Propiedad con muy bonitos jardines habitaciones sencillas pero buenas cama muy comoda lo unico malo es que no tienen agua caliente en regadera.

Excelente hotel

Me gusto la tranquilidad y la ubicacion cercana al centro. Quizas les falta mayor opciones de alimentos en restaurante. Agradezco el reportarme de manera inmediata el olvidar mi tarjeta de credito en restaurante. Definitivamente volveria a regresar.

La habitacion estaba bien pero la salida del agua de la regadera es muy poca, el lavabo del baño se tapaba si se acumulaba agua en poco tiempo

Muy lindas áreas verdes, comodidad y limpieza. Excelente atención. Lo que sugeriría se mejorara es la puerta de la habitación, se ve partida y vieja la madera.

Creo que es un hotel que podría estar y dar mejor servicio, el internet en el cuarto jamas lo tuvimos aunque venia anunciado como que si contaba con WiFi, creo que le faltan amenidades en el cuarto pues esta sumamente austero, la ventana del cuarto estaba muy maltratada sin poder cerrar de manera correcta.

En realidad es una cadena de hoteles que no le falta nada, es el mejor siendo precio/calidad en San Miguel de Allende

Los jardines bien cuidados. Muebles de recepción obsoletos y sucios. Habitación mobiliario viejo. Escaleras sucias.

El problema es que no hubo internet

La llave de agua fria no servia, algo ya viejo y descuidado los cuartos, la puerta del baño nl cerraba

Las instalaciones están con poco mantenimiento, se encontraron pulgas en la cama y al cambio de cuarto la ventana está descompuesta y tenía fuga la regadera…

En general esta muy abandonado todo, no había agua caliente 2 días y 1 de ellos no había agua en la habitación Eso si el personal es muy amable La alberca no tiene clima esta helada

Teníamos una habitación que indicaba ser de lujo, y era una habitación muy vieja, con mucho ruido de la calle , el aire acondicionado era un ventilador enfriador que se enchufaba y no enfriaba nada, pasamos mucho calor, la piscina era muy fría y no le pega el sol. Se fue el agua y los baños de uso común estaban llenos y nadie pasó a limpiarlos incluso cuando había llegado el agua. La verdad el calor fue lo peor y no tener agua para bañarnos al llegar en la noche. Pero es mucho más viejo de lo que se ve en las fotos y por el precio pagado no vale la pena.

Las habitaciones no tienen clima solo abanico, llegamos y no había luz en algunas partes del hotel por ende el abanico no funcionaba, nos cambiaron 4 veces de habitación y todas sin luz, íbamos a un compromiso así que nos resignamos esperando que cuando volviéramos ya regresara, pues no pasó hasta mucho después, al día siguiente teníamos una boda y amanecimos sin agua!! Nos tuvimos que cambiar de hotel, es un hotel bonito pero no lo recomiendo por todos esos incidentes

Nada funciona correctamente, alberca con agua helada, la TV del cuarto no sirve, sin agua caliente en el cuarto, fallas de luz, y sin camastros o sillas suficientes en áreas públicas. Un total fraude!

When we arrived after 3 which was our check in time, we were told that there was a problem and that the hotel didn’t have electricity but they would have it fixed within the hour. We decided to go out to see more of the town, thinking all would be well when we returned. We returned to the hotel after 10 pm to find that a few of the hotel’s guests were fighting with management over still not having working electricity. The lights were going on and off all night and the fan was barely working at all. In the morning when we woke up, we ate breakfast (which may have been the only decent thing about the place) and afterwards found that there was no working water. Not to shower, wash your hands, nothing. Overall the only nice thing about this place is the food and the general staff who later gave us a refund for our troubles. Additionally a PSA for anyone who suffers from altitude sickness or is specifically affected by heat, there is no air conditioning. The best you’ve got is a small fan and opening a few windows.

Hotel viejo, alberca helada y sucia. Sin a/C para familia cero recomendable.

El hotel está muy descuidado, el restaurante malo y a unos amigos que iban con nosotros en su habitación no había agua.

Instalaciones bonitas, buena ubicacion, tranquilidad, amabilidad. Algunas cosas que podrian mejorar como tener cafe descafeinado en restaurante....

No había agua para bañarnos, nunca hubo agua caliente y el personal nunca nos dió atención. Los blancos (toallas) ya no son blancos están todos percudidos. Lo extraño es que en otras habitaciones si estaban poniendo toallas blancas. Las cortinas no cerraban bien eran más cortas y no teníamos privacidad. Muy mala experiencia, con el personal, sobretodo del lobby.

Me dieron la habitación 208, que tenia muy probablemente maquinaria del hotel en el techo, por lo que se escuchaba un ruido terrible, me dijeron que a las 12 de la noche se apagaría, pero no sucedió. Toda la noche se escucho un zumbido terrible, no pude dormir, no se podía estar tranquilo. Deje la habitación a las 8 de la mañana. Esta habitación no la deberían otorgar a ningún huésped.

No tuve agua calientes en la habitación, pero me compensaron con desayuno bufet de cortesía, lo cual agradezco, muy amable el personal, regreso con gusto.

Me pareció viejo el hotel, le falta mantenimiento y limpieza, el área de juego donde están las mesas de billar estás sucias , el internet no llegaba al habitación, el televisor no funcionaba el control remoto, incluso no había teléfono para comunicarte a recepción . Se encontraba descuidado . La alberca con agua sucia y no estaba climatizada . Me sorprende mucho ya que me he quedado en otros hoteles mision y sainete le voy a poner más sorprende porque me he quedado en otros hoteles misión y aunque son hoteles Viejos no están así

Muy mal servicio del HOREL MISIÓN DE SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE , NO LO RECOMIENDO . Desde que llegamos me pidieron que yo hiciera el check in , alquilamos 3 habitaciones , posterior una de las habitaciones no Cerraba la puerta ,y la ventana está descuadrada y no cerraba , estuvimos 3 días y NUNCA HUBO AGUA CALIENTE PARA BAÑARSE en ninguna de las habitaciones caía solo un chorrito , se reportó y pues nunca solucionaron el problema , estaban tapadas las regaderas y tampoco lo arreglaron, no hay suficiente agua para los sanitarios de cada habitación, el hotel ya está muy deteriorado y no tiene mantenimiento . Por otro lado se pidió una cerveza y que no hay permiso , siendo un hotel de Cadena . No es posible que funcione como hotel si no tiene lo requerido .

Los cuartos necesitan mantenimiento y tal vez modernizarse un poco, las instalaciones del baño muy deficientes, no salía agua de la regadera, sin embargo, el personal paso a arreglar el desperfecto con buena atención.

El hotel ya esta muy viejo y descuidado. No hubo presión en la regadera ni agua caliente.

El internet muy malo, solo había en el restaurante y cerca de la recepción y podrían mejorar los alimentos ya que no son del todo buenos

Requiere mantenimiento en las habitaciones, sobretodo en el baño.

Me pareció que por las condiciones y comodidad general la relación precio - calidad no es del todo aceptable. Las recámaras son frías y los colchones muy duros. Las amenidades nulas, solo dan un jabón mini y un mini shampoo. Podrían poner algo de crema corporal al ser tan seco el clima. Al hacer el check in como que el chico no sabía qué hacer y tuve que esperar a que se desocupara su compañera que estaba atendiendo otra situación. El estacionamiento está cruzando la calle y es terracería, cuando cruzas empedrado y el callejón para ingresar también, lo que hace muy incómodo el acceso con maletas. En limpieza me pareció muy bien

El hotel es muy bonito, la atención del personal es muy buena, sin embargo en algunos casos se acaba el agua caliente de la regadera.

La señorita Gabriela Hernández recepcionista por sus pistolas me realizó un cargo a mi tarjeta de crédito sin autorización mía, no sé cómo o donde saco el pin, tengan mucho cuidado con ese hotel.

Es una propiedad muy agradable pero con acabados viejos, espero regresar cuando la renovación de las habitaciones hayan terminado, además estaria bien que climatizaran la alberca

The front desk staff did not want me to get the room I reserved, she tried to gave me a different room and charge to me an extra payment if I want the room I reserved, very bad experience.

Muy buen lugar, sus alrededores muy bonitos y es una zona muy tranquila. El personal muy amable dispuestos apoyar y nos dejaron hacer check out más tarde, mucha flexibilidad!!

Sus jardines son muy bonitos. La ubicación es de fácil acceso.

There was no air conditioner nor fan. We stayed in May which is way hot. The room was like sauna even during the night when outside was so cool and flesh. My family including 2 kids could not sleep until 4 am because of the heat. We tried to sleep at 8pm!!!! We opened the door completely to get fresh air from outside, but we only got so many mosquitos. It was our first night we could not sleep. Terrible!

Nice place, gardens and reception. it was a Cantinflás place, he lived or owned the place. I slept super well but other friends staying near the street could not sleep because of the street noise. It is a 25min walking from city center

facillities are much older and not well mainteined. Very different than what shows in the pictures.

It was a short stay. Everything was ok

They claim dog friendly and than try to charge $500 pesos per night for a documented service dog. No where while booking was this disclosed in their information online. Shameful.

The location of Hotel San Miguel de Allende is excellent at the entrance of the beautiful little town. One can enjoy a 15 walk to the center of the town, or take public transportation and be in the center of everything within a few minutes. The property itself is well kept, but the rooms need updating and there was no AC in the room I stayed in.

The rooms do not have AC or fans. If you open de window anyone can get into your room! There is no privacy if you open a window. The quality of the food and service at the restaurant is extremely bad. It took them 45 minutes to prepare a club sandwich when they had only 5 tables occupied, furthermore the waiter was upset all time, I could not pay with credit card.

Ugly, old and dirty rooms. Staff are rude and zero customer service attitude. Very bad experience…. The facilities are old and do not have a proper maintenance. Front desk didn’t gave the attention needed. Wifi with bad connection……. Everything bad!

We were locked out of the hotel for about 45 minutes Nobody was around to open the door. My husband and I along with other guests were knocking and calling to no avail. Very disappointing!! We also tried the restaurant onsite and the food was very bland and dry!

I have traveled wold work and never had I encountered what this hotel did. I returned about 8:0 p. m. And the entry doors were locked and I banged on he door for about 45 minutes an no answer I am diabetic and needed to use the bathroom three other clients were also waiting and finally they opened the door with the excuse that they had a client disturbing the peace and that the police were coming, all untrue for no police ever came. They only had two employees in service. I would not have paid for the stay but I had already paid through hotels. Com. I was furious and will complain to their company. A most disgraceful treatment plus a lie. A horrible experience for a senior of 83 years

Nice place and close to everything. Clean, confort good size rooms.

Terrible experience. The hotel is in deplorable conditions and service is terrible. No phones in the rooms, you have to walk to lobby to request anything. The furniture is very old, towels are gray not white, no tissues, no bottled water, no heater or A/C, bedding is old and bed had some bugs because I couldn’t stop itching and scratching after I got under the covers. Took good 5 minutes of wasting a lot of cold water so I could get some hot water. There must be a problem with the boiler. I would not recommend this place at all

To much noise. Traffic. Hard to sleep at night

The cleaning lady and restaurant staff were wonderful and accommodating. The front desk refused to meet me half way with my spotty Spanish. They gave my local friend a bad number for a taxi we really needed and me the complete wrong directions the very first day there. I didn’t see any other non native people at the hotel over the 4 days I was there and would NOT recommend if you are visiting and need any help. For the reason I have rated this hotel as a bad choice though the room was clean. I also booked a king size bed but was given two doubles...you get the idea.

This is a very old hotel. Rooms are very old. We were staying here just because we had to left another hotel in the middle of the night. In San Miguel de Allende I am pretty sure you can find a better option for the price.

They didn’t have water. No one in the restaurant. It wasn’t possible to cover the light from the outside. Noisy close to busy street.

Our tour stopped here for lunch before going into the city center of San Miguel de Allende as it was prearranged. Why ???? is the thing I could not understand. Altho the hotel grounds looked nice it wasn't anywhere near being in the center of anything. Our group was seated at a long table and we were the only ones there. The food was prearranged as well so it consisted of a mediocre soup with bread, a bland tasteless dry flat chicken breast with plain rice and I gave up before the dessert. I have always felt there's no reason for bad food in Mexico, but this was the 3rd experience I had on this tour when the meal was included it was bland crap. It would have been better not to have had the lunch included and we could have just proceeded into the city center and had our choice of where to eat. This place left a bad taste in my mouth even before I truly saw San Miguel de Allende. Hey tour company....why are you making the deal with this hotel for this meal. Time for you to rethink this! And altho this is a tour complaint it also is a bad review for the restaurant now too.

Not what we expected. Could use some remodeling. Bathroom had an awful smell. Far from city center. Public transportation in front of hotel.

Everything was great except for the breakfast. The food was good but it came out cold, no coffee refill etc...

When a hotel has a pool, mini golf course, big rooms, is clean and has a big shower, it is a shame to be disappointed with it. It is the location. It was an uphill hike from the historic centre of San Miguel....or a taxi ride. There aren’t many restaurants or facilities around it. Since it wasn’t at the Center of San Miguel, I figured it would be quiet. But I could hear trucks on the highway, people walking by my room, and I think two rooms share a vent or something in bathroom? As I heard noises from next door. But if you are happy to take a taxi, then the amenities would be worth it. And there are likely rooms not right next to pool that are quieter. If I travelled here again, I’d likely try to be in historic Center as I’d prefer that to amenities.

Everything was good. No issues good service well trained and friendly stuff. Will return and stay there again.

Wonderful staff-language barrier was a bit of a problem, but all in all, we loved it!

I spent one night here, it was nice. The only issue was that the door to the adjoining room was like an amplifier. The folks that care in late were loud and did wake me. Buț after the inițial jolt, I never heard them again. (I don’t know if they changed rooms.) The other negative was that there was not a safe in the room. I was told that the front desk would keep my “valuables”. I did feel safe, the grounds and room itself were clean and immaculate. The car park is across the street, and a gentleman was guarding the parking area. I did have some Quesadillas from the restaurant, and they were tasty. The staff is friendly and willing to assist you. I would come back.

Very good services , Big confortable rooms, good bathroons. Nice swiming pool. The Hotel Restaurant is very good with tipycal Mexican food. It is located very close to a great Shopping Mall of San Miguel! Interesting to know stories about Cantinflas ( old movies artist) and this Hotel. There are so many Picture and scultures regarding Cantinflas!
