaming.
