My experience at this hotel was disappointing. We booked and paid for a family room for two adults and one child, but in reality it felt like the child was not considered a guest at all. An extra bed cost an additional 1,000 THB per night, and even basic amenities such as bottled water were not provided for the child. At the same time, we were still required to pay extra for the child’s breakfast and dinner. The bathroom was also inconvenient for families with children. There was no handheld shower, only a fixed overhead shower, which made bathing a young child difficult. Another major issue was the noise. For several nights in a row, guests in the room next to ours were having loud parties with music starting around 3:00 AM. The noise repeatedly woke us up, and we had to go to the reception desk multiple times during the night to ask staff to intervene. The hotel was unwilling to offer compensation, a partial refund, or an alternative room despite the ongoing disturbance. The situation was only addressed after Booking.com became involved following my complaints. Only then were we moved to an upgraded room. In my opinion, this hotel is designed primarily for adults and is not suitable for families with children. There are very few family-friendly facilities or services, and families should be aware of this before booking. Unfortunately, I would not choose this hotel again and would not recommend it to families traveling with children.

Une suite (S62) à la hauteur de nos espérances et adapté à la composition de notre famille. 2 adultes et 2 enfants !Nous avons eu droit à une belle surprise pour l’anniversaire de notre fille un gâteau et une petite attention dans notre chambre. La piscine exposée au soleil toute la journée a fait notre bonheur ! Et le lounge pour le café et goûter de l’après midi est juste incroyable ! La proximité de l’hôtel avec le beach front,le terminal 21 et la streetfood est un plus. Pattaya Soï 4 très bien situé surtout avec les enfants ! Nous avons été très heureux d’y séjourner ! Je le recommande sans hésitation ! Nous y reviendrons c’est sur! Un grand Merci à Harn pour ses précieux conseils (taxi,visites…) et Mail à l’accueil pour sa gentillesse !

Reviewed May 17, 2026Good location, bigger than average balcony and really comfortable bed. There is a Tops daily in the Soi towards the beach. Plenty of massage and laundry options just outside the hotel. Also in the room is a mini mosquito zapper which I've never seen before in a hotel room so it was a nice touch. All in all exceptional value for money and is my new go to hotel when in Pattaya for a short 1 - 4 day visit.
TV could have more options for channels,, there was a day where the digital box just didn't connect at all.

The staff, including the manager Jacky, with his signature jacket, and the bellboys, are all great, very welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. The pool is awesome for lap swimmers; they just need an outside shower so swimmers can rinse up before going in and rinse off when getting out. The Wi-Fi is barely working, and they are aware of this, so I needed to purchase an eSIM to do some work on the computer.

L'hôtel est pas loin du terminal 21 qui est un grand centre commerciale. à proximité des restaurants et de l'animation de Pattaya mais tout en restant au calme. L'hôtel est parfaitement adapté aux familles comme aux personnes seul. je suis arrivé le jour de mon anniversaire et j'avais des ballons et un gâteau d'anniversaire dans ma chambre.
