La habitacion tiene una mini television de 21 pulgadas, no funciona la antena de canales, el baño es muy incomodo, la cama es individual muy pequeña, no hay agua para tomar en los cuartos ni hielo hayque comprar fuera del hotel, 1 solo elevador para todo el hotel solo caben 4 personas y 2 con maletas, la refrigeracion de el cuarto 422 donde me hospede no tiene control de temperatura en esa habitacion esta en la siguiente asea comaprte el mismo aire las 2 habitaciones

The only thing that poisoned my experience was the included breakfast. It’s weird if you’re used to having a buffet for the included breakfast because in this case, the buffet you walk into is NOT INCLUDED! This fact was spelled out in small print on the back of our breakfast voucher, but was not explained by front staff at check in, or by any of the restaurant staff. You have a certain breakfast selection that you must order from the server. Hopefully, this helps future guests and possibly the staff.

Los muebles de la habitacoon son muy viejos para lo caro que es el hotel. Se nos gasto el papel del baño y fue mi marido a pedir a recepcion y estuvimos esperando todo el dia y no tuvimos hasta que limpiaron la habitacion al dia siguiente . La puerta de la habitacion era de cristal y para que no te vieran los otros clientes tenias que tener la cortina hechada.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026I liked the beauty of the courtyard and the design of the the rooms all around the outside, so as soon as you exit your room, you see a lovely vista. Also the location was convenient for going to the airport but it was a long walk to the malecon and there were no great little taquerias nearby.
The locks on the doors were impossible. I had to leave my door unlocked because I could not open it with the "key". Also there were no extra blankets and I was cold at night. I had to pile up my clothes on top of my single blanket to stay warm enough to sleep. Also the fan in the bathroom did not work well, so the whole place smelled like caca. Fortunately, I was on the fourth floor so I could open my window during the day.

Reviewed Mar 20, 2026We had a family suite that turned out to be the penthouse and every room was MASSIVE with excellent A/C and an ensuite in every room. Everything was super clean and the housekeeping staff were wonderful, they made different designs with the linens in the bathrooms and beds every day in addition to leaving the place spotless. Restaurant on site was delicious and open to serving us poolside. There's also a little convenience store that has a bit of everything, and the hotel is walking distance to the main shopping strip which then leads you right to the ocean and a beach, about 15mins if you don't stop and shop. It's near the airport, but there are only 2 flights a day and they're both mid afternoon so we didn't notice any airplane noise at all since we were always out.
Not a complaint, but there was no dish soap or dishwasher pucks to be able to clean up after ourselves in the kitchen, and no broom to clean up the sand we tracked in. But the staff picked up after us every day, and in all fairness I kept forgetting to ask them for those items :)

The fridge in the room was noisy and kicked in randomly throughout the night. It's too big to move to unplug. The included breakfast is only a croissant, coffee and fruit so I got 1 slice of toast as they were out of croissants and a few cubes of melon and pineapple. Any buffet or menu items were extra, which was disappointing given the room price and I ended up going out the next day to a local eaterie.

It is located far from the waterfront and restaurants (it takes 15-20 minutes to walk there). The room is simple, and the pool is smaller than it appears in the photo. Excursion services (in our case, whale watching) cost twice as much as if you walk along the waterfront and negotiate with local operators.

This was true of other sliding glass door entrances, as a neighboring guest helped me with my door lock. The staff was not responsive when I mentioned this.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2025This hotel is very antique. I appreciate that the AC works well. The costumer service was not the best. The restaurant takes extremely long to come out with food. One night that I dined in, I waited an hour for a salad while a table of 8 people who arrived after us received all of their meals before us. This place claims to be dog friendly but they do not allow service dogs to leave the room which is absolutely ridiculous. This place clearly doesn’t have a clear understanding of what a service dog is and what pet friendly means.

Only negative was that there was no hot water in our room which made morning showers extra special, and the bed was very small for two people.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2025Horrible and dangerous experience our first night. My husband and I were woken up around 11:45pm with strong smell. I went to the front desk to report the strong fumes, which they informed me they were fumigating the area where our room was located. I informed them that the fumes were coming through the ventilation in our room, that woke us up and gave me a strong headache with nausea. The person at the service desk that night moved us to a different room, which my husband, and I had to pack up everything and relocate all of our stuff at midnight . I requested to speak to a manager, but at this time of the night a manager was not available. I was told a manager would be informed and talk to us in the morning. The next morning I went to report it to the manager because no one ever checked up on us. The manager Fernanda didn’t seem very concerned about what happened. Her apology was three coupons for free $7 breakfast. That was a slap in the face!! This was a dangerous situation, and the reaction and actions I received from the manager was not acceptable. Our entire stay there after this incident, not once did management check up on my husband and I.
