ストリートサイドとビーチサイドどちらにも隣接していてとてもアクセスが良かった。PM5:00のスタッフによるダンスパフォーマンスもとても良かった。ビーチサイドにも関わらず、ホテル内は常にスタッフが清掃していて綺麗だったことに感心した。

ホテルでの朝食ビュッフェは豊富なメニューで喜んだが全体的に塩辛くてとても食べれなかった。味の好みはそれぞれだが、これでも私は普段から濃い味付けが好みであるが、それでも厳しいと感じた。もう少し味の加減を調整して欲しい。

Room we stayed in was bigger than similar rooms in comparable hotels. Staff is phenomenal, friendly and helpful. I would wholeheartedly recommend the breakfast buffet, as it offers diverse options of food, with the main focus on Philippino and Chinese foods, with options for more typical continental breakfast.

The hotel is undoubtedly great, but the pool bar leaves much to be desired, as it is consistently undersupplied with different fruits, such as mangoes or coconuts, so the answer is often: we cant make that, we don't have it on hand. Some signs of wear and tear are becoming visible on the pool tiles (main pool) and some maintenance may be necessary soon. Regular restaurant prices are on a European level or often exceeding them. Paying 500 pesos (~7.3 €) for 500 ml bottle of sparkling water in Mama Mia restaurant certainly takes the cake, esspecially as it was offered by the staff without giving us the drinks card. This does make the guests feel like they felt for a tourist trap, and it would be good if such practices are toned down substantially. Refilling of toiletrees is often inconsistent - one day we may get a new shaving kit or soap, and the next day one of these might not be supplied.

Housekeeping was spot on. I really like how clean and quickly they attend to our requests.

The staff seems inconsistent. Some staff are not attentive, they're very laid back and sometimes just chat with each other. While I'm okay with that, I've experienced hotels abroad and even here in the PH where you get the premium treatment no matter how you look like since you paid the same amount. I just get the vibe that the staff choose who they treat nicely.

The food, staff and overall quality were excellent.

Everything was excellent, the pool is absolutely massive and the rooms were excellent. The breakfast buffet was incredible. But the staff deserve the major credit, to a person they are kind, happy, professional and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable.

Hard to find fault here. The breakfast buffet was the best I have had in the Phillipines. The staff is impeccable from the buffet to the concierge to the front desk there service is incomparable.

The swimming pool was excellent staff were all very welcoming. The hotel was cleaned and maintained. I also enjoyed the music in the evenings.

Sometimes there’s not enough space in the pool benches to stay. I could use some more variety on the breakfast hot meal. And some plant based milk for the drinks!

Hotel was next to the beach giving easy access. Friendly staff and great facilities.

Welcome center that is being shared with Fairways and Bluewater was kind of hot and oLd. No receptionists to welcome guests and drinks were not even available for the arriving guests.

The check out process could use a little work. We checked out an got our deposit an the staff has to check the room. We waited over 20 mins an had to ask multiple times if it was complete. Which didn't really matter to us cause we already had our deposit back. But they could be a little more on top of letting the customer know everything was good.

Checking in took 3 hours ... we were very tired from our long flight and they had gotten our rooms wrong and they were booked out... this happened twice during our stay and we had to wait very long

Location was great. Beachfront access and the pool was really nice. Breakfast was decent with good variety. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Worked well for our family with two kids at ages 4 and 7. Will stay again when we come back.

Private boat transfer avoided the crowd. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Had a lovely room on the 5th floor in the West Wing overlooking the pool. Location is central and near everything. Lovely swimming pool. Two restaurants with good food. They assisted with booking tours.

The location is fantastic. Right at the edge of Station 2, you can get to the Dmall in 5 minutes. Breakfast is great with many options—local and western alike. The pool is awesome. Clean and with both shade and sun. The staff was very kind and pleasant. Always happy to help.

The bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. It's such a basic thing to get wrong for such an amazing resort otherwise.

Great location. I reckon station 2 is the best location coz you can walk towards station 1 or you can walk towards station 3. The beach access from the hotel is something you take pride in- very elegant. The landscape and the large pool is truly 5 stars. Great selections of buffet breakfast!The staff are very friendly and professional. All and all, my partner and I had pleasant 7 nights stayed in Mandarin Bay. Tips: If you want hassle free transfer and feel like VIP guests, make a booking of your transport transfer from the airport to Boracay Island.

I read a review before booking that the bathroom has sewage smells. Perhaps they fix this issue already but Yes the bathroom has smells I needed to turn on the exhaust fan 24/7 to get rid the smell. The room is look tired. The TV is useless despite I requested to change the batteries . They don’t supply face cloths in the bathroom. I’m looking for signs to put on the door e.g. Do not disturb or Make up my room but nothing available. Phoning the “0” number for request or concern is an issue- I can’t hear the person on the other side of the line. For unknown reason, they stopped servicing my room on the 6th day I’ve been waiting for whole day but at the end I just requested fresh towels. 🤨

Superb location and quality of the hotel, excellent breakfast. The staff is amazing and goes the extra mile to make sure you have a great stay. My bags did not arrive at airport from El Nido, they took care of everything and made sure that I had them next day

The sun beds at the beach are very few and of poor quality. The hotels on the side, despite not so luxurious have better sun beds with mattresses, also other Mandarin hotels in Boracay have better sunbeads. It’s the only little thing that does not fit the quality of the hotel

Excellent location. Centered. Walk right on to beach. Pool is perfect for children. Pool side room enjoyed nightly live performances. Property is beautiful and exceptionally lit at night. This Property is the best on beach. Get the breakfast buffet included. It is Excellent. The dinner buffet with prime rib and pork is awesome aswell. Pizza at hotel Italian restaurant is great. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Property is newer with no signs of age.

Entertainment needs something to be upgraded and more relaxing sounds is more appealing The tv and cable were complicated to control, had to call IT twice to fix the cable signal. The pool and jacuzzi water are very cold. Was expecting a 5 star hotel pool water with emphasize on comfort

Fint hotel med bra läge och suverän personal. Okej frukost, saknade lite variation. Bra priser på mat å dryck.

Poolen var grund överallt och väldigt kallt. Mycket folk och endast en 20tal solstolar. Restaurang Mamma Mia var en stor besvikelse, Enda räddningen var deras pizza. Riktigt god.
