De airco op de slaapkamer staat de hele nacht aan en kan alleen centraal worden uitgezet, wat een medewerker op ons verzoek ook deed. Zij doen hun best, maar het is niet de kwaliteit die wij van van der Valk gewend zijn

Une partie seulement de ceux-ci ont été retrouvés par la suite, aucun geste commercial en contrepartie de l'hôtel malgré les effets perdus/détruits. Dommage au vu de la qualité de l'hôtel.

Die Toilette war nicht im gleichen Raum wie das Waschbecken und auch nicht direkt in der Nähe, weshalb es etwas umständlicher war. Die Lüftung war zwischendurch ziemlich laut.

J'aurais mis un 10/10 si une bouteille d'eau gratuite avait été disponible en chambre même si nous pouvons boire au robinet mais cela fait toujours plaisir d'avoir des petits extras.. Mais c'est un détail vu le prix de la chambre. Par contre il y avait bien du café disponible en chambre.

La climatisation n’est intuitive. Les détecteurs de mouvement pour les lampes tables de nuit sont très sensibles, donc s'allument facilement, même quand on ne le souhaite pas. Dommage qu’il n'y ait pas de piscines, comme dans d’autres Vandervalk. Le petit-déjeuner est bon et varié, mais pas autant que d’autres Vandervalk.

Nous nous sommes vus attribuer une chambre avec lit double alors que la demande était des lits simples. Devoir faire un changement à 1h30 du matin n'était pas très confortable... Nous étions épuisés. Mais la personne à l'accueil a fait son maximum pour nous satisfaire.

There was very loud music until 1am. Had I been warned of this on checking in I would not have stayed there. I made a formal complaint to the hotel and to Booking.com as a result of which I was told that I would get a 50% refund which I have NOT received. It is inexcusable for a hotel to expect guests to tolerate loud music at all, let alone to 1 am! I had asked for a FULL refund and I still think this is justified. The hotel used the excuse of Belgium Day - that was the following day!!

En la habitación vecina estaban haciendo trabajos de remodelación , con ruidos de maquinas y martillos desde las 8:00 y el pasillo estaba lleno de polvo. Hasta que no pedí hablar con el gerente no me cambiaron de habitación.

Had online ingecheckt om tijd te winnen, toch moest ik staan wachten tot ik aan de beurt was. Online inchecken heeft op die manier geen enkele zin! Daarnaast vond ik ook geen info over hoe de airco moest aangezet worden. Ook de hotel info vond ik nergens ook niet via de TV, in de receptie dan maar gaan vragen hoe het systeem werkte alweer wachten ... en meteen ook het telefoonnummer gevraagd van de receptie want die was op de kamer ook niet te vinden! Hieraan moet nog worden gewerkt en beseft dat digitalisering niet de oplossing is! Papieren info werkt nog steeds het beste!

Ik heb 2x naar de balie gebeld maar die konden niks doen omdat het terras om 00.00u sluit. Ik vond dit dégoutant.. mijn slechtste ervaring ooit in een Van Der Valk hotel.. in Gent, Oostkamp, Drongen heb ik dit nooit aan de hand gehad.
