breakfast and dinner were perfect, with variety of options to choose from. The room was spacious a, clean and bed very comfortable the staff were very helpful and very friendly. felt like home away from home.

the rooms could do with much attractive paint, on the side of the mountain please create more space at the gate to allow cars entering and leaving the facility without waiting

The facility was clean 👌, the rooms were amazing and overall i had such an incredible time with my family. It was truly a memorable experience! It’s good to see the staff going out of their way to ensure guests are happy during their stay. The kindness should be extended to all guests. My stay was comfortable, WiFi & air conditioning system was working well. I unfortunately did not eat breakfast due to time constraints. Well done.

Management of the Hotel is failing the staff by not directing funding into facility improvements. The staff is always dealing with customer queries & they are doing their best under the circumstances.

We encountered several issues during our stay, including problems with air conditioning, the TV, and a lack of cold water in the bathrooms. Upon arrival, the receptionist had the handyman check which room was better for us, suggesting they weren't prepared for our booking. The handyman initially refused to give us a room with air conditioning and instead provided a small heater. After attempting to fix the cold water issue, he moved us to another room with air conditioning, but there was still no cold water available. Everything is old, our rooms were not ready by 3pm which was one hour after scheduled check in, we had our rooms changed by the hotel twice because of a faulty boiler, the last room they gave us the Aircon was faulty as well. 10/10 would not recommend

We did room service but did not enjoy the food..the next day the house keeper left the plates outside our room and they remained there till we complained about them as we were afraid kids might break them.

Rooms are old, beds are uncomfortable, first day we didn’t get soaps in our room. The photo’s on the website are not the same as what you get especially with the rooms. At one time at breakfast they drained the coffee station as someone found a cockroach in their coffee. For the price I paid, it’s definitely not value for money..

It was OK. Basic stuff that we needed. But the staff was really bad. You couldn't find anyone on their post.

Staff was absolutely nowhere. Sometimes we had to wait more than 30 minutes to get someone to assist us at the Reception desk. They also forgot to make our breakfast packs.

The food is not tasty. There is no wifi in the room, there is a big smart tv in the room which cannot work because there is no network. I stayed in one of the suites and the experience was horrible, the first day there was no hot water. The second day there was no electricity. After notifying the receptionist every morning at 6am I had to call back a couple of times to get feedback

The reception and cleaning staff were amazing. Very friendly, accomodative and helpful. The restaurant and bar staff also did an exceptional job. The facility did well in terms of service and availability of options at the restaurant and bar.

The facilities are outdated. WIFI is very weak in the rooms & very touch and go at the restaurant area. The TV was not working at all. The play area is also outdated, very basic.

Bathroom was not clean, old towels. Dinner ala carte order a hamburger was not fresh and sent back, not even taken off my bill. Linen in the room was not up to standard.

With breakfast the Chef, Sibusiso greeted us very friendly and prepared our breakfast to our preference and brought it to us himself. He surely is Michelin Chef quality. The network We struggling with network at our rooms. For us to get network we had to be at the reception room.and the tv was not working.but the stuff Explained to us about the tv issue, wich was not a big deal but got a lil bored at the rooms becouse it was quiet with no tv and network
