We had an issue with the keycard getting back into the property. This was at 11pm. Tried phoning the contact number given multiple times and received no reply. Fortunately after about 15 minutes our card worked again.

It’s very close to the pier and just a short walk to the city center, with plenty of restaurants nearby, super convenient for dining out. The room was large, featuring a separate bedroom and a handy kitchenette. Everything was also spotlessly clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Excellent location—very convenient and close to everything. The property was very clean and well maintained. The air conditioning worked great, which made the stay especially comfortable during the summer.
We had a very pleasant stay and would happily consider staying here again in the future. One small suggestion relates to the towel policy. Towels are changed every four days, and during our five-day stay we did not receive a fresh set of bath towels before checkout. We also noticed that additional towel sets are available for a fee. For guests staying several days, it might be helpful to provide a towel refresh on the third or fourth day, or perhaps offer beach towels for use at the lake. Another suggestion would be to provide a few additional toiletries and coffee packets for longer stays. We were provided with two instant coffee packets for our five-day visit, so a few extra supplies would have been appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the opportunity to visit. Thank you for hosting us.

Przy tym wszystkim dzięki dużej ilości zieleni na posesji nie odczuwa się, że jest się w centrum tak popularnego miasteczka. Szczerze polecam!

Apartment was wonderfully clean and gardens were beautiful. Right in the centre of amazing shops and restaurants but very peaceful and quiet as rooms are tucked away in a gated garden.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Bellagio is not very large, but the location was still perfect, as you are right in the middle of everything. The room is very spacious and was surprisingly clean. In addition, the room looks very nice and even had its own kitchen. The hotel courtyard is also very beautiful and even offers seating and lounging areas. We rented a private garage, which is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The host, Daniela, is also extremely friendly. If I ever come back to Bellagio one day, I would book here again without hesitation!
One thing I didn’t like so much was that tourists were often standing directly in front of the hotel entrance gate, which made it a bit uncomfortable when walking out.

Central to everything including ferry, shopping, and restaurants. Felt very safe with gated apartment complex. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom and shower was fantastic. Loved the courtyard! Would definitely stay here again!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das bequeme Bett und den atemberaubenden Blick auf den See. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein – die Promenade sowie alle Restaurants und Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

Reviewed May 14, 2026Es un espacio soñado. Tiene un patio hermosísimo. Está ubicado en pleno centro de Bellagio. Cerca de restaurantes, mini mercados, heladería, el parque y el Ferry. El departamento era moderno, muy bien equipado, cocina completa y dos televisores. La limpieza un 10. Camas cómodas; muy buena calefacción. El baño súper amplio y con buena ducha! Lo recomiendo y volvería sin dudar.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Location is outstanding - right in the centre of Bellagio. There is an incredible pasta lunch spot right outside the accommodation and an amazing gelataria. The grounds of the accommodation are gorgeous and lush, a perfect place to relax in the sun (when you have it).

Reviewed May 8, 2026Un vrai coup de coeur pour la Limonera. Un emplacement parfait au coeur de Bellagerio, à 2 pas des restaurants, boulangerie, supérette. Un studio parfaitement rénové et propre, et surtout un jardin privatif calme au coeur de la cité que nous avons apprécié après nos visites et randonnées dans les environs. Tout cela justifierait de mettre une note supérieure à 10, et ce serait mérité. D'autant que le rapport qualité /prix reste excellent.

Il manquait quelques éléments de cuisine comme bol, dessous de plat, carafe....mais ça reste du petit détail. Aussi c'est dommage que le bon lit pour adulte soit dans le côté où il n'y avait pas la télé. Car pas pratique le soir avec un enfant qui se couche plus tôt
