A localização é excelente, bem no centro de Bellagio, próxima às balsas. Me avisaram que teria que subir escadas para chegar, mas eram menos degraus do que eu esperava e foi bem tranquilo. A equipe do hotel foi sempre muito atenciosa e me ajudou a encontrar atividades e transporte. O café da manhã também é muito bom e é possível sentar em um local com vista para o Lago de Como enquanto toma café. Se voltar, me hospedarei novamente e recomendo.

Não tenho queixas sobre o hotel. Gostei bastante da escolha e me hospedaria novamente. Tudo correu bem durante a minha estadia.

22時ごろから深夜1時ごろまで英国人女性グループが中庭でスプマンテを何本もあけながらヒソヒソ話を続けており、窓を閉めてもうるさく邪魔だった。その時間にはスタッフは別の場所にいるオペレーションになっていたので直接注意したがワイングラスを貸すときや、帰宅するときにひとこと念を押すか、何らかの注意喚起を掲示してほしい。客の側の常識の問題なのでスタッフには落ち度はない。ちなみに、施設周辺の飲食店は閉まっている時間だが、メインストリートのバーなどは営業している店舗などがある。

Me encantaron los detalles, la habitación era un lujo para mí! El desayuno, increíble (tenía literal para todos los gustos: distintos tipos de jugos, distintas planificaciones, huevo, panceta, fiambres, frutas, yogurt...).

The Hotel is located in the Center of Bellagio. The Service is very friendly and helped us to find the parking areas and the way to the hotel. Everything was a really good experience, also the breakfast pretty good. I would recommend it, everything perfect and uncomplicated!

The staff were extremely helpful as soon as we walked in the door especially Isabella at reception .The hotel is quiet and very central to everything we wanted to walk to.The daily breakfast was delicious.Our room opened onto a lovely terrace where we sat outside in the evening and had a drink and something to eat.All the staff were extremely friendly and all went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay.Highly recommend this Hotel and would definitely return.

Wie in vielen Hotels; Es werden viele Handtücher bereitgestellt, aber es fehlen Haken oder Stangen, an denen man sie trocknen kann. Uns wurden jeden Tag neue Handtücher bereigestellt, was nicht unbedingt sein müsste (Nachhaltigkeit)

We loved the staff and the charm of the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and very cool at night. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the service impeccable.

Not much to dislike. We slept in 2 twins, one was soft and the other very firm. I suggest the hotel add 2 nice glasses and a bottle opener to each room for convenience. The shower head in room 302 would not stay elevated but that wasn't a deal breaker.

The bed was a bit overly firm for my taste - but that would not prevent me from staying here again! It was such a special, charming hotel. If I am ever in Bellagio again, I would only stay at Hotel Centrale!

It was good overall

The location was central of bellagio. It was amazing and we had such an easy check in and check out with isabella. We loved our stay. It was the best hotel we stayed in italy and it made our experience so pleasant. If we ever find ourselves in Bellagio again we will be regular patrons here. We miss the morning cappucinos made by the staff. Truly was an amazing stay.

The stairs of bellagio to get there but thats italy for you haha it was worth it. But access would be difficukt for disabled individuals

Charming and had a room with the terrace overlooking the water which was perfect. Breakfast was fantastic and nothing was ever too much trouble.

From the moment you step into the hotel, you're welcomed with genuine warmth and a family-like atmosphere. This charming small hotel features a lovely garden, a delightful breakfast, and an unbeatable location, literally in the heart of Bellagio. Everything is within a five-minute walk, making it the perfect base for exploring the town.

The single room is an expected size, but removing a few items would make it feel more spacious and comfortable.

The owners of the hotel are so nice and welcoming, they make you feel like a cousin visiting them. The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of beautiful Bellagio, just a few stairs from the main street. The ferry port is just 2 minutes away. The hotel is surrounded by trees and flowers and it is amazing to have a breakfast in their garden, smelling jasmine. My room was in the attick and the roof window has shutter that can be opened or shut with a remote. There is kettle in the room, you can make yourself a coffee or tea. I will certainly come back, I had a perfect stay !

Pillows were a little hard. Didn’t realize that there were 63 stairs to climb to access the property but the wonderful young man at the front desk helped us with one on the heavy suitcases.

Jag trivdes så otroligt bra här. Jag hade redan rest i nästan 2 veckor i Italien och bott på tre ställen innan, men det här var lätt min favorit. Med trevlig personal, fantastisk frukost och superfina rum. Det fanns som en terass vid trädgården ute där man kunde äta frukost och ytterligare en större "balkong" på övervåningen där man kunde sitta ute, vilket jag uppskattade. Bellagio allmänt var super vackert med mycket trevliga människor. Det kändes verkligen som ett paradis, och jag instämmer helt med att det är Lake Como:s pärla:)))

The staff were great. Their communication with us was brilliant from the beginning. The lady in charge of the breakfast bar, Rosie, was so lovely. She made me hard boiled eggs 🥚 as per my request. The cakes/pastries were delicious.The two cleaner ladies (sorry to not have gotten their names) were so sweet and cleaned our room everyday. Marcello was very helpful and Isabella was lovely. It's a lovely cute hotel and the terrace area is lovely. Slight criticism is that our room was a little dark because of the layout. Also, tip to those looking to book here - make sure you ask the hotel in advance to help you with your luggage at the bottom of the stairs - the hotel is on the top and the cobbly stairs are not easy to walk up with luggage and after a long day of travelling!

Accueil très chaleureux de la part du personnel ! Chambre coquette avec vue très agréable sur la terrasse. Cet établissement se fond parfaitement dans le charme de Bellagio. Le petit déjeuner est varié et rendu très appréciable par le très beau cadre de l’hôtel. Son emplacement est aussi un bonus non négligeable car il se trouve à seulement deux minutes des ferries.

Breakfast was good, as it is expected from a good hotel. The variety was good and the quality was also good.

1- The receptionists were not professional! 2- The staff in the restaurant were kind, but some of them were not professional. 3- The cleaning lady was kind but also not professional. From any hotel but especially a 3 star hotel is expected that the staff are more professional. 4- Although I had put a do not disturbe note on the door throughout my stay, in the third day of my stay I found a strange artifact (a small metal knobe) in my room which was not mine and was also not there in the previous days. This made me suspicious that someone has entered the room while I was not there. This is very bad!

Wonderful place! Great location right in the heard of the lake. Restaurants, cafes, shops and the ferry station just in a 1 minute walk. I really liked the atmosphere and the plants when entered the courtyard(you can also have breakfast here). Very pleasant and friendly staff. Special thanks to Michele Borelli. Spacious and clean room with big comfortable bed. I liked the kettle, mug and different teas and coffee. Good dining room and tasty breakfast. Highly recommended, it was definitely worth it!

Brilliant hotel! Great location and the staff are very friendly! Also have a dog at the hotel which gives extra bonus points. Breakfast was great and great coffee also. We were sadly leaving before breakfast started and were given a breakfast tray with biscuits/toast/ spread and juice which was a lovely touch. Overall a great stay :)

Nice traditional family run hotel. Location was brilliant for access to places of interest in Bellagio and to get local ferries to other towns and villas. Hotel centrale felt very relaxing and breakfast was fresh and good variety. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with any queries we had. Excellent hotel would stay again and would recommend to family and friends.

It was in a great location. Super charming and peaceful.

I should have paid more attention to drop off location instructions. We had a lot of luggage and going up the steps from the main square was really difficult. If you come by car or taxi, always get dropped at the church square. There are no steps going down to hotel entrance and roller bags roll easily. Thankfully Marcelo helped with our bags!

FABULOUS STAY in a beautiful family run hotel in the heart of Bellagio. Everyone was so welcoming and always smiling. Nothing was too much trouble. From sorting out glasses and an ice bucket for drinks on our terrace, to helping with a document i needed printing, to Rosie in the breakfast room and her happy, smiling face and offers of amazing cappuccino. We loved our stay and will certainly be back.

J’ai adoré son charme authentique, son architecture pleine de caractère et son mobilier qui lui donne une atmosphère chaleureuse et unique. On s’y sent immédiatement bien. Le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse, toujours souriant, serviable et attentif. Le petit-déjeuner est varié, généreux et absolument délicieux. J’y ai particulièrement bien dormi et je me suis sentie comme à la maison. L’emplacement est également parfait, à proximité des commerces, restaurants et du port pour prendre le ferry et découvrir les environs du lac.

j’aurais adoré avoir une vue sur le lac, mais cela n’a en rien gâché mon séjour.

The location was perfect, easy to find. The staff was exceptional! Rooms were clean and comfortable. They went out of their way to provide a magical experience for us and met all our expectations and then some.

I had a fantastic stay here! Such a beautiful boutique style hotel. The location is unbeatable, just up a small amount of steps from the ferry port. There is a gorgeous terrace with views of the lake to relax on and a nice courtyard garden you can have breakfast in. Breakfast and fresh coffee was great in the morning. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. They are happy to help with questions about activities in the area too. I found this hotel very clean and quiet. WiFi worked great. Shower has great hot water.

My only complaint is with the stiff, hard pillows. They left my neck hurting in the morning. I prefer a softer, fluffier pillow.

The stairs to get there

The hotel is close to everything. Small specialty shops and restaurants are right outside the hotel yet the property feels private. Ferry stations are few feet away. Walking distance to Villa Melzi. Complimentary breakfast is plentiful. Staff are exceptional. Isabela was kind enough to help us communicate to our bnb host for our next destination in Milan. The nice lady in the breakfast dining always prepare an extra coffee in our little thermos. The room was kept clean daily.

In 30 years of travelling, this was probably one of the best hotels stays I have ever had 1. The front deck actually remembered and greeted me by name everyday! never even had that at the Hilton! 2. Breakfast (included) was excellent 3. Location was in the center of the city 4. I had to leave early in the morning 6am, the staff understood this and left me a breakfast tray the night before on my bed. I never asked for ot and it was a pleasant surprise. Never in all the 100's of hotel that I have stayed have I seen that type of service. Well done! for a family owned hotel. They have pride in their work and it shows!

Absolutely enchanting, we had a room with a beautiful patio and view of the lake. The breakfast room was just so pretty and the outside courtyard was just lovely.

Quaint! Lucky to have an elevator! The owner spoke English and was a wonderful host!

Had to go up 70 cobblestone steps to get there, but the owner met us at the bottom to take all the luggage up😊

The pastries were not up to my standard. It would have been nice to have a tea and late afternoon snack station. Tea kettle in the room would have helped. they did provide one when I asked though.

꼬모 호수에 가기로 결정한 후 벨라지오에 이 호텔을 보고 화사한 외관에 반해 바로 예약했습니다. 페리에서 내려서 도보 10분 정도 거리에 있지만 캐리어를 들고 계단을 올라가는 것은 쉽지 않았어요. 하지만 그만한 가치가 있는 호텔입니다. 호텔 입구에서 직원이 친절하게 맞이해줬으며 들어서자마자 아름다운 정원을 보고 감탄할 수 밖에 없었어요. 객실은 깔끔하게 정리되어 있었고, 기본적인 어메니티는 준비되어 있었으며 아침식사도 제공됩니다. 덕분에 매우 편안하게 꼬모 호수를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 다음에 다시 오게 된다면 오래 머물고 싶어요! 😍😍
