Reviewed Jan 7, 2026Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was large, clean and comfortable, everything worked. While it's in town, the hotel was very quiet which allowed for a good nights sleep.
The parking was gated - which while safe was a little annoying opening the gates to come in and out. Fortunately a couple of times hotel staff were around and did this for us. There is a pet fee of $200 pesos. No breakfast.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026My room was about 20 steps away from a private beach, which was up against an enormous and beautiful pool and Jacuzzi. And I love Napa, which is my favorite place and all Loreto. Everyone must experience at least one night on this beautiful property.
I had some trouble with the shower, but someone came to fix it so that was just a minor inconvenience. Also, I could hear someone snoring through right the wall & perhaps I should've asked for another room, but I didn't because I loved my location, so I just dealt with it.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2025The rooms are very clean, furniture is in good shape and everything inside works just fine. Strange experience though, avoid this place if you need any assistance from the staff after 8:00pm, or before 8:00am because you will find no one to help you.
This place does emphasize the fact that it is a pet-friendly hotel. Little did I know that this is the reason why every tourist with a pet comes to this place. So yeah, many dogs inside... The problem with this was that the facilities outside of the room (little area with sofas, chairs and grill) really smelled of dog (lots of dog hair and a strong dog pee smell).

Reviewed Apr 21, 2025We stopped for one night with our 2 senior dogs. Pros… dog friendly, friendly staff, secured parking and cleanliness. We walked to the malecón with our dogs to grab a bite to eat which was about 1/2 mile. We usually stay right on the water and pay twice as much, being Easter weekend our usual spot was sold out. This was a good alternative and the price was right.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2025Motel-like hotel outside the centre of Loreto with very friendly staff and spaceous rooms. Very quiet, even during carnaval. You park your car inside so it is safe. They have 3 dogs and a (tailles) cat who are all very sweet. A petrol station is straight opposite. The walk to ancient Loreto is 10 minutes, to the harbour 15.

Reviewed Mar 20, 2025Very clean, super friendly staff, I loved having the dogs around, it was close to the center, and I loved that there were windows on both sides of the room, it makes it more cozy and the view was great! Would definitely recommend. I was just missing a place to relax at the hotel, like a restaurant or a terrace to order a drink for example, or a poolside.
No place to relax outside at the property.

Quiet and good location - easy to walk to The Centro as well as the malecon. Pet friendly. I will stay again and would recommend this small hotel.
