Our stay at Brightland Resort & Spa, Mahabaleshwar, was truly wonderful, relaxing, and exceptionally comfortable. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and genuine care extended by the entire resort staff. Everyone from the resort staff was extremely kind, polite, humble, and courteous, making us feel welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay. The check-in and checkout processes were smooth, quick, and hassle-free, adding to the overall convenience of our stay. Every aspect of our experience reflected the resort’s commitment to comfort, hospitality, and guest satisfaction. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options and excellent quality that made every meal a delightful experience. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities and activities for kids and toddlers, which were engaging, enjoyable, and kept the little ones happily occupied. All in all, we had a fantastic time at Brightland Resort & Spa and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend it to families and anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable getaway. We look forward to visiting again!

Location of the hotel is fantastic. Weather in Aug was amazing. The Service and Food was outstanding. Many thanks to Bharti mam, for making sure everything was perfect. We were 33 people with our extended family. Would love to visit again and yes its highly recommended

Hospitality at its best. This is our 3rd visit and we always stay at their Orchid Wing top floor where we get our own private space. Awesome food and service. Their Breakfast spread is the best we have had. Quality and Varierty of Breakfast Items was the best part of the stay. Even for Jains they have an extensive spread. Manager Mr. Joginder ji was helpful with everything. They make your weekend family excursion memorable.

Had a wonderful stay at Brightland Resort, Mahabaleshwar! The property is beautifully surrounded by lush greenery and offers the perfect blend of luxury and tranquillity. The Pool Suite was definitely the highlight, especially the temperature-controlled private pool attached to the room. The food was delicious, the hospitality was warm and attentive, and the spa was perfect for relaxing. We arrived late night and didn’t have a booking. We did the booking unwillingly as the resort didn’t have good enough room. The old Wing of the room was pretty dreadful and one of the newer rooms that was shown to us was facing a big dead wall. The night front desk supervisor was least interested where as the concierge guy was the one that wanted to show us the rooms. The breakfast was average, We checked out the very next morning as the vibes were not good as well.

Really good place to relax with family and friends. Staff is really very helpful and courteous. Location is one of the best with very good view. Food was also really nice.

This was my second trip to your resort and the experience has been the best again. Your rooms, staff, facilities, indoor activities and food have been really good and the same standards are being maintanined. Uts really a value for money

Must go resort in Mahabaleshwar! The location is awesome and the hospitality is next level! The food is the best thing in there! Activities for the guest is extraordinary!

The staff were very courteous and did all they could to make us feel comfortable in the persistent rain.

The rooms had bugs and we had to call the house keeping to clean the floors just a few minutes after we checked in.

The food and room cleanliness were good

I had high expectations from Brightland Mahabaleshwar, but unfortunately the hospitality was extremely disappointing, especially considering we paid around ₹15,000 for one night. The experience started badly when we arrived in heavy rain. No one informed us that the car could be driven inside the property, so we had to walk from the parking area with our luggage in the rain. We were told there were two restaurants, but throughout our stay only Olive Garden was operational while the BBQ restaurant remained closed. The game room was practically unusable because the electricity kept going every 10–20 minutes, taking the Wi-Fi down with it. We then tried booking the spa but couldn't get a slot due to understaffing despite the resort being fully occupied. The jacuzzi was occupied by a single family for nearly three hours, and the staff made no effort to manage usage so other guests could enjoy it too. In the evening, we went to the sports bar hoping to watch the India vs England match. Despite informing the staff well before the match, it took them almost 50 minutes to get the TV working because the required channel wasn't even subscribed. Since the Wi-Fi barely worked, we couldn't even stream the match ourselves. After raising these issues with the manager, we were promised that everything would be taken care of. Instead, the TV in our room kept shutting down repeatedly. Maintenance spent over an hour trying to fix it, eventually resetting the TV after multiple technicians were involved. We requested the manager to visit our room, but instead he called us to the reception. No room change or meaningful alternative was offered. Breakfast the next morning reflected the same lack of management. Guests were asked to find their own tables, even if they were dirty. We were told to sit first and the table would be cleaned later. Getting even a glass of water required repeatedly calling out to the staff, and there was no manager visible on the floor.

We stayed at Brightland Resort & Spa for 2 nights and 3 days, in the Ivy Superior Room, and it was truly one of our most memorable family getaways. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making our stay relaxing from the moment we arrived. The resort itself is beautiful, with excellent amenities and a peaceful atmosphere. Our kids had the time of their lives! They thoroughly enjoyed the activities and open spaces, which made the trip even more special for our family. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The hospitality was truly top-class and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Brightland Resort & Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation. We look forward to visiting again!

Had a lovely stay at Brightland Resort and spa. The staff is very well trained and well mannered. Loved the experience. The rooms were clean and really beautiful. Everything was amazing.

Only check out is too early at 10 am request to keep it till 12 pm still they allowed us till 11.30 am.

The stay at Maple in Brightland Resort was an amazing experience. The breakfast was delicious. The bathroom setup was awesome.

All went well. However the view from lavender deluxe can be improved and pipeline of the toilet needs to be separated.

It was very good memorable experience at Brightland during our family trip to celebrate my wedding anniversary.

Location 10/10 Atmosphere 10/10 Room 10/10 Value 10/10 We stayed at Brightland for two days and there was nothing I could put a finger on and say that this could be better. The staff extremely polite and helpful. The ambiance absolutely wow. The intricacies and the way the resort has been beautified is praise worthy. Food, oh my god. Ate Indian 10/10 ate Thai curry rice 10/10 ate pizza and ceaser salad 10/10. To top all of this is the buffet breakfast with Homemade breads croissants which are excellent and their home made mango orange and other fruit preserves/mamlades too yum. Over all the resort doesn’t fail you however a few guests do who choose to get into the pool in their regular clothes. I would love to go back and spend my time and money at a place like this.

It was 9th visit to this resort! Everything in this resort is top class! Food, service, property, location, staff everything is amaizing! Our room fixed! Previously it was called oakwood, now they have changed name to ivy! Full value for money! Spotless clean room and bathroom! Only noise level is not satisfactory!

Location is good but approach road is extremely bad. Rooms are okay but fittings are old, tiles were broken. Need to be clean. Service is good but can be better. Amenities were on but can be better. Gym instruments were not upto date, cycle was out of use, there was no phone connection in the gym room!!!

Enjoyed, little expensive though. Kates's point is near, no need to go to inside Mahabaleshwar. Resort takes lot of effort to arrange activities throughout the day. The swimming Pool and game room are excellent way to relax. In May, temp outside are comfortable to roam around. Overall, very good experience.

Best resort in mahableshwar hands down, in terms of location and amenities. Loved the way they have planned day wise activities for the guests, especially kids, which make their stay more memorable. A small suggestion to the management to make kids upto 5 yrs complimentary which is the usual norm(currently it is 3 yrs only). Apart from this, everything else is top notch. Will visit them again for sure.

Room size for 4 people is good but toilet size is too small to manage it. High cost and no much enjoyment in it. No much activities for big kids like go karting or climbing on ropes etc. Not worth that much. Sauna is paid.

This was our second time here and it was as amazing as our first experience at this resort 6 years ago. This time we went with our entire family. The property is very well maintained and it's just homely and beautiful. The view is amazing and the indoor facilities like swimming pool, games, spa and Kid's activities is great to spend your time in the resort. The food is delicious and great variety for everyone in the family. The Chef personally attends to you and makes sure you eat well. Staff is friendly and polite. Overall we spent a relaxing and enjoyable vacation at Brightland Mahabaleshwar. Will surely visit again.

We had a very nice experience at Brightland resort. The resort was perfect in all that we wanted. Good clean rooms, and excellent food. Also like to mention the staff from security, service staff and restaurant staff were very courteous and cooperative. We had an amazing experience.

Approach road to the Hotel is pretty bad and parking facilities inadequate when the hotel is full.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Brightlands. The food at the Olive garden restaurant was lip smacking, though a little expensive. The highlight was the pool which was somehow warm till 7pm. They said it's not temperature controlled but due to some solar installation it does stay warm. They also have the jacuzzi in the center of the pool and a sauna and steam room as well. They have a toddlers play area next to the indoor game room (carrom, table tennis, fuseball and a pool table) which keeps the toddlers busy while the elders can play games. They also have a small library next to it but it doesn't have many books for children. They have a small arcade room which has paid games and a movie room/video game room with ps5 (paid). They play movies for children in the afternoon (complementary) The terrace has a nice sunset view and the Ivy rooms has a good sunrise view. The resort is clean with courteous staff and the facilities available are top notch. A small suggestion - pool, sauna, jacuzzi should be kept open till atleast 9pm so that we can enjoy them when the temperature goes down after sunset.

We were there to celebrate our 42nd marriage anniversary. Its an amazing property, everything was excellent, we enjoyed a lot, it was memorable.

We found the resort a great place to relax and enjoy time with family. It has great service, awesome food, fantastic rooms and so much inside the resort that you may not even want to go out for anything. Vast swimming pool, deck side bar and cafe, open barbecue restaurant, library and kids play area are very well maintained . Value for money for any type of guest - family or solo
