Incredible hotel. Everything was amazing. Nice room, beautiful beach, you can snorkel from the resort itself no need to rent a boat. We really enjoyed.

Everything was great nothing to complain about. We’ve been there in May, which was quite windy and mostly cloudy but we still enjoyed the resort.

Isola piccolina ma molto ben strutturata e curata. La barriera corallina è stupenda, molto viva e perfetta per lo snorkeling. Ristoranti di buon livello e ristorante underwater davvero suggestivo, un’esperienza unica che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale.

Nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva, ma il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è risultato così convincente se paragonato ad altri resort alle Maldive dello stesso livello. Molti servizi erano extra, inclusa una parte delle attività del kids club, e i prezzi in generale erano piuttosto elevati. Inoltre, nella stanza era presente una piccola alcova con due lettini pensati per i bambini, ma adatti solo a bimbi molto piccoli: le mie figlie di 8 anni, ad esempio, non ci stavano comodamente.

Очень классные виллы по всему острову. Отлично сделан ландшафтный дизайн территории, и зданий. Очень красивые рестораны. Хороший снорклинг на половине острова. Очень вкусные рестораны Fire и подводный. Есть падел. Очень приветливый персонал и классный сервис.

Пляжи не очень пригодны для купания по всему острову, на дне обломки острых кораллов. Чистого песка на дне нет практически нигде. Не очень вкусные завтраки. Позорные для отеля такого уровня гидроциклы в аренду из детства вашего дедушки, которые на последнем издыхании и могут на ходу поломаться. Последние сутки проживания в моей вилле каждые несколько часов выключалось электричество. Каждый раз приходил "электрик" и просто включал автомат вместо того, чтобы установить проблему и решить ее.

Overwater villas are excellent, staff is very friendly and super helpful. Food (especially Spice) is very tasty. The island and the surrounding reef is absolutely awesome. Transfer from the airport and arranging the sea plane is very smooth, no headaches, our flight was delayed, they still did everything to make sure we catch the final sea plane of the day.

Quite expensive overall, especially add-ons (drinks, all activities, underwater restaurant..etc) are very expensive. As one example, the padel court was completely unused for the whole week we were there, they still asked us for ~100USD just to play for a while, without any trainers or help. Small activities like this should be included in the price. Not important at all, but the TV in the room is quite outdated, we couldn't connect any of our streaming apps or devices.

This was the absolute best resort experience I’ve ever had. The resort is the only one on a private island. The staff is so kind and thoughtful and no detail is overlooked. We booked this trip as a one-in-a-lifetime experience and it BY FAR exceeded our expectations! If you are interested in going to the Maldives, look no further. It was truly a dream come true!

Our stay at Anantara Kihavah was truly incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in a world of unparalleled beauty and hospitality. The natural surroundings are simply breathtaking – the vibrant colors of the ocean, the pristine white sand beaches, and the lush greenery create a true paradise. The house reef is a marvel in itself, offering some of the most stunning underwater experiences we’ve ever had. The culinary experience was equally outstanding. Each meal was a journey of flavors, with exquisite attention to detail and a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. We would like to extend our special thanks to Zidane. He was always there to assist us, resolving any questions or concerns with remarkable speed and care. His help in organizing our program deserves particular recognition – everything was planned so perfectly and tailored to our preferences that every day felt like pure joy. What truly sets Anantara Kihavah apart, however, is the impeccable service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made our stay unforgettable. This was more than a vacation – it was a dream come true. All the facilities were great and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our villa host, Jambe, was so accommodating to everything we needed and he was a big reason our stay was so good.

The transit wait times and routes with the seaplane is the only bad thing I could comment on.

Staying at Anantara Kihavah for our honeymoon exceeded all our expectations,and our holiday on the beautiful island was truly magical! We were greeted onto the island by bongo’s,the staff welcoming us on the pier and serving us fresh coconut water before our lovely villa host,Harnie drove us on a buggy through the lush island plantations to our incredible, newly renovated,spacious and private over water villa,which offered full sea and beach view,and from where we enjoyed complete tranquility. The staff was impeccable! They always went out of their way to make each of our experiences memorable and personalized,remembering our names,surprising us with honeymoon cake, champagne and decorations and always offering us our preferred drinks for breakfast and dinner. Every night, we were taken on an amazing culinary journey at one of the five incredible restaurants,that offer cuisines from around the world and each in a beautiful setting,overlooking the water. Our favorite restaurants were “spice” and “sea” - Sea is the under water restaurant, from where we were taken on a gastronomic journey of a five course meal, six meters under water,experiencing the “message in a bottle” immersive dinner whilst marveling at the sharks, stingrays and more fish than you can imagine, peacefully swim around us in unison. The amazing execute chef,Joachim prepared our dessert on the table,like a masterpiece too beautiful to eat,and he was always present at the restaurants, ensuring guests were enjoying their outstanding meals. Another “wauw” experience was the snorkeling, which we thoroughly enjoyed and we were so impressed by the abundance of marine creatures and sea life, swimming around, just feet below the surface of the Indian Ocean. It felt so calm under the water,and as though the fish were inviting us to join them in their underwater World. Anantara Kihavah is truly one of the BEST resorts we have ever stayed at and we loved every moment of this unforgettable honeymoon.

We waited at the outdoor lobby area for nearly an hour, awaiting the speedboat and seaplane for departure. It was extremely hot and it would have been nice with a cold towel and a glass of water. Alternatively check out could be completed in the villa, for the guests comfort. This is the only constructive criticism as everything else was perfection. Thank you to all the Anantara Kihavah staff for making our honeymoon unforgettable and magical. It truly felt like a dream, on this beautiful island.

Clean and kids friendly, nice restaurants

The manager sam, the night before flight said either upgrade or pay more because one extra infant in room he said because safety but okay to stay same room if pay 200 per night. It’s not one night it was 7 days. It let me feel just about money not safety. In that time i don’t have option to cancel as my flight after 12 hours. My concern about his way of discussion. I think in his potion shouldbe someone knows how to welcoming the guess. Otherwise all other staff were perfect.

We picked this resort for our honeymoon and it was fantastic! Clear turquoise water, beautiful water villa, great facilities and very good restaurants ( absolutely loved the Asian restaurant ). Everything was perfect and our host villa helped us with everything that we needed. It was truly a dream!

Maj, Katty, and the rest of the team were wonderful. We stayed for 6 days/5 nights. The food was great and the accommodations were superb. The reef was exquiste for snorkeling and scuba diving. Highly recommend.

Resort is exclent . Staff is well trained. Food is good. Male Airport lounge is clean and nice. They don't have USB port phone charger outlates. Only didn't like transfers from Male to resort.

Didn't like seaplane

Celebrating our anniversary at this resort was very refreshing and romantic. At different times the staff helped plan surprises for my partner and executed it beautifully. They were very discreet and efficient. The staff overall was very friendly and helpful. Staying in the Overwater Pool Villa was absolutely breathtaking; there were many different areas to enjoy in the room and the view was immaculate. Leaving the room to eat and having the option to be driven to dinner or ride the bikes was nice. Our driver, Ifoo, was very helpful with making reservations and giving suggestions. The food there was sublime. I experienced different dishes that originated from the Maldives and thoroughly enjoyed them. I feel rejuvenated from my stay here. I’ll definitely be back.

The service was extraordinary and I’d like to mention a few names: Maria, our hostess, was amazing taking care of every single detail for us; Bandula, the hotel manager, was extremely nice with us offering a lunch in the underwater restaurant; and last but not the least the Cooking chef who kindly shared with me a very good gluten-free recipe of pizza ….

Everything was magnificent. Rooms were cleaned two times a day. Staff were very friendly. Dining was very good. Facilities were top class. Special shout to Maher, our butler, for his dedication and help as well as Waheed for the cleanliness of the room.

Anatara is a truly exceptional hotel. My wife and I stayed for 5 nights for our honeymoon. As soon as we arrived on the sea plane we were welcomed on the dock by the hotel staff. The service from all the staff is on another level. The room was exceptional (we had an overwater pool sunset villa). And the food was beyond our expectations. The staff go to all out to ensure the small touches are done to make your stay feel special. A truly memorable experience at an incredible hotel.

Beautiful resort, what impressed most is friendliness of staff, attention to detail and smoothly organising all activities. Food was delicious in all restaurant, Sea restaurant was spectacular with the view to the coral reef around. Overall excellent stay

Quando chegamos nos ofereceram um bangalô em frente ao um pier de madeira ( feio). Tivemos que trocar 3 vezes de bangalô. Somente depois de enviar uma avaliação no primeiro dia para o hotel é que o gerente geral tomou a decisão de resolver nossos problemas e a partir dai tudo foi ótimo

We were really blessed to choose this hotel for a very memorable stay here at the Maldives. The pros. 1- The rooms are the most luxurious I have ever seen across all my travels. This is probably in excess of 200sqm, with the finest woodwork you can ever see from Mahogony floors to Tike patio and outdoors. The most comfortable bed mattress, 7 different kinds of pillows to choose from, Bose speakers connecting via Bluetooth with sounds across the whole villa. The biggest swimming pool I have seen in a room overwater! Bath tub with plexy glass bottom where you can see the fish. The best amenities. 2- The island itself I think is probably one of the most special in the Maldives. The natural landscape looks like it has been manicured daily! Beautiful Orchids everywhere, amazing white sands. 3- The staff is just great. I would like to thank each and everyone for taking very good care of us, starting with our host Amy, the GM of the resort Dylan, the resort Chef Tim, the restaurant manager Sugar and all the staff who took care of us during our stay. We were always greeted with a smile and our names and they all made sure it has been a very personalized stay. 4- The Food was just amazing. We had few dinners in salt restaurant and it has been one of my best Thai dining experiences so far.

Incredible resort in the most amazing location. Our over water villa with private pool was perfect. The resort facilities excellent and the staff truly spectacular. You must try the underwater restaurant which gives a unique view of the reef and its teeming life. Fabulous

My husband and I just got back from five amazing days. The resort is just beautiful. You have to see it to believe it. I am going to keep this review somewhat short and simple because I can go on and on about the resort. The resort is very well kept and the villas are unbelievable. We were lucky to have stayed in both villa types - overwater and beach. The service and food was excellent. From the dining experience, the ambiance and the way things are setup is just picture perfect. The underwater restaurant is just amazing. There is plenty to do on the island so you will not get bored. Also the resort is very kid friendly and even comes with a kids play area. I noticed how the staff interact with the kids made me regret not bringing my 3 year old son. And the staff...I cannot say enough about them. They are the most loving friendly and attentive group of people. I don't remember all the names but the ones I do are: Solah(our host), Happy, Rifoo, and Ihthi. We also had a nice and fun chat with Ali. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality. I have to admit I was sad leaving but I can look back with a smile. Being from the states, it is quite a journey there but sooo worth every penny. We will definitely return. This time with our son.

I had the chance to travel around the world but nothing get even close to the wonderful experience we had at Anantara Kihavah, Maldives. The concept of the over water villa are exceptional, the offered services are excellent and the location of the resort is perfect. I usually don't go twice to the same resort but I will defenitely go back to Anantara Kihavah.

This is perhaps one of the best experiences and hotel that have been to. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable! Many activities are available to keep you busy and happy. The only downside is that it is expensive, though you are in Anantara, so don't expect any less than perfection.
