That as a traveler not having a iron available. I called front desk and they don't have one..Also the lights in bathroom are very dim ..My Wife had a hard time applying her makeup. And lastly the pool closes at 7pm never have I seen this usually 10 pm ..I like a late night swim.....

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026This was my 5th time staying at Season Five Hotel! The staff are always so friendly, the rooms are very clean, and the facilities are great. The location is super convenient. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the quality keeps me coming back every time.
What I liked: Everything! Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, and good facilities. This was my 5th stay here. What could be improved: As a regular customer, I wish they offered a better price or special rates for returning guests. Overall: The rest was excellent as always, and I still love staying here!

Gestank im Badezimmer. Abwasserkanal. Mussten diesen mit einem Handtuch verstopfen, von aussen. Im Frühstücksraum viel zu kalt. Man fror, und kann sich schnell eine Erkältung holen. Nicht empfehlenswert dort lange zu verweilen. War dies der Zweck ?

Als ich das Zimmer bezogen hatte, war die Reinigung nicht so toll gewesen . Viele Haare suf dem Boden . Plastikreste. Zwei kleine Absätze auf dem Weg zum Bad , warum ? Badewanne , Rutschgefahr , Warum keine Duschecke . Am Pool lagen die Sonnenschirme mehrere Tage umgekippt rum .

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025We stayed here 2 different times over a 3 week period - once on the 8th floor sea view side and once on the 2nd floor city view. The location is good, about a 3 min walk to the beach and close to many restaurants - but see location comment below. The rooms are quite large and comfortable. Each has a large balcony with a small table and 2 chairs, plenty of storage, a mini-safe, a refrigerator and hot water kettle. Bathrooms are large - but see comment below about the shower. The gym is adequate and the rooftop pool is nice. Ample free covered parking. The staff were super nice and helpful - particularly the guy who cleaned our rooms.
The worst part was the shower. It's large with a tub but the problem is that the tub is "raised" so that when taking a shower, water pools up around the tub and drains all over the bathroom floor. Both rooms we stayed in had this poor design. The internet is unsecured and was a bit slow on a few occasions. You have to re-log in each time. The location is on what used to be the "quiet" north side of Pattaya Beach but recently a Chinese developer put in a large outdoor entertainment area between Soi 5 and 6 which, depending on your room, can be a bit noisy.

The bathroom is unsafe for elderly people. Water slips off from the long tub and onto the floor area. Last year I did feedback but no changes. Balcony is not swept and mop everyday and was told to wear slipper inside my room.

1.이 호텔은 설계가 잘못되었다. 쓸데 없이 넓은 복도와 밖의 소음은 일절 차단되지 않는 창문, 메인에 위치해 있어서 접근성은 좋지만 반대로 메인의 소음이 그대로 방까지 들어온다. 2.애초에 욕조를 두면 안되는 구조에 욕조를 넣어서 샤워 한번하면 온통 물바다가 된다. 욕조 앞에 배수구도 없고 , 안되면 샤워커튼이라도 달아두면 모르겠지만, 물이 밖으로 다 튀어서 수건으로 몸을 닦는것보다 바닥 닦는데 더 많이 썼다. 욕실이 항상 젖어있어서 그런지 방전체가 습하다 못해 꿉꿉하다. 에어컨을 24시간 틀어놔도 꿉꿉함이 사라지지 않는다. 돈을 잠깐 테이블에 꺼내놓았는데 밖에서 만져보면 돈이 젖어 있다. 이정도면 어느정도의 습도인지 아실듯, 화장실로 통하는 모든 문을 닫고 생활했는데도 , 습기가 가시질 않는다. 3.에어컨 청소를 하지 않는지 공기가 안좋고 여행마지막에는 모든 일행이 목감기와 몸살을 걸려서 휴가 후 치료하는데 많은 에너지와 돈을 쓰게 만들었다. 4.욕조대신 샤워부스를 넣었으면 호텔이 이 정도 까지는 안되었을 것이다. 여기 사장님은 모든 방 욕조앞에 샤워커튼을 달아두길 바란다. 5.1~2박 정도는 괜찮.. 하지만 그 이상이면 당신은 반드시 병에 걸릴 것이다.

Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht und kann es nur weiterempfehlen, an der Rezeption die Mädels super freundlich und immer ein Lächeln kommt zurück 😘. Das einzige Manko, viele Lampen trotzdem wenig Licht im Zimmer,für die Badewanne habe ich gleich einen Duschvorhang mit Stange gekauft und montiert ( 210 Bath) und konnte duschen ohne das das Wasser aus der Badewanne kam. Super Balkon, großes Zimmer und sehr sauber. Vielen Dank von Nr 510 und ich komme wieder 🫶🙏🫶

Fairly satisfied, but far too many Indian restaurants. I don't really feel like I'm in Thailand, but rather in India. Next year I won't go to Pattaya anymore, but to other places like Hua Hin, where I feel like I'm in Thailand.

Next to; Soi 6 for beers and ladies, a 3 minute walk to the beach, Nextdoor to the Runway street vendors, & close to Club Impact. Everything you need is within a few minutes walk. I found a laundry service, motorbike rental, weed shop, legit massages and great dining within 1 block.
I reserved an ocean view room that had a very obstructed view. I wouldn’t pay extra for the view. Either way, it wasn’t much of an up-charge.
