C è la possibilità di un parcheggio a pagamento ma le strisce blu proprio davanti alla struttura sono comodissime.. Magari la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente per gli ospiti non sarebbe male..

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026We arrived in the morning and were kindly greeted by the staff. They offered to store our luggage until the room was ready for us. We eventually checked-in an hour before the usual check-in time, which was great. No issues whatsoever during our stay - the breakfast is great value for the money. They even served breakfast earlier for us, so that we could make it on time for our guided Etna tour (pickup was right in front of the hotel). When we left, they helped us with navigation to the bus station and even called us a taxi.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Boa localização; cama confortável, chuveiro ok, quarto grande, café da manhã gostoso, tem elevador e funcionários bastante atenciosos e solícitos. Tive problemas com a cia aérea que não entregou minha malas e a Jane tentou me ajudar com essa questão.
Como cheguei depois das 17 horas, tive que fazer todo o processo de check in e entrada na acomodação sozinha, através dos códigos enviados. Isso pode ser um pouco cansativo e depois de uma viagem e ainda no período da noite. À 1a vista, na chegada, a noite não tive uma boa impressão do prédio… escuro, velho… mas trata-se da Itália, onde prédios históricos e antigos são comuns.

We had trouble accessing our room as the code would not work. The response was very quick and they came within 10 mins to fix the problem. It's a pity as otherwise our stay was perfect.

Unfortunately the lift wasn't working whilst we were there. The fridge wasn't cold either.

Le camere sono nella norma, semplici ma adatte per un soggiorno. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene ed è stata una buona soluzione per visitare la città.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Bardzo polecam to miejsce! Pobyt był naprawdę udany. Pokoje były czyste, zadbane i komfortowe, a śniadania smaczne i w pełni wystarczające. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje przemiła i pomocna obsługa. Panie zrobiły wszystko, abyśmy czuli się komfortowo. Ze względu na późny lot powrotny mogliśmy bez problemu zostawić bagaże po wymeldowaniu. Również w dniu przyjazdu mogliśmy wcześniej zostawić swoje rzeczy i skorzystać z udostępnionego pomieszczenia, aby przebrać się przed wyjściem na plażę. Gdy tylko pokój był gotowy, otrzymaliśmy od razu miłą wiadomość z informacją, że możemy się zameldować. Dodatkowym atutem jest świetna lokalizacja – wszędzie było blisko, co bardzo ułatwiało zwiedzanie. Z pewnością chętnie wrócimy i polecamy to miejsce każdemu!

Il personale si distingue per cortesia e professionalità impeccabile, rendendo il soggiorno estremamente piacevole. La colazione, varia e gustosa, è un vero punto di forza. La posizione è strategica: la fermata dell’autobus si trova proprio all’uscita della struttura e il centro è comodamente raggiungibile a piedi. Le camere sono moderne, funzionali e dotate di smart TV e tutti i servizi necessari. Una struttura che combina comfort, qualità e praticità in modo impeccabile.

Le stationnement n’était pas disponible et un peu compliqué sur la rue mais on pouvait aller pas très loin et payer 30€.

Jane has been super friendly giving us all necessary details upfront to our check in and upon arrival provided us with local recommendations. The clean has been clean and comfortable with all the basic facilities. Lovely variety of fresh bits to enjoy for breakfast with lovely team members on site. We definitely would stay here again on our next visit.

Do ruído que vinha do corredor e da sala de pequeno-almoço. Os colchões do quarto com 2 camas afundavam.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Absolutely wonderful stay at the Suite Inn. The guesthouse is spread over a few floors in a ‘shabby chic’ old villa-style apartment bloc. Rooms are however very modern and streamlined, extremely clean, and with great WiFi and strong aircon. Large, clean bathroom and great to have a nice desk to work from and a good sized mini fridge. The best part was the incredibly warm and welcoming staff. The breakfast they provide in the small dining room was almost like having breakfast at a friend’s house. And they were so kind to help us when plans changed and we needed to come back for an extra night. The location is perfect - steps from the duomo and 10 minutes’ walk to the central station, with a bus stop to the airport directly on the steps.
TVs with firestick weren’t the most useful, but it was easy to plug in our HDMI cord to stream from a laptop. Corridor noise - even very soft noises - highly noticeable from the room for those with rooms on the entry-level floor.

Τα κορίτσια πάντα με χαμόγελο και ευγενια. Μας έδωσαν οδηγίες για τα πάντα. Όταν ξαναρθουμε πάλι θα το προτιμούσα. Ευχαριστώ για την φιλοξενία.
Όλα ήταν μια χαρά. Θα προτιμούσα την άλλη φορά ένα δωμάτιο με μπαλκόνι γιατί είμαι καπνίστρια και θα μπορέσω να βγαίνω έξω.

The room was clean and comfortable and we also had a very nice balcony. The breakfast was also pretty decent. The hosts were very polite and helpful with everything we needed.

Reservé 1 noche inicialmente pero nos quedamos 3 en total. El día de la salida nos hicieron el favor de guardar nuestro equipaje durante todo el día. Super recomendado. Jane estuvo muy pendiente de nuestra llegada e hizo que todo fuera fluido. Siempre que venga a Catania me hospedaré aqui.

L’accès au logement est assez complexe avec 3 codes à utiliser. La salle de bain est assez démodée et avec des bruits de siphon qd on est sous la douche. Il est demandé de ne pas jeter de papier hygiénique ds les toilettes : cela est très peu hygiénique…

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Great location for exploring on foot or getting out and about wth a car, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, lovely breakfast and comfortable rooms with everything you need (fridge, AC etc). Great to have a lift up to the accommodation and the option of a secure parking space. We were able to leave our bags on the last day also which was great as we did not need to leave the area till 230pm to go to the airport
We did have a few issues with access to the parking while staying which was unfortunate, they handled it all very well however and made alternative arrangements for us just around the corner which was great. We had two rooms, one of them had some patched decorative repairs that were unfinished and the other we had a problem with the shower door - this was fixed the following day. Everyone was very responsive either in person or via Whatsapp, I cannot fault them on that and it was very reassuring - I would stay again if we return to the area.

We hebben 1,5 dagen zonder water gezeten vanwege achteraf bleek onderhoud. Wij waren niet op de hoogte gebracht.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Die Unterkunft liegt mitten im Zentrum!Man kann zu Fuß alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber!Wir wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen!Es gab auch ein sehr gutes Frühstück!Die Angestellten waren wirklich sehr nett!

La mattina c'era rumore per via degli altri ospiti che facevano colazione: evidentemente la camera non è insonorizzata.

Reviewed May 30, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and everything was spotless throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We felt that they genuinely cared about their guests and paid attention to every detail. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Catania. If I visit Catania again, I would be happy to stay here again. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable and comfortable.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Que ce soit le personnel de chambre ou le personnel administratif , tout est fait pour que vous vous sentez bien. Les chambres sont propres et bien équipée. Les draps sont renouvelés tous les jours. Le déjeuner est top.

Reviewed May 16, 2026Pobyt w tym apartamencie w Katanii był absolutnie wyjątkowy! 🌞 Apartament jest pięknie urządzony, bardzo czysty i wyposażony we wszystko, czego potrzeba do komfortowego wypoczynku. Lokalizacja idealna — blisko centrum, restauracji i najważniejszych atrakcji miasta, a jednocześnie spokojna i klimatyczna. Gospodarze byli niezwykle mili, pomocni i zadbali o każdy detal, dzięki czemu od razu poczuliśmy się jak w domu. Ogromnym atutem był również niesamowity sycylijski klimat i atmosfera miejsca — poranki z kawą i wieczory na spacerach po Katanii były niezapomniane. To jedno z tych miejsc, do których chce się wracać. Z całego serca polecam każdemu, kto planuje pobyt na Sycylii! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A teraz UWAGA: przez moje gapiostwo zostawiłem w hotelu mikrofon do kamery DJI. Ku mojemu zaskoczeniu Pani Antonella wysłała mi zapomniany przedmiot kurierem do Polski. Wszystko trwało przysłowiowe 7 sekund. REWELACJA!!!

Reviewed May 16, 2026La ubicación excelente. Se puede recorrer todo a pie. La habitación tiene todo lo que se necesita. Aire acondicionado, cafetera, nevera. El desayuno es bueno.
El alojamiento está en un segundo piso por ascensor pero la entrada es por una propiedad decadente que da muy mala impresión.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Struttura accogliente, pulitissima e arredata con ottimo gusto. La camera era spaziosa, dotata di ogni comfort e con un letto comodissimo. La colazione era varia e ricca di prodotti freschi (dolce e salato). Un plauso speciale allo staff e in particolare a Genny per la straordinaria gentilezza e disponibilità dal check-in al check-out.
Nulla, tutto è stato impeccabile.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Fajne śniadania. Oczywiście jak na Sycylię. Czysto. Codziennie sprzątany pokój i wymiana ręczników. Wi fi działa dobrze. Odpowiednia liczba mebli do rozpakowania rzeczy. Personel bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny.
W pierwszym momencie trudny do znalezienia i dostania się do środka. Słabo oznakowany na zewnątrz. Po wejściu do obiektu trudno było z korytarza zorientować się gdzie są pokoje.

Reviewed May 6, 2026Good location, only 5 mins walk away from the main attractions. 15 mins walk away from the central train station. The breakfast was good, and the staff was very good as well.
It was located in an old residential building, which looks a bit rundown from outside, especially we arrived in the evening on the first day, was a bit shocked when first arrived.
