Had a wonderful stay at Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar Resort & Spa! The property is beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery, and offers a perfect combination of luxury, comfort and nature. The rooms were comfortable, the food was excellent, and the overall service was exceptional. A special mention to Jongphe, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Her warm hospitality, helpful nature and attention to detail truly stood out and made us feel very well taken care of. Thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic experience. Our recent family stay at **Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar Resort & Spa** was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the overall experience was exceptional. The beautiful natural surroundings, peaceful atmosphere and lush monsoon greenery created exactly the kind of relaxing escape we were looking for. We stayed in the **Sanctuary Suite**, which was spacious, comfortable and perfect for our family. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, and we particularly enjoyed the ambience, food, amenities and time spent exploring the property with our children. What stood out most, however, was the overall hospitality. The team made us feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. The combination of nature, luxury and thoughtful service allowed us to disconnect from our routine and spend some wonderful quality time together as a family. Taking family to Mahabaleshwar was one of the best decision and specially choosing Le Meridien for it made more special with their promot services and even the weather played the best role and we would like to visit again in strawberry season and thanks to Kritika Ankita and Ravi

Le Meridien is a Perfect location for chill out and the hotel ambiance as per the climate it great. The staff was very helpful since checkin to departure The girl kritika was very helpful and helped us in checkin aswell as in breaksat with all we needed. The Tea session was really good and Singer Harsh was amezing . Cleaning Team made sure that iur room were tidy thanks to Bharat also.Fully reccomendable to everyone

The villas looked a bit old, but the rooms we spacious, had good amenities and the service was 5 star. Amazing views from the rooms and the property is set in a forest which has a very scenic vibe. The breakfast spread was also good. Located in central mahabaleshwar so easy to travel to nearby spots.

We had a wonderful and very pleasant stay at Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar with our family. The property is beautifully surrounded by lush forest, which gives it a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. Great Value for Money. Calm serene environment with enough space between each villa. Had kids play area and separate pool for kids. For us, this is easily one of the best places to stay in Mahabaleshwar, especially for families. There are plenty of activities for kids, which kept them engaged and made the stay even more enjoyable. A special mention to the food at Latest Recipe, everything we tried was amazing, with a great selection and excellent quality. Amazing hospitality from its team and personal attention by chef on each table. Remember to opt for dinner and lunch plan, the buffet is amazing and when the occupancy is low you are free to order from menu. Overall, a fantastic family getaway with beautiful surroundings, spacious rooms, great food, and lots for children to do. Would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again!

Only 1 thing to bring to your notice - in 2018 when I visited , hospitality was better, more global and more classy .. this time it was more regional .. less international

This resort offers a beautiful, relaxing stay surrounded by quiet forest views and great food. The resort is expensive, but the clean rooms, amenities and excellent service make it worth the trip.

The staff at the reception- all of them were ignorant or careless about the guests. Not great customer service

She went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. If you're visiting Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar, I highly recommend trying Manbha's cocktails. My husband booked this property for my birthday and what a surprise ❤️ beautiful property kind staff special shoutout to Sameer for decorating the room for birthday. The food was fantastic 🤩do try the French toast for breakfast 😋 Komal , Jenny and Rahul made sure I had an amazing dinner followed by spcl surprise for my birthday. Abhishek at the breakfast buffet was very kind. We r coming back definitely 🙌🏻

It was an amazing experience at Least Meridien. It's one of those properties where you don't have to go out anywhere. Once you reach there, everything is taken care of. Your entertainment, food, recreation. Restaurant was amazing komal, jennie, souvik made our life so much comfortable. Always on their toes to serve. Kudos to them. Last but not the least, Kritika got along so well with our kids, they can't stop talking about her.

Beautiful property surrounded by nature with well-maintained gardens and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was good, and most of the staff were courteous and helpful. The spa was good and the therapists were knowledgeable and Ledia was very courteous. Overall, it was a relaxing stay and a great place for a weekend getaway.

from the beginning- everything exceeded my expectations. Room, ambience, the idea that they are conserving 20 acres of forest, staff- everything was top notch.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally register a serious complaint regarding my recent experience at Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar Resort & Spa. During our stay, we faced several issues that caused significant inconvenience and disappointment. The matter concerns the conduct of the Duty Manager, Mr. Ayush, as well as the overall handling of our concerns as guests. Firstly, when assistance was required, repeated calls made to the hotel were either disconnected or remained unattended, causing unnecessary inconvenience to my family. Due to the delay and lack of support, we arranged food from an outside source. We were subsequently informed that outside food was not permitted inside the hotel premises as per hotel policy. While we may not necessarily agree with such a policy, we would have appreciated a transparent and respectful approach in dealing with the situation. More concerning was that the food delivery was allegedly withheld and not promptly handed over to us, resulting in further inconvenience. Even if the hotel has restrictions regarding outside food, guests deserve clear communication, courtesy and professional conduct. Additionally, we felt disappointed by the refusal to communicate in Marathi despite being in Maharashtra. As visitors to Mahabaleshwar, a place closely associated with the legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and the historic Pratapgad Fort, we expected greater respect and sensitivity towards the local language and culture. While English and Hindi are commonly used in hospitality, a complete unwillingness to communicate in Marathi left us feeling disrespected.

Lovely stay at Le Meridean Mahabaleshwar. 2001,2,3 and 3006. Excellent hospitality and cleanliness. Will surely recommend to friends and relatives. You made our stay very comfortable. All the staff were extremely polite, especially Yash and Vivek

Scope of improvement is still their Upgrade the servings of South Indian dishes such as mendu vada etc Rest all is good Staff is very good and cooperative
