Gorgeous property, very clean with tons of amenities. Special acknowledgment to Concierge Marion, who remembered me from a previous stay a year ago. This kind greeting from Concierge Marion makes a customer feel special and certainly encourages return to this fine hotel.

The service and proximity to the beach

It takes quite a while for the room to be cleaned even with the sign outside the door. Also, no netflix/youtube in the TV 😅

The beachfront location was excellent. Having direct access to the beach was the best part of the stay.

The room felt quite old and dated, especially considering the high price. For the amount we paid, I expected a more modern and well-maintained room.

We’re not far from the seaside, where there are lots of bars and restaurants. However, this also means that during the night we could hear loud music, which made it quite difficult to sleep. The Wi-Fi in our room was also very poor. We were also woken up very early by the noise outside, with people passing by and talking. Overall, the location is convenient, but the noise can be a problem if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing stay. The breakfast area was extremely crowded and chaotic, which honestly did not feel like the standard you would expect from a well noted hotel.

Number one is the location and beach access, the staff and cleanliness of the rooms. The pool and breakfast buffet. All in all it was a wonderful vacation with hennan regency.

プレミアルームに3泊しました。 立地はとても良く、ディーモールまですぐなので、食事や買い物にも行きやすく、滞在中とても過ごしやすかったです。 朝食は、ヨーグルトがなかったことと、コーヒーのサービスが1日目しかなかったのが少し気になりました。3泊したので、毎日同じようなサービスがあると嬉しかったです。 一方で、プールはリゾート感があってとても良かったです。ホテルでゆっくり過ごしたい人にはおすすめです。 また、ジムのスタッフのJフレンズさんがとても親切でした。トレーニングのやり方も丁寧に教えてくれて、とても気持ちよく利用できました。今回の滞在で特に印象に残ったスタッフです。 あとプールでBUKOを注文しました。 ジュースを飲んでるとき、実を割って中身を食べさせてもらった。その後大雨が降ってきて、まだジュースが残ってる中帰ろうとしたら、お持ち帰り用のカップに入れてもらえました！親切 夜はホテル内のクリスティーナで食事をしました。アーリオオーリオのパスタがとても美味しかったです。オイスターは身は少し小さめでしたが、味付けが最高でした。 全体的には、気になる点もいくつかありましたが、立地の良さ、プール、親切なジムスタッフ、美味しい食事など、良かったところも多く、快適に過ごせました。

お部屋については、ソファが少しカビ臭く感じたのが残念でした。また、シャワーの水圧も弱く、たまに温かいお湯が出ないときがありました。もう少し強ければ快適だったと思います。 あと電気がたまに止まって真っ暗になるときがありました。

All the staff are really friendly and the location of the hotel is very central to a lot of activity pick up stops, bars and shops. It’s also located directly across from the beach.

Unfortunately there was emergency construction going on. So it was hard to relax with the noise and did mean the main pool had sections out of action. Had we known this would be the case we wouldn’t have stayed. The breakfast wasn’t great for vegetarians either. Although this seems to be a Philippines thing.

Our experience about the hotel was the location, on how it was central to everything else, that going around was so much easy, our family trip also went so smooth as your staff in Front Desk “Ms. Janelle” was so much accommodating to us and recommended us on what activities to do for family with young kids.

Our annual stay at Henann Regency Boracay is something we look forward to every year, and honestly, it’s not just because of the beautiful property, the location, or the wonderful amenities. Room 156 wasn't impressive for the price that I booked. TV didn't work and the internet was extremely weak.

The front desk staff was short with answers and not helpful at all. They only wanted the method of payment, no questions could be asked until they received the method of payment. Not customer friendly at all which was very surprising giving the price paid for my stay. This was the same type of customer service that was received at the Seabreeze restaurant. Your remaining staff in all areas were exceptional, very responsive, respectful, and courteous members of your team.

There were two cockroaches in the bathroom so I was moved to a different room, which was clean.

The staff was completely rude. Despite Booking's confirmation of a date change, they refused to do so, thus depriving me of a paid but unused night. My girlfriend found worms in the fruit at the breakfast buffet, and our room was infested with insects every night. Despite numerous complaints, the staff refused to change our room.

The location is good and the staff are amazing.

The day we check-in, the room was sprayed with a strong chemical that we couldn’t stay long inside. We had to air out the room to get some smell away.

It’s near the beach and the facility is well secured. The garden and the fish ponds are well kept. The staff are all accommodating and approachable. The food was great with a wide selection. The rooms are spacious and the toilet was massive. We love the thought of having an umbrella in every room.

We truly appreciate **all the staff of Henann** for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and excellent service throughout our stay. However, **Ms. Vanessa and MJ really stood out**. They were exceptionally accommodating, attentive, patient, and always ready to assist our Batches 1 to 5. Despite handling a large group, they remained friendly, approachable, and professional at all times. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our vacation. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location was great. A special thank you to the receptionists, **MJ and Vanessa**, who were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel very welcome and were always happy to assist us whenever we needed anything.

We booked the Junior Suite with pool access, and it was a great choice! Our baby niece, who was staying in a family room, really enjoyed the pool and the convenience of not having to go through the main entrance, which could get somewhat crowded. The AC worked perfectly, which was especially amazing after a long day. Check-in was also a breeze. A special shout-out to Apple, the front desk manager, who was absolutely amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. Her excellent service made our experience even better. Highly recommended.

Vanessa and MJ were so nice and gentle. They recommended to rent the e-bike to enjoy the island and get to beatiful places. The hotel was beatiful and comfortable. The bed and sheets are such a good quality. Defiantly I recommend this place to stay and spend a nice time in Boracay. We did room service and the food was so good!!! OMG, if you wanna try real Filipino food, you should eat at least one time in the hotel.

This second experience was more than wonderful. From the moment we arrived (a very warm welcome), check in was smooth and seamless. We were upgraded in our rooms (we booked two rooms), and we also received an upgrade for breakfast at Christina Restaurant. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, always attentive, and provided service with professionalism, smiles, and warmth. Special thanks go to the wonderful and elegant Ms. Apple, who made us feel truly at home like royalty. We are deeply grateful to her and to the entire team for everything. We will definitely come back, and I strongly recommend Henann Regency Resort & Spa to anyone planning to visit Boracay.

Perfect location for beach goer only few steps away from the beach. All the staff are hospitable. Cleaners always leave your room clean and tidy and new towels and everything else they provide in the room. Receptionist are nice special mentions to Mj and Vanessa. Keep up the good work beautiful ladies. Definitely coming back in the near future holiday again. :)

We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay at Henann Regency. We especially loved the location—it’s right in the mid of Boracay, very convenient, and just a few steps away from the beach! The location is definitely one of its biggest advantages. The service was good, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. It would be even better if the rooms were renovated and updated with a more modern design. The bathrooms could also be wider and more spacious for added comfort. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider coming back! 😊

שיפוצים ממש מול החדר. היה יום שהרגשתי לא טוב. נשארתי כל היום בחדר כשממול שני מטר מהחדר משפצים. אפילו לא טרחו לידע אותנו שמשפצים. ולמה לתת חדר בדיוק במקום שמשפצים? כדי להגיע לארוחת בוקר יש לצאת מהמלון לחוף ללכת מרחק ואז להכנס לחדר אוכל. מוזר

The staff are friendly and the hotel is clean and big there are 3 swimming pools are the front desk. Vanessa, MJ, and Irah are super nice. There are 4 floors and the hotel location is right by the beach.

Been drinking at pool bar every night and it was a great experience every time. Highlight of the night was the flaming Lamborghini! It was fun. Thank you to Ian for taking good care of me always. He was nice along with Randy who always talking to me. I enjoyed my stay here at Hennan Regency!

Amazing sfaff and very polite and helpful.

Hotel was very clean and organised. Very good location (less than a minute walk to the beach and shops and restaurants are all walking distance). Our room got upgraded as well which was a great surprise. Receptionists, Vanessa and MJ were very helpful and made our stay comfortable. Would come back again and recommend to family and friends.

hennan regency was a fun stay! the staff were incredibly lovely and polite towards ieveryone. they were all courteous and made sure we felt welcome at every hour! the hotel’s facilities were accessible and the location was safe, especially for a family vacation with kids! our rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, which was definitely value for money.
